石泉水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站位(wei)于陜(shan)西石泉縣漢江上游,是(shi)漢江上游河段梯級開發(fa)的第2個(ge)梯級電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,是(shi)陜(shan)西電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的主要調峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠。水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站擴機工(gong)程屬陜(shan)西省(sheng)“九五”重點(dian)建設項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),“二(er)十項(xiang)(xiang)興陜(shan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)”工(gong)程之(zhi)一。控制流(liu)域面(mian)(mian)積24000平方(fang)公里,多年(nian)平均流(liu)量372立方(fang)米/秒,設計(ji)洪水流(liu)量21500立方(fang)米/秒。總庫容為(wei)4.4億立方(fang)米,設計(ji)灌溉面(mian)(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝機容量13.5萬(wan)千瓦。以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)主,兼有灌溉、防洪、漁業等綜合(he)效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成(cheng)的(de)(de)首座中型(xing)水電(dian)廠。 電(dian)廠于1971年(nian)(nian)動工,1973年(nian)(nian)第一臺機(ji)(ji)組發(fa)電(dian),到1975年(nian)(nian)3臺單機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)為4.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)的(de)(de)水力(li)機(ji)(ji)組全(quan)(quan)部投產發(fa)電(dian),總裝機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)達(da)到13.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),設計年(nian)(nian)均發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)6.5億千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)。工程總投資1.94億元(yuan),已于1981年(nian)(nian)收(shou)回(hui)全(quan)(quan)部投資。現有職工人數602人。
石泉(quan)水電站擴(kuo)機(ji)工程(cheng)屬陜西省“九五”重點(dian)建設項(xiang)(xiang)目。“二十項(xiang)(xiang)興(xing)陜項(xiang)(xiang)目”工程(cheng)之一。1998年(nian)9月29日主體工程(cheng)全面開工,2000年(nian)8月23日首臺機(ji)組發電,2002年(nian)1月通過工程(cheng) 竣工安全鑒定。
所(suo)在河(he)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為漢水,控制流(liu)(liu)(liu)域面積24000平(ping)方(fang)公里(li),多年平(ping)均流(liu)(liu)(liu)量372立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒,設(she)計洪水流(liu)(liu)(liu)量21500立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。總(zong)庫(ku)容(rong)為4.4億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),設(she)計灌溉面積0.4萬畝,裝機容(rong)量13.5萬千(qian)瓦。主(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)型為混凝土空腹重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高65米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂長度353米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)基巖(yan)石(shi)為石(shi)英片(pian)巖(yan)。壩(ba)(ba)體工程量 37萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),主(zhu)要(yao)泄洪方(fang)式為壩(ba)(ba)頂溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站二期工程發電廠房為岸(an)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)式,機(ji)坑開挖(wa)深度約 42米(mi)。在機(ji)坑開挖(wa)過(guo)程中(zhong),邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)表層(ceng)發生了(le)2 次(ci)崩塌(ta)(ta)性(xing)破(po)壞(huai),在廠房和邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)之(zhi)間(jian)形成(cheng)一(yi)個“月牙”形空(kong)缺(que)(que)。根據崩塌(ta)(ta)后揭(jie)露的(de)地(di)質構(gou)造特性(xing),分析了(le)高(gao)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)的(de)崩塌(ta)(ta)機(ji)理(li)(li)。