源于姬(ji)姓(xing),出自周王朝時期官(guan)吏爨(cuan)官(guan),屬(shu)于以官(guan)職稱(cheng)謂為(wei)氏。爨(cuan)官(guan),為(wei)西周時期在(zai)宮廷內為(wei)王室成員(yuan)制膳之(zhi)士中的(de)灶官(guan),就(jiu)是(shi)俗稱(cheng)的(de)火(huo)(huo)頭(tou)倌(guan),專職掌(zhang)管炊火(huo)(huo)。“爨(cuan)”,就(jiu)是(shi)今天(tian)稱(cheng)作(zuo)的(de)“灶”,用(yong)于安置(zhi)無足器皿(min)進行煑食(shi)物,“大羹湆(qi)在(zai)爨(cuan)”,就(jiu)是(shi)烹煮肉(rou)食(shi)、肉(rou)湯。而無足之(zhi)器皿(min)就(jiu)稱(cheng)作(zuo)“鍋”。

“阿(a)詩瑪”,漢(han)義就是“蛇女”,而蛇女則是古爨(cuan)人深切崇拜(bai)的圖騰。

爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)做(zuo)為(wei)一(yi)個有著古老悠久歷史和燦爛(lan)文(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個氏(shi)族,曾在(zai)以(yi)云南(nan)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)南(nan)中(zhong)(zhong)地區,形成相對(dui)獨(du)立的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)治(zhi)區域,興盛五百余年(nian),為(wei)古代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)央政權統(tong)治(zhi)邊疆少(shao)數民(min)(min)族地區和中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族的(de)(de)(de)團結,以(yi)及(ji)國家的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)做(zuo)出了重大的(de)(de)(de)貢獻。后來隨著南(nan)詔(zhao)國的(de)(de)(de)建立,爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)逐漸衰(shuai)落,其(qi)居民(min)(min)大部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)失(shi)去(qu)了“爨(cuan)(cuan)”姓,同化(hua)于(yu)少(shao)數民(min)(min)族中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)“彝”族、“白”族,也有一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)遠去(qu)海(hai)外,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)有及(ji)少(shao)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen),流落內(nei)地,還保留“爨(cuan)(cuan)”的(de)(de)(de)姓氏(shi)。
爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong):先祖(zu)(zu)由陜西東(dong)遷宜陽(yang),名無(wu)所(suo)考,二(er)世祖(zu)(zu)教、榮(rong)二(er)公,教公二(er)子,長忠,次炎(yan)忠,炎(yan)厥后無(wu)所(suo)考,“惟榮(rong)公捐粟(su)活饑民(min)(min),旌(jing)為義(yi)士,載(zai)在縣(xian)(xian)志,學宮設主春秋祭(ji)焉(yan),宗(zong)廟(miao)立為始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)至(zhi)今(jin)。”立二(er)世祖(zu)(zu)爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)為始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)。中華民(min)(min)國(guo)七年(公元1918年)編修的(de)《宜陽(yang)縣(xian)(xian)志》五卷《人(ren)物、義(yi)烈》中記載(zai):“爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong):坊郭保(bao)后莊人(ren),明正統六(liu)年,大饑,人(ren)相(xiang)食(shi),輸粟(su)二(er)千(qian)一百(bai)石(shi)以賑(zhen)饑民(min)(min),當據情邀請(qing),勞以羊(yang)酒(jiu),旌(jing)為義(yi)士,萬(wan)歷年間知(zhi)縣(xian)(xian)紀汝(ru)清題請(qing)建(jian)(jian)坊,又(you)經知(zhi)府袁錠,同知(zhi)王瓚,通判薛慎(shen),推官鄧(deng)蜎知(zhi)縣(xian)(xian)呂鏞(yong),縣(xian)(xian)丞黃宗(zong),主薄(bo)羅有(you)(you)聞(wen),典史曹震(zhen),教育宋旗仝有(you)(you)贊語(yu),同王襄(xiang)毅、陳文(wen)獻入祠忠義(yi)。”