從產品性(xing)(xing)能來說(shuo),相比干(gan)法(fa)隔膜(mo),濕法(fa)隔膜(mo)在(zai)(zai)力學性(xing)(xing)能、透氣(qi)性(xing)(xing)能、理化性(xing)(xing)能均具有一定(ding)優勢,通過在(zai)(zai)基膜(mo)上(shang)涂(tu)布(bu)陶瓷氧(yang)化鋁、PVDF、芳綸(lun)等膠黏劑(ji),能夠大幅(fu)提(ti)高隔膜(mo)的(de)(de)熱穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、降低高溫收縮率、避免隔膜(mo)大幅(fu)收縮造成的(de)(de)極(ji)片外露,彌補(bu)了的(de)(de)熱穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)短板(ban),產品性(xing)(xing)能已全(quan)面干(gan)法(fa)薄膜(mo)。
