金塘(tang)大橋(qiao)包含主通(tong)航孔(kong)(kong)(kong)橋(qiao)、東通(tong)航孔(kong)(kong)(kong)橋(qiao)、西通(tong)航孔(kong)(kong)(kong)橋(qiao)、非通(tong)航孔(kong)(kong)(kong)橋(qiao)、淺(qian)水區(qu)引(yin)橋(qiao)、金塘(tang)側(ce)引(yin)橋(qiao)、鎮海(hai)(hai)(hai)側(ce)引(yin)橋(qiao),大橋(qiao)長(chang)21.020km,建設規模巨大,氣(qi)象、水文、地(di)形、地(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件(jian)復雜,橋(qiao)位處于海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋環境中,受海(hai)(hai)(hai)水侵蝕的問題突(tu)出。主通(tong)航孔(kong)(kong)(kong)為主跨(kua)620m五(wu)跨(kua)鋼箱梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao),其它為整(zheng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)吊裝、懸臂澆(jiao)筑或整(zheng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)支架及移(yi)動模架現(xian)澆(jiao)的預(yu)應力(li)混凝土連續剛(gang)構(gou)及連續橋(qiao),下部主要采用(yong)鋼管樁(zhuang)和鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)灌注樁(zhuang)、現(xian)澆(jiao)墩身和預(yu)制墩身結構(gou)。
金塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)于(yu)06年4月(yue)動工興建,總投資77億(yi)元,定于(yu)2009年11月(yue)22日正式通車,貨輪擦碰致舟山跨(kua)海(hai)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)延遲通車,是(shi)舟山大(da)陸連島工程(cheng)五(wu)座主橋(qiao)(qiao)中最長的(de)一(yi)座,也(ye)是(shi)繼青(qing)島膠州(zhou)灣大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)、杭州(zhou)灣跨(kua)海(hai)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)、東(dong)海(hai)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)之后中國(guo)第四長的(de)跨(kua)海(hai)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)。
大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)21.020千米,建設規模(mo)巨大(da)(da),氣象、水(shui)文、地形、地質條(tiao)件(jian)復雜,風大(da)(da)浪急,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位于(yu)海(hai)(hai)洋環境中,受(shou)海(hai)(hai)水(shui)侵蝕的(de)問題突出,因(yin)而對橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁建設要(yao)求高,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度大(da)(da)。具體表現(xian)為(wei):大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)防撞等級要(yao)求很高,找出一(yi)個合(he)(he)理的(de)防撞方案非(fei)常關鍵(jian);施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中需要(yao)解(jie)決懸臂抗風穩定性的(de)問題,需作(zuo)(zuo)大(da)(da)量科研和(he)(he)論證;大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)非(fei)通航(hang)孔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)共需470片60米的(de)預(yu)制(zhi)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁,每片箱(xiang)(xiang)梁自重1575噸,制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)求高、難度大(da)(da)。為(wei)解(jie)決制(zhi)梁過(guo)程中的(de)人員、物資(zi)、機械(xie)組織配合(he)(he)和(he)(he)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)耐久(jiu)性混凝土配合(he)(he)比等一(yi)系列技(ji)術難題,掌握第一(yi)手(shou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)料(liao)和(he)(he)技(ji)術數據(ju)(ju),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位在正式預(yu)制(zhi)前先制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)了兩片節段梁進(jin)行箱(xiang)(xiang)梁預(yu)制(zhi)模(mo)擬工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝試驗,然后根據(ju)(ju)試驗得出的(de)各項數據(ju)(ju)進(jin)一(yi)步完(wan)善施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。
