經營模(mo)式逐步創新。公司(si)在實行(xing)現菜(cai)直接銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),根據市(shi)(shi)場需(xu)求(qiu),不(bu)斷創新營銷(xiao)模(mo)式,更好適應(ying)市(shi)(shi)場需(xu)求(qiu),擴大(da)市(shi)(shi)場份額。一(yi)方面,努力(li)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)冷藏儲(chu)存能力(li)。為緩解農產(chan)品旺(wang)季(ji)積壓和(he)淡季(ji)供(gong)應(ying)不(bu)足問題(ti),公司(si)于(yu)1996年(nian)(nian)投資(zi)1000萬(wan)元,建設了一(yi)個容量1800地解決(jue)蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)淡旺(wang)季(ji)矛盾問題(ti),使(shi)蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)常年(nian)(nian)供(gong)應(ying)市(shi)(shi)場,大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了噸(dun)的(de)(de)冷藏倉庫,年(nian)(nian)冷藏蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)達1.8萬(wan)噸(dun),并(bing)購置冷庫車(che)2部(bu),有效(xiao)(xiao)公司(si)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)和(he)社會效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)。另一(yi)方面,大(da)力(li)發展凈菜(cai)小(xiao)包裝。公司(si)宇2004年(nian)(nian)投資(zi)800萬(wan)元,引進蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)冷凍保(bao)鮮真空小(xiao)包裝生產(chan)線,并(bing)于(yu)2005年(nian)(nian)注冊了“海特”商標,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)產(chan)品質量檔次,將(jiang)產(chan)品打入超(chao)市(shi)(shi)、酒樓(lou)等(deng)市(shi)(shi)場,目前(qian)已分(fen)別同廣州(zhou)、東莞、汕頭的(de)(de)200多家(jia)超(chao)市(shi)(shi)、酒樓(lou)建立固定供(gong)應(ying)關系,年(nian)(nian)加工銷(xiao)售(shou)凈菜(cai)小(xiao)包裝7000多噸(dun)。
營銷(xiao)(xiao)網絡(luo)(luo)不(bu)斷健全(quan)。公(gong)司(si)創辦初期,瞄準廣(guang)州、東莞、汕頭和福(fu)(fu)州等城(cheng)市(shi)蔬(shu)菜(cai)需求量(liang)大而供(gong)(gong)應(ying)嚴(yan)重不(bu)足的(de)實(shi)際,上述(shu)城(cheng)市(shi)設(she)立蔬(shu)菜(cai)批發門市(shi),大量(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)本地(di)(di)菜(cai)源供(gong)(gong)應(ying),成為公(gong)司(si)主(zhu)要(yao)批發點。隨(sui)著蔬(shu)菜(cai)銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)的(de)猛增,公(gong)司(si)不(bu)斷擴(kuo)大營銷(xiao)(xiao)網絡(luo)(luo),目前已(yi)在北(bei)京、天津(jin)、山東、云南(nan)、貴州、甘(gan)肅(su)、福(fu)(fu)建、湖北(bei)、四川、內蒙(meng)古、廣(guang)西、湖南(nan)、海南(nan)等10多個省、市(shi)、自(zi)治區設(she)立采(cai)購批發點,根(gen)據全(quan)國(guo)各地(di)(di)蔬(shu)菜(cai)生產季節(jie)和市(shi)場銷(xiao)(xiao)售的(de)差異(yi),采(cai)取空運、冷(leng)藏運輸等方式,對(dui)各地(di)(di)蔬(shu)菜(cai)進行(xing)調配,常年(nian)(nian)不(bu)斷地(di)(di)組(zu)織(zhi)蔬(shu)菜(cai)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)國(guo)內各批發點,部分還出口新加坡、馬來西亞、日(ri)本、澳大利亞等國(guo)家。公(gong)司(si)還利用營銷(xiao)(xiao)網絡(luo)(luo)健全(quan)等優勢,為其他公(gong)司(si)及農戶提供(gong)(gong)代售服務(wu),年(nian)(nian)代售量(liang)達(da)350萬(wan)噸。去年(nian)(nian),蔬(shu)菜(cai)批發總量(liang)達(da)1000萬(wan)噸以(yi)上,銷(xiao)(xiao)售額3.5億元。
