盧龍縣(xian)大佛(fo)頂尊勝陀羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang),舊稱“石(shi)(shi)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)”,因幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)身(shen)刻有《尊勝陀羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)》又稱尊勝陀羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang),坐落于盧龍縣(xian)古城(cheng)內南門(men)里十字(zi)路(lu)口中央(yang),系秦皇島地區尚存(cun)保存(cun)較完好的(de)遼金時(shi)期(qi)石(shi)(shi)雕經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)。整座(zuo)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)用多(duo)塊巨石(shi)(shi)精雕細(xi)刻后疊砌(qi)(qi)而成(cheng),高(gao)(gao)(gao)大挺拔,秀美壯觀(guan)。幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)10.35米(mi)。聳(song)立在正方形的(de)石(shi)(shi)砌(qi)(qi)臺基中央(yang),臺基四周以石(shi)(shi)雕欄柱(zhu)圍繞,占地面(mian)(mian)積25平方米(mi)。經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)為(wei)八(ba)棱多(duo)層式建(jian)筑,幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)身(shen)分為(wei)六節(jie),各(ge)節(jie)間設置華(hua)蓋、幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)檐及(ji)迎(ying)蓮(lian)等石(shi)(shi)雕飾件。上(shang)為(wei)蓮(lian)花寶珠式幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)剎,下有須彌幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)座(zuo),外圍龍盤玉柱(zhu),計(ji)八(ba)龍祥(xiang)扶,須彌座(zuo)上(shang)各(ge)面(mian)(mian)雕飾猛獸、佛(fo)教人物、經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)變(bian)故事及(ji)飛天等,造型古樸,雕刻精細(xi)。經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)創建(jian)年(nian)代,史料未有記載。考之(zhi)《平州(zhou)石(shi)(shi)幢(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)記》,則說始建(jian)于唐(tang)(tang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)宗(zong)儀鳳(feng)(feng)年(nian)間(676—679年(nian))。唐(tang)(tang)代佛(fo)教盛行(xing),唐(tang)(tang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)宗(zong)儀鳳(feng)(feng)元年(nian)(676年(nian)),罽(ji)賓(bin)沙門(men)佛(fo)陀波(bo)利禮(li)拜五臺后,與地婆訶羅(luo)(luo)同譯經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)論,請將《佛(fo)頂尊勝陀羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)》刊(kan)布中外。
《佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)(zun)(zun)勝(sheng)陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)經》是(shi)密教(jiao)經名之一(yi),是(shi)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)教(jiao)和婆(po)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)門(men)教(jiao)——印度教(jiao)相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)產物。在唐代(dai)數以萬計(ji)的(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)經中,為(wei)(wei)何(he)要刻《陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)經》呢?人們(men)信佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)希(xi)冀祛病(bing)弭災,延年益壽。《佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)(zun)(zun)勝(sheng)陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)經》曰:“告帝(di)(di)釋言,天(tian)帝(di)(di)有陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)名為(wei)(wei)如來佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)(zun)(zun)勝(sheng),能(neng)(neng)凈一(yi)切(qie)(qie)惡道(dao),能(neng)(neng)凈除一(yi)切(qie)(qie)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)死苦惱(nao)。