2023年(nian)(nian)7月13日(ri),吉林省人(ren)力(li)資源社會保障廳、省財政廳印發《關于2023年(nian)(nian)調整退(tui)休人(ren)員(yuan)基(ji)本養(yang)老金(jin)的通知(zhi)》,明確從(cong)2023年(nian)(nian)1月1日(ri)起,為2022年(nian)(nian)12月31日(ri)前(qian)已按規定(ding)辦(ban)理(li)退(tui)休手續并按月領取基(ji)本養(yang)老金(jin)的企(qi)業(ye)和機關事業(ye)單位退(tui)休人(ren)員(yuan)(含退(tui)職人(ren)員(yuan),下(xia)(xia)同)調整基(ji)本養(yang)老金(jin),具體調整辦(ban)法和標準如下(xia)(xia):
(一)定額調整
退休人員每人每月增加30元。
(二)掛鉤調整
1.與繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(工(gong)作年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限)掛(gua)鉤(gou)。退休(xiu)人員繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限25年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)以下部(bu)分,每(mei)滿(man)(man)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每(mei)月增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)1元(yuan);繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限26年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)至30年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)分,每(mei)滿(man)(man)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每(mei)月增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)2元(yuan);繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限31年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)至35年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)分,每(mei)滿(man)(man)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每(mei)月增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)3元(yuan);繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限36年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)及以上部(bu)分,每(mei)滿(man)(man)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每(mei)月增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)4元(yuan)。上述繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(含視(shi)同繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限,不含特殊(shu)工(gong)種折算(suan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限)不足一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)分均按一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)計算(suan)。按照“五七家(jia)屬工(gong)”政策參(can)加(jia)(jia)基本養老保險的企業退休(xiu)人員不參(can)與繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限掛(gua)鉤(gou)調(diao)整(zheng)。
2.與基(ji)本(ben)養(yang)老(lao)(lao)金(jin)水(shui)平掛鉤。退(tui)休(xiu)人(ren)員(yuan)月增(zeng)加(jia)額為2022年(nian)底本(ben)人(ren)月基(ji)本(ben)養(yang)老(lao)(lao)金(jin)(不含職業年(nian)金(jin))數額的1.25%。
(三)傾斜調整
以下退休人員再適當增加基(ji)本養老金(jin)。
1.高齡退休人(ren)員。截至(zhi)2022年(nian)12月31日(ri),年(nian)滿70-74周歲(sui)的每月增加(jia)25元;年(nian)滿75-79周歲(sui)的每月增加(jia)35元;80周歲(sui)及(ji)以上的每月增加(jia)45元。
2.艱苦(ku)邊遠地區(qu)縣(市、區(qu))企業、機(ji)關事業單(dan)位(wei)退休人(ren)(ren)員,每(mei)人(ren)(ren)每(mei)月增加5元。
3.企業退休軍轉干部按上(shang)述標準調(diao)整后,基(ji)本(ben)養老(lao)金達不到調(diao)整后當地(di)(所在市(shi)、縣,省(sheng)直管統籌單位(wei)為省(sheng))企業退休人員月(yue)人均基(ji)本(ben)養老(lao)金水(shui)平的,補足到該水(shui)平。
