1、水療法
對已硫(liu)化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),可(ke)以先將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),倒出原電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液并(bing)注入密度(du)(du)在1.10g/cm3以下(xia)較(jiao)稀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液,即向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)中加水稀釋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液,以提高(gao)硫(liu)酸鉛的(de)溶解度(du)(du)。采用20h率以下(xia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,在液溫(wen)不超過(guo)20℃~40℃的(de)范圍(wei)內(nei)較(jiao)長時間充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),最后在充足電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)情況下(xia)用稍高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液調整電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液密度(du)(du)至(zhi)標準溶液濃度(du)(du),一般硫(liu)化(hua)現(xian)象(xiang)可(ke)解除,容量恢(hui)復(fu)至(zhi)80%以上可(ke)認為修(xiu)復(fu)成功。
2、淺循環(huan)大電流充電法
對已硫(liu)化(hua)電池,采用大電流5h率以內電流,對電池充電至稍過充狀態控(kong)制液(ye)溫不超過40度為宜(yi),然后放電30%,如此反復數次可減(jian)輕和消除(chu)硫(liu)化(hua)現象。
3、化學修復法
對已(yi)硫化電(dian)池(chi),倒掉原電(dian)解液,加(jia)入(ru)純水(shui)與(yu)硫酸鈉、硫酸鉀、酒石酸等物質混合(he)液,采取正常充放電(dian)幾次,然后倒出純水(shui)加(jia)入(ru)稍高密度酸液調整電(dian)池(chi)內酸液至標準液濃度,容量(liang)恢復(fu)至80%以上可認為(wei)修復(fu)成功。
4、脈沖修復
對(dui)于(yu)硫化電池,可用一(yi)些專(zhuan)用的(de)脈沖修(xiu)復(fu)儀對(dui)電池充放電數次來消除硫化。
二、電動車電池壽命一般幾年
蓄(xu)電池(chi)使(shi)用(yong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)遠遠超過正(zheng)常使(shi)用(yong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。蓄(xu)電池(chi)正(zheng)常可以使(shi)用(yong)1年多,用(yong)戶應根據使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)具(ju)體條件及運(yun)行狀(zhuang)況(kuang)確定(ding)是否報廢,一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,放電深(shen)(shen)度較大的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命在1年左右(you),放電深(shen)(shen)度在50%-70%的(de)(de)蓄(xu)電池(chi)壽命在1年半左右(you)。個別廠(chang)家生產(chan)的(de)(de)蓄(xu)電池(chi)可以達到2年以上(shang)。 當出現以下現象時(shi)(shi),也(ye)可以判斷(duan)為蓄(xu)電池(chi)壽命終(zhong)止:電池(chi)實際放電容(rong)量低于額定(ding)容(rong)量的(de)(de)60%左右(you);蓄(xu)電池(chi)充電時(shi)(shi),發熱嚴重(zhong);性能(neng)不(bu)穩定(ding)。