又能(neng)(neng)凈除諸地(di)獄(yu)閻(yan)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)王界畜生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之苦,又破一(yi)切(qie)(qie)地(di)獄(yu),能(neng)(neng)回向善道(dao)。天(tian)帝(di)(di)此(ci)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)(zun)(zun)勝(sheng)陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni),若(ruo)有人聞一(yi)經于耳,先世所造一(yi)切(qie)(qie)地(di)獄(yu)惡業(ye)皆(jie)(jie)悉(xi)消滅(mie)。”“佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)告天(tian)帝(di)(di),若(ruo)人能(neng)(neng)書寫此(ci)陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni),安高(gao)幢(chuang)上(shang)(shang),或(huo)安高(gao)山(shan),或(huo)安樓上(shang)(shang),乃至安置(zhi)窣堵波中。天(tian)帝(di)(di),若(ruo)有芯芻(chu)、芯芻(chu)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)、優(you)婆(po)塞、優(you)婆(po)夷、族(zu)姓(xing)男、族(zu)姓(xing)女,于幢(chuang)等上(shang)(shang)或(huo)見(jian)或(huo)與相(xiang)近,其(qi)影映(ying)身(shen),或(huo)風吹陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)上(shang)(shang)幢(chuang)等上(shang)(shang)塵落(luo)在身(shen)上(shang)(shang)。天(tian)帝(di)(di),彼諸眾生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)所有罪業(ye),應墜惡地(di)道(dao)獄(yu)、畜生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)閻(yan)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)王界、餓鬼界、阿修羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)身(shen)惡道(dao)之苦,皆(jie)(jie)悉(xi)不受,亦不為(wei)(wei)罪垢染污(wu),為(wei)(wei)一(yi)切(qie)(qie)諸佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)之所授記(ji)。”并且記(ji)載了(le)許多誦經靈驗的(de)故事,符(fu)合(he)人們(men)脫(tuo)離紅塵苦海(hai),祈求(qiu)長生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不老的(de)愿(yuan)望(wang),因此(ci),一(yi)種新(xin)的(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)教(jiao)建(jian)筑形(xing)式——經幢(chuang)應運(yun)而生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),建(jian)造尊(zun)(zun)(zun)勝(sheng)陀(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)經幢(chuang)風靡(mi)一(yi)時(shi)。
但平(ping)州尊(zun)勝陀(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經幢是否建于唐(tang)儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)年間(jian)呢?唐(tang)儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)元(yuan)年(676年),《佛(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)勝陀(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經》方傳入中(zhong)國,儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)四(si)年(679年)譯(yi)(yi)成漢語。唐(tang)定覺寺(si)沙(sha)門(men)志(zhi)靜《佛(fo)(fo)陀(tuo)波(bo)(bo)利譯(yi)(yi)本(ben)序(xu)》說:“佛(fo)(fo)頂尊(zun)勝陀(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經者,婆(po)羅(luo)(luo)門(men)僧佛(fo)(fo)陀(tuo)波(bo)(bo)利儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)元(yuan)年從西(xi)國來自至(zhi)此(ci)漢土到(dao)五臺山次。……至(zhi)永淳二年回至(zhi)西(xi)京……大帝遂將其(qi)本(ben)入內,請日照三藏法師及敕司賓寺(si)典客(ke)令(ling)杜(du)行顗(yi)(yi)等共譯(yi)(yi)此(ci)經。”沙(sha)門(men)彥悰《地婆(po)訶羅(luo)(luo)譯(yi)(yi)本(ben)序(xu)》云(yun):“此(ci)經以儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)四(si)年正月五日,朝(chao)散(san)郎行鴻臚寺(si)典客(ke)令(ling)杜(du)行顗(yi)(yi)與(yu)寧遠將軍度婆(po)等,奉(feng)詔譯(yi)(yi)進。”因(yin)而平(ping)州陀(tuo)羅(luo)(luo)尼(ni)經幢應建于儀(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)年間(jian)以后。
