簡介
紅花爾基水(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)內(nei)蒙古自治(zhi)區“十五”期間水(shui)(shui)資源開發項目,位于呼倫(lun)貝爾市鄂溫克(ke)旗(qi)境內(nei),是(shi)伊敏河上唯一的控制(zhi)性樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)總庫容3.2億(yi)立方米,規模為大(da)Ⅱ型。工(gong)程(cheng)由大(da)壩、非常(chang)溢洪道(dao)、泄洪導流(liu)洞、工(gong)業供水(shui)(shui)洞、水(shui)(shui)電站等組(zu)成(cheng),以供水(shui)(shui)、防洪為主,兼顧防凌、灌溉(gai)、發電、旅游等功(gong)能(neng)。
參(can)建各方(fang)在(zai)施工之(zhi)初就本著(zhu)“科學管理、創(chuang)造精品”的(de)原則(ze),制定(ding)創(chuang)優規(gui)劃,且通力(li)合作(zuo)嚴(yan)格落實(shi)規(gui)劃要(yao)求,最終打(da)造了這個“管理規(gui)范(fan)、施工先進(jin)、設計(ji)優秀(xiu)、質量優良、運行(xing)可靠、效益顯(xian)著(zhu)”的(de)精品工程。
紅花爾基(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)中亮點(dian)紛呈:針(zhen)對伊敏河春汛流(liu)凌壅(yong)冰(bing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),設(she)(she)計(ji)前(qian)(qian)進行了(le)(le)(le)泄(xie)冰(bing)模(mo)型試(shi)驗(yan),水(shui)(shui)庫預留了(le)(le)(le)6800萬(wan)立方米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防凌庫容;大(da)(da)壩上(shang)游護坡(po)采(cai)用(yong)0.3米(mi)(mi)厚(hou)現澆鋼筋(jin)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)板,防止冰(bing)凌沖(chong)撞(zhuang);非(fei)常溢洪道的(de)(de)(de)(de)溢流(liu)堰前(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)緩沖(chong)斜坡(po)和(he)(he)40米(mi)(mi)單跨交通(tong)橋(qiao),確(que)保了(le)(le)(le)冰(bing)凌安(an)全通(tong)過;設(she)(she)計(ji)采(cai)用(yong)先進的(de)(de)(de)(de)模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)全廠(chang)計(ji)算機監控系統,實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)電站(zhan)運(yun)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)“無人(ren)值(zhi)班,少人(ren)值(zhi)守”目(mu)標(biao);設(she)(she)計(ji)采(cai)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)情自(zi)動測(ce)報系統速(su)度快、精度高(gao)、范圍大(da)(da);通(tong)信光纜與35千伏輸(shu)電線(xian)(xian)路(lu)同桿架(jia)設(she)(she),低(di)造價、高(gao)安(an)全、易(yi)維(wei)修(xiu);壩基(ji)(ji)防滲墻采(cai)用(yong)“上(shang)抓下(xia)(xia)鉆(zhan)”方法成(cheng)槽,成(cheng)槽效率(lv)高(gao),入(ru)巖(yan)深度可靠(kao);槽段連(lian)接(jie)采(cai)用(yong)“接(jie)頭(tou)管法”,接(jie)頭(tou)質(zhi)量好(hao),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效高(gao),避免了(le)(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)浪費;石方明挖采(cai)用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)預裂爆破技術,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)(shen)開(kai)挖采(cai)用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)光面(mian)爆破技術,確(que)保了(le)(le)(le)邊(bian)坡(po)和(he)(he)圍巖(yan)質(zhi)量,有效控制了(le)(le)(le)超欠挖;工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)供水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)采(cai)用(yong)扒渣機裝梭車出渣,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)(shen)采(cai)用(yong)超前(qian)(qian)錨(mao)桿、系統錨(mao)桿和(he)(he)鋼拱架(jia)等噴錨(mao)支(zhi)護措(cuo)施(shi),確(que)保了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全;泄(xie)洪導流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)、發(fa)電引水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)供水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)(shen)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)襯砌(qi),均(jun)(jun)采(cai)用(yong)針(zhen)梁式(shi)(shi)鋼模(mo)臺車全斷面(mian)成(cheng)形(xing),襯砌(qi)速(su)度快,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量好(hao);內徑(jing)2.2米(mi)(mi)、長(chang)3千米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)供水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong),采(cai)用(yong)軌(gui)道式(shi)(shi)攪拌運(yun)輸(shu)車進行洞(dong)(dong)內運(yun)輸(shu),利(li)用(yong)自(zi)制小(xiao)(xiao)型輸(shu)送泵完成(cheng)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)入(ru)倉,有效地解決了(le)(le)(le)小(xiao)(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)、超長(chang)距離運(yun)輸(shu)和(he)(he)澆筑洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)(shen)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)難題(ti);18米(mi)(mi)跨度鋼結(jie)構(gou)暖棚、2臺1噸蒸(zheng)汽鍋爐和(he)(he)高(gao)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)骨料預熱倉,確(que)保了(le)(le)(le)-40℃左右氣溫下(xia)(xia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)供水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)襯砌(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量和(he)(he)進度;工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)供水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“小(xiao)(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)襯砌(qi)、長(chang)洞(dong)(dong)線(xian)(xian)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)運(yun)輸(shu)、超低(di)溫混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑”,均(jun)(jun)創(chuang)造了(le)(le)(le)內蒙古自(zi)治(zhi)區之(zhi)最(zui)。
