石泉水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站位于陜(shan)西(xi)(xi)石泉縣漢(han)江(jiang)上(shang)游,是漢(han)江(jiang)上(shang)游河(he)段梯(ti)級開發的第2個(ge)梯(ti)級電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,是陜(shan)西(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的主要調峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)。水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站擴機(ji)工(gong)程屬陜(shan)西(xi)(xi)省“九五”重點(dian)建設(she)項目(mu)(mu),“二十項興陜(shan)項目(mu)(mu)”工(gong)程之一。控制流(liu)域面(mian)積24000平方公里,多年(nian)平均流(liu)量(liang)372立方米/秒,設(she)計(ji)洪水(shui)流(liu)量(liang)21500立方米/秒。總庫(ku)容為4.4億立方米,設(she)計(ji)灌溉(gai)面(mian)積0.4萬畝,裝機(ji)容量(liang)13.5萬千瓦。以發電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼有灌溉(gai)、防洪、漁業等綜合效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成的首(shou)座中型(xing)水電(dian)廠(chang)。 電(dian)廠(chang)于1971年(nian)(nian)動工(gong),1973年(nian)(nian)第一臺(tai)機(ji)組發(fa)電(dian),到1975年(nian)(nian)3臺(tai)單(dan)機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)為(wei)4.5萬千(qian)瓦的水力機(ji)組全(quan)部投產發(fa)電(dian),總裝機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)達到13.5萬千(qian)瓦,設(she)計年(nian)(nian)均發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)6.5億千(qian)瓦時。工(gong)程總投資(zi)1.94億元,已于1981年(nian)(nian)收(shou)回全(quan)部投資(zi)。現有職工(gong)人(ren)數602人(ren)。
石(shi)泉水(shui)電(dian)站擴(kuo)機工程(cheng)屬陜西(xi)省“九五”重點建設項目(mu)。“二十項興陜項目(mu)”工程(cheng)之(zhi)一。1998年9月29日主體工程(cheng)全(quan)(quan)面開工,2000年8月23日首臺機組(zu)發電(dian),2002年1月通(tong)過工程(cheng) 竣工安全(quan)(quan)鑒定。
所在河流(liu)為(wei)(wei)漢(han)水(shui),控制流(liu)域面積(ji)24000平(ping)方(fang)公(gong)里(li),多年(nian)平(ping)均流(liu)量372立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒,設計(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)流(liu)量21500立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒。總庫容為(wei)(wei)4.4億立方(fang)米(mi)(mi),設計(ji)灌溉(gai)面積(ji)0.4萬畝(mu),裝機容量13.5萬千瓦(wa)。主壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)型為(wei)(wei)混(hun)凝(ning)土空腹重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高65米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長度353米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)基巖石為(wei)(wei)石英片巖。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體(ti)工程量 37萬立方(fang)米(mi)(mi),主要泄洪(hong)方(fang)式(shi)為(wei)(wei)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂溢(yi)流(liu)。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉水電(dian)站二(er)期工(gong)程(cheng)發(fa)電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房為岸邊(bian)式,機(ji)坑開挖(wa)(wa)深度(du)約 42米(mi)。在機(ji)坑開挖(wa)(wa)過程(cheng)中(zhong),邊(bian)坡(po)表層發(fa)生(sheng)了(le)2 次崩(beng)塌(ta)性(xing)(xing)(xing)破(po)壞,在廠(chang)(chang)房和(he)邊(bian)坡(po)之(zhi)間形(xing)成(cheng)一個(ge)“月(yue)牙”形(xing)空缺。根據(ju)崩(beng)塌(ta)后揭(jie)露的(de)(de)地(di)質(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)造特性(xing)(xing)(xing),分析(xi)了(le)高邊(bian)坡(po)的(de)(de)崩(beng)塌(ta)機(ji)理。