2022年(nian)1月,2021年粵港澳(ao)大(da)(da)灣區高(gao)價值專利培育布局大(da)(da)賽頒獎(jiang)大(da)(da)會在佛山嶺南新天地馬哥孛羅酒(jiu)店隆重舉行。由蒙娜麗莎博士后科(ke)研工作站完成的(de)(de)“功(gong)能化(hua)高(gao)強度大(da)(da)規(gui)格(ge)陶瓷(ci)薄板的(de)(de)制造技(ji)術及產業化(hua)項目”獲得發明成長(chang)組金(jin)獎(jiang)。
為(wei)助力粵港澳大灣(wan)區(qu)高質量發展,由(you)廣東省知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)(chan)權局(ju)、香港特(te)別行政(zheng)(zheng)區(qu)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)(chan)權署、澳門特(te)別行政(zheng)(zheng)區(qu)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)經濟及科(ke)技發展局(ju)、佛山市人民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)聯合舉辦了2021年粵港澳大灣(wan)區(qu)高價值專利培育布局(ju)大賽(sai)。
歷時半年的(de)比賽,先由(you)大賽執委(wei)會組織專(zhuan)業評(ping)委(wei)對申報項目進行(xing)初步評(ping)審,選(xuan)出(chu)100強,再由(you)復賽階段(duan)方案和產品進行(xing)講解;二是自行(xing)/由(you)代(dai)理機構(gou)代(dai)為撰寫分析評(ping)議報告;三是由(you)評(ping)審與(yu)參賽隊伍(wu)進行(xing)互(hu)動(dong)交流、現場(chang)點評(ping)打分評(ping)出(chu)50強,最(zui)后(hou)進入決賽環節經過項目路(lu)演(yan)、答辯(bian)、評(ping)委(wei)打分、資產評(ping)估四(si)個環節最(zui)終評(ping)選(xuan)出(chu)35個項目分別獲金(jin)(jin)獎(jiang)、優秀獎(jiang),蒙娜麗莎最(zui)終成功摘得最(zui)具含(han)金(jin)(jin)量的(de)金(jin)(jin)獎(jiang)。
“功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)高(gao)強(qiang)度大規格陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)薄板(ban)(ban)的制(zhi)造技(ji)術及產業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)項(xiang)目(mu)”專利(li)池主要(yao)從功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)薄板(ban)(ban)組(zu)成配方(fang)、釉料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)一體化(hua)(hua)(hua)技(ji)術、大規格陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)薄板(ban)(ban)增(zeng)(zeng)強(qiang)技(ji)術三個方(fang)面進(jin)行周密布局,多方(fang)面對技(ji)術實(shi)(shi)(shi)施保(bao)護,穩(wen)定性高(gao),多件PCT專利(li)進(jin)入美國、日本、歐盟并(bing)授權,專利(li)布局范圍廣泛。項(xiang)目(mu)組(zu)開(kai)發(fa)出了(le)(le)(le)適合于(yu)薄板(ban)(ban)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)用多種鎢基功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)體系,解決了(le)(le)(le)鎢基活性結構可(ke)控生(sheng)長難(nan)題(ti)(ti),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)性能(neng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的可(ke)控合成設計了(le)(le)(le)“母粒(li)”結構,解決了(le)(le)(le)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)活性保(bao)護難(nan)題(ti)(ti),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)-功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)一體化(hua)(hua)(hua)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的實(shi)(shi)(shi)際應(ying)用,為其他(ta)無機材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)用提供了(le)(le)(le)技(ji)術和(he)理論參考。項(xiang)目(mu)主要(yao)研發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)多尺度協(xie)同數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)技(ji)術,解決了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)活性功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)“母粒(li)”數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)噴墨打印難(nan)題(ti)(ti),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)(hua)立體藝術和(he)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)效(xiao)果%解決了(le)(le)(le)陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)薄板(ban)(ban)增(zeng)(zeng)強(qiang)技(ji)術難(nan)題(ti)(ti),顯著提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)薄板(ban)(ban)強(qiang)度,率(lv)先突破了(le)(le)(le)1600×3600mm×5.5mm超(chao)大規格陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)板(ban)(ban)的制(zhi)造瓶頸,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)工業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產,社會(hui)經濟效(xiao)益(yi)顯著。
