北京鐵(tie)城建設監理(li)有限責任公司的前身(shen)是(shi)成(cheng)立于(yu)1996年(nian)1月(yue)(yue)的中國鐵(tie)道(dao)建筑總(zong)公司建設監理(li)分(fen)公司,1998年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)完(wan)成(cheng)股份制改革,更為現名。2015年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)整體劃轉鐵(tie)五院。