在此基礎上,擬(ni)定加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)案(an),并用極限(xian)平(ping)衡法優化出合理的(de)(de)錨索錨固(gu)力,用二(er)維(wei)接觸非線性(xing)(xing)(xing)有限(xian)元(yuan)分析(xi)邊(bian)坡(po)巖體與混凝土(tu)(tu)框架之(zhi)間的(de)(de)相互作用;根據(ju)數值仿真計算結(jie)果,作出了(le)在“月(yue)牙”形(xing)空缺處(chu)修建混凝土(tu)(tu)框架結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)邊(bian)坡(po)綜合治理加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)案(an),其目的(de)(de)是利用混凝土(tu)(tu)框架結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)適度(du)變形(xing)所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)抗力來(lai)增(zeng)加(jia)邊(bian)坡(po)坡(po)腳(jiao)的(de)(de)穩定性(xing)(xing)(xing)。石泉壩址控(kong)制漢江(jiang)流(liu)(liu)域面積2.34萬平(ping)方(fang)公(gong)里,多年(nian)平(ping)均流(liu)(liu)量341立方(fang)米(mi)/秒。工(gong)程(cheng)按百年(nian)一遇洪水設(she)計,500年(nian)一遇洪水校(xiao)核。水庫正(zheng)常蓄(xu)水位410米(mi),庫容(rong)(rong)3.24億立方(fang)米(mi),有效庫容(rong)(rong)2.27億立方(fang)米(mi),為不完全(quan)季調節水庫。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)混(hun)凝土空腹重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)及實體(ti)重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高5米,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程416米,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂全長352米,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬16米。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)廠房為(wei)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后(hou)式(shi),安裝(zhuang)3臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa)混(hun)流式(shi)水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu),總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa);1998年又(you)在下游尾水(shui)(shui)左岸安裝(zhuang)2臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa)機(ji)組(zu),為(wei)短洞(dong)(dong)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)岸邊式(shi)廠房,1洞(dong)(dong)2機(ji),利(li)用石泉大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)棄水(shui)(shui)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量22.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa)。

工程概況
1989年按現行(xing)(xing)設(she)計(ji)規范對石泉水(shui)電站大(da)壩進行(xing)(xing)安(an)全(quan)復核,復核結果表明當大(da)壩宣(xuan)泄千年一遇洪水(shui)時,左右非溢(yi)流壩段(duan)的(de)壩踵產生(sheng)拉應(ying)力(li)(li)。為此決定采(cai)(cai)用(yong)以大(da)噸位預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨索(suo)(suo)(suo)為主、基礎灌漿(jiang)消除(chu)揚壓力(li)(li)為輔的(de)加固方案。經過設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算,需在(zai)壩頂安(an)設(she)30束預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨索(suo)(suo)(suo),錨索(suo)(suo)(suo)分6000kN和8000kN兩種,總噸位176.52MN。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)如此規模的(de)預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨索(suo)(suo)(suo)加固壩體,在(zai)國內尚屬首次。局科研所于(yu)1994年6月開始,到(dao)1995年7月30日完成29束600噸 級(ji)、1束800噸級(ji)預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨索(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)施工,有(you)7束錨索(suo)(suo)(suo)中做了試驗。
施工情況
在(zai)大(da)壩頂(ding)面鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)深度最大(da)達75米(mi)(mi)錨索孔(kong)(kong),既(ji)要(yao)確(que)保鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)垂直度,又(you)不(bu)能破壞(huai)壩體。鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)使(shi)用 SGZ-Ⅲ鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機,鋼粒鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進。鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)對鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機采取特殊固定措施(shi),并使(shi)用變徑(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)和長(chang)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)具,使(shi)得孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)均小于3‰。