1、按結(jie)構分
可分(fen)為(wei)框架(jia)式(shi)(shi)和(he)塑(su)料(liao)外殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)兩種。框架(jia)式(shi)(shi)斷(duan)路器(qi)所有結構(gou)元件(jian)都裝(zhuang)在(zai)同一框架(jia)或底板上,可有較多(duo)結構(gou)變化方式(shi)(shi)和(he)較多(duo)類型脫(tuo)扣器(qi),一般(ban)大容量(liang)斷(duan)路器(qi)多(duo)采用框架(jia)式(shi)(shi)結構(gou)。塑(su)料(liao)外殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)斷(duan)路器(qi)所有結構(gou)元件(jian)都裝(zhuang)在(zai)一個塑(su)料(liao)外殼(ke)(ke)內(nei),結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、體積小(xiao)(xiao),一般(ban)小(xiao)(xiao)容量(liang)斷(duan)路器(qi)多(duo)采用塑(su)料(liao)外殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)結構(gou)。
2、按用途分
①導線保護用斷路器。主要(yao)用于照明線路和保護家用電器,額定電流在6~125安范圍內。
②配(pei)電用(yong)斷(duan)路器。在低壓配(pei)電系統中作過(guo)載、短路、欠電壓保護之用(yong),也(ye)可用(yong)作電路的不頻繁操作,額定電流一般為(wei)200~4000安(an)。
③電動(dong)(dong)機保(bao)護用斷路器。在不頻繁操作場合,用于(yu)操作和保(bao)護電動(dong)(dong)機,額定電流一(yi)般為6~63安(an)。
④漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護斷路(lu)器。主要用于防止(zhi)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian),保護人身安(an)全,額(e)定電(dian)流多在63安(an)以下(xia)。
3、按性能分
分為(wei)普通(tong)式和(he)限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)式兩種。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)一般(ban)具有(you)特殊結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)觸(chu)頭系統,當短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)過時,觸(chu)頭在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動力作(zuo)用下斥開(kai)而提前(qian)呈現電(dian)(dian)弧,利用電(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)阻來限(xian)(xian)(xian)制短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)增長。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)比普通(tong)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)有(you)較大的(de)(de)開(kai)斷(duan)(duan)能(neng)力,并能(neng)限(xian)(xian)(xian)制短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)對被(bei)保護(hu)線路(lu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)動力和(he)熱效應的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。低壓(ya)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)有(you)較強的(de)(de)分斷(duan)(duan)和(he)接通(tong)短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)能(neng)力,額(e)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100安的(de)(de)塑料外殼(ke)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi),短(duan)路(lu)通(tong)斷(duan)(duan)能(neng)力約為(wei)12千(qian)(qian)安,而限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)則可(ke)達(da)30千(qian)(qian)安。