唐代宗大歷(li)十一年(nian)(776年(nian)),詔(zhao)令“天下僧尼(ni)每日須誦(song)《尊(zun)勝陀羅(luo)尼(ni)》二十一遍,限一月內(nei)精熟。”這則詔(zhao)令對中唐以(yi)后乃至宋朝建造陀羅(luo)尼(ni)經幢影響較大。平州尊(zun)勝陀羅(luo)尼(ni)經幢是否(fou)興建于此時,尚不得而(er)知。
歷經(jing)數(shu)百(bai)年(nian)風雨滄桑之后,平州陀羅尼經(jing)幢傾(qing)斜頹弊。
遼(liao)代佛教寺(si)(si)塔林(lin)立,僧(seng)侶(lv)眾(zhong)多(duo),成為沉重的社會(hui)負擔。“一(yi)(yi)歲而飯僧(seng)三十(shi)(shi)六萬,一(yi)(yi)日(ri)而祝發三千。”(《遼(liao)史·道(dao)宗(zong)本紀》)“北朝皇帝好佛法,……所在修蓋寺(si)(si)院,度僧(seng)甚眾(zhong),因此僧(seng)徒縱恣,放債營(ying)利,侵奪(duo)小(xiao)民,民甚苦之。”(北宋蘇轍《欒城集》)。因此,朝廷不得不限制佛教活(huo)動(dong)。統和(he)初(chu),詔禁(jin)止私建佛寺(si)(si),凡(fan)無額寺(si)(si)院均被視為非法。統和(he)九年(nian)(nian)(991年(nian)(nian)),“詔禁(jin)私度僧(seng)尼(ni)”;統和(he)十(shi)(shi)五年(nian)(nian)(997年(nian)(nian)),“禁(jin)諸山寺(si)(si)毋(wu)濫(lan)度僧(seng)尼(ni)”;開泰四年(nian)(nian)(1015年(nian)(nian)),“詔汰(tai)東京僧(seng)”。在這種(zhong)情況下(xia),平州陀羅尼(ni)經幢因香(xiang)火不繼,難以維修,逐漸損毀。
金代初,對佛教活動仍加以限制。天會八年(nian)(1130年(nian))詔禁私(si)度僧尼。海(hai)(hai)陵(ling)王完顏亮即位,嚴格(ge)控制僧侶(lv)人(ren)口數(shu)量(liang)。正隆(long)元(yuan)年(nian)(1156年(nian))十月癸巳,詔“禁二(er)月八日迎佛”(《金史·海(hai)(hai)陵(ling)王本紀》)。因此(ci),至正隆(long)四年(nian)(1159年(nian))陀(tuo)羅尼經幢徹底圮廢(fei)。
金世宗完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)雍(yong)十三歲(sui)時喪父,與(yu)母(mu)親(qin)李洪愿(遼陽(yang)渤(bo)海人)相依為命,由于受(shou)母(mu)親(qin)信佛(fo)(fo)的影響,即位后對佛(fo)(fo)教開(kai)始解(jie)禁(jin),逐(zhu)步發(fa)展(zhan)到扶(fu)持鼓(gu)勵。金皇統(tong)五年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1145年(nian)(nian)(nian)),母(mu)親(qin)皈依佛(fo)(fo)門(men),回東京遼陽(yang)主持營建(jian)清安(an)(an)(an)寺(si)、垂(chui)慶寺(si),潛心(xin)修(xiu)佛(fo)(fo)。貞(zhen)元三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1155年(nian)(nian)(nian)),完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)雍(yong)晉封趙王(wang),任東京留守。清安(an)(an)(an)、垂(chui)慶二寺(si)規模宏大,僧眾云集,香(xiang)火鼎盛。正隆六(liu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1161年(nian)(nian)(nian))五月(yue)(yue)十六(liu)日,李氏(shi)圓寂。完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)雍(yong)按遺囑將母(mu)親(qin)葬(zang)于垂(chui)慶寺(si)塔(ta)園。當年(nian)(nian)(nian)十月(yue)(yue),兄長(chang)海陵王(wang)完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)亮(liang)欲謀害完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)雍(yong),完(wan)(wan)(wan)顏(yan)(yan)雍(yong)與(yu)舅父李石(shi)于清安(an)(an)(an)寺(si)發(fa)動政變,宣告即皇帝位,改(gai)元“大定(ding)”,是為金世宗。尊(zun)謚李氏(shi)為貞(zhen)懿皇后。“大定(ding)二年(nian)(nian)(nian)正月(yue)(yue)甲(jia)戌,除迎賽神(shen)(shen)佛(fo)(fo)禁(jin)令。”(《金史·世宗本紀》)大定(ding)二年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1162年(nian)(nian)(nian)),下令重新增修(xiu)李氏(shi)葬(zang)身塔(ta),在塔(ta)前(qian)另修(xiu)“奉慈(ci)殿”祭(ji)祀亡母(mu),又(you)命于清安(an)(an)(an)寺(si)內建(jian)“神(shen)(shen)御殿”以謝佛(fo)(fo)恩。大定(ding)九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1169年(nian)(nian)(nian)),改(gai)神(shen)(shen)御殿為“報德(de)殿”。命翰(han)林學士張(zhang)景仁(ren)撰寫《清安(an)(an)(an)寺(si)碑(bei)》。
