一、電熱水袋(dai)里(li)面的(de)液體是什么(me)?

二、電熱水袋的工作原理

三、電熱水袋分類
按產品結構分類
電暖(nuan)寶產品按有(you)電熱餅、電熱水袋和電暖(nuan)式暖(nuan)手寶。
固體電熱餅
其填充是保溫(wen)棉(mian)(如:陶瓷(ci)棉(mian)等其他的(de)),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲加熱(re)(re)(re),將熱(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)(chuan)遞給石棉(mian)或玻(bo)璃纖維保熱(re)(re)(re)。工作(zuo)原理是:用(yong)(yong)雙控溫(wen)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)儲能(neng)式結構,逐漸釋(shi)放(fang)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)。內設自(zi)動(dong)過熱(re)(re)(re)保護裝置及自(zi)動(dong)保溫(wen)指示(shi)裝置,一個由PTC熱(re)(re)(re)敏電(dian)阻開關控制的(de)小電(dian)爐(lu),PTC是正溫(wen)度(du)(du)系數的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)敏電(dian)阻,當電(dian)流通過時(shi)自(zi)身(shen)會(hui)發熱(re)(re)(re)(電(dian)爐(lu)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量也會(hui)傳(chuan)(chuan)導給它(ta)(ta)的(de)),當溫(wen)度(du)(du)到達一定值時(shi),它(ta)(ta)的(de)電(dian)阻會(hui)急(ji)劇增大,可以視為斷開,此時(shi)電(dian)暖(nuan)寶減(jian)少(shao)消耗的(de)電(dian)能(neng),之(zhi)后(hou)靠保溫(wen)棉(mian)對電(dian)路(lu)的(de)保溫(wen)來緩慢放(fang)熱(re)(re)(re)。這種電(dian)暖(nuan)寶保溫(wen)時(shi)間長,缺點(dian)是它(ta)(ta)無法徹(che)底切(qie)斷電(dian)路(lu),為了預(yu)防萬(wan)一,加熱(re)(re)(re)時(shi)不可離(li)人,且加熱(re)(re)(re)完成后(hou)溫(wen)度(du)(du)較高,在使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時(shi)必(bi)須(xu)套上布袋,以免燙傷。目前,市(shi)面上的(de)電(dian)暖(nuan)寶很少(shao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)這種控制方式。
電熱水袋
軟質液(ye)體電(dian)熱寶(bao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)新技術(shu)儲能發熱劑,加熱升溫(wen)迅(xun)速。一次性注(zhu)水(shui),永久使(shi)用(yong)(yong),獨(du)特(te)防爆免(mian)燙和溫(wen)控保護裝置;使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)長:保溫(wen)持(chi)久等優勢。由于用(yong)(yong)戶無需注(zhu)水(shui)即(ji)可(ke)直接使(shi)用(yong)(yong),免(mian)去了傳(chuan)統熱水(shui)袋頻(pin)繁換水(shui)帶來的麻煩和不安全。從電(dian)熱水(shui)袋的發熱原理看,這種電(dian)暖(nuan)(nuan)寶(bao)有電(dian)極式和電(dian)熱元件式兩大(da)類。其中,電(dian)極式電(dian)暖(nuan)(nuan)寶(bao)由于兩個電(dian)極(或螺絲)直接裸露在水(shui)中,造成(cheng)的漏電(dian)風險也很大(da)。
電池式暖手寶
這種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)使(shi)用(yong)內置(zhi)鋰電(dian)池亦或是(shi)使(shi)用(yong)5號電(dian)池進行供(gong)電(dian)驅動,利(li)用(yong)電(dian)阻產(chan)(chan)生熱量的(de)原(yuan)理進行暖手。目前(qian)該(gai)款產(chan)(chan)品(pin)在2010年由日本三洋公(gong)司在世界率先推出(chu),之后(hou)尤(you)其是(shi)2011年冬開始被眾多廠(chang)家模(mo)仿,但產(chan)(chan)品(pin)品(pin)質一直未(wei)被超越。這種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)對比(bi)前(qian)兩種類(lei)型,加(jia)(jia)熱不受市電(dian)供(gong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱的(de)約束,可將溫(wen)度迅(xun)速提升(sheng)至40℃以(yi)內,對于內置(zhi)鋰電(dian)池型可以(yi)充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)以(yi)備需(xu)(xu)要時開啟使(shi)用(yong),而(er)采(cai)用(yong)5號電(dian)池型則更方便隨時隨地(di)更換,尤(you)其適合(he)外(wai)出(chu)。產(chan)(chan)品(pin)優點:隨時隨地(di)取暖,不受市電(dian)影(ying)響,體積輕巧,恒溫(wen)加(jia)(jia)熱在40℃人體正(zheng)常取暖所需(xu)(xu)的(de)安全(quan)溫(wen)度以(yi)內,十分(fen)安全(quan);缺點:由于產(chan)(chan)品(pin)體積小(xiao)(xiao)巧,直接導(dao)致電(dian)池容量不理想,導(dao)熱時間不夠長,通常最長為1小(xiao)(xiao)時(高于此值,均為虛假宣傳),由于體積小(xiao)(xiao),無法大面積取暖。
按發熱原理分類
電(dian)(dian)暖寶(bao)分為(wei)電(dian)(dian)極式(shi)和電(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲式(shi)兩(liang)種。其中,電(dian)(dian)極式(shi)電(dian)(dian)暖寶(bao)中有正負兩(liang)個電(dian)(dian)極,直(zhi)接和袋中的液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(電(dian)(dian)解質溶(rong)液(ye))接觸,電(dian)(dian)極通(tong)電(dian)(dian)后,溶(rong)液(ye)就帶電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re),加(jia)熱(re)時(shi)間(jian)較(jiao)短(約(yue)2~8分鐘),但液(ye)體(ti)(ti)膨(peng)脹較(jiao)快(kuai),容易爆炸。電(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲式(shi)電(dian)(dian)暖寶(bao)中有一個絕緣體(ti)(ti)線(xian)圈,摸上去體(ti)(ti)積比電(dian)(dian)極式(shi)發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)明顯(xian)要大。
