田(tian)(tian)家(jia)寨(zhai)(zhai)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)始(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)于1957年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),占地(di)10000m2。1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)招生(sheng)(sheng),取名“湟中(zhong)二中(zhong)”。建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)初設(she)(she)(she)有6個(ge)初中(zhong)班(ban),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)224人,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)潘林(lin),下設(she)(she)(she)教(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu),教(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)主任(ren)(ren)鐘(zhong)義,教(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)30多人。1962年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)停辦(ban)。1964年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)至1965年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)小南川地(di)區拖拉機站。1965年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)至1968年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)部隊駐地(di)。1968年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)恢復,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)鐘(zhong