黃(huang)河(he)(he)河(he)(he)套(tao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)旅(lv)游區(qu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)“二(er)黃(huang)河(he)(he)”為(wei)中(zhong)軸進行(xing)(xing)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)放式公(gong)園景區(qu)。黃(huang)河(he)(he)流域(yu)(yu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明最(zui)主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)源地(di)(di)，是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)華(hua)民族的(de)(de)(de)(de)“母(mu)親河(he)(he)”，以(yi)巴彥(yan)淖爾(er)(er)為(wei)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)黃(huang)河(he)(he)大后套(tao)流域(yu)(yu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)黃(huang)河(he)(he)流域(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要組成部分(fen)。“二(er)黃(huang)河(he)(he)”是(shi)(shi)(shi)河(he)(he)套(tao)灌區(qu)總(zong)干渠(qu)，全(quan)長230公(gong)里(li)，澆灌著巴彥(yan)淖爾(er)(er)1000萬畝耕地(di)(di)，是(shi)(shi)(shi)巴彥(yan)淖爾(er)(er)人民的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一條(tiao)“母(mu)親河(he)(he)”。景區(qu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)結合濕地(di)(di)保護與恢(hui)復工程和水生態建(jian)設，精(jing)心打造的(de)(de)(de)(de)旅(lv)游精(jing)品景點，是(shi)(shi)(shi)展現黃(huang)河(he)(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、草(cao)原文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、河(he)(he)套(tao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、獨(du)具北疆特(te)色的(de)(de)(de)(de)旅(lv)游觀光休閑度假基(ji)地(di)(di)。旅(lv)游區(qu)多(duo)角度展示了幾千年來(lai)黃(huang)河(he)(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、草(cao)原文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、農耕文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)和移民文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)在(zai)河(he)(he)套(tao)地(di)(di)區(qu)聚集、融合、傳(chuan)承(cheng)、積(ji)淀的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷程，充(chong)分(fen)展現了河(he)(he)套(tao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)兼容并蓄的(de)(de)(de)(de)獨(du)特(te)魅力。景區(qu)成功舉辦了多(duo)次全(quan)國性的(de)(de)(de)(de)龍(long)舟賽、公(gong)路(lu)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車賽等大型賽事，吸引(yin)了全(quan)國各地(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)游客，已成為(wei)巴彥(yan)淖爾(er)(er)旅(lv)游業的(de)(de)(de)(de)一張亮麗(li)名片(pian)。
景區(qu)包(bao)括(kuo)文(wen)博中心、蒙古大(da)營、塞上明(ming)珠廣場、黃(huang)河(he)廣場、黃(huang)河(he)水利文(wen)化(hua)博物館、萬豐(feng)村、水韻閣、黃(huang)河(he)觀凌(ling)塔、酒莊老鎮(zhen)、黃(huang)河(he)漁村、多藍湖、富強村、鏡湖等景點。
市區(qu)內乘坐8路（市醫院(yuan)環線(xian)）、13路（郵政大廈(sha)—市醫院(yuan)）、12路（南(nan)馬道橋—市醫院(yuan)東門(men)-紅星美凱龍）、15路（峻峰華(hua)庭—酒莊）公(gong)交(jiao)即可。
黃河(he)(he)(he)(he)河(he)(he)(he)(he)套(tao)文化旅(lv)游區(qu)(qu)位于舉世(shi)聞名的(de)黃河(he)(he)(he)(he)流域上中游，黃河(he)(he)(he)(he)“幾”字彎(wan)頂端，地(di)處河(he)(he)(he)(he)套(tao)平(ping)原腹(fu)地(di)，內蒙古自治區(qu)(qu)巴彥(yan)淖爾市臨河(he)(he)(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)南端，雙河(he)(he)(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)北側，地(di)理坐標介于東經(jing)107°21′26″至(zhi)107°32′29″，北緯40°40′27″至(zhi)40°41′54″之間。