在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)種大(da)氣候下,金(jin)世(shi)宗大(da)定九年(nian)(1169年(nian))五月平州重建(jian)陀(tuo)羅尼經幢。明萬歷二十八(ba)年(nian)(1600年(nian))又(you)進(jin)行一(yi)次大(da)規模維修。明弘治十四年(nian)《永(yong)平府志(zhi)》記載(zai)(zai):“石幢子,一(yi)在(zai)(zai)府治南(nan),一(yi)在(zai)(zai)遷(qian)安縣治東,方圓六丈(zhang)(zhang),高三(san)尺,上(shang)有(you)八(ba)棱(leng)碑,刻文皆剝落,金(jin)時(shi)所建(jian)。”清(qing)乾隆三(san)十九年(nian)《永(yong)平府志(zhi)》記載(zai)(zai):“石幢,一(yi)在(zai)(zai)府城(cheng)南(nan)街,今尚存;一(yi)在(zai)(zai)遷(qian)安城(cheng)東南(nan)隅,明正德間巡(xun)按劉士元撤去。幢高三(san)丈(zhang)(zhang),方圓六丈(zhang)(zhang),上(shang)有(you)八(ba)棱(leng),下有(you)三(san)層,花(hua)草人物,雕刻玲瓏。”金(jin)代(dai)盧龍城(cheng)內重修之(zhi)陀(tuo)羅尼經幢與遷(qian)安城(cheng)內制式相同。
為(wei)(wei)何(he)要在此(ci)修建這(zhe)座(zuo)經幢(chuang)呢?相傳(chuan),經幢(chuang)地下有洞,每逢雨(yu)季污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)四溢,居(ju)(ju)民出行不便,苦(ku)不堪言。一(yi)(yi)日,一(yi)(yi)游方僧途經此(ci)地,目睹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)害之(zhi)狀,發(fa)愿修建經幢(chuang)以鎮(zhen)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)患。僧向附近居(ju)(ju)民曰:“此(ci)乃黑龍(long)作遂,必建幢(chuang)方能降(jiang)之(zhi)。”于是,眾人紛紛捐資以助之(zhi)。果(guo)不其然(ran),自從建幢(chuang)以后(hou),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再不為(wei)(wei)患。
據地質部門勘(kan)查,經幢位于盧龍古城(cheng)低洼之(zhi)(zhi)處,東(dong)(dong)、東(dong)(dong)北、北面皆高,平(ping)山(shan)、永豐山(shan)、陰山(shan)三山(shan)之(zhi)(zhi)水滲入(ru)地下(xia),經地下(xia)地質縫(feng)隙匯流于經幢之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),而經幢之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia)恰(qia)(qia)有縫(feng)隙通于地表,形成涌泉。經幢之(zhi)(zhi)建恰(qia)(qia)巧堵住出水口。
據文物部門考察,經幢(chuang)呈八(ba)棱錐形狀,共七級,每級之間皆(jie)為(wei)華麗雕(diao)(diao)飾(shi)。下(xia)層為(wei)華蓋,檐角(jiao)懸掛風鐸,風動鏗鏘,如今風鐸多已(yi)遺(yi)失;上(shang)(shang)層為(wei)蓮花(hua)座平(ping)臺,周以(yi)圍(wei)鏤空欄板。經幢(chuang)底部為(wei)一(yi)層約20厘(li)米厚的(de)垂蓮伏地石(shi)。其上(shang)(shang)為(wei)須(xu)彌(mi)座,雕(diao)(diao)鑿(zao)有(you)(you)(you)上(shang)(shang)枋(fang)、上(shang)(shang)梟(xiao)、束腰、下(xia)梟(xiao)、下(xia)枋(fang)五(wu)(wu)個部分,比例勻稱(cheng)。束腰上(shang)(shang)飾(shi)有(you)(you)(you)佛教人物故事浮雕(diao)(diao),外圍(wei)則為(wei)八(ba)根蟠(pan)龍紋柱(zhu)支撐六(liu)級幢(chuang)身(shen)。第(di)一(yi)至第(di)四級幢(chuang)身(shen)上(shang)(shang)刻有(you)(you)(you)文字,書(shu)法遒勁美觀,堪為(wei)佳作(zuo)。第(di)一(yi)級刻金大(da)定十一(yi)年(nian)(1171年(nian))《平(ping)州石(shi)幢(chuang)記(ji)》;第(di)二級刻《大(da)佛頂尊陀羅尼經》、《跡(ji)神跡(ji)咒》;第(di)三級刻《千(qian)手眼大(da)悲咒》、《西方彌(mi)陀咒》;第(di)四級刻萬歷二十八(ba)年(nian)(1600年(nian))《北(bei)平(ping)石(shi)幢(chuang)記(ji)》;第(di)五(wu)(wu)、六(liu)級皆(jie)刻有(you)(you)(you)淺(qian)浮雕(diao)(diao)立式佛像。
須彌座與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)一級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)飾(shi)(shi)有(you)八(ba)角(jiao)(jiao)形華(hua)蓋(gai)(gai),八(ba)個(ge)(ge)橫長(chang)方(fang)形立面分別(bie)雕(diao)(diao)有(you)八(ba)個(ge)(ge)不同(tong)姿態的飛天;上(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)則為高(gao)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)仰蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瓣(ban)座平(ping)(ping)臺,平(ping)(ping)臺東面放(fang)置(zhi)坐(zuo)佛一尊(早已丟失)。