我(wo)校24個(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班已(yi)(yi)擁有(you)27個(ge)多媒(mei)體電(dian)教(jiao)平臺(tai)(tai),早在(zai)2002年(nian),我(wo)校教(jiao)師便配(pei)備了人手一(yi)臺(tai)(tai)辦公(gong)電(dian)腦(nao),是(shi)當時容桂僅有(you)的(de)(de)人手一(yi)臺(tai)(tai)辦公(gong)電(dian)腦(nao)的(de)(de)兩所學(xue)(xue)(xue)校之一(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校信息化建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)已(yi)(yi)經(jing)全面(mian)(mian)達標(biao),設(she)(she)施比(bi)較完善、先(xian)(xian)進,符合(he)(he)現代化教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)要求。有(you)計算機(ji)238臺(tai)(tai),人機(ji)比(bi)達到5∶1。教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)平臺(tai)(tai)24個(ge),課(ke)室(shi)(shi)(shi)覆蓋(gai)率100%。學(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與信息技術整合(he)(he)占學(xue)(xue)(xue)科比(bi)例超過85%。會議室(shi)(shi)(shi)、校史(shi)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、音樂室(shi)(shi)(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)腦(nao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、網(wang)絡控制室(shi)(shi)(shi)、化學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)、圖書(shu)閱覽室(shi)(shi)(shi)、物理實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)、生(sheng)物實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)、多媒(mei)體電(dian)教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、課(ke)件制作室(shi)(shi)(shi)、體育(yu)器(qi)材室(shi)(shi)(shi)、衛(wei)生(sheng)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、廣播室(shi)(shi)(shi)及(ji)體育(yu)活動室(shi)(shi)(shi)等教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)(she)施設(she)(she)備齊全且先(xian)(xian)進。校園西面(mian)(mian)為田徑(jing)場(chang),建(jian)(jian)有(you)200米(mi)的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)形跑(pao)道(dao)(dao)1條(tiao),環(huan)(huan)形跑(pao)道(dao)(dao)內有(you)小(xiao)型足球場(chang)1個(ge),旁(pang)有(you)100米(mi)直跑(pao)道(dao)(dao)一(yi)條(tiao);還有(you)籃球場(chang)、羽毛(mao)球場(chang)、綜合(he)(he)型跳遠池等。校園內合(he)(he)理分布綠化帶,3塊草地設(she)(she)在(zai)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓的(de)(de)外圍,校內建(jian)(jian)有(you)多個(ge)宣(xuan)傳櫥窗。教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)區與運動區由芒(mang)果樹分隔(ge)。校園建(jian)(jian)筑設(she)(she)計雄渾(hun),功能分布合(he)(he)理,為我(wo)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)提供了良好的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)境。
2008學(xue)年(nian)度(du)有(you)24個教學(xue)班(ban)(ban),學(xue)生(sheng)1129人(ren)(ren)。學(xue)校(xiao)現有(you)教職(zhi)工(gong)74人(ren)(ren),教師(shi)占(zhan)學(xue)校(xiao)教職(zhi)工(gong)總數的比例達98.6%, 本(ben)科率達89.1%,其中高級(ji)教師(shi)2名,占(zhan)教師(shi)比例為2.7%,一級(ji)教師(shi)54人(ren)(ren),占(zhan)教師(shi)比例72.9%,45歲以下青年(nian)教師(shi)占(zhan)94.5%。其中有(you)徐淑琴、梁桂(gui)娟(juan)等(deng)四(si)位(wei)(wei)佛山(shan)市(shi)優秀班(ban)(ban)主任(ren),程國(guo)芬、李(li)雪雯等(deng)四(si)位(wei)(wei)順(shun)德(de)區(qu)優秀班(ban)(ban)主任(ren),蘇桂(gui)泉(quan)、江海(hai)平、康有(you)蘭(lan)等(deng)三位(wei)(wei)佛山(shan)市(shi)骨(gu)干教師(shi),龔海(hai)華(hua)、邱志剛等(deng)多位(wei)(wei)順(shun)德(de)區(qu)教書育人(ren)(ren)先(xian)進教師(shi),譚鑒(jian)源等(deng)十一人(ren)(ren)被(bei)評(ping)為容桂(gui)街(jie)道骨(gu)干教師(shi),何令暉、潘嘉慶(qing)等(deng)被(bei)評(ping)為順(shun)德(de)區(qu)的學(xue)科帶(dai)頭人(ren)(ren)。學(xue)校(xiao)有(you)一個積極進取、團結務實(shi)、作風民主、銳(rui)意改革的領導班(ban)(ban)子(zi),有(you)一支敬業愛崗、樂于奉獻、素質全(quan)面(mian)、業務精(jing)良的教師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)。
我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)自創辦(ban)以(yi)來,教育教學(xue)水平(ping)在(zai)不斷(duan)提高(gao),其中在(zai)1998年(nian)(nian)至2000年(nian)(nian)連續(xu)三(san)年(nian)(nian)的(de)初三(san)升中考試中,我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生的(de)升中成績在(zai)容桂及順(shun)(shun)德區均(jun)屬類(lei)拔萃; 2006年(nian)(nian)至2008連續(xu)三(san)年(nian)(nian)初三(san)升中成績與同(tong)類(lei)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)相比較亦(yi)處于順(shun)(shun)德區領先水平(ping)。歷年(nian)(nian)來,我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)生95%以(yi)上順(shun)(shun)利升入高(gao)一級學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
校田徑隊參加鎮運會團體總分逐(zhu)年(nian)(nian)提(ti)高,2001年(nian)(nian)名(ming)(ming)(ming)列乙組第(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming)(ming);校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)棋(qi)類小(xiao)組在(zai)2000年(nian)(nian)度、2001年(nian)(nian)度容(rong)(rong)桂(gui)鎮(zhen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國象棋(qi)比(bi)賽(sai)兩次榮(rong)獲(huo)(huo)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)組團(tuan)體總(zong)分第(di)一(yi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合唱隊(dui)在(zai)2000年(nian)(nian)容(rong)(rong)桂(gui)鎮(zhen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)合唱比(bi)賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)(huo)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)組優(you)秀(xiu)獎(jiang)(jiang)”(比(bi)賽(sai)設“優(you)秀(xiu)”與“表揚”二個檔次);舞蹈(dao)《春邀桃花(hua)堤(di)》獲(huo)(huo)得鎮(zhen)2001年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)藝匯演三(san)(san)等獎(jiang)(jiang)。2004年(nian)(nian)街道中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)藝匯演中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的舞蹈(dao)節目《鄉戀》,榮(rong)獲(huo)(huo)一(yi)等獎(jiang)(jiang)。