江(jiang)西(xi)中煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)成立(li)于2004年10月28日,2009年10月更名為江(jiang)西(xi)中煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)業(ye)有(you)限責任公(gong)司(si),是(shi)由江(jiang)西(xi)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)草順應行(xing)業(ye)工(gong)商管理體制(zhi)改(gai)革分設而(er)成,主要負(fu)責全省(sheng)卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)業(ye)、卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)品牌的(de)生產經營工(gong)作。公(gong)司(si)成立(li)以來,在國家局黨組(zu)(zu)和(he)省(sheng)委(wei)省(sheng)政府的(de)正(zheng)確領(ling)導下,按(an)照“分步走”的(de)策(ce)略積極(ji)推進(jin)聯合(he)重(zhong)組(zu)(zu)和(he)管理體制(zhi)改(gai)革工(gong)作,于2006年底實現(xian)了南昌卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)、井岡山卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)、興(xing)國卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)、贛(gan)南卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)和(he)廣豐卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)的(de)聯合(he)重(zhong)組(zu)(zu);2007年底實現(xian)了江(jiang)西(xi)中煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)與所(suo)屬企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)合(he)并重(zhong)組(zu)(zu),構建了二(er)級母子公(gong)司(si)體制(zhi);2009年底成立(li)了董事會,建立(li)了現(xian)代企(qi)(qi)業(ye)制(zhi)度; 2013年通(tong)過(guo)易地技改(gai)的(de)方式把贛(gan)南卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)和(he)興(xing)國卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)整合(he)為贛(gan)州卷(juan)(juan)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)廠(chang)(chang)。
目前,公司(si)本級(ji)內設20個(ge)部室(中(zhong)心),下轄南昌、贛州、廣豐(feng)和(he)(he)井(jing)岡山4家卷煙(yan)廠,主(zhu)要生產(chan)金(jin)圣(sheng)(sheng)品(pin)牌和(he)(he)廬山品(pin)牌卷煙(yan)。面對高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新形勢,公司(si)堅持以(yi)高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)戰(zhan)略規劃(hua)為(wei)主(zhu)線(xian),聚焦(jiao)加快金(jin)圣(sheng)(sheng)品(pin)牌發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)核心,著力推(tui)進“四大體(ti)系(xi)”和(he)(he)干部人才隊伍建設上水平,推(tui)動江西中(zhong)煙(yan)和(he)(he)金(jin)圣(sheng)(sheng)品(pin)牌實現高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)良好開端。2019年公司(si)生產(chan)卷煙(yan)127.4萬(wan)箱(xiang)(xiang),調撥銷售卷煙(yan)126.7萬(wan)箱(xiang)(xiang),其中(zhong)自(zi)主(zhu)品(pin)牌商業銷售86萬(wan)箱(xiang)(xiang),金(jin)圣(sheng)(sheng)品(pin)牌商業銷售67萬(wan)箱(xiang)(xiang);實現工(gong)業增加值175億元,創(chuang)造稅利155億元,為(wei)江西經濟社會發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)脫(tuo)貧攻堅做出(chu)突出(chu)貢獻。
在企業發(fa)展的同(tong)時,江西(xi)中(zhong)煙積極踐行社會責任,大力回饋革命老區,僅(jin)2013年以來就累計(ji)投入7億多元用(yong)于贛南等原中(zhong)央蘇區對口幫扶建設和各(ge)類社會公益事業。