錨孔(kong)(kong)位于基巖(yan)的(de)(de)部分還進行了帷幕和固結灌(guan)漿。錨索索體每束(shu)(shu)分別由33根或43高根鋼絞(jiao)線組成,長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)43.5~77 米(mi)(mi),重量為(wei)(wei)1.5~3.2噸。下束(shu)(shu)前(qian),對束(shu)(shu)體按(an)設(she)計要(yao)求進行了臨時(shi)和長(chang)期防(fang)腐(fu)處理。臨時(shi)處理主要(yao)是(shi)對處于錨孔(kong)(kong)水中(zhong)的(de)(de)束(shu)(shu)體,用石灰水(pH值大(da)于12)浸泡(pao)。長(chang)期防(fang)腐(fu)是(shi)用專門(men)配(pei)制的(de)(de)防(fang)腐(fu)漆涂(tu)在(zai)鋼絞(jiao)線上。下束(shu)(shu)時(shi),用專門(men)設(she)計的(de)(de)下束(shu)(shu)車替(ti)代(dai)大(da)型吊(diao)車和汽(qi)車,放束(shu)(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)。
錨(mao)孔(kong)內錨(mao)固段注漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)為(wei)早(zao)強(qiang)、高強(qiang)、微(wei)膨脹漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye),要求28天的強(qiang)度為(wei)500#。通過試(shi)驗確定漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)的水灰比(bi)為(wei)0.34,使用(yong)525號中熱硅酸鹽大壩(ba)水泥(ni),另(ling)加適量的外加劑。為(wei)確保錨(mao)根長(chang)度,采(cai)用(yong)按(an)孔(kong)徑估算漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)量、注漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)時(shi)實(shi)測漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)面(mian)和(he)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)體初凝后(hou)取(qu)樣等方法,綜合確定實(shi)際灌(guan)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)長(chang)度,并(bing)達到設(she)計要求。
在(zai)錨根段(duan)漿體待凝(ning)14天、混凝(ning)土(tu)墊座澆筑1個(ge)月后(hou),開始錨索張拉。張拉時,先用YCW-20Q型(xing)千斤頂進(jin)行(xing)預調,再用YCW-650和YKD-600型(xing)千斤頂串(chuan)聯進(jin)行(xing)整束張拉,這樣可以解決長錨索變形大、張拉困難的問題,而且(qie)獲(huo)得的數(shu)據更加(jia)精確。
在(zai)錨(mao)索(suo)施(shi)工中,還(huan)在(zai)7根(gen)錨(mao)索(suo)中做了錨(mao)固可靠性、錨(mao)固安全(quan)度、群錨(mao)效(xiao)應(ying)、外錨(mao)頭墊座混凝土承壓、錨(mao)固效(xiao)果、錨(mao)索(suo)體內(nei)鋼絞線受力(li)不均勻性等試驗(yan),還(huan)在(zai)束(shu)體上貼(tie)應(ying)變片測定預(yu)應(ying)力(li)。其目(mu)的(de)是確保(bao)能安全(quan)有效(xiao)地(di)施(shi)加預(yu)應(ying)力(li),并監測錨(mao)索(suo)在(zai)施(shi)工和運行(xing)中的(de)情況。
施工規劃
2007年8月28日(ri) ,隨著石泉(quan)(quan)電(dian)站大壩監測系統自動化工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)觀(guan)測孔(kong)造(zao)孔(kong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)完成,不僅展示了水(shui)(shui)電(dian)三(san)局(ju)基(ji)(ji)礎工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分(fen)(fen)局(ju)在大口(kou)徑觀(guan)測孔(kong)鉆孔(kong)方面(mian)的(de)實(shi)力,也標志(zhi)著石泉(quan)(quan)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站大壩監測系統更新改(gai)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大口(kou)徑雙金(jin)屬標鉆孔(kong)獲得(de)成功。 該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)共有兩個觀(guan)測孔(kong),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)部位(wei)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)(yu)石泉(quan)(quan)電(dian)站大壩右岸壩頭和(he)(he)左岸下(xia)游(you)修(xiu)配廠(chang),設計孔(kong)深分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為25米(mi)和(he)(he)20米(mi),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期60天,合同金(jin)額29.7萬元。 基(ji)(ji)礎工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分(fen)(fen)局(ju)于(yu)(yu)(yu)5月18日(ri)進點,投入設備(bei)5臺套(tao),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)9人(ren),管理人(ren)員(yuan)2人(ren)。經過(guo)緊張(zhang)的(de)前期準備(bei)工(gong)(gong)作,于(yu)(yu)(yu)5月27日(ri)正式開工(gong)(gong)。
