簡介
紅花(hua)爾基水(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程是內蒙古自(zi)治區“十(shi)五”期間(jian)水(shui)資(zi)源開發(fa)項目,位于呼倫貝爾市鄂溫克旗境內,是伊敏河上唯一的控制性樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程。工(gong)(gong)程總(zong)庫容3.2億立方(fang)米(mi),規模(mo)為大Ⅱ型(xing)。工(gong)(gong)程由大壩、非常溢洪(hong)道(dao)、泄洪(hong)導流洞、工(gong)(gong)業供(gong)水(shui)洞、水(shui)電站等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng),以供(gong)水(shui)、防洪(hong)為主,兼顧防凌、灌溉、發(fa)電、旅游等(deng)功能。
參(can)建各方在施工之初就(jiu)本(ben)著“科學(xue)管理(li)、創造精品”的原則,制定創優(you)規劃,且(qie)通(tong)力合(he)作嚴(yan)格落實(shi)規劃要求,最終打造了這(zhe)個(ge)“管理(li)規范、施工先(xian)進、設計(ji)優(you)秀(xiu)、質(zhi)量優(you)良、運行可(ke)靠(kao)、效益顯著”的精品工程。
紅花爾基水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)程建設(she)中(zhong)亮(liang)點(dian)紛(fen)呈:針對伊敏(min)河春汛流凌壅(yong)冰(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)特點(dian),設(she)計前(qian)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)泄(xie)冰(bing)(bing)模型試(shi)驗,水(shui)(shui)庫預(yu)留(liu)了(le)6800萬立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)防(fang)凌庫容;大壩上游(you)護坡(po)(po)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)0.3米(mi)(mi)(mi)厚現澆(jiao)(jiao)鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝(ning)土板,防(fang)止冰(bing)(bing)凌沖撞;非常溢(yi)洪道的(de)(de)溢(yi)流堰前(qian)的(de)(de)緩沖斜坡(po)(po)和(he)(he)40米(mi)(mi)(mi)單跨交通橋,確(que)(que)保了(le)冰(bing)(bing)凌安全(quan)(quan)通過(guo);設(she)計采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)先進(jin)的(de)(de)模塊化全(quan)(quan)廠計算機監(jian)控系統,實現了(le)電(dian)站運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)“無人值(zhi)班,少人值(zhi)守”目標(biao);設(she)計采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)情自(zi)(zi)(zi)動測報(bao)系統速度(du)快(kuai)、精(jing)度(du)高(gao)、范圍大;通信光纜與35千(qian)伏輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路同桿(gan)(gan)架(jia)設(she),低造價、高(gao)安全(quan)(quan)、易維修;壩基防(fang)滲墻采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)“上抓下(xia)鉆”方(fang)法(fa)成槽,成槽效率高(gao),入巖(yan)深度(du)可靠;槽段連接(jie)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)“接(jie)頭管法(fa)”,接(jie)頭質(zhi)量好(hao)(hao),工(gong)效高(gao),避免了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土浪費(fei);石(shi)方(fang)明挖(wa)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)破技術(shu),洞(dong)身開(kai)挖(wa)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)光面爆(bao)(bao)破技術(shu),確(que)(que)保了(le)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)和(he)(he)圍巖(yan)質(zhi)量,有(you)效控制了(le)超欠挖(wa);工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)扒(ba)渣機裝梭(suo)車(che)出渣,洞(dong)身采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)超前(qian)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)、系統錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)和(he)(he)鋼(gang)拱架(jia)等噴錨(mao)(mao)(mao)支護措施,確(que)(que)保了(le)施工(gong)安全(quan)(quan);泄(xie)洪導流洞(dong)、發電(dian)引水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)和(he)(he)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)的(de)(de)洞(dong)身混(hun)凝(ning)土襯(chen)砌,均采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)針梁式鋼(gang)模臺車(che)全(quan)(quan)斷面成形,襯(chen)砌速度(du)快(kuai),施工(gong)質(zhi)量好(hao)(hao);內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)2.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)、長3千(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong),采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)軌(gui)道式攪拌運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車(che)進(jin)行(xing)洞(dong)內(nei)(nei)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu),利(li)用(yong)(yong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)制小型輸(shu)(shu)送泵完(wan)成混(hun)凝(ning)土入倉,有(you)效地解決了(le)小洞(dong)徑(jing)(jing)、超長距離運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)洞(dong)身混(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)難題;18米(mi)(mi)(mi)跨度(du)鋼(gang)結構暖棚、2臺1噸蒸汽鍋(guo)爐和(he)(he)高(gao)效的(de)(de)骨料預(yu)熱倉,確(que)(que)保了(le)-40℃左右氣溫下(xia)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)混(hun)凝(ning)土襯(chen)砌的(de)(de)施工(gong)質(zhi)量和(he)(he)進(jin)度(du);工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)的(de)(de)“小洞(dong)徑(jing)(jing)襯(chen)砌、長洞(dong)線(xian)混(hun)凝(ning)土運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)、超低溫混(hun)凝(ning)土澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)”,均創造了(le)內(nei)(nei)蒙(meng)古自(zi)(zi)(zi)治區之最(zui)。
