北京(jing)雪(xue)花電器集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)是由(you)雪(xue)花電冰箱、壓縮機、古(gu)橋空(kong)調和(he)塑(su)料制品四大企(qi)(qi)業(ye)合并(bing)而(er)成的(de)(de)具(ju)有六十年(nian)發展歷程的(de)(de)國(guo)有企(qi)(qi)業(ye)。2000年(nian)隆(long)(long)達控股(gu)(gu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)通過以(yi)政策性(xing)債(zhai)轉(zhuan)股(gu)(gu)方式,吸納中(zhong)國(guo)華(hua)融(rong)、中(zhong)國(guo)信(xin)達兩家(jia)國(guo)有資(zi)產(chan)(chan)管(guan)理公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)共同組建(jian)了輕(qing)工雪(xue)花公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),依據(ju)債(zhai)轉(zhuan)股(gu)(gu)協議,輕(qing)工雪(xue)花公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)注冊資(zi)本為(wei)(wei)9.3億元,分(fen)別由(you)隆(long)(long)達控股(gu)(gu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(股(gu)(gu)權(quan)(quan)比(bi)例為(wei)(wei)40.19%),華(hua)融(rong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(股(gu)(gu)權(quan)(quan)比(bi)例為(wei)(wei)38.5%)、信(xin)達公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(股(gu)(gu)權(quan)(quan)比(bi)例為(wei)(wei)19.49%)和(he)手工聯社(股(gu)(gu)權(quan)(quan)比(bi)例為(wei)(wei)1.82%)共四方股(gu)(gu)東(dong)(dong)持(chi)有。完成了公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)建(jian)立現(xian)代企(qi)(qi)業(ye)制度的(de)(de)改革(ge)。在(zai)輕(qing)工雪(xue)花公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)股(gu)(gu)權(quan)(quan)結構中(zhong),華(hua)融(rong)、信(xin)達兩家(jia)國(guo)有資(zi)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)(jing)營公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)比(bi)例達到58%,隆(long)(long)達公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)以(yi)40%的(de)(de)股(gu)(gu)比(bi)處于相對控股(gu)(gu)地位,為(wei)(wei)大股(gu)(gu)東(dong)(dong),同時在(zai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)經(jing)(jing)營上(shang)委托隆(long)(long)達公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)管(guan)理。
