水電站
牛路嶺水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站設(she)(she)計裝機2萬千(qian)瓦(wa)×4,采(cai)(cai)用天津發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備廠生產的(de)混流機組,設(she)(she)計水(shui)(shui)頭61米,單機流量39.0立(li)方米/秒,采(cai)(cai)用HL250-LJ-200水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)機,TS425/120-20發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,設(she)(she)計年(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量2.81億千(qian)瓦(wa)時。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站屬(shu)壩內廠房,尺(chi)寸為 68.8×13.9×28.5米(長×寬×高)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站出線設(she)(she)三回110千(qian)伏(分(fen)別送(song)瓊(qiong)海、文昌(chang)、陵水(shui)(shui)與屯昌(chang)),三回35千(qian)伏。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工二(er)次設(she)(she)計是根據(ju)海南區水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)局(ju)與廣州電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)所(suo)于1974年(nian)簽訂的(de)在(zai)該(gai)站采(cai)(cai)用五項新(xin)(xin)技術協議(yi)書進行,五項新(xin)(xin)技術是:弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集控邏(luo)輯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路、靜止可控硅勵磁裝置、晶體管繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、自(zi)動巡回檢測裝置、機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產品濕(shi)熱帶化試驗。
電站建設
牛(niu)路嶺水(shui)電(dian)樞(shu)紐(niu)是1965年(nian)全島水(shui)電(dian)規劃所選的近期開(kai)發工程(cheng)之一。從1969年(nian)起,開(kai)始由海(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)設計室(shi)進行了大(da)量選壩(ba)(ba)和初(chu)(chu)步設計的勘測工作。1973年(nian)3月,海(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)局(ju)提出《牛(niu)路嶺水(shui)電(dian)站初(chu)(chu)步設計報告》:選用正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)位(wei)80米,裝(zhuang)機3萬(wan)千瓦,大(da)壩(ba)(ba)采用漿(jiang)砌石重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)。1973~1975年(nian)間,海(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)局(ju)設計室(shi)補充設計工作,最(zui)后(hou)確定其樞(shu)紐(niu)工程(cheng)現有規模與型(xing)式。
1976年(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。海南行政區(qu)政府(fu)組建牛路(lu)嶺水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)指(zhi)揮部,區(qu)黨委副(fu)書記黃(huang)(huang)文任(ren)指(zhi)揮,區(qu)農(nong)委主任(ren)黃(huang)(huang)進修任(ren)第(di)一副(fu)指(zhi)揮,區(qu)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)局副(fu)局長姜成岱(dai)任(ren)常(chang)駐工(gong)(gong)(gong)地主持施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)副(fu)指(zhi)揮,此(ci)外,副(fu)指(zhi)揮還有龔(gong)照勛(xun)、郭仁道、黃(huang)(huang)強(qiang)、符(fu)氣浩(hao)、黃(huang)(huang)良(liang)超、陳永韜等,區(qu)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)局歐(ou)學濤(tao)任(ren)技(ji)術負責人。指(zhi)揮部組織(zhi)以廣(guang)東省水(shui)(shui)電(dian)第(di)二(er)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)局和(he)(he)(he)海南區(qu)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(1975年(nian)在(zai)小廣(guang)壩電(dian)站施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊)為主,配以部分(fen)縣(xian)水(shui)(shui)利建設兵團(tuan)與民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為輔的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍進行建設。采用圍堰一次截流(liu)(liu),右岸(an)設導流(liu)(liu)洞方案施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),1號和(he)(he)(he)2號機(ji)(ji)組于1979年(nian)12月試機(ji)(ji)投(tou)產;3號和(he)(he)(he)4號機(ji)(ji)組分(fen)別于1981年(nian)1月和(he)(he)(he)1982年(nian)12月相(xiang)繼(ji)發(fa)電(dian)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全部由國(guo)家投(tou)資1.39億元。1986年(nian)6月正式竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。
電站運行以來(lai),各(ge)方(fang)面情(qing)況良好。年最高發電量超3億(yi)千瓦時。電工(gong)二次回路新技術運行正常,經(jing)歷1989年10月3日,高水位(107.22米)考(kao)驗。
