石泉水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)位于(yu)陜(shan)西石泉縣(xian)漢江(jiang)上游,是(shi)漢江(jiang)上游河段(duan)梯(ti)級(ji)開(kai)發的(de)第2個梯(ti)級(ji)電(dian)站(zhan),是(shi)陜(shan)西電(dian)網的(de)主要(yao)調峰電(dian)廠。水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)擴機工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)屬(shu)陜(shan)西省“九五”重(zhong)點建設項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),“二(er)十項(xiang)(xiang)興陜(shan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)”工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)之一。控(kong)制流(liu)域面積24000平方(fang)公里,多年平均流(liu)量372立方(fang)米/秒(miao),設計(ji)洪水(shui)流(liu)量21500立方(fang)米/秒(miao)。總庫容為4.4億(yi)立方(fang)米,設計(ji)灌(guan)溉面積0.4萬畝,裝機容量13.5萬千瓦。以發電(dian)為主,兼有灌(guan)溉、防洪、漁業等綜合效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成的首座中型水(shui)電廠。 電廠于1971年(nian)(nian)動工(gong),1973年(nian)(nian)第一臺機(ji)組發(fa)(fa)電,到1975年(nian)(nian)3臺單(dan)機(ji)容量為4.5萬(wan)千瓦的水(shui)力機(ji)組全部投(tou)產發(fa)(fa)電,總(zong)(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量達到13.5萬(wan)千瓦,設計年(nian)(nian)均發(fa)(fa)電量6.5億(yi)千瓦時。工(gong)程總(zong)(zong)投(tou)資1.94億(yi)元(yuan),已于1981年(nian)(nian)收回全部投(tou)資。現有職工(gong)人數(shu)602人。
石泉水電(dian)站擴機工(gong)(gong)程屬(shu)陜西(xi)省“九(jiu)五”重點建(jian)設項(xiang)目。“二十項(xiang)興陜項(xiang)目”工(gong)(gong)程之一。1998年(nian)(nian)9月29日主體工(gong)(gong)程全(quan)面開(kai)工(gong)(gong),2000年(nian)(nian)8月23日首(shou)臺(tai)機組發電(dian),2002年(nian)(nian)1月通過工(gong)(gong)程 竣工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)鑒定(ding)。
所(suo)在河流為(wei)漢水(shui),控制流域面(mian)積24000平(ping)方公里,多(duo)年平(ping)均流量(liang)372立(li)方米(mi)(mi)/秒,設計(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)流量(liang)21500立(li)方米(mi)(mi)/秒。總庫(ku)容為(wei)4.4億立(li)方米(mi)(mi),設計(ji)灌溉面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝機容量(liang)13.5萬(wan)千瓦。主(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)型為(wei)混(hun)凝土(tu)空腹重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba),最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高65米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長度353米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)基(ji)巖石為(wei)石英片巖。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)體工程量(liang) 37萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi),主(zhu)要泄(xie)洪(hong)方式為(wei)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂溢(yi)流。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)二期(qi)工程發電廠房為(wei)岸邊(bian)(bian)式,機坑開(kai)挖深度約(yue) 42米。在(zai)機坑開(kai)挖過程中,邊(bian)(bian)坡表層發生了(le)2 次崩塌(ta)性(xing)破壞,在(zai)廠房和邊(bian)(bian)坡之(zhi)間形成一個“月(yue)牙”形空缺。根據(ju)崩塌(ta)后揭(jie)露的地質構(gou)造特性(xing),分(fen)析了(le)高邊(bian)(bian)坡的崩塌(ta)機理。在(zai)此基(ji)礎上,擬定(ding)加固方(fang)(fang)案,并用(yong)極(ji)限平衡法(fa)優化(hua)出(chu)合(he)理的錨索錨固力,用(yong)二維接觸非線性(xing)有(you)(you)限元分(fen)析邊(bian)(bian)坡巖體與(yu)混凝土框(kuang)架之(zhi)間的相(xiang)互作(zuo)用(yong);根據(ju)數(shu)值仿真(zhen)計算結果,作(zuo)出(chu)了(le)在(zai)“月(yue)牙”形空缺處修建混凝土框(kuang)架結構(gou)的邊(bian)(bian)坡綜合(he)治理加固方(fang)(fang)案,其目(mu)的是利用(yong)混凝土框(kuang)架結構(gou)的適度變形所產生的彈性(xing)抗力來(lai)增加邊(bian)(bian)坡坡腳的穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。石泉壩址控制漢(han)江流域面積2.34萬(wan)平方(fang)(fang)公里,多年(nian)(nian)平均流量(liang)341立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒。工程按百年(nian)(nian)一遇洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)設計,500年(nian)(nian)一遇洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)校核。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫正常(chang)蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)410米,庫容(rong)3.24億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,有(you)(you)效庫容(rong)2.27億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,為(wei)不(bu)完全季調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)混(hun)凝土(tu)空腹重力壩(ba)(ba)及實體重力壩(ba)(ba),最大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)高5米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂高程(cheng)416米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂全長352米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)16米(mi)。電站(zhan)廠房為(wei)(wei)壩(ba)(ba)后式(shi),安裝3臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦混(hun)流(liu)式(shi)水(shui)輪發(fa)電機組,總(zong)(zong)裝機容(rong)量(liang)13.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦;1998年又在下(xia)游尾水(shui)左岸安裝2臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦機組,為(wei)(wei)短洞引(yin)水(shui)岸邊式(shi)廠房,1洞2機,利用石泉大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)棄(qi)水(shui)發(fa)電,電站(zhan)總(zong)(zong)裝機容(rong)量(liang)22.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦。

工程概況
1989年按現行(xing)設計(ji)規范對石泉水電站大壩進(jin)行(xing)安全(quan)復核(he),復核(he)結果表(biao)明(ming)當大壩宣泄千年一遇洪水時,左右非溢流壩段(duan)的壩踵產生拉(la)應(ying)(ying)力(li)。為此決定采用(yong)以大噸(dun)(dun)位(wei)預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)錨索(suo)為主、基礎灌漿(jiang)消(xiao)除揚壓力(li)為輔的加固方(fang)案。經過設計(ji)計(ji)算,需在壩頂安設30束預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)錨索(suo),錨索(suo)分6000kN和(he)8000kN兩種,總噸(dun)(dun)位(wei)176.52MN。采用(yong)如此規模(mo)的預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)錨索(suo)加固壩體,在國內尚屬首次。局科研(yan)所(suo)于(yu)1994年6月開始,到1995年7月30日完(wan)成29束600噸(dun)(dun) 級(ji)、1束800噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)錨索(suo)的施工,有7束錨索(suo)中做了試驗。
施工情況
在大(da)壩頂面鉆深度最大(da)達(da)75米(mi)錨索孔(kong)(kong),既要(yao)確(que)保(bao)鉆孔(kong)(kong)的垂直度,又不(bu)能破(po)壞壩體。鉆孔(kong)(kong)使用 SGZ-Ⅲ鉆機,鋼粒鉆進。鉆孔(kong)(kong)中對(dui)鉆機采(cai)取(qu)特(te)殊固定(ding)措施(shi),并使用變徑鉆桿和長(chang)鉆具,使得孔(kong)(kong)斜均小于3‰。錨孔(kong)(kong)位于基巖的部分還進行了帷幕和固結灌(guan)漿。錨索索體每束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)分別由33根或43高根鋼絞線(xian)組成,長(chang)度為(wei)43.5~77 米(mi),重量為(wei)1.5~3.2噸。下(xia)束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)前,對(dui)束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)體按(an)設計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)進行了臨時(shi)和長(chang)期防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)處(chu)(chu)理。臨時(shi)處(chu)(chu)理主(zhu)要(yao)是對(dui)處(chu)(chu)于錨孔(kong)(kong)水中的束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)體,用石(shi)灰水(pH值大(da)于12)浸泡。長(chang)期防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)是用專門配制的防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)漆(qi)涂在鋼絞線(xian)上。下(xia)束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)時(shi),用專門設計(ji)的下(xia)束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)車替代大(da)型吊車和汽車,放束(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)。
