我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)24個教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)班(ban)已(yi)(yi)擁有(you)27個多(duo)媒體(ti)電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)平臺(tai),早在2002年,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)便(bian)配(pei)備(bei)了人(ren)手一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)辦公電(dian)腦(nao),是當時容(rong)桂僅有(you)的(de)(de)人(ren)手一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)辦公電(dian)腦(nao)的(de)(de)兩所學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)之一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)信息(xi)化(hua)建(jian)設已(yi)(yi)經全面(mian)達(da)標,設施比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)完善、先(xian)進(jin),符合(he)(he)(he)現代化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)要求。有(you)計算(suan)機(ji)238臺(tai),人(ren)機(ji)比(bi)(bi)達(da)到5∶1。教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)平臺(tai)24個,課室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)覆蓋率(lv)100%。學(xue)(xue)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與信息(xi)技(ji)術整合(he)(he)(he)占(zhan)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)比(bi)(bi)例(li)超過85%。會(hui)議(yi)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、校(xiao)(xiao)史室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、音樂(le)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、舞蹈(dao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)腦(nao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、網絡控制室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、化(hua)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、圖(tu)書閱覽室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、物理實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、生(sheng)(sheng)物實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、多(duo)媒體(ti)電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、課件(jian)制作室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、體(ti)育器材(cai)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、衛(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、廣播室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)及體(ti)育活(huo)動(dong)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)設施設備(bei)齊(qi)全且先(xian)進(jin)。校(xiao)(xiao)園西面(mian)為(wei)田徑場(chang),建(jian)有(you)200米(mi)的(de)(de)環形(xing)跑道(dao)(dao)1條,環形(xing)跑道(dao)(dao)內有(you)小型足球(qiu)場(chang)1個,旁有(you)100米(mi)直(zhi)跑道(dao)(dao)一(yi)(yi)條;還有(you)籃球(qiu)場(chang)、羽毛(mao)球(qiu)場(chang)、綜合(he)(he)(he)型跳遠池(chi)等。校(xiao)(xiao)園內合(he)(he)(he)理分布(bu)綠化(hua)帶(dai),3塊(kuai)草地設在教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)的(de)(de)外圍(wei),校(xiao)(xiao)內建(jian)有(you)多(duo)個宣(xuan)傳(chuan)櫥窗。教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)區與運動(dong)區由(you)芒(mang)果(guo)樹分隔。校(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)筑設計雄渾,功能分布(bu)合(he)(he)(he)理,為(wei)我(wo)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)提供了良好的(de)(de)環境。
2008學(xue)(xue)(xue)年度有24個教學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)1129人(ren)(ren)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有教職(zhi)(zhi)工74人(ren)(ren),教師(shi)(shi)(shi)占學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教職(zhi)(zhi)工總數的比例(li)達98.6%, 本科(ke)率達89.1%,其中(zhong)高級教師(shi)(shi)(shi)2名,占教師(shi)(shi)(shi)比例(li)為2.7%,一級教師(shi)(shi)(shi)54人(ren)(ren),占教師(shi)(shi)(shi)比例(li)72.9%,45歲以下(xia)青年教師(shi)(shi)(shi)占94.5%。其中(zhong)有徐淑琴、梁(liang)桂娟等(deng)(deng)四(si)位(wei)佛(fo)山市優秀班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren),程國芬、李雪雯等(deng)(deng)四(si)位(wei)順德(de)區優秀班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren),蘇桂泉、江海平、康有蘭等(deng)(deng)三位(wei)佛(fo)山市骨(gu)干(gan)教師(shi)(shi)(shi),龔海華(hua)、邱志剛(gang)等(deng)(deng)多(duo)位(wei)順德(de)區教書育(yu)人(ren)(ren)先進教師(shi)(shi)(shi),譚鑒源等(deng)(deng)十一人(ren)(ren)被評為容桂街道骨(gu)干(gan)教師(shi)(shi)(shi),何令暉、潘嘉慶(qing)等(deng)(deng)被評為順德(de)區的學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren)(ren)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有一個積極進取、團結(jie)務(wu)實(shi)、作(zuo)風(feng)民主(zhu)、銳意(yi)改革的領導班(ban)子,有一支敬業愛崗(gang)、樂(le)于奉獻、素質全面、業務(wu)精良的教師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍。
我(wo)校自創辦以(yi)來,教育教學(xue)(xue)水平在(zai)不斷提高,其中(zhong)在(zai)1998年(nian)至2000年(nian)連續(xu)三(san)年(nian)的初三(san)升(sheng)中(zhong)考(kao)試中(zhong),我(wo)校學(xue)(xue)生的升(sheng)中(zhong)成績在(zai)容桂及順(shun)德區(qu)均屬類拔萃(cui); 2006年(nian)至2008連續(xu)三(san)年(nian)初三(san)升(sheng)中(zhong)成績與同類學(xue)(xue)校相比較亦處于(yu)順(shun)德區(qu)領先(xian)水平。歷年(nian)來,我(wo)校畢業生95%以(yi)上(shang)順(shun)利升(sheng)入(ru)高一級學(xue)(xue)校。