第(di)(di)(di)(di)一級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)二(er)級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的裝飾(shi)(shi),下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)華(hua)蓋(gai)(gai),亦八(ba)角(jiao)(jiao)形,每個(ge)(ge)轉(zhuan)角(jiao)(jiao)檐部雕(diao)(diao)有(you)獅子頭(tou)(tou)(tou),轉(zhuan)角(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)轉(zhuan)角(jiao)(jiao)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)雕(diao)(diao)有(you)龍頭(tou)(tou)(tou),昂首凝視遠方(fang)。此外雕(diao)(diao)有(you)瓔(ying)珞(luo)、帷(wei)幔、花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結、纏枝蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)紋(wen)飾(shi)(shi);上(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)為高(gao)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)雙層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瓣(ban)座。第(di)(di)(di)(di)二(er)級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)三(san)級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)華(hua)蓋(gai)(gai)只(zhi)雕(diao)(diao)獅子頭(tou)(tou)(tou)八(ba)個(ge)(ge),亦雕(diao)(diao)有(you)瓔(ying)珞(luo)、帷(wei)幔、花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結,空(kong)白處還有(you)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)纏枝蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua);上(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)淺(qian)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)座平(ping)(ping)臺。第(di)(di)(di)(di)三(san)級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)四級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)華(hua)蓋(gai)(gai)上(shang)(shang)是(shi)臺雕(diao)(diao)琢仿木結構(gou)八(ba)方(fang)亭(ting)重(zhong)檐頂(ding);上(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)高(gao)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)仰蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瓣(ban)座平(ping)(ping)臺,圍鏤空(kong)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)紋(wen)石欄(lan)板。第(di)(di)(di)(di)四級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)五級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)裝飾(shi)(shi)和第(di)(di)(di)(di)二(er)級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)三(san)級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)相同(tong)。第(di)(di)(di)(di)五級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)六(liu)級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)裝飾(shi)(shi)和第(di)(di)(di)(di)三(san)級與(yu)(yu)第(di)(di)(di)(di)四級之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)圖(tu)案(an)相同(tong)。第(di)(di)(di)(di)六(liu)級為八(ba)角(jiao)(jiao)半(ban)圓形寶頂(ding),上(shang)(shang)置(zhi)寶葫(hu)蘆一個(ge)(ge)。
經(jing)幢四周邊(bian)長5.72米正方(fang)形石欄,欄柱(zhu)12根,其(qi)中(zhong)5根赭(zhe)紅色欄柱(zhu)身雕云龍(long)紋(wen),柱(zhu)頭上(shang)飾石獅;7根青(qing)灰色欄柱(zhu)身雕云龍(long)紋(wen),欄板12塊,4塊雕龍(long),8塊雕佛教人物像。
1980年(nian)河北省文物局(ju)撥款修葺。
1982年7月23日,被河北(bei)省政(zheng)府列為河北(bei)省重(zhong)點文物保護單(dan)位,1984年河北(bei)省文物局再次撥款加(jia)修外鐵欄(lan)桿保護。
2006年6月(yue),被列為全(quan)國重點文物保護單位。
