福州(zhou)延(yan)安中(zhong)學面朝孔廟,背枕朱紫坊,自古(gu)衣冠(guan)藪澤(ze),人文薈(hui)萃。學校(xiao)創辦于1927年,前身是教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)家(jia)鐘道贊博士創辦的省(sheng)立(li)福州(zhou)職(zhi)(zhi)業學校(xiao),此后,曾易名(ming)(ming)為省(sheng)立(li)福州(zhou)家(jia)事學校(xiao)(1936)、省(sheng)立(li)女中(zhong)(1947)、市一女中(zhong)(1952),至1969年5月方(fang)定名(ming)(ming)為福州(zhou)延(yan)安中(zhong)學,現為福州(zhou)市鼓樓區屬(shu)(公立(li))九年一貫制學校(xiao),福建省(sheng)二(er)級達標高中(zhong),有小學部(bu)、初中(zhong)部(bu)、高中(zhong)部(bu)十二(er)個(ge)年段74個(ge)班,三(san)千多名(ming)(ming)學生,教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)員(yuan)工248人,其(qi)中(zhong),特級教(jiao)(jiao)師1人,高級教(jiao)(jiao)師31人,一級教(jiao)(jiao)師97人,在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)黨員(yuan)130人。

校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建設(she)如火如荼,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園面貌日新月(yue)異。鼓(gu)樓區(qu)(qu)委(wei)區(qu)(qu)政府一向重視(shi)我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)與發(fa)展,經常下(xia)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)調研,指導工(gong)作(zuo),并(bing)根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展需求(qiu)為我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)基礎建設(she)投入(ru)大量(liang)資金。當前(qian),為滿足學(xue)(xue)生活動場所(suo)需求(qiu),區(qu)(qu)委(wei)區(qu)(qu)政府投入(ru)約4100萬元(yuan)建設(she)我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)地下(xia)操(cao)場項(xiang)目;一座富(fu)有福州傳統(tong)庭(ting)院建筑(zhu)韻(yun)味(wei)的(de)新圖書(shu)館(guan)已完(wan)成(cheng)設(she)計,其建成(cheng)將為朱紫坊(fang)保(bao)護(hu)區(qu)(qu)增添書(shu)香文采;學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)西部校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)(qu)立項(xiang)、規劃(hua)、設(she)計正(zheng)在緊鑼(luo)密鼓(gu)進行(xing)中,該項(xiang)目的(de)完(wan)成(cheng)必將為我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)發(fa)展注入(ru)新的(de)活力(li)。