在此基礎上,擬定加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)(fang)案,并用(yong)(yong)(yong)極限(xian)(xian)平(ping)衡法優化(hua)出(chu)合(he)理(li)(li)的(de)錨索錨固(gu)力(li),用(yong)(yong)(yong)二維接觸非線性(xing)有限(xian)(xian)元分析邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)巖體與(yu)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)框(kuang)架(jia)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)相互作用(yong)(yong)(yong);根據數值仿真計算結果,作出(chu)了(le)在“月牙”形空(kong)缺(que)(que)處修建混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)框(kuang)架(jia)結構(gou)的(de)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)綜合(he)治理(li)(li)加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)(fang)案,其目的(de)是利用(yong)(yong)(yong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)框(kuang)架(jia)結構(gou)的(de)適度變形所產生的(de)彈性(xing)抗力(li)來增加(jia)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)坡(po)腳的(de)穩定性(xing)。石泉壩址控制漢(han)江流域面積(ji)2.34萬平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公里,多年(nian)平(ping)均流量341立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒。工程按百年(nian)一(yi)遇洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設計,500年(nian)一(yi)遇洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)校核。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫正(zheng)常蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)410米(mi),庫容(rong)3.24億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),有效庫容(rong)2.27億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),為不(bu)完(wan)全季調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大壩(ba)(ba)為混凝土空腹重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)及(ji)實(shi)體重力(li)壩(ba)(ba),最大壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)5米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)416米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)全長352米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)16米(mi)(mi)。電(dian)站(zhan)廠房(fang)(fang)為壩(ba)(ba)后(hou)式(shi),安裝3臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千瓦混流式(shi)水輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組,總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)千瓦;1998年又在(zai)下游尾水左岸安裝2臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千瓦機(ji)(ji)組,為短洞引水岸邊式(shi)廠房(fang)(fang),1洞2機(ji)(ji),利(li)用石泉大壩(ba)(ba)棄水發(fa)電(dian),電(dian)站(zhan)總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量22.5萬(wan)千瓦。

工程概況
1989年(nian)(nian)按現行(xing)設(she)計(ji)規范對石(shi)泉水電站大壩進(jin)行(xing)安(an)全復(fu)(fu)核,復(fu)(fu)核結果表(biao)明(ming)當(dang)大壩宣(xuan)泄千年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu)洪水時,左右(you)非溢流壩段(duan)的(de)壩踵產生拉應(ying)力。為此決定采(cai)用(yong)以大噸(dun)位預(yu)(yu)應(ying)力錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)為主、基礎灌漿消除揚壓(ya)力為輔的(de)加(jia)(jia)固方(fang)案。經過設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算,需(xu)在(zai)壩頂安(an)設(she)30束(shu)預(yu)(yu)應(ying)力錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo),錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)分(fen)6000kN和8000kN兩種,總噸(dun)位176.52MN。采(cai)用(yong)如此規模(mo)的(de)預(yu)(yu)應(ying)力錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)加(jia)(jia)固壩體,在(zai)國內尚屬首次。局科研所(suo)于1994年(nian)(nian)6月開始,到1995年(nian)(nian)7月30日完成(cheng)29束(shu)600噸(dun) 級、1束(shu)800噸(dun)級預(yu)(yu)應(ying)力錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)施工,有7束(shu)錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)中做(zuo)了試驗(yan)。
施工情況
