牛路(lu)嶺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)位于(yu)萬(wan)泉河(he)干流(liu)瓊海(hai)市會山(shan)鄉境內,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)主(zhu)壩(ba)為混凝土空(kong)腹重(zhong)力壩(ba),壩(ba)頂高程115.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),最大壩(ba)高90.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)頂長341.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)校核(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位112.04米(mi)(mi)(mi),相應(ying)總庫(ku)容(rong)77790萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi);為多年調(diao)節水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku),百(bai)年設計水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位107.94米(mi)(mi)(mi),相應(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)62500萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)(百(bai)年洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)泄流(liu)量7430立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao));正(zheng)常水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位105.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相應(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)52975萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi);死水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位80.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相應(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)11255萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)淹沒(mei)耕地406公頃,遷移人(ren)口6220人(ren)。
水電站
牛(niu)路嶺水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)設計裝機(ji)2萬千(qian)(qian)瓦×4,采用天(tian)津發電(dian)(dian)設備廠(chang)(chang)生產的混流機(ji)組(zu),設計水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)61米(mi),單機(ji)流量(liang)39.0立方米(mi)/秒,采用HL250-LJ-200水(shui)(shui)輪機(ji),TS425/120-20發電(dian)(dian)機(ji),設計年發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)2.81億千(qian)(qian)瓦時。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)屬壩(ba)內廠(chang)(chang)房,尺寸為(wei) 68.8×13.9×28.5米(mi)(長(chang)×寬×高)。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)出線設三(san)回(hui)(hui)110千(qian)(qian)伏(分別送瓊海(hai)、文昌(chang)、陵水(shui)(shui)與(yu)屯(tun)昌(chang)),三(san)回(hui)(hui)35千(qian)(qian)伏。電(dian)(dian)工二次設計是根(gen)據海(hai)南區水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)局與(yu)廣州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)科所于1974年簽訂的在該(gai)站(zhan)(zhan)采用五項(xiang)新技術(shu)協議書進行,五項(xiang)新技術(shu)是:弱電(dian)(dian)集(ji)控邏輯(ji)電(dian)(dian)路、靜止(zhi)可控硅勵磁裝置、晶體管繼電(dian)(dian)保護、自動巡回(hui)(hui)檢測(ce)裝置、機(ji)電(dian)(dian)產品濕(shi)熱帶(dai)化試驗。
電站建設
牛路(lu)嶺(ling)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)樞紐(niu)是(shi)1965年全島(dao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)規劃所(suo)選的(de)近(jin)期開發工(gong)程之(zhi)一(yi)。從1969年起,開始由海(hai)南區(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)設(she)計(ji)(ji)室進行了大(da)量選壩和初(chu)步設(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de)勘測(ce)工(gong)作(zuo)。1973年3月,海(hai)南區(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)局提出《牛路(lu)嶺(ling)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站初(chu)步設(she)計(ji)(ji)報告》:選用(yong)正(zheng)常蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位80米(mi),裝(zhuang)機3萬千瓦,大(da)壩采用(yong)漿砌石重力壩。1973~1975年間(jian),海(hai)南區(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)局設(she)計(ji)(ji)室補(bu)充(chong)設(she)計(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo),最后確定其(qi)樞紐(niu)工(gong)程現有規模與型式。
1976年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。海(hai)南(nan)行政(zheng)區(qu)政(zheng)府組(zu)(zu)建(jian)牛路(lu)嶺水(shui)電站(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)指(zhi)揮部(bu),區(qu)黨委副書記黃(huang)文任指(zhi)揮,區(qu)農委主(zhu)任黃(huang)進修(xiu)任第(di)一(yi)副指(zhi)揮,區(qu)水(shui)電局副局長姜成岱(dai)任常駐(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地主(zhu)持(chi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的副指(zhi)揮,此外,副指(zhi)揮還有龔(gong)照(zhao)勛、郭(guo)仁道、黃(huang)強、符氣浩(hao)、黃(huang)良超、陳永韜等,區(qu)水(shui)電局歐學濤任技術負責人。指(zhi)揮部(bu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)以(yi)廣(guang)東省(sheng)水(shui)電第(di)二(er)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)局和海(hai)南(nan)區(qu)水(shui)電施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(1975年(nian)(nian)在小廣(guang)壩電站(zhan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui))為主(zhu),配(pei)以(yi)部(bu)分(fen)縣水(shui)利建(jian)設(she)兵團與民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為輔(fu)的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)進行建(jian)設(she)。采(cai)用圍堰一(yi)次截(jie)流(liu),右岸(an)設(she)導流(liu)洞方案施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),1號和2號機組(zu)(zu)于(yu)1979年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)試機投(tou)產;3號和4號機組(zu)(zu)分(fen)別于(yu)1981年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)和1982年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)相繼發電。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全部(bu)由國家投(tou)資(zi)1.39億(yi)元。1986年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)正式竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。
電站運(yun)行以來,各方面情(qing)況(kuang)良(liang)好。年最高發電量超3億(yi)千瓦時(shi)。電工(gong)二(er)次回(hui)路新技術(shu)運(yun)行正(zheng)常,經歷1989年10月(yue)3日(ri),高水(shui)位(107.22米(mi))考驗。
