石泉水(shui)(shui)電站位于陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西石泉縣漢江(jiang)上(shang)游,是漢江(jiang)上(shang)游河(he)段梯級(ji)開發的第2個梯級(ji)電站,是陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西電網的主(zhu)要調峰電廠(chang)。水(shui)(shui)電站擴機工(gong)程(cheng)屬陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西省“九五”重點(dian)建設(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目,“二十項(xiang)(xiang)興陜(shan)(shan)(shan)項(xiang)(xiang)目”工(gong)程(cheng)之(zhi)一。控制流域(yu)面積(ji)24000平方公里,多年平均流量(liang)(liang)372立(li)方米(mi)/秒(miao),設(she)計洪水(shui)(shui)流量(liang)(liang)21500立(li)方米(mi)/秒(miao)。總庫容為4.4億立(li)方米(mi),設(she)計灌(guan)溉面積(ji)0.4萬畝,裝機容量(liang)(liang)13.5萬千(qian)瓦。以發電為主(zhu),兼有灌(guan)溉、防洪、漁業等綜合(he)效益(yi)。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成的首座(zuo)中型水電(dian)廠。 電(dian)廠于(yu)1971年動工,1973年第一臺機組發(fa)電(dian),到1975年3臺單機容量為4.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦的水力機組全(quan)(quan)部投產發(fa)電(dian),總裝機容量達到13.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦,設計(ji)年均(jun)發(fa)電(dian)量6.5億千瓦時。工程(cheng)總投資1.94億元,已于(yu)1981年收回(hui)全(quan)(quan)部投資。現有職工人(ren)數602人(ren)。
石(shi)泉水(shui)電站擴機工(gong)(gong)程屬陜西省“九五”重(zhong)點建設(she)項目。“二十(shi)項興陜項目”工(gong)(gong)程之一。1998年9月29日主體工(gong)(gong)程全(quan)(quan)面開工(gong)(gong),2000年8月23日首(shou)臺機組發電,2002年1月通過工(gong)(gong)程 竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)鑒定。
所在河流(liu)(liu)(liu)為漢水(shui),控制流(liu)(liu)(liu)域面積(ji)24000平方(fang)公里,多年平均流(liu)(liu)(liu)量372立(li)方(fang)米/秒,設(she)計(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量21500立(li)方(fang)米/秒。總庫(ku)容為4.4億立(li)方(fang)米,設(she)計(ji)灌溉面積(ji)0.4萬畝,裝機容量13.5萬千瓦(wa)。主(zhu)壩(ba)壩(ba)型為混(hun)凝(ning)土空腹重力壩(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)高65米,壩(ba)頂長度353米,壩(ba)基巖石(shi)(shi)為石(shi)(shi)英片巖。壩(ba)體(ti)工程(cheng)量 37萬立(li)方(fang)米,主(zhu)要泄洪(hong)方(fang)式(shi)為壩(ba)頂溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉(quan)水電(dian)站二期工程發電(dian)廠房(fang)為岸邊(bian)(bian)式,機(ji)坑開(kai)挖深度(du)約 42米(mi)。在(zai)機(ji)坑開(kai)挖過程中,邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)表層發生了(le)2 次崩(beng)(beng)塌(ta)性(xing)破壞,在(zai)廠房(fang)和邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)之間形(xing)成一(yi)個“月(yue)牙”形(xing)空(kong)缺。根據(ju)崩(beng)(beng)塌(ta)后(hou)揭露的(de)地質構(gou)(gou)造特性(xing),分析(xi)了(le)高邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)的(de)崩(beng)(beng)塌(ta)機(ji)理。在(zai)此基(ji)礎上,擬(ni)定加固方(fang)(fang)(fang)案,并用(yong)(yong)極限(xian)平(ping)(ping)衡法(fa)優化出合理的(de)錨索錨固力,用(yong)(yong)二維接觸非線(xian)性(xing)有限(xian)元分析(xi)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)巖(yan)體與(yu)混凝(ning)土(tu)框(kuang)架之間的(de)相(xiang)互作用(yong)(yong);根據(ju)數值仿(fang)真計算結(jie)(jie)果,作出了(le)在(zai)“月(yue)牙”形(xing)空(kong)缺處修(xiu)建混凝(ning)土(tu)框(kuang)架結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)的(de)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)綜合治理加固方(fang)(fang)(fang)案,其(qi)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)利用(yong)(yong)混凝(ning)土(tu)框(kuang)架結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)的(de)適(shi)度(du)變形(xing)所產生的(de)彈性(xing)抗力來增加邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)腳的(de)穩定性(xing)。石泉(quan)壩址控(kong)制漢江流域面積2.34萬平(ping)(ping)方(fang)(fang)(fang)公里,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)(ping)均流量(liang)341立方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒。工程按百年(nian)一(yi)遇洪(hong)水設計,500年(nian)一(yi)遇洪(hong)水校(xiao)核(he)。水庫(ku)(ku)正(zheng)常蓄水位410米(mi),庫(ku)(ku)容3.24億立方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi),有效庫(ku)(ku)容2.27億立方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi),為不完全季調節水庫(ku)(ku)。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為混凝土空腹重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)及實體(ti)重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高5米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程(cheng)416米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂全長352米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬16米(mi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站廠房(fang)為壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后式,安裝(zhuang)3臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)混流式水(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組,總裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)容量(liang)13.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa);1998年又在下游尾水(shui)左岸安裝(zhuang)2臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組,為短洞(dong)引水(shui)岸邊式廠房(fang),1洞(dong)2機(ji)(ji)(ji),利用石(shi)泉(quan)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)棄水(shui)發電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)站總裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)容量(liang)22.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)。

工程概況
1989年(nian)按(an)現行(xing)設(she)計規(gui)范對石泉(quan)水(shui)電站大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)進行(xing)安全復(fu)核(he)(he),復(fu)核(he)(he)結果表(biao)明當大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)宣泄千年(nian)一遇洪水(shui)時,左(zuo)右非溢(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段的(de)(de)(de)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)踵產生拉應力。為此決定采用(yong)以大(da)噸(dun)位(wei)預(yu)應力錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)為主(zhu)、基礎灌漿消除揚壓力為輔的(de)(de)(de)加固方案。經過設(she)計計算,需在壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂安設(she)30束預(yu)應力錨(mao)索(suo)(suo),錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)分(fen)6000kN和8000kN兩種(zhong),總噸(dun)位(wei)176.52MN。采用(yong)如此規(gui)模(mo)的(de)(de)(de)預(yu)應力錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)加固壩(ba)(ba)(ba)體,在國(guo)內尚屬首次(ci)。局(ju)科研(yan)所于1994年(nian)6月(yue)開始,到1995年(nian)7月(yue)30日完成29束600噸(dun) 級、1束800噸(dun)級預(yu)應力錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工,有7束錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)中做了試(shi)驗。
施工情況
在大(da)壩(ba)頂面鉆深(shen)度最(zui)大(da)達75米錨索(suo)孔(kong),既要(yao)確保鉆孔(kong)的垂(chui)直度,又不能破壞壩(ba)體(ti)(ti)。鉆孔(kong)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong) SGZ-Ⅲ鉆機,鋼粒鉆進。鉆孔(kong)中對鉆機采取特殊(shu)固定措施,并使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)變(bian)徑鉆桿和長鉆具,使(shi)得孔(kong)斜均(jun)小于3‰。錨孔(kong)位于基巖(yan)的部分還(huan)進行(xing)了(le)帷(wei)幕和固結灌漿。錨索(suo)索(suo)體(ti)(ti)每束分別由(you)33根或(huo)43高根鋼絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)組成,長度為43.5~77 米,重量為1.5~3.2噸。下束前,對束體(ti)(ti)按設計要(yao)求進行(xing)了(le)臨時(shi)(shi)和長期(qi)防腐(fu)處(chu)理(li)。臨時(shi)(shi)處(chu)理(li)主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)對處(chu)于錨孔(kong)水(shui)中的束體(ti)(ti),用(yong)(yong)(yong)石灰水(shui)(pH值大(da)于12)浸泡。長期(qi)防腐(fu)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)專門(men)配制的防腐(fu)漆涂在鋼絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)上。下束時(shi)(shi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)專門(men)設計的下束車(che)替代大(da)型(xing)吊(diao)車(che)和汽車(che),放束入孔(kong)。
