北京市電加(jia)工研究(jiu)所(suo)有限公(gong)司(簡稱“北京電加(jia)工所(suo)”)成立于(yu)1978年(nian),2000年(nian)轉制(zhi)為(wei)企(qi)業(ye),2021年(nian)完成公(gong)司化改制(zhi),現(xian)隸屬(shu)于(yu)北京市科學技術研究(jiu)院。
成立以來,一(yi)直致力于特種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)工技(ji)(ji)術領域前(qian)沿共(gong)性(xing)技(ji)(ji)術開發及應(ying)用,是我國(guo)特種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)工行業(ye)龍頭(tou)骨(gu)干企(qi)業(ye),也是我國(guo)較(jiao)早從事特種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)工技(ji)(ji)術研發與(yu)(yu)裝備制造的(de)機(ji)構(gou)之(zhi)一(yi),工信部國(guo)家級專精特新(xin)“小(xiao)巨人”認定(ding),中關(guan)村高(gao)新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術企(qi)業(ye)。現(xian)(xian)已(yi)成為(wei)在(zai)高(gao)檔(dang)精密(mi)數控電火(huo)花成形加(jia)工裝備與(yu)(yu)技(ji)(ji)術、電火(huo)花微細加(jia)工裝備與(yu)(yu)技(ji)(ji)術、超硬刀具加(jia)工裝備與(yu)(yu)技(ji)(ji)術等裝備技(ji)(ji)術領域極具影響的(de)現(xian)(xian)代化高(gao)科技(ji)(ji)企(qi)業(ye)。
北京(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)所在“一特(te)(te)二(er)精(jing)(jing)”(一特(te)(te)即(ji)特(te)(te)殊(shu)材料(liao)的(de)特(te)(te)種加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu),二(er)精(jing)(jing)即(ji)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)和(he)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)制造)主要研究方向上形(xing)成了以(yi)多軸智能(neng)聯動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)成形(xing)機(ji)床(chuang)、精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)微細電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)機(ji)床(chuang)、超(chao)(chao)硬(ying)刀(dao)具(ju)數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)磨(mo)床(chuang)、精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)超(chao)(chao)硬(ying)刀(dao)具(ju)系(xi)列機(ji)械、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)以(yi)及(ji)激光超(chao)(chao)硬(ying)刀(dao)具(ju)磨(mo)床(chuang)等為主的(de)系(xi)列產(chan)品60余種,先(xian)后(hou)獲得(de)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)機(ji)床(chuang)達(da)標認定產(chan)品”“北京(jing)市新技術(shu)新產(chan)品”。掌握了特(te)(te)殊(shu)材料(liao)閉式結構扭曲型腔零(ling)件的(de)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、整體閉式葉輪電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、帶葉冠狀渦輪盤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、葉片(pian)氣(qi)膜(mo)孔加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、精(jing)(jing)密(mi)(mi)微細電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、超(chao)(chao)高溫陶瓷材料(liao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、超(chao)(chao)硬(ying)刀(dao)具(ju)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)及(ji)聚晶金剛石(shi)復合片(pian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)等國際國內先(xian)進技術(shu)。
累計(ji)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)(de)授權專(zhuan)(zhuan)利160余(yu)(yu)項(xiang),其中發明(ming)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利40余(yu)(yu)項(xiang),實(shi)用新型百余(yu)(yu)項(xiang),獲(huo)(huo)得(de)(de)軟件著(zhu)作權12項(xiang),出版專(zhuan)(zhuan)著(zhu)7部。先后(hou)榮(rong)獲(huo)(huo)省部級(ji)科技(ji)成果獎、進(jin)步獎和行業獎勵80余(yu)(yu)項(xiang)。