大(da)體積(ji)混凝(ning)(ning)土容易產生(sheng)裂縫,這(zhe)是(shi)橋梁(liang)施工(gong)中的世(shi)界性難題。迄今為(wei)止,國內大(da)部分(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)場(chang)的溫度測(ce)量和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作都是(shi)靠人工(gong)來完成的,溫度測(ce)量和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的誤差大(da),混凝(ning)(ning)土箱梁(liang)的高質量很難保(bao)證。金塘制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)場(chang)創新地采用(yong)“大(da)范圍多(duo)點測(ce)量、分(fen)段(duan)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”的方(fang)法,將整個(ge)(ge)箱梁(liang)分(fen)為(wei)4段(duan)進行(xing)溫度測(ce)量和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),每段(duan)在(zai)不同側面各安裝一(yi)個(ge)(ge)數字溫度傳感器,對(dui)應于每個(ge)(ge)傳感器安裝一(yi)組蒸汽出口,使(shi)用(yong)電動閥進行(xing)反饋控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),這(zhe)樣每一(yi)片混凝(ning)(ning)土箱梁(liang)就有8個(ge)(ge)測(ce)溫點和(he)8個(ge)(ge)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)回路,相(xiang)對(dui)接近實(shi)際(ji)的溫度分(fen)布(bu)情況。同時,采用(yong)微機自動化技術(shu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)蒸汽養護的全(quan)過程(cheng),較好(hao)地解決了海工(gong)耐久混凝(ning)(ning)土薄壁箱梁(liang)的混凝(ning)(ning)土早期開裂問題,使(shi)大(da)型預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)箱梁(liang)的施工(gong)技術(shu)水平(ping)和(he)質量得到(dao)進一(yi)步提升。
建設(she)者(zhe)根據預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)場布(bu)置及使(shi)用要求,與國(guo)內(nei)(nei)橋梁(liang)(liang)機(ji)械設(she)備制(zhi)(zhi)造公司聯(lian)合研制(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)發了(le)兩(liang)臺(tai)(tai)可橫跨3片梁(liang)(liang)、聯(lian)合作業的DLT900t輪胎式搬(ban)運機(ji),可以(yi)在預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)場內(nei)(nei)以(yi)直行、斜行和橫行等多種運行模式完成箱梁(liang)(liang)的起吊(diao)、臺(tai)(tai)座間的轉移以(yi)及裝船等工作。這(zhe)一擁有自主知識產權的國(guo)內(nei)(nei)當時(shi)最(zui)大(da)跨度、最(zui)大(da)噸位的兩(liang)機(ji)同步聯(lian)動搬(ban)運機(ji),把大(da)型構件(jian)陸上移運技術(shu)推上了(le)一個新高度。
金(jin)塘(tang)(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)所處的(de)海域(yu)是船(chuan)舶進出寧波北侖等港口的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)國(guo)際航道和錨地,航運繁忙。為此,指揮部專門開展了金(jin)塘(tang)(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)墩及(ji)基(ji)礎防船(chuan)舶撞(zhuang)擊及(ji)設(she)施(shi)研究工作。據介紹,金(jin)塘(tang)(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)兩座(zuo)主通航孔橋(qiao)(qiao)索塔高(gao)210米(mi),索塔承(cheng)臺以(yi)自身抗撞(zhuang)為主,利用鋼套箱防護,以(yi)確保(bao)萬無一失。而單(dan)個雙壁防撞(zhuang)鋼套箱就有半個足球場那么大(da),重(zhong)1600噸(dun),采用陸上制作、浮平臺上拼裝、海上整體吊(diao)裝的(de)施(shi)工方法。