錨孔內錨固段注漿(jiang)漿(jiang)液(ye)為(wei)早強(qiang)、高強(qiang)、微膨(peng)脹漿(jiang)液(ye),要(yao)求28天的(de)強(qiang)度為(wei)500#。通過試驗(yan)確定(ding)漿(jiang)液(ye)的(de)水灰(hui)比(bi)為(wei)0.34,使用(yong)525號中(zhong)熱硅酸鹽(yan)大壩(ba)水泥,另(ling)加適量(liang)的(de)外加劑。為(wei)確保錨根長度,采用(yong)按孔徑(jing)估算漿(jiang)量(liang)、注漿(jiang)時實測漿(jiang)面(mian)和(he)漿(jiang)體初凝后取樣等方(fang)法,綜合確定(ding)實際(ji)灌(guan)漿(jiang)長度,并達到(dao)設計要(yao)求。
在錨(mao)根(gen)段漿體待(dai)凝(ning)14天、混凝(ning)土墊座澆筑1個月后,開始錨(mao)索張(zhang)(zhang)拉。張(zhang)(zhang)拉時,先用YCW-20Q型千(qian)斤頂(ding)進行預(yu)調(diao),再(zai)用YCW-650和YKD-600型千(qian)斤頂(ding)串聯(lian)進行整(zheng)束張(zhang)(zhang)拉,這(zhe)樣(yang)可以解決長錨(mao)索變(bian)形大、張(zhang)(zhang)拉困(kun)難的問題,而且獲得的數據更加(jia)精確。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)施(shi)(shi)工中(zhong),還在(zai)(zai)(zai)7根錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)中(zhong)做了錨(mao)(mao)(mao)固可靠性(xing)、錨(mao)(mao)(mao)固安全度、群錨(mao)(mao)(mao)效應(ying)、外錨(mao)(mao)(mao)頭墊座混凝土承壓、錨(mao)(mao)(mao)固效果、錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)體內鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線受力不均(jun)勻(yun)性(xing)等試驗,還在(zai)(zai)(zai)束體上貼(tie)應(ying)變片測(ce)定預(yu)應(ying)力。其目的(de)是確(que)保能(neng)安全有(you)效地施(shi)(shi)加預(yu)應(ying)力,并監測(ce)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)在(zai)(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)工和(he)運行中(zhong)的(de)情況(kuang)。
施工規劃
2007年8月(yue)28日 ,隨著石(shi)泉電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)監測(ce)(ce)系統自動化(hua)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)(ce)孔造孔施(shi)工(gong)完(wan)成,不僅展(zhan)示了水電(dian)(dian)三局(ju)(ju)基礎工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分局(ju)(ju)在大口徑觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)(ce)孔鉆(zhan)孔方面(mian)的實力(li),也標志著石(shi)泉水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)監測(ce)(ce)系統更(geng)新改造工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)大口徑雙金屬標鉆(zhan)孔獲得成功。 該工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)共(gong)有兩個觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)(ce)孔,施(shi)工(gong)部位分別(bie)位于石(shi)泉電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)右岸(an)壩(ba)頭和左岸(an)下游修(xiu)配廠,設計孔深分別(bie)為25米和20米,施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)期(qi)60天,合同金額(e)29.7萬元。 基礎工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分局(ju)(ju)于5月(yue)18日進點,投(tou)入(ru)設備(bei)5臺套,施(shi)工(gong)人員9人,管(guan)理(li)人員2人。經過(guo)緊張(zhang)的前期(qi)準備(bei)工(gong)作,于5月(yue)27日正式開工(gong)。
該工程是(shi)石泉(quan)電站大壩監測自動化系統更新改造總體(ti)規劃的重要組成(cheng)部分,工程量(liang)雖小(xiao),但工期緊,質量(liang)要求(qiu)嚴,技術(shu)含量(liang)高,首先是(shi)大口徑,開(kai)孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達(da)到275毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi),終孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達(da)到225毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。其次,孔(kong)(kong)斜率(lv)要求(qiu)較高,千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)孔(kong)(kong)斜率(lv)控制在1米(mi)(mi)(mi)以下。