在大(da)壩頂面鉆(zhan)深(shen)度(du)最大(da)達75米錨(mao)索(suo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),既(ji)要(yao)確保(bao)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)垂直度(du),又不能破(po)壞壩體。鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)使(shi)用(yong) SGZ-Ⅲ鉆(zhan)機,鋼粒鉆(zhan)進(jin)。鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)中對(dui)鉆(zhan)機采(cai)取特殊(shu)固定措施,并使(shi)用(yong)變徑鉆(zhan)桿和(he)長(chang)鉆(zhan)具,使(shi)得孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜均小于(yu)3‰。錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)位于(yu)基巖的(de)部分(fen)還進(jin)行了帷(wei)幕和(he)固結灌漿。錨(mao)索(suo)索(suo)體每束(shu)分(fen)別由33根或43高根鋼絞線組(zu)成(cheng),長(chang)度(du)為43.5~77 米,重量(liang)為1.5~3.2噸。下束(shu)前(qian),對(dui)束(shu)體按設計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)進(jin)行了臨時和(he)長(chang)期防(fang)腐(fu)處理。臨時處理主要(yao)是(shi)對(dui)處于(yu)錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)水(shui)中的(de)束(shu)體,用(yong)石(shi)灰水(shui)(pH值大(da)于(yu)12)浸泡。長(chang)期防(fang)腐(fu)是(shi)用(yong)專(zhuan)門配(pei)制的(de)防(fang)腐(fu)漆(qi)涂在鋼絞線上。下束(shu)時,用(yong)專(zhuan)門設計(ji)的(de)下束(shu)車(che)替代大(da)型(xing)吊車(che)和(he)汽(qi)車(che),放束(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。
錨孔內(nei)錨固(gu)段注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)漿(jiang)(jiang)液為早強、高強、微膨脹漿(jiang)(jiang)液,要求28天的(de)(de)強度(du)為500#。通過試驗(yan)確定漿(jiang)(jiang)液的(de)(de)水灰(hui)比為0.34,使用(yong)525號中熱硅酸鹽大壩(ba)水泥,另加適量的(de)(de)外(wai)加劑。為確保錨根長度(du),采(cai)用(yong)按孔徑(jing)估算漿(jiang)(jiang)量、注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)時實測(ce)漿(jiang)(jiang)面和漿(jiang)(jiang)體初凝后取樣等方(fang)法,綜(zong)合確定實際灌漿(jiang)(jiang)長度(du),并達到(dao)設計要求。
在錨(mao)(mao)根段(duan)漿(jiang)體(ti)待凝(ning)14天、混(hun)凝(ning)土墊座(zuo)澆筑1個月后(hou),開始錨(mao)(mao)索張(zhang)拉(la)(la)。張(zhang)拉(la)(la)時,先用YCW-20Q型(xing)千斤(jin)頂(ding)進行(xing)預調,再(zai)用YCW-650和YKD-600型(xing)千斤(jin)頂(ding)串聯進行(xing)整束(shu)張(zhang)拉(la)(la),這樣可以(yi)解決長錨(mao)(mao)索變形大、張(zhang)拉(la)(la)困難(nan)的問題(ti),而且獲得的數(shu)據更加精確。
在(zai)錨(mao)(mao)索施工中,還(huan)在(zai)7根(gen)錨(mao)(mao)索中做了錨(mao)(mao)固可(ke)靠性、錨(mao)(mao)固安(an)全度、群錨(mao)(mao)效(xiao)應、外錨(mao)(mao)頭墊座混凝(ning)土(tu)承壓、錨(mao)(mao)固效(xiao)果、錨(mao)(mao)索體(ti)(ti)內鋼絞線受力不(bu)均勻性等試驗,還(huan)在(zai)束體(ti)(ti)上貼應變片測(ce)定預(yu)應力。其目(mu)的是(shi)確(que)保(bao)能安(an)全有效(xiao)地施加預(yu)應力,并監測(ce)錨(mao)(mao)索在(zai)施工和運(yun)行中的情況。
施工規劃
2007年(nian)8月(yue)28日 ,隨著石(shi)泉電站大壩(ba)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)系統自(zi)動化工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)觀(guan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)孔(kong)(kong)造(zao)(zao)孔(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng),不僅展示(shi)了水(shui)電三局基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)局在(zai)大口(kou)徑觀(guan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)孔(kong)(kong)鉆孔(kong)(kong)方面(mian)的(de)實(shi)力,也標(biao)志著石(shi)泉水(shui)電站大壩(ba)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)系統更(geng)新改(gai)造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)大口(kou)徑雙金屬標(biao)鉆孔(kong)(kong)獲得(de)成(cheng)功。 該工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)共有(you)兩個觀(guan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)孔(kong)(kong),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部位分(fen)(fen)別位于(yu)石(shi)泉電站大壩(ba)右岸(an)壩(ba)頭(tou)和(he)左岸(an)下(xia)游修配廠,設計孔(kong)(kong)深分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)25米和(he)20米,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期60天(tian),合同(tong)金額29.7萬(wan)元(yuan)。 基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)局于(yu)5月(yue)18日進點,投入設備5臺套,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)9人(ren),管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)2人(ren)。經(jing)過緊張的(de)前期準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,于(yu)5月(yue)27日正式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
