簡介
紅花爾基水(shui)利樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)是內(nei)蒙古(gu)自治區“十五”期間(jian)水(shui)資(zi)源開發項目,位于(yu)呼倫貝爾市鄂溫克(ke)旗境內(nei),是伊敏河上唯一(yi)的控制性樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)總(zong)庫(ku)容3.2億立方(fang)米(mi),規模為大(da)Ⅱ型(xing)。工(gong)程(cheng)由大(da)壩(ba)、非(fei)常溢洪(hong)(hong)道、泄洪(hong)(hong)導流洞(dong)、工(gong)業供水(shui)洞(dong)、水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)等組(zu)成,以供水(shui)、防洪(hong)(hong)為主,兼顧防凌、灌溉、發電(dian)、旅游等功能。
參建各方在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)之初就本著(zhu)“科(ke)學管(guan)理(li)、創造精(jing)(jing)品(pin)”的原則,制定創優規(gui)劃(hua),且通力合(he)作嚴(yan)格落實規(gui)劃(hua)要求,最終打造了這個“管(guan)理(li)規(gui)范、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)先進、設(she)計(ji)優秀、質量優良(liang)、運行可靠、效益顯著(zhu)”的精(jing)(jing)品(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。
紅花爾基(ji)水(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程建設中亮點紛呈:針(zhen)對伊(yi)敏河春汛(xun)流(liu)凌壅冰(bing)的(de)特點,設計前(qian)(qian)進行了(le)泄(xie)(xie)冰(bing)模(mo)(mo)型試驗,水(shui)庫(ku)預留了(le)6800萬立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)的(de)防(fang)(fang)凌庫(ku)容;大壩上游護坡(po)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)0.3米(mi)(mi)厚現(xian)澆(jiao)鋼筋混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)板,防(fang)(fang)止(zhi)冰(bing)凌沖撞;非常溢(yi)洪(hong)道的(de)溢(yi)流(liu)堰前(qian)(qian)的(de)緩沖斜坡(po)和40米(mi)(mi)單(dan)跨(kua)交(jiao)通橋,確(que)保(bao)(bao)了(le)冰(bing)凌安全(quan)(quan)通過;設計采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)先(xian)進的(de)模(mo)(mo)塊化全(quan)(quan)廠計算機監控系(xi)統(tong)(tong),實現(xian)了(le)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運(yun)行的(de)“無人值(zhi)班,少人值(zhi)守(shou)”目標;設計采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)情自(zi)動測報系(xi)統(tong)(tong)速度(du)(du)(du)(du)快(kuai)、精度(du)(du)(du)(du)高、范圍(wei)(wei)大;通信光(guang)(guang)纜與35千(qian)伏輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路同桿架設,低(di)造價、高安全(quan)(quan)、易維(wei)修;壩基(ji)防(fang)(fang)滲墻采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)“上抓下(xia)鉆”方(fang)(fang)法(fa)成(cheng)槽,成(cheng)槽效(xiao)率高,入巖(yan)深度(du)(du)(du)(du)可(ke)靠;槽段連接(jie)(jie)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)“接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)管法(fa)”,接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)好,工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)高,避免了(le)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)浪(lang)費;石方(fang)(fang)明(ming)挖采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)預裂爆(bao)破技術,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)身開挖采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破技術,確(que)保(bao)(bao)了(le)邊坡(po)和圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),有(you)效(xiao)控制(zhi)了(le)超(chao)(chao)欠挖;工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)供水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)扒渣機裝梭車(che)出渣,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)身采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)超(chao)(chao)前(qian)(qian)錨桿、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)錨桿和鋼拱(gong)架等噴錨支護措施(shi),確(que)保(bao)(bao)了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)(quan);泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)導流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)供水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)身混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯砌,均采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)針(zhen)梁式鋼模(mo)(mo)臺車(che)全(quan)(quan)斷面(mian)成(cheng)形(xing),襯砌速度(du)(du)(du)(du)快(kuai),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)好;內徑(jing)2.2米(mi)(mi)、長3千(qian)米(mi)(mi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)供水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)軌道式攪拌運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)進行洞(dong)(dong)(dong)內運(yun)輸(shu),利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)自(zi)制(zhi)小(xiao)(xiao)型輸(shu)送泵完成(cheng)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)入倉(cang),有(you)效(xiao)地解決了(le)小(xiao)(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)徑(jing)、超(chao)(chao)長距(ju)離運(yun)輸(shu)和澆(jiao)筑洞(dong)(dong)(dong)身混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)的(de)難題;18米(mi)(mi)跨(kua)度(du)(du)(du)(du)鋼結構暖棚、2臺1噸蒸汽鍋爐和高效(xiao)的(de)骨(gu)料預熱倉(cang),確(que)保(bao)(bao)了(le)-40℃左(zuo)右(you)氣溫下(xia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)供水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯砌的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和進度(du)(du)(du)(du);工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)供水(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)“小(xiao)(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)徑(jing)襯砌、長洞(dong)(dong)(dong)線混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)運(yun)輸(shu)、超(chao)(chao)低(di)溫混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)澆(jiao)筑”,均創造了(le)內蒙古(gu)自(zi)治區之(zhi)最。