基礎工(gong)程分局工(gong)會主席、石泉(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)項目負責人(ren)王(wang)勇(yong)社介紹說,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)前期,由(you)于設計不合(he)理,孔位(wei)離邊墻較(jiao)近,無(wu)法施(shi)(shi)工(gong),經過與甲方協(xie)商,后對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)方案(an)進行(xing)了(le)修(xiu)改(gai),確保(bao)了(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)正常(chang)進行(xing)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)中參戰(zhan)人(ren)員先后克服了(le)材料不到(dao)位(wei)、資金不到(dao)位(wei)、運輸工(gong)具不到(dao)位(wei)等(deng)困難,嚴把安(an)全(quan)關(guan)(guan)、質量關(guan)(guan),始終保(bao)持(chi)著較(jiao)快的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)進度。
施工要求
為了保(bao)證施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)嚴(yan)(yan)格按照技術要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前以(yi)及(ji)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中多(duo)次召開技術交底會(hui),由(you)于孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)較高(gao),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)每班至少進(jin)行(xing)兩次測(ce)斜(xie),并及(ji)時采取糾斜(xie)措施,使(shi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率控制在(zai)1‰以(yi)內(nei)(nei)。在(zai)鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)階段,有(you)效孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing)達不(bu)(bu)到設(she)計要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),有(you)可能造(zao)成廢孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)。同時,由(you)于汛期地下(xia)水位變化(hua)較大,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內(nei)(nei)滲(shen)水嚴(yan)(yan)重,要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內(nei)(nei)無(wu)滲(shen)漏(lou),難以(yi)控制。為了解(jie)決這一難題,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)采用了多(duo)種方案處理,均效果(guo)不(bu)(bu)理想,后使(shi)用先進(jin)的堵(du)漏(lou)材料,加之多(duo)年的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗,順利解(jie)決了這一施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術難題。

2008年5月16日,檢查(cha)(cha)組對(dui)對(dui)石(shi)泉(quan)水電站大壩安(an)全進行(xing)了檢查(cha)(cha)。受四川地(di)(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)影(ying)響(xiang)出(chu)現壩體裂縫、滲水和泄水設施(shi)、附屬工程等不(bu)同程度受損(sun),雖然(ran)石(shi)泉(quan)境內各(ge)水電站大壩安(an)全沒有受到地(di)(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)影(ying)響(xiang),但(dan)也積(ji)極做好(hao)各(ge)類抗震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)措施(shi),認真檢查(cha)(cha),做到有備無患,防御(yu)災害發(fa)生。檢查(cha)(cha)結果表明,未(wei)出(chu)現壩體裂縫、滲水和泄水的現象。
為(wei)確保(bao)水庫(ku)、水電站(zhan)大壩安(an)全,做好防大汛、抗大災的各項準(zhun)備工作,確保(bao)了(le)水庫(ku)安(an)全度汛,確保(bao)生(sheng)產安(an)全,為(wei)地方經濟(ji)和社會發(fa)展(zhan)做出了(le)新的貢(gong)獻(xian)。
運行效益
電站安裝3臺4.5萬千瓦(wa)混流(liu)式(shi)水輪(lun)發電機組,總裝機容量13.5萬千瓦(wa);
1998年(nian)又在下(xia)游尾水(shui)左岸安裝(zhuang)2臺4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)機組,為(wei)短洞引水(shui)岸邊式廠房,1洞2機,利用石泉大(da)壩棄水(shui)發電,電站總(zong)裝(zhuang)機容量(liang)22.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。控制(zhi)流(liu)(liu)域面(mian)積24000平(ping)方公(gong)里,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均流(liu)(liu)量(liang)372立方米(mi)/秒,設(she)計洪(hong)水(shui)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)21500立方米(mi)/秒。總(zong)庫(ku)容為(wei)4.4億立方米(mi),設(she)計灌(guan)溉面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝(zhuang)機容量(liang)13.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。以發電為(wei)主,兼有灌(guan)溉、防洪(hong)、漁業等綜(zong)合效益。