該工程是石(shi)泉電(dian)站大壩(ba)監(jian)測自動化系統(tong)更(geng)新改造總(zong)體(ti)規劃(hua)的(de)重要組成部(bu)分,工程量(liang)雖小,但工期緊(jin),質量(liang)要求嚴,技術含(han)量(liang)高,首先是大口徑,開(kai)孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)275毫米(mi)(mi),終孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)225毫米(mi)(mi)。其次(ci),孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)(xie)率要求較高,千米(mi)(mi)孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)(xie)率控制在1米(mi)(mi)以下。
基礎工(gong)(gong)程分局(ju)工(gong)(gong)會主席、石(shi)泉施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目負責人王勇社介紹說,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)前(qian)期,由于設計(ji)不(bu)合理,孔位(wei)離邊墻較(jiao)近,無法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),經過與甲(jia)方協商,后(hou)對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)修改,確保(bao)了(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)正常進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中參戰人員先后(hou)克服了(le)材料(liao)不(bu)到(dao)位(wei)、資金不(bu)到(dao)位(wei)、運(yun)輸工(gong)(gong)具(ju)不(bu)到(dao)位(wei)等困難,嚴(yan)把安全(quan)關、質量關,始終保(bao)持著較(jiao)快的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)。
施工要求
為了(le)保證(zheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員嚴格(ge)按(an)照技術(shu)要求施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),開(kai)工(gong)前以及(ji)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)過程中多(duo)次召(zhao)開(kai)技術(shu)交底會,由于孔(kong)斜(xie)率(lv)要求較高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員每班至少進(jin)(jin)行兩次測斜(xie),并(bing)及(ji)時采取糾(jiu)斜(xie)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),使孔(kong)斜(xie)率(lv)控(kong)制在1‰以內。在鉆孔(kong)階段,有(you)效孔(kong)徑達不到設計要求,有(you)可能造成廢(fei)孔(kong)。同時,由于汛期地下水位變化較大,孔(kong)內滲(shen)水嚴重,要保證(zheng)孔(kong)內無滲(shen)漏(lou)(lou),難以控(kong)制。為了(le)解決(jue)這一(yi)難題,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員采用了(le)多(duo)種方案(an)處理(li),均(jun)效果不理(li)想(xiang),后使用先進(jin)(jin)的堵漏(lou)(lou)材(cai)料,加(jia)之多(duo)年的施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)經驗,順(shun)利(li)解決(jue)了(le)這一(yi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)技術(shu)難題。

2008年5月(yue)16日(ri),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)組對對石泉(quan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)安(an)全(quan)進行了檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)。受(shou)四(si)川(chuan)地震影響出現壩(ba)(ba)(ba)體(ti)裂(lie)縫(feng)、滲水(shui)和(he)泄水(shui)設施(shi)、附屬工程等不同程度受(shou)損,雖然石泉(quan)境內各水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)安(an)全(quan)沒有(you)(you)受(shou)到(dao)地震影響,但也積極做好(hao)各類抗震措施(shi),認真檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha),做到(dao)有(you)(you)備無患,防御災(zai)害發生。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)結果(guo)表明,未出現壩(ba)(ba)(ba)體(ti)裂(lie)縫(feng)、滲水(shui)和(he)泄水(shui)的現象。
為(wei)確保水庫、水電站大壩(ba)安全,做(zuo)好防大汛、抗大災(zai)的(de)各項準備工作(zuo),確保了水庫安全度汛,確保生產安全,為(wei)地方經濟(ji)和社會(hui)發展做(zuo)出(chu)了新的(de)貢獻。
運行效益
電(dian)站安(an)裝3臺(tai)4.5萬千(qian)瓦混流式水輪發電(dian)機組,總裝機容(rong)量13.5萬千(qian)瓦;
1998年又在下游(you)尾水左岸安裝(zhuang)2臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)機(ji)組,為短洞(dong)(dong)引水岸邊式廠房,1洞(dong)(dong)2機(ji),利用石泉大(da)壩棄水發電,電站總裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量22.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)。控制流(liu)域面(mian)積(ji)24000平(ping)方公里,多年平(ping)均流(liu)量372立(li)方米(mi)/秒,設計洪(hong)水流(liu)量21500立(li)方米(mi)/秒。總庫容為4.4億立(li)方米(mi),設計灌溉面(mian)積(ji)0.4萬(wan)(wan)畝,裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量13.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)。以發電為主,兼有灌溉、防洪(hong)、漁業(ye)等(deng)綜(zong)合效(xiao)益。