錨孔內錨固(gu)段注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)為(wei)早強(qiang)、高強(qiang)、微膨(peng)脹(zhang)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye),要求28天的強(qiang)度為(wei)500#。通過試驗確(que)定漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)(ye)的水(shui)灰比為(wei)0.34,使(shi)用(yong)525號中熱硅(gui)酸(suan)鹽大(da)壩(ba)水(shui)泥(ni),另加適量(liang)(liang)的外加劑。為(wei)確(que)保錨根長度,采用(yong)按孔徑(jing)估算漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)量(liang)(liang)、注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)時實測漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)面和漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)體初凝(ning)后取(qu)樣等方法,綜(zong)合確(que)定實際灌漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)長度,并達到設(she)計要求。
在錨根段(duan)漿體待凝14天、混凝土(tu)墊(dian)座澆筑1個(ge)月后,開始錨索(suo)張(zhang)拉(la)(la)。張(zhang)拉(la)(la)時,先用(yong)YCW-20Q型千(qian)斤(jin)頂進行(xing)預(yu)調,再用(yong)YCW-650和YKD-600型千(qian)斤(jin)頂串聯進行(xing)整束張(zhang)拉(la)(la),這樣可以解決長錨索(suo)變形大(da)、張(zhang)拉(la)(la)困難(nan)的問題,而且獲(huo)得的數據更加精(jing)確(que)。
在(zai)(zai)錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)施工中(zhong),還(huan)在(zai)(zai)7根錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)中(zhong)做了錨(mao)固可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)、錨(mao)固安(an)(an)全度、群錨(mao)效(xiao)(xiao)應、外錨(mao)頭墊座(zuo)混凝土(tu)承壓、錨(mao)固效(xiao)(xiao)果、錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)體內鋼(gang)絞線受力(li)不均(jun)勻性(xing)等試驗,還(huan)在(zai)(zai)束(shu)體上(shang)貼應變片(pian)測定預(yu)應力(li)。其目的是確(que)保能安(an)(an)全有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)地(di)施加預(yu)應力(li),并監測錨(mao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)在(zai)(zai)施工和運行中(zhong)的情(qing)況。
施工規劃
2007年(nian)8月(yue)28日 ,隨著(zhu)石(shi)泉(quan)電站(zhan)大(da)(da)壩(ba)監(jian)測系統自(zi)動化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)觀測孔(kong)(kong)造(zao)孔(kong)(kong)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成,不僅展示(shi)了水(shui)(shui)電三局基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分(fen)局在大(da)(da)口徑觀測孔(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)方面(mian)的實(shi)力(li),也標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)石(shi)泉(quan)水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)大(da)(da)壩(ba)監(jian)測系統更(geng)新(xin)改造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大(da)(da)口徑雙金(jin)屬(shu)標(biao)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)獲(huo)得成功。 該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)共有兩個觀測孔(kong)(kong),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)部位(wei)分(fen)別位(wei)于(yu)石(shi)泉(quan)電站(zhan)大(da)(da)壩(ba)右岸(an)壩(ba)頭和左岸(an)下游修配廠(chang),設計孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)分(fen)別為25米和20米,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)60天,合(he)同金(jin)額29.7萬(wan)元。 基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分(fen)局于(yu)5月(yue)18日進點,投入設備5臺套(tao),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)9人,管(guan)理人員(yuan)2人。經過緊張的前期(qi)準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,于(yu)5月(yue)27日正式(shi)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
