2022年(nian)1月(yue),2021年粵港澳(ao)大灣(wan)區高價值專利培育(yu)布局大賽頒獎大會(hui)在佛山嶺南新(xin)天地馬哥孛羅酒店隆重舉行。由蒙娜麗莎博士后科(ke)研工作站完成的“功能化高強度大規格陶(tao)瓷(ci)薄(bo)板(ban)的制造技術及產業化項目”獲(huo)得發明成長組金獎。
為助力粵(yue)港澳大灣(wan)區高質量發展,由廣東省(sheng)知(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)產權(quan)局、香港特別(bie)行政(zheng)區政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)知(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)產權(quan)署、澳門特別(bie)行政(zheng)區政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)經濟(ji)及科技發展局、佛山市人民(min)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)聯合舉辦了2021年粵(yue)港澳大灣(wan)區高價值專利培育布(bu)局大賽。
歷時半年的(de)比賽(sai),先由(you)大賽(sai)執委會組織專業評(ping)委對申報項目(mu)進(jin)行初(chu)步評(ping)審,選(xuan)出(chu)100強,再由(you)復賽(sai)階段方案和產品進(jin)行講(jiang)解;二是自行/由(you)代理機構代為撰寫分析評(ping)議(yi)報告;三是由(you)評(ping)審與(yu)參賽(sai)隊伍進(jin)行互動交流、現場(chang)點評(ping)打(da)分評(ping)出(chu)50強,最(zui)后進(jin)入決賽(sai)環(huan)節經過項目(mu)路演、答辯、評(ping)委打(da)分、資產評(ping)估四個環(huan)節最(zui)終評(ping)選(xuan)出(chu)35個項目(mu)分別(bie)獲金(jin)(jin)獎(jiang)(jiang)、優(you)秀獎(jiang)(jiang),蒙娜(na)麗莎(sha)最(zui)終成功摘得最(zui)具(ju)含金(jin)(jin)量的(de)金(jin)(jin)獎(jiang)(jiang)。
“功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)高(gao)(gao)強度(du)(du)大規(gui)格(ge)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的制造(zao)(zao)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)及產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)項(xiang)目”專利池主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)從功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)組成配方、釉料(liao)裝飾(shi)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、大規(gui)格(ge)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)增(zeng)強技(ji)術(shu)(shu)三個方面進行周密布局,多(duo)方面對技(ji)術(shu)(shu)實(shi)(shi)施保護(hu),穩定性(xing)高(gao)(gao),多(duo)件PCT專利進入(ru)美國、日本(ben)、歐盟(meng)并授權,專利布局范圍廣泛。項(xiang)目組開發(fa)出了(le)(le)(le)適合于薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)裝飾(shi)用(yong)多(duo)種鎢(wu)基功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)體(ti)(ti)系,解決了(le)(le)(le)鎢(wu)基活(huo)性(xing)結構可控(kong)生長(chang)難題,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)(gao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)裝飾(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的可控(kong)合成設計了(le)(le)(le)“母粒”結構,解決了(le)(le)(le)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)活(huo)性(xing)保護(hu)難題,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)裝飾(shi)-功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的實(shi)(shi)際應用(yong),為其他無機材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)應用(yong)提(ti)供了(le)(le)(le)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)和理論(lun)參考(kao)。項(xiang)目主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)研(yan)發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)多(duo)尺度(du)(du)協同(tong)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)裝飾(shi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),解決了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)(gao)活(huo)性(xing)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)“母粒”數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)噴墨打印(yin)難題,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)精細化(hua)立體(ti)(ti)藝術(shu)(shu)和功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)裝飾(shi)效果%解決了(le)(le)(le)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)增(zeng)強技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難題,顯著提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)(le)薄(bo)(bo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)強度(du)(du),率(lv)先突(tu)破了(le)(le)(le)1600×3600mm×5.5mm超大規(gui)格(ge)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的制造(zao)(zao)瓶頸,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)工業(ye)化(hua)生產(chan),社(she)會經濟效益顯著。
