蒙牛乳(ru)業(ye)(ye)(馬鞍山)有限公(gong)司系中國著名的(de)乳(ru)制品生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)企業(ye)(ye)、全國民營500強(qiang)企業(ye)(ye)——內蒙古蒙牛乳(ru)業(ye)(ye)(集團)股份有限公(gong)司在開發區設立(li)。總(zong)投資(zi)約9億元(yuan),其中注冊(ce)資(zi)本1.1億元(yuan),分三(san)期建設:首期建設亞洲最大的(de)單跨度冰淇淋生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)車(che)間(26條冰淇淋生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian));二期建設23條液(ye)體(ti)奶生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)UHT奶、乳(ru)飲料(liao)、酸奶等產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品);三(san)期建設24條液(ye)體(ti)常溫奶生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)。項目達產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)后將形(xing)成(cheng)25億元(yuan)的(de)年銷售收入(ru)。
二期工程
二期工(gong)程(cheng)為液(ye)體(ti)(ti)奶(nai)(nai)項(xiang)目,主要生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)酸奶(nai)(nai)、乳飲料及常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)UHT奶(nai)(nai)。該項(xiang)目總投(tou)(tou)資(zi)額約為3億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),新增土地(di)面積(ji)125畝,工(gong)廠(chang)共設(she)立(li)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線20條(tiao)(低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)16條(tiao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線,常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)4條(tiao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線),設(she)計產(chan)(chan)(chan)量可(ke)(ke)達850噸/日(ri)(ri),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)年產(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)約10億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),可(ke)(ke)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)利稅約3200萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)設(she)備均來自(zi)瑞典利樂、國(guo)際(ji)(ji)化紙業、杭州中亞等(deng)國(guo)內外具有國(guo)際(ji)(ji)領先(xian)水平(ping)的設(she)備廠(chang)家,自(zi)動化程(cheng)度高(gao),工(gong)藝先(xian)進(jin),從原奶(nai)(nai)入(ru)(ru)廠(chang)到(dao)(dao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品出(chu)廠(chang)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)牛(niu)奶(nai)(nai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)無菌(jun)化操(cao)作,保證了牛(niu)奶(nai)(nai)口(kou)感和(he)(he)健(jian)康。2.02萬(wan)(wan)平(ping)米的廠(chang)房和(he)(he)附屬車間(jian),吸收多(duo)個(ge)(ge)國(guo)家十(shi)幾個(ge)(ge)國(guo)內外著名酸奶(nai)(nai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)企業的設(she)計優點,在資(zi)金有限的情(qing)況下力所能及地(di)向(xiang)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)著名企業靠攏,無水車間(jian)設(she)計、人(ren)流物流出(chu)口(kou)的改進(jin)、冷庫系(xi)(xi)統的改進(jin)等(deng)都(dou)在很大程(cheng)度上(shang)(shang)提高(gao)了工(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目的國(guo)際(ji)(ji)化水平(ping)。各生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線調試投(tou)(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)后可(ke)(ke)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)包括杯(bei)酸系(xi)(xi)列、巴(ba)氏奶(nai)(nai)系(xi)(xi)列、凝固型系(xi)(xi)列、袋酸系(xi)(xi)列、屋頂包系(xi)(xi)列、常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)鮮(xian)奶(nai)(nai)系(xi)(xi)列等(deng)30多(duo)個(ge)(ge)品種(zhong)100多(duo)個(ge)(ge)規格(ge),日(ri)(ri)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量高(gao)達850噸,完全(quan)可(ke)(ke)以滿(man)足上(shang)(shang)海、南京(jing)、安(an)徽、蘇(su)杭江浙一帶的市(shi)場需求。 二期工(gong)程(cheng)于2005年6月份立(li)項(xiang)動工(gong),2006年1月25日(ri)(ri)投(tou)(tou)入(ru)(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan),截止(zhi)到(dao)(dao)目前公司實(shi)現(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量25047噸,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)1.65億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),銷售額16400萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),上(shang)(shang)交利稅850萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。2007年低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)事業部預計產(chan)(chan)(chan)量8.2萬(wan)(wan)噸,預計產(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)59100萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)銷售收54500萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)、利潤3900萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。利稅2300萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。(低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部分(fen)) 在軟件建設(she)上(shang)(shang),公司引進(jin)先(xian)進(jin)的OEC管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),引入(ru)(ru)ISO9001國(guo)際(ji)(ji)質量管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)及食(shi)品安(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),環境管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)以及職業健(jian)康安(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)等(deng)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)先(xian)進(jin)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)標(biao)準,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)軟硬件的完美結合。
