簡介
工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)位(wei)于海南省三亞市西部的(de)寧遠河中(zhong)下(xia)游河段,大(da)(Ⅱ)型水(shui)(shui)(shui)利工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),是(shi)中(zhong)國最南端的(de)大(da)型水(shui)(shui)(shui)利工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫總(zong)庫容(rong)(rong)4.68億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)70.0m,正常庫容(rong)(rong)3.93億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),防洪(hong)庫容(rong)(rong)1.48億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),為多年調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)以(yi)防洪(hong)、供水(shui)(shui)(shui)、灌溉(gai)為主(zhu)(zhu),結合(he)發(fa)電。 工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)2004年12月(yue)13日開工(gong)(gong),2007年12月(yue)10日竣工(gong)(gong),2008年8月(yue)通過由水(shui)(shui)(shui)利部主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)的(de)竣工(gong)(gong)驗收。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)總(zong)投資(zi)8.17億元(yuan)。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)在(zai)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)成功應(ying)用(yong)“無(wu)基坑水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)筑(zhu)(zhu)壩(ba)技術(shu)”,解決了(le)壩(ba)基處(chu)理(li)難題,節省大(da)壩(ba)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)投資(zi)約(yue)3000萬元(yuan);采用(yong)“環(huan)保(bao)(bao)用(yong)料筑(zhu)(zhu)壩(ba)”技術(shu),利用(yong)溢洪(hong)道、引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞等開挖棄(qi)渣筑(zhu)(zhu)壩(ba),減(jian)少庫區外料場征地,并不(bu)產生工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)棄(qi)渣,從源頭保(bao)(bao)護了(le)生態(tai)環(huan)境;應(ying)用(yong)“水(shui)(shui)(shui)土(tu)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)和生態(tai)護坡掛網客土(tu)噴播(bo)技術(shu)”將水(shui)(shui)(shui)土(tu)保(bao)(bao)護和生態(tai)護坡與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設同(tong)步進行,提高了(le)草木(mu)成活(huo)率,得(de)到了(le)國家環(huan)保(bao)(bao)總(zong)局的(de)認(ren)可。
