蒙牛(niu)乳(ru)業(馬鞍山(shan))有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)系中(zhong)國(guo)著名(ming)的乳(ru)制(zhi)品生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)企(qi)業、全國(guo)民營500強企(qi)業——內蒙古蒙牛(niu)乳(ru)業(集(ji)團)股份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)在開發(fa)區設(she)(she)立(li)。總投資約9億元,其中(zhong)注冊資本1.1億元,分三(san)期建設(she)(she):首期建設(she)(she)亞洲(zhou)最大的單跨度冰淇淋生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)車間(26條(tiao)冰淇淋生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線);二期建設(she)(she)23條(tiao)液(ye)體奶(nai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)UHT奶(nai)、乳(ru)飲(yin)料(liao)、酸奶(nai)等產(chan)(chan)(chan)品);三(san)期建設(she)(she)24條(tiao)液(ye)體常溫奶(nai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線。項目(mu)達產(chan)(chan)(chan)后(hou)將(jiang)形成25億元的年銷售收入。
二期工程
二(er)(er)期工(gong)程(cheng)為(wei)液體(ti)(ti)(ti)奶(nai)項(xiang)目(mu),主要生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)低溫(wen)(wen)酸(suan)奶(nai)、乳飲(yin)料及常溫(wen)(wen)UHT奶(nai)。該項(xiang)目(mu)總投(tou)(tou)資額(e)約為(wei)3億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),新增(zeng)土地面(mian)積(ji)125畝,工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)共(gong)設(she)(she)立(li)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線20條(低溫(wen)(wen)16條生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線,常溫(wen)(wen)4條生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線),設(she)(she)計產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量可達850噸(dun)/日(ri),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)約10億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),可實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)利稅(shui)約3200萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)設(she)(she)備均來(lai)自瑞典利樂、國(guo)際(ji)化(hua)(hua)紙(zhi)業、杭州中亞等(deng)國(guo)內(nei)外具有(you)國(guo)際(ji)領先(xian)(xian)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備廠(chang)(chang)家(jia),自動化(hua)(hua)程(cheng)度(du)高(gao),工(gong)藝先(xian)(xian)進(jin),從原奶(nai)入廠(chang)(chang)到產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)出(chu)廠(chang)(chang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)牛奶(nai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)無(wu)菌化(hua)(hua)操作,保(bao)證了牛奶(nai)口感和健康(kang)。2.02萬(wan)(wan)平(ping)(ping)米的(de)(de)廠(chang)(chang)房和附屬車間(jian),吸收(shou)多(duo)個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)十幾個(ge)國(guo)內(nei)外著(zhu)名酸(suan)奶(nai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)企(qi)業的(de)(de)設(she)(she)計優點(dian),在(zai)(zai)資金有(you)限的(de)(de)情況下力所能(neng)及地向國(guo)際(ji)著(zhu)名企(qi)業靠攏,無(wu)水(shui)車間(jian)設(she)(she)計、人流(liu)物流(liu)出(chu)口的(de)(de)改進(jin)、冷庫(ku)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)改進(jin)等(deng)都在(zai)(zai)很大(da)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)提高(gao)了工(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)國(guo)際(ji)化(hua)(hua)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。各生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線調試(shi)投(tou)(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)后(hou)可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)包(bao)括杯酸(suan)系(xi)列、巴(ba)氏奶(nai)系(xi)列、凝固型系(xi)列、袋酸(suan)系(xi)列、屋頂包(bao)系(xi)列、常溫(wen)(wen)鮮奶(nai)系(xi)列等(deng)30多(duo)個(ge)品(pin)種(zhong)100多(duo)個(ge)規格(ge),日(ri)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量高(gao)達850噸(dun),完(wan)全可以滿(man)足上(shang)海、南京(jing)、安徽(hui)、蘇杭江浙一帶的(de)(de)市場需求(qiu)。 二(er)(er)期工(gong)程(cheng)于2005年(nian)6月(yue)份立(li)項(xiang)動工(gong),2006年(nian)1月(yue)25日(ri)投(tou)(tou)入生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan),截止到目(mu)前公(gong)司(si)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量25047噸(dun),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)1.65億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),銷售額(e)16400萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),上(shang)交(jiao)利稅(shui)850萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。2007年(nian)低溫(wen)(wen)事業部(bu)預(yu)計產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量8.2萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun),預(yu)計產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)59100萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)銷售收(shou)54500萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、利潤(run)3900萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。利稅(shui)2300萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。(低溫(wen)(wen)部(bu)分) 在(zai)(zai)軟件(jian)建設(she)(she)上(shang),公(gong)司(si)引進(jin)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)OEC管(guan)理(li),引入ISO9001國(guo)際(ji)質量管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)及食品(pin)安全管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi),環境管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)以及職(zhi)業健康(kang)安全管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)等(deng)國(guo)際(ji)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)標準,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)軟硬件(jian)的(de)(de)完(wan)美(mei)結(jie)合(he)。