校田徑隊參加鎮運會團體總分逐(zhu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)提高,2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)名(ming)(ming)列乙(yi)組(zu)第(di)(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming);校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)棋(qi)類小(xiao)組(zu)在2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度、2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度容桂鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國象棋(qi)比賽(sai)兩次(ci)榮獲(huo)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)組(zu)團體總分第(di)(di)一名(ming)(ming)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合唱隊在2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)容桂鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)合唱比賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)組(zu)優秀(xiu)獎(jiang)(jiang)”(比賽(sai)設(she)“優秀(xiu)”與“表(biao)揚(yang)”二個檔次(ci));舞蹈《春邀桃花堤》獲(huo)得鎮2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文藝匯演三(san)(san)等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)街(jie)道中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文藝匯演中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的舞蹈節目(mu)《鄉戀》,榮獲(huo)一等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的美(mei)術作品,亦多(duo)次(ci)獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang),單是2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月的“供電杯”少年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)繪(hui)畫比賽(sai),容桂獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)的12人當(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)就(jiu)囊括(kuo)了8個,龔福東同學(xue)(xue)的《鄉村電站》還被主辦機構特(te)邀在頒(ban)獎(jiang)(jiang)會上(shang)展示、陳述(shu)。 學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)(xian)后(hou)被評為"桂洲(zhou)鎮先(xian)(xian)進學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"、"桂洲(zhou)交通安(an)全文明學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"、"容桂鎮先(xian)(xian)進學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、表(biao)揚(yang)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"。2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的足(zu)球(qiu)(qiu)隊榮獲(huo)街(jie)道中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)足(zu)球(qiu)(qiu)比賽(sai)第(di)(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming)。2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)男(nan)(nan)子(zi)排(pai)(pai)球(qiu)(qiu)隊獲(huo)順德(de)(de)區中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)男(nan)(nan)子(zi)排(pai)(pai)球(qiu)(qiu)賽(sai)第(di)(di)三(san)(san)名(ming)(ming),女(nv)子(zi)排(pai)(pai)球(qiu)(qiu)隊獲(huo)區第(di)(di)五名(ming)(ming);2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)男(nan)(nan)子(zi)足(zu)球(qiu)(qiu)隊獲(huo)容桂中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)足(zu)球(qiu)(qiu)賽(sai)第(di)(di)一名(ming)(ming),獲(huo)順德(de)(de)區第(di)(di)四(si)名(ming)(ming)。
而在近幾(ji)年學生(sheng)的學科類(lei)競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)個(ge)人獲(huo)獎方面,廖(liao)子(zi)杰,鐘興杰等同(tong)學獲(huo)第十八屆全(quan)國(guo)初(chu)中(zhong)應用物理知(zhi)識競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)全(quan)國(guo)二等,梁弦禧、原安(an)等多(duo)(duo)(duo)位同(tong)學在2008年全(quan)國(guo)初(chu)中(zhong)化學競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)中(zhong)獲(huo)順德區一等獎,劉苑萍等多(duo)(duo)(duo)位同(tong)學獲(huo)容桂初(chu)中(zhong)生(sheng)即席作文競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)初(chu)中(zhong)組(zu)一等獎,2007年初(chu)二全(quan)國(guo)英語競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)廖(liao)子(zi)敏等多(duo)(duo)(duo)位同(tong)學獲(huo)獎,2008學年度,巫焯聰等多(duo)(duo)(duo)位同(tong)學在第三屆“南(nan)方杯(bei)”數學邀請賽(sai)(sai)獲(huo)獎。
長期以來,我校一直堅持“科(ke)研興校,科(ke)研助教”的教育理念,并為此進行了不斷的探索(suo)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校又開始了大刀闊斧的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革,通(tong)過“走出去,請(qing)(qing)進來(lai)的(de)(de)”途徑,轉(zhuan)變教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育觀(guan)念(nian)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式,不斷提高(gao)我校的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。2008年10月(yue),我校第(di)一(yi)批骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師到江蘇(su)“洋思(si)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”觀(guan)摩學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習,并對洋思(si)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)“先學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)后(hou)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、三清”等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方式進行(xing)了深入的(de)(de)研究與探討。2009年2月(yue),我校邀請(qing)(qing)了廣(guang)(guang)東省人(ren)民(min)政府督學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、廣(guang)(guang)東教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育系主任兼教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科所所長周峰教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授到我校介紹東廬(lu)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)通(tong)過“講學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)稿”使教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成績迅速(su)提高(gao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念(nian)。目(mu)前,我校除語文(wen)科外,全(quan)部在試用講學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)稿進行(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。而語文(wen)則進行(xing)“作文(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評(ping)”和“高(gao)效閱(yue)讀”這兩個科研課題(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)研究探索,請(qing)(qing)來(lai)了全(quan)國(guo)(guo)著名(ming)作文(wen)問題(ti)(ti)解決專(zhuan)家田玉教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授各全(quan)國(guo)(guo)著名(ming)語文(wen)高(gao)效閱(yue)讀創始人(ren)之一(yi)的(de)(de)李勝(sheng)利老師作專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)(de)指導。如今(jin),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革的(de)(de)號角已經吹(chui)響,相(xiang)信不久的(de)(de)將(jiang)來(lai)一(yi)定(ding)會(hui)有(you)豐(feng)收的(de)(de)成果。