浙江省舟山連島工程建設指揮部:你部《關于申請設置金塘大橋航標的的函》(浙舟連指函〔2009〕1號)已收悉。為保障金塘大橋和過往船舶的航行安全,按照交通部海事局2007年8月頒布的《中國海區可航行水域橋梁助航標志(試行)》和《關于實施<中國海區可航行水域橋梁助航標志>(試行)的指導(dao)意見(jian)》(海航(hang)測〔2008〕345號)的規定以及(ji)其它有關標(biao)準,結合金塘大橋附近水(shui)域(yu)和(he)通(tong)航(hang)實際情況,經審查,現批(pi)復(fu)如下(xia):
一(yi)、金塘大橋通(tong)航(hang)孔航(hang)道航(hang)標
1.主通(tong)航孔航道(dao)橋區水上助(zhu)航標志同(tong)意在主通(tong)航孔航道(dao)共設(she)置11座(zuo)助(zhu)航標志,其中φ3.0米的(de)側面標燈(deng)浮(fu)8座(zuo)(金(jin)塘大橋102號——109號),采(cai)用同(tong)步(bu)閃(shan)(shan)光,燈(deng)質均為閃(shan)(shan)4秒,φ3.0米的(de)安全水域(yu)標燈(deng)浮(fu)1座(zuo)(金(jin)塘大橋101號),AIS航標2座(zuo)(金(jin)塘大橋101號、109號)。
2.西(xi)通航(hang)(hang)孔航(hang)(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)區水上(shang)助航(hang)(hang)標(biao)志同意在西(xi)通航(hang)(hang)孔航(hang)(hang)道設置(zhi)8座φ2.4米的(de)側(ce)面標(biao)燈浮(金塘大橋(qiao)(qiao)201號——208號),采用同步閃(shan)光,燈質均為(wei)閃(shan)(2)6秒。
3.同意(yi)東通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔航(hang)(hang)道不設(she)置橋區水(shui)上(shang)助航(hang)(hang)標志。4.技術參數和設(she)備配置同意(yi)燈(deng)(deng)浮(fu)(fu)選(xuan)用深水(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標,選(xuan)用LED航(hang)(hang)標燈(deng)(deng)器(qi),燈(deng)(deng)光(guang)射程不小(xiao)于3海里(li),配置無(wu)源雷達(da)反(fan)射器(qi),采(cai)(cai)用太陽能電(dian)(dian)源系統供電(dian)(dian)。Φ3.0米(mi)深水(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標錨(mao)系系統采(cai)(cai)用φ42馬鞍鏈(lian)(lian)1節(jie)(jie)(jie)、φ42短鏈(lian)(lian)1節(jie)(jie)(jie)、φ42半鏈(lian)(lian)1節(jie)(jie)(jie)、φ42長鏈(lian)(lian)2節(jie)(jie)(jie)、砼沉石5噸;Φ2.4米(mi)深水(shui)鋼(gang)質電(dian)(dian)浮(fu)(fu)標錨(mao)系系統采(cai)(cai)用φ38馬鞍鏈(lian)(lian)1節(jie)(jie)(jie)、φ38短鏈(lian)(lian)1節(jie)(jie)(jie)、φ38長鏈(lian)(lian)2節(jie)(jie)(jie)、砼沉石5噸。浮(fu)(fu)身采(cai)(cai)用多水(shui)密隔艙和橡膠護墊抗(kang)撞。AIS航(hang)(hang)標分別設(she)置于金塘大橋101號和109號燈(deng)(deng)浮(fu)(fu)上(shang),MMSI分別為999412302和999412303,自(zi)主連續發射模式,播發間隔為3分鐘(zhong)。

2.雷(lei)達(da)(da)應答(da)器同意(yi)在(zai)主(zhu)通航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)橋(qiao)梁主(zhu)跨、并且在(zai)通航(hang)(hang)水域凈寬(kuan)544米中心(xin)點(dian)的橋(qiao)梁中心(xin)位置(zhi)設(she)置(zhi)一座(zuo)雷(lei)達(da)(da)應答(da)器(金(jin)(jin)塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)110號(hao)(hao)),工作波(bo)段(duan)選用X波(bo)段(duan),編(bian)碼為莫爾斯Q(— —·—),作用距離5海(hai)(hai)里(li)。3.橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)航(hang)(hang)標同意(yi)在(zai)主(zhu)通航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)兩座(zuo)橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)下(xia)平臺(tai)上下(xia)游兩側(ce)各設(she)置(zhi)一座(zuo)橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)航(hang)(hang)標(金(jin)(jin)塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)111號(hao)(hao)——114號(hao)(hao)),在(zai)主(zhu)通航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)兩側(ce)邊孔(kong)(kong)防撞墩(dun)(