學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的美術作品,亦多(duo)次獲(huo)(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang),單是2004年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)的“供電杯”少年(nian)(nian)繪畫比(bi)賽(sai),容(rong)(rong)桂(gui)獲(huo)(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)的12人當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)就囊括了8個,龔福東同學(xue)(xue)的《鄉村電站》還被主(zhu)辦機構特邀在(zai)頒獎(jiang)(jiang)會(hui)上展示、陳述。 學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后被評為"桂(gui)洲鎮(zhen)先(xian)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"、"桂(gui)洲交(jiao)通安全文(wen)明學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"、"容(rong)(rong)桂(gui)鎮(zhen)先(xian)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、表揚學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"。2006年(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的足(zu)球(qiu)隊(dui)榮(rong)獲(huo)(huo)街道中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)足(zu)球(qiu)比(bi)賽(sai)第(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming)(ming)。2007年(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)男子(zi)排球(qiu)隊(dui)獲(huo)(huo)順(shun)(shun)德區(qu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)男子(zi)排球(qiu)賽(sai)第(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming)(ming),女子(zi)排球(qiu)隊(dui)獲(huo)(huo)區(qu)第(di)五名(ming)(ming)(ming);2008年(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)男子(zi)足(zu)球(qiu)隊(dui)獲(huo)(huo)容(rong)(rong)桂(gui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)足(zu)球(qiu)賽(sai)第(di)一(yi)名(ming)(ming)(ming),獲(huo)(huo)順(shun)(shun)德區(qu)第(di)四名(ming)(ming)(ming)。
而在(zai)近幾年(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)生的學(xue)(xue)科類(lei)競賽個人獲(huo)(huo)獎方面,廖子杰,鐘(zhong)興杰等(deng)(deng)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)獲(huo)(huo)第十八(ba)屆全(quan)國(guo)(guo)初中應用(yong)物理知(zhi)識競賽全(quan)國(guo)(guo)二(er)等(deng)(deng),梁弦禧、原安等(deng)(deng)多位同(tong)學(xue)(xue)在(zai)2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)初中化學(xue)(xue)競賽中獲(huo)(huo)順德區一等(deng)(deng)獎,劉苑萍等(deng)(deng)多位同(tong)學(xue)(xue)獲(huo)(huo)容(rong)桂初中生即席作文競賽初中組一等(deng)(deng)獎,2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)初二(er)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)英語(yu)競賽廖子敏等(deng)(deng)多位同(tong)學(xue)(xue)獲(huo)(huo)獎,2008學(xue)(xue)年(nian)(nian)(nian)度,巫(wu)焯聰等(deng)(deng)多位同(tong)學(xue)(xue)在(zai)第三屆“南方杯”數學(xue)(xue)邀請(qing)賽獲(huo)(huo)獎。
長期以來,我校(xiao)一直堅持“科(ke)研(yan)(yan)興校(xiao),科(ke)研(yan)(yan)助教”的教育理念(nian),并為此進(jin)行了不斷的探索。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又開始(shi)了大刀闊斧的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改革,通過“走出去,請進(jin)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)”途徑,轉變(bian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育觀(guan)念和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式,不斷提高(gao)我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。2008年10月(yue),我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)第一(yi)(yi)批(pi)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)到(dao)江蘇(su)“洋(yang)思中學(xue)(xue)(xue)”觀(guan)摩學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),并(bing)對洋(yang)思中學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“先學(xue)(xue)(xue)后教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、三清”等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方式進(jin)行(xing)了深入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究與探討。2009年2月(yue),我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)邀請了廣東省人(ren)民政府督(du)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、廣東教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)院教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育系主任兼教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科所所長周峰(feng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)到(dao)我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)介紹東廬中學(xue)(xue)(xue)通過“講(jiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)稿(gao)”使教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)成績迅速(su)提高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念。目前,我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除語(yu)文(wen)科外(wai),全部在試(shi)用講(jiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)稿(gao)進(jin)行(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。而語(yu)文(wen)則(ze)進(jin)行(xing)“作文(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)評”和“高(gao)效閱(yue)讀”這兩個科研(yan)課題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究探索,請來了全國著(zhu)(zhu)名作文(wen)問題(ti)解決專家田玉教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)各全國著(zhu)(zhu)名語(yu)文(wen)高(gao)效閱(yue)讀創始(shi)人(ren)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)李勝(sheng)利老師(shi)作專門(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指導。如今(jin),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改革的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)號角已經吹響(xiang),相(xiang)信不久的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)將來一(yi)(yi)定會(hui)有豐(feng)收的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成果。