該工(gong)程是石泉電站大壩監測自動化(hua)系統更新改造總體規劃的(de)重要(yao)組(zu)成部分,工(gong)程量(liang)雖(sui)小,但工(gong)期(qi)緊,質量(liang)要(yao)求嚴,技(ji)術含量(liang)高,首(shou)先(xian)是大口徑,開孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)275毫米(mi),終孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)225毫米(mi)。其次(ci),孔(kong)(kong)斜率要(yao)求較(jiao)高,千米(mi)孔(kong)(kong)斜率控制在1米(mi)以下。
基礎工(gong)(gong)程分局工(gong)(gong)會(hui)主席、石泉(quan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目負責人王勇社介紹說,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)前(qian)期,由于設(she)計不合理,孔位(wei)離邊墻較近,無(wu)法(fa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),經過與(yu)甲(jia)方協商,后對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案進(jin)行了(le)修改,確保(bao)(bao)了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)正常進(jin)行。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)參戰人員先后克服了(le)材料(liao)不到位(wei)、資(zi)金不到位(wei)、運(yun)輸工(gong)(gong)具不到位(wei)等困難,嚴(yan)把安全關、質量關,始終保(bao)(bao)持(chi)著較快(kuai)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度(du)。
施工要求
為了(le)保證施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)嚴格(ge)按照技術要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前以(yi)及(ji)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中多(duo)次(ci)召開技術交底會,由于孔(kong)斜率(lv)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)較高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)每班至少進行(xing)兩次(ci)測斜,并及(ji)時采(cai)取糾斜措施(shi)(shi)(shi),使(shi)(shi)孔(kong)斜率(lv)控制在(zai)1‰以(yi)內(nei)。在(zai)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)階段,有效(xiao)孔(kong)徑(jing)達(da)不到設計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),有可能(neng)造成廢(fei)孔(kong)。同時,由于汛(xun)期地下水(shui)位(wei)變化(hua)較大,孔(kong)內(nei)滲(shen)水(shui)嚴重,要(yao)保證孔(kong)內(nei)無滲(shen)漏(lou)(lou),難(nan)以(yi)控制。為了(le)解決(jue)這一難(nan)題(ti),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)多(duo)種方案(an)處(chu)理,均效(xiao)果不理想,后使(shi)(shi)用(yong)先進的(de)堵漏(lou)(lou)材料,加之(zhi)多(duo)年的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經(jing)驗,順利解決(jue)了(le)這一施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術難(nan)題(ti)。
安全檢查
2008年5月(yue)16日,檢(jian)查(cha)組對對石泉水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)安(an)全進行了檢(jian)查(cha)。受四(si)川地震影(ying)響出(chu)現壩(ba)體(ti)裂縫(feng)、滲水(shui)和泄水(shui)設施(shi)、附(fu)屬工程等(deng)不同程度(du)受損,雖然石泉境內各水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)安(an)全沒有(you)受到地震影(ying)響,但也積(ji)極做好各類抗(kang)震措施(shi),認真檢(jian)查(cha),做到有(you)備無患,防御災(zai)害(hai)發(fa)生。檢(jian)查(cha)結果表明,未出(chu)現壩(ba)體(ti)裂縫(feng)、滲水(shui)和泄水(shui)的現象(xiang)。

運行效益
電站安裝3臺4.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)混(hun)流式水輪發電機(ji)組,總裝機(ji)容量13.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa);
1998年又在下游尾水左岸(an)安裝2臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)機組(zu),為(wei)短洞引水岸(an)邊式廠房,1洞2機,利用石泉大壩棄水發電,電站總裝機容(rong)量22.5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)。控(kong)制(zhi)流域面(mian)積24000平方公里(li),多年平均(jun)流量372立(li)方米/秒(miao),設(she)計洪水流量21500立(li)方米/秒(miao)。總庫容(rong)為(wei)4.4億立(li)方米,設(she)計灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)畝,裝機容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)。以(yi)發電為(wei)主,兼有灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)、防洪、漁業等(deng)綜合效益。