贊辭(ci)曰:榮(rong)歸故鄉,華陰(yin)南(nan)園(yuan),適(shi)因兵(bing)變,孤身東(dong)遷,旅棲于趙(zhao)族,結姻(yin)授(shou)產,甫及二(er)世,田連千(qian)陌(mo),富戶(hu)諱榮(rong),明敏不凡,時值饑荒,百(bai)姓食(shi)艱(jian),嗷(ao)嗷(ao)待(dai)哺(bu),榮(rong)心側(ce)憐,一承朕命,輸粟(su)二(er)千(qian),薟活眾(zhong)人(ren),宜民(min)(min)安然,有(you)(you)司(si)以聞(wen),敷賜瑤天(tian),旌(jing)為義(yi)士,仍(reng)(reng)賜優(you)免(mian),當時仁(ren)(ren)厚(hou),眾(zhong)口(kou)交談,援及至(zhi)今(jin),薟斯(si)源源,多士克癢,后生翩翩,仁(ren)(ren)者有(you)(you)后,天(tian)遵好還(huan),隱德休征,于此顯然,銘(ming)刻(ke)在石(shi),億兆永傳。為了紀念其功(gong)績,萬(wan)歷年間,知(zhi)縣(xian)(xian)紀汝(ru)青(qing)(qing),在后莊村(cun)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏家廟(miao)門(men)(men)口(kou),古(gu)官道路邊建(jian)(jian)有(you)(you)“綸音褒羲”石(shi)坊,上銘(ming)刻(ke)圣旨:圣旨云,國(guo)家施(shi)仁(ren)(ren)善民(min)(min)為首(shou)爾,能出雜(za)糧二(er)千(qian)一百(bai)石(shi),用(yong)助賑(zhen)濟,有(you)(you)司(si)以聞(wen),朕用(yong)嘉之,今(jin)特賜勒獎論(lun)榮(rong)以羊(yang)酒(jiu),旌(jing)為義(yi)士,仍(reng)(reng)免(mian)本戶(hu)雜(za)迅差役,數(shu)世尚(shang)允蹈忠厚(hou),表勵鄉俗,用(yong)副(fu)朝(chao)廷褒嘉之意。該坊青(qing)(qing)石(shi)建(jian)(jian)筑,古(gu)樸莊嚴,高五米,四柱三門(men)(men),雕刻(ke)精美(mei),名人(ren)書丹,可惜(xi)已毀(hui)于文(wen)化大革命的(de)災難中。現(xian)在祖(zu)(zu)陵爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)前留(liu)有(you)(you)兩通石(shi)柱,上刻(ke)知(zhi)縣(xian)(xian)紀汝(ru)青(qing)(qing)贈對聯一副(fu):捐粟(su)活饑民(min)(min)光沐天(tian)恩褒義(yi)德;植槐昌世澤衍看甲科振喬門(men)(men)。是為宜陽(yang)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)。
云南省曲(qu)靖(jing)市(shi)麒麟區(qu),仍(reng)然保留爨人(ren)的文化,定期舉行爨鄉文化節、爨族火把(ba)節等活動(dong)。
陜西(xi)省華(hua)陰(yin)市孟(meng)源鎮(zhen)溝李村爨(cuan)家自(zi)然村。
陜西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)寶(bao)雞市(shi)鳳翔(xiang)縣(xian)田(tian)家莊鎮(zhen)新增務村(cun),今(jin)改(gai)作(zuo)“寸”,讀(du)cuàn。此(ci)支爨(cuan)氏,包括扶風、岐山(shan)的爨(cuan)氏,大約(yue)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)元(yuan)(yuan)朝初期(qi)從(cong)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)平(ping)陽(yang)遷(qian)入今(jin)地(di)(di)進行屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)墾,后(hou)來(lai)留在(zai)(zai)當地(di)(di)。其中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)支后(hou)來(lai)去了六盤山(shan)地(di)(di)區(qu),即今(jin)甘肅慶陽(yang)地(di)(di)區(qu)。