光伏逆變器的功能
光伏逆變器是一種電源調整器,可分為獨立型電源用和并網用兩種類型。光伏逆變器品牌產品能(neng)將直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉化為交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)的裝(zhuang)置,若直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低,則通過交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)升壓(ya),即(ji)得到標準交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)頻率。大容(rong)量逆變(bian)器(qi)的直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)母線電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)高(gao),交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出一般不需要(yao)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)升壓(ya)即(ji)能(neng)達到220V,在中(zhong)、小容(rong)量的逆變(bian)器(qi)中(zhong),由于直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低,就必須(xu)設計(ji)升壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)路。
光伏逆變器的工作原理
大容量光伏(fu)逆(ni)變器是由升壓(ya)(ya)回路和逆(ni)變橋式回路構成的,其工作(zuo)原(yuan)理很(hen)簡單。升壓(ya)(ya)回路把(ba)太陽電(dian)池的直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升壓(ya)(ya)到逆(ni)變器輸(shu)出控(kong)制(zhi)所(suo)需的直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),逆(ni)變橋式回路則把(ba)升壓(ya)(ya)后的直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等價地轉換成常(chang)用頻率的交流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),這(zhe)就是它的原(yuan)理。
中、小容(rong)量(liang)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)一(yi)(yi)般有(you)(you)推挽逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路、全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路這兩種逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)橋(qiao)(qiao)式回路。推挽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路能(neng)將升(sheng)壓變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)中性插頭接于(yu)正(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,兩只(zhi)功率(lv)(lv)管交替工作,輸出(chu)得(de)到交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力,由(you)于(yu)功率(lv)(lv)晶(jing)體(ti)管共地邊(bian)接,驅動(dong)及控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路簡單,且變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)具有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)漏感(gan),因此它(ta)可以限(xian)制短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),因而提高(gao)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)可靠性。全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路具有(you)(you)續流(liu)回路,即使有(you)(you)感(gan)性負(fu)載,輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波形也不(bu)會畸變(bian)(bian),但它(ta)必(bi)須(xu)(xu)采用(yong)專門驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路才能(neng)正(zheng)常使用(yong)。為防止(zhi)上、下橋(qiao)(qiao)臂發生共同導(dao)通,全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路必(bi)須(xu)(xu)設(she)置死區時間(jian),才不(bu)會出(chu)錯,因此它(ta)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路結(jie)構較復(fu)雜。
光伏逆變器怎么選
1、光伏逆變器的大小(xiao)應(ying)根(gen)據土地或者(zhe)屋頂使用面(mian)積來計算(suan),計算(suan)時(shi)要(yao)考慮到傾(qing)斜角度、支架安裝方式(shi)等,以(yi)盡量不出現陰影遮擋為原則。
2、光(guang)伏逆變(bian)器MPPT的(de)路數(shu)在(zai)很大(da)程度(du)上決(jue)定(ding)(ding)著一(yi)個光(guang)伏電(dian)站的(de)發電(dian)量,而逆變(bian)器輸入路數(shu)往往決(jue)定(ding)(ding)了一(yi)個光(guang)伏電(dian)站是否更(geng)加容(rong)易進行配(pei)板設(she)計,因此(ci)購(gou)買(mai)前,一(yi)定(ding)(ding)要想好MPPT的(de)路數(shu)要多(duo)少(shao)。
3、光伏逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)的散(san)熱方(fang)式(shi)有強(qiang)(qiang)制風(feng)冷(leng)(leng)、自然冷(leng)(leng)卻、水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)三種,其中(zhong)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)方(fang)式(shi)主要應用(yong)于大型集中(zhong)式(shi)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)且應用(yong)較(jiao)少。從逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)角度來看,家庭用(yong)單(dan)相逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)功率等級較(jiao)低,散(san)熱較(jiao)少,選(xuan)擇強(qiang)(qiang)制風(feng)冷(leng)(leng)即可。