dun)上設(she)置(zhi)四座(zuo)橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)航(hang)(hang)標(金(jin)(jin)塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)115號(hao)(hao)——118號(hao)(hao));西、東通航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)二座(zuo)橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)下(xia)平臺(tai)上下(xia)游兩側(ce)各設(she)置(zhi)一座(zuo)橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)航(hang)(hang)標(金(jin)(jin)塘(tang)大(da)橋(qiao)209號(hao)(hao)——212號(hao)(hao)、301號(hao)(hao)——304號(hao)(hao))。所有橋(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)航(hang)(hang)標采用圓(yuan)柱體鋼(gang)結構材料,高度6.9米,直徑1.0米,標身貼3M工程反光膜,黃紅(hong)黃橫(heng)紋相(xiang)間(jian)。燈器采用LED燈器,射程3海(hai)(hai)里(li),連續快閃黃光,全(quan)部實(shi)行同步閃光,采用太(tai)陽能系統供電。
三、金塘大橋非通航區域警(jing)示航標
1.非通(tong)航(hang)區域水上助航(hang)標(biao)志(zhi)為了防止船舶穿越(yue)金塘(tang)大橋(qiao)非通(tong)航(hang)橋(qiao)孔,同(tong)意(yi)在沿大橋(qiao)走向隔713~1852米(mi),同(tong)時距離橋(qiao)軸線1000米(mi)的非通(tong)航(hang)橋(qiao)孔上、下(xia)游水域,設置φ2.4米(mi)燈浮(fu)21座(zuo)(金塘(tang)大橋(qiao)400號——420號),標(biao)志(zhi)性質為禁航(hang)標(biao)志(zhi),燈質為莫爾(er)斯(si)(P)黃12秒(miao),采用(yong)同(tong)步(bu)閃光。
2.技術參數和設備(bei)配(pei)置同通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔航(hang)(hang)道燈浮標(biao)。
四、金塘大橋水域(yu)(通(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔)航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)遙測(ce)(ce)裝置(zhi)同意所有(you)航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)設(she)置(zhi)航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)遙測(ce)(ce)終端,接入寧波(bo)航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)處監測(ce)(ce)中心和轉給大橋維護管理單(dan)位,航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)遙測(ce)(ce)裝置(zhi)應具有(you)工況告警功能。航(hang)(hang)標(biao)(biao)遙測(ce)(ce)遙控應符合交(jiao)通(tong)部海事局頒布的(de)相(xiang)關技術規(gui)范。
五、航(hang)標(biao)(biao)設備(bei)備(bei)品(pin)為便利航(hang)標(biao)(biao)日常維護,持續(xu)保持航(hang)標(biao)(biao)工作正常,同意所有(you)的航(hang)標(biao)(biao)設備(bei)備(bei)有(you)30%的備(bei)品(pin)。
六、有關要求
1.請你部(bu)在接文(wen)后到我(wo)局寧波(bo)航標處辦理有關設(she)置手續。
2.所采用(yong)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)和設(she)備器材均應(ying)符合相關技(ji)術(shu)規范要(yao)求,所設(she)固定標(biao)志公布位置(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)以(yi)竣工后(hou)的(de)實際(ji)測量位置(zhi)(zhi)為準。
3.所設航標(biao)須經(jing)我局對其工作效能驗收合格(ge)后方可正式(shi)投入使用。
4.為保障大橋和(he)(he)過(guo)(guo)往船舶安全,建議你部(bu)組織(zhi)印制大橋和(he)(he)助航標志宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)資料,通過(guo)(guo)各種(zhong)渠道廣泛宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)。
5.你(ni)部應委托具(ju)備(bei)維護(hu)(hu)能力的(de)單位(wei)對所設(she)(she)標(biao)志(zhi)進行維護(hu)(hu)保(bao)養,對航(hang)(hang)標(biao)設(she)(she)備(bei)進行周期養護(hu)(hu),以保(bao)證(zheng)其處于良好(hao)的(de)使用(yong)狀態(tai),并接受我局對所設(she)(she)置航(hang)(hang)標(biao)的(de)監督檢查(cha)。