據元(yuan)(yuan)史記載,山(shan)西(xi)(xi)地(di)(di)區(qu)的漢軍(jun)諸部征戍(shu)陜西(xi)(xi)與四川等地(di)(di)之時,曾(ceng)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)些(xie)(xie)地(di)(di)區(qu)屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)田(tian)耕種(zhong),以(yi)(yi)給(gei)軍(jun)餉。這些(xie)(xie)隨軍(jun)的屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)田(tian)戶(hu)有較(jiao)多是(shi)來(lai)自于河(he)東山(shan)西(xi)(xi)。如(ru):“元(yuan)(yuan)太宗七年(1235),蒙古汗廷(ting)‘發平(ping)陽(yang)、河(he)中(zhong)(zhong)、京兆(zhao)民二千屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)田(tian)鳳翔(xiang)’。中(zhong)(zhong)統元(yuan)(yuan)年(1260),山(shan)西(xi)(xi)地(di)(di)區(qu)有隸(li)于鳳翔(xiang)屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)田(tian)八百余(yu)人(ren)在(zai)(zai)屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)罷后(hou),兵不歸(gui)籍(ji)。中(zhong)(zhong)統二年(1261)冬十月,忽必烈詔(zhao)鳳翔(xiang)府種(zhong)田(tian)戶(hu)隸(li)平(ping)陽(yang)兵籍(ji),毋令出(chu)征,務農耕屯(tun)(tun)(tun)(tun)以(yi)(yi)給(gei)軍(jun)餉。”這些(xie)(xie)種(zhong)田(tian)戶(hu)中(zhong)(zhong)不少人(ren)原本來(lai)自平(ping)陽(yang)路。陜西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)延(yan)安(an)市(shi)延(yan)長縣(xian)(原安(an)河(he)鄉合并于羅子山(shan)鎮(zhen))現(xian)為安(an)河(he)村(cun),石丘村(cun)小部分遷(qian)到下塬村(cun),有保留爨(cuan)姓的,也(ye)有部分改(gai)作(zuo)“氽”讀(du)cuàn。陜西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)延(yan)安(an)市(shi)富縣(xian)交(jiao)道鎮(zhen)立(li)石村(cun)和(he)茶坊鎮(zhen)岔口村(cun)保留爨(cuan)cuàn姓。

河北省廊坊市。
今(jin)華北平舒郡有爨(cuan)氏者,系為原(yuan)古姓(xing)氏族(zu)一脈之后(hou)(hou)裔,為唐時避禍流落于此。原(yuan)居(ju)本郡桑桑村,后(hou)(hou)遷居(ju)本郡菜園村。此一族(zu)人數代遵(zun)古訓家(jia)傳,德才(cai)品優,不為勢爭(zheng),勤勞善良,和睦(mu)周(zhou)邊,樂業安居(ju)于市井(jing)鄉里(li),口碑頗佳(jia)。萬不幸在1966年(nian)動亂中將祖訓及古家(jia)譜(pu)(pu)遺失殆盡,族(zu)人中痛(tong)呼者多矣。又幸于族(zu)人有志(zhi)者多,均為立家(jia)譜(pu)(pu)之之史獻策。然雖歷(li)經(jing)波折(zhe),史料終(zhong)難搜集,只為現存人追憶尚缺族(zu)墳(fen)上推(tui)七世(shi)之多,古譜(pu)(pu)古訓更難尋覓。現以族(zu)墳(fen)第八(ba)世(shi)始成(cheng)此爨(cuan)氏家(jia)史,以效祖制,慰先人,警后(hou)(hou)志(zhi),亦快族(zu)人之心也(ye)。
山東(dong)省商(shang)河(he)縣懷仁鎮西南4公里處爨家村(cun)。本(ben)村(cun)村(cun)民皆姓(xing)爨,現(xian)改為'炊'同(tong)樣讀爨.起(qi)源于本(ben)村(cun)西北8公里處的臨邑縣理合(he)鄉龍家村(cun)。本(ben)地有(you)爨姓(xing)、龍姓(xing)一家人的說法。本(ben)村(cun)發源的馬(ma)蹄(ti)燒(shao)餅,是(shi)商(shang)河(he)縣特(te)產。

寸(cun)向陽,本姓(xing)爨(cuan),生于(yu)1979年(nian)(nian),陜(shan)西(xi)鳳(feng)翔人。1997年(nian)(nian)開始文學創作,著有《世如春(chun)夢了無痕(hen)》、《透支愛情》《72小(xiao)(xiao)時》。其中(zhong)《透支愛情》于(yu)2004年(nian)(nian)由華(hua)夏(xia)出版社出版,另有《罪愛》、《72小(xiao)(xiao)時》等中(zhong)篇小(xiao)(xiao)說。現在西(xi)安某報社工作。
