發展學科優勢,帶動企業創新
周樂明副教授介紹了國家電能(neng)變換與控制工程技(ji)術研究(jiu)中心的發(fa)展歷程和(he)研究(jiu)成果。
據周副教授(shou)介紹(shao),國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工程技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心(下稱“研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心”)于2013年,經(jing)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)部(bu)批復(fu),依托湖南大(da)學組建(jian),由教育部(bu)主管。研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心主要圍繞我(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的關(guan)鍵共性理論與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)難題,開(kai)展技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、成果轉化、應(ying)用推廣(guang)、科(ke)技(ji)(ji)服務等工作(zuo)。在(zai)(zai)羅安院士率領下,研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心在(zai)(zai)“用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)業配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)業用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)優化與(yu)協調控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”三個研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)方向取得重大(da)突(tu)破,首創(chuang)了(le)(le)世界領先的寬厚(hou)板坯(pi)高密度磁場電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁攪拌系統、我(wo)國(guo)(guo)首臺50kA銅箔電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統、兆瓦(wa)級海(hai)島特種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統等核(he)心裝備(bei),并在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)內(nei)外200多家企(qi)業與(yu)國(guo)(guo)防單(dan)位(wei)中(zhong)應(ying)用,累計產(chan)(chan)生直接(jie)經(jing)濟效益過(guo)150億元。通過(guo)和多家企(qi)業建(jian)立了(le)(le)“產(chan)(chan)、學、研(yan)、用”聯盟,研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的20余種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)裝備(bei)廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于鋼鐵、冶金(jin)、石化、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力等行(xing)業,引領并帶(dai)動(dong)了(le)(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)領域相關(guan)產(chan)(chan)業鏈的發展。