該工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是石泉電(dian)站大壩(ba)監測(ce)自動化系統更新改造總體(ti)規劃的(de)重(zhong)要組(zu)成部分,工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量雖小,但工(gong)期緊(jin),質量要求嚴,技術含(han)量高,首先是大口(kou)徑(jing)(jing),開孔(kong)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)達(da)到275毫(hao)米(mi),終(zhong)孔(kong)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing)達(da)到225毫(hao)米(mi)。其次,孔(kong)斜率要求較高,千米(mi)孔(kong)斜率控(kong)制在1米(mi)以(yi)下。
基礎工(gong)(gong)程分(fen)局工(gong)(gong)會主(zhu)席、石(shi)泉施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目負責人王勇(yong)社介紹說,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)前期,由于設計不(bu)合理,孔位(wei)離邊墻較(jiao)近,無法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),經過與甲方協商,后對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案進(jin)行(xing)了修改,確保了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)正(zheng)常進(jin)行(xing)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中參(can)戰(zhan)人員先后克服了材(cai)料不(bu)到位(wei)、資金不(bu)到位(wei)、運(yun)輸工(gong)(gong)具(ju)不(bu)到位(wei)等(deng)困難(nan),嚴把安全關、質量(liang)關,始終保持著較(jiao)快的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。
施工要求
為(wei)了保證(zheng)施工(gong)質量(liang),施工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)嚴格(ge)按照技(ji)術要(yao)求施工(gong),開工(gong)前以及(ji)施工(gong)過程中(zhong)多(duo)次召(zhao)開技(ji)術交底會,由于孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率要(yao)求較(jiao)高,施工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)每(mei)班至少進行兩次測斜(xie),并及(ji)時采取(qu)糾斜(xie)措施,使孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率控制在1‰以內。在鉆孔(kong)(kong)階段,有效孔(kong)(kong)徑達不(bu)(bu)到設(she)計要(yao)求,有可能造成廢孔(kong)(kong)。同(tong)時,由于汛期地(di)下水(shui)位變化較(jiao)大,孔(kong)(kong)內滲(shen)水(shui)嚴重(zhong),要(yao)保證(zheng)孔(kong)(kong)內無(wu)滲(shen)漏,難(nan)以控制。為(wei)了解決(jue)這一(yi)難(nan)題,施工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)采用了多(duo)種(zhong)方(fang)案處理,均效果不(bu)(bu)理想,后使用先(xian)進的堵(du)漏材料,加(jia)之(zhi)多(duo)年(nian)的施工(gong)經驗,順利(li)解決(jue)了這一(yi)施工(gong)技(ji)術難(nan)題。

2008年5月16日,檢查組對對石泉(quan)水(shui)電站大壩(ba)(ba)安全進(jin)行(xing)了檢查。受四川(chuan)地(di)震(zhen)影響出現(xian)壩(ba)(ba)體裂(lie)縫、滲水(shui)和泄(xie)水(shui)設施、附屬工程等不同程度受損,雖然(ran)石泉(quan)境內各水(shui)電站大壩(ba)(ba)安全沒有受到(dao)地(di)震(zhen)影響,但(dan)也積極做好各類抗震(zhen)措施,認真檢查,做到(dao)有備無(wu)患,防御災(zai)害發生。檢查結果(guo)表(biao)明(ming),未出現(xian)壩(ba)(ba)體裂(lie)縫、滲水(shui)和泄(xie)水(shui)的現(xian)象。
為確保(bao)水庫、水電站(zhan)大壩安全,做好防大汛(xun)、抗大災的各項準備工作,確保(bao)了(le)水庫安全度汛(xun),確保(bao)生產(chan)安全,為地方經濟和社會(hui)發(fa)展做出了(le)新的貢獻。
運行效益
電(dian)站安裝3臺(tai)4.5萬千瓦(wa)(wa)混(hun)流式水輪發(fa)電(dian)機組,總裝機容量13.5萬千瓦(wa)(wa);
1998年又在下游尾水左岸安裝2臺4.5萬(wan)千瓦機組(zu),為短洞(dong)引水岸邊式廠房,1洞(dong)2機,利用(yong)石泉大壩棄水發(fa)電,電站總(zong)裝機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)22.5萬(wan)千瓦。控制流域面(mian)積24000平(ping)方公(gong)里,多年平(ping)均流量(liang)(liang)372立(li)方米(mi)/秒,設(she)(she)計洪水流量(liang)(liang)21500立(li)方米(mi)/秒。總(zong)庫容(rong)(rong)為4.4億立(li)方米(mi),設(she)(she)計灌溉(gai)面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)13.5萬(wan)千瓦。以發(fa)電為主(zhu),兼有(you)灌溉(gai)、防洪、漁業等綜合效益。
