2022年(nian)6月,中國上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)協會發(fa)布A股上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)現金分(fen)紅(hong)榜(bang)單(dan),榜(bang)單(dan)包括“上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)豐厚回(hui)報(bao)(bao)榜(bang)單(dan)”和“上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)真誠回(hui)報(bao)(bao)榜(bang)單(dan)”各(ge)200家。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)位列(lie)“上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)豐厚回(hui)報(bao)(bao)榜(bang)單(dan)”第(di)121位,位列(lie)“上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)真誠回(hui)報(bao)(bao)榜(bang)單(dan)”第(di)23位。從(cong)榜(bang)單(dan)情況來看,入選(xuan)(xuan)榜(bang)單(dan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)行業(ye)分(fen)布主(zhu)(zhu)要以制(zhi)造業(ye)為主(zhu)(zhu),只有40家同時入選(xuan)(xuan)兩個榜(bang)單(dan)。
此次中國上市公(gong)司(si)協會發布A股(gu)(gu)上市公(gong)司(si)現金(jin)分(fen)(fen)(fen)紅(hong)榜,“上市公(gong)司(si)豐厚回(hui)報榜單(dan)”以近一年和近三(san)年的現金(jin)分(fen)(fen)(fen)紅(hong)總(zong)額為主要指標,“上市公(gong)司(si)真誠回(hui)報榜單(dan)”以近一年和近三(san)年的股(gu)(gu)利支(zhi)付(fu)率(lv)為主要指標。榜單(dan)堅(jian)持(chi)代表(biao)性和持(chi)續性的基本原(yuan)則,既鼓勵長期持(chi)續穩(wen)定的分(fen)(fen)(fen)紅(hong),又兼(jian)顧(gu)不同板(ban)塊公(gong)司(si)的特(te)點,充分(fen)(fen)(fen)反(fan)映(ying)公(gong)司(si)分(fen)(fen)(fen)紅(hong)的積極意愿。除了分(fen)(fen)(fen)紅(hong)總(zong)額、股(gu)(gu)利支(zhi)付(fu)率(lv)等客觀(guan)量化指標之外,設(she)置了證(zheng)券市場誠信合規(gui)、財務等方面(mian)的前置指標,采(cai)取負面(mian)清單(dan)“一票否決”。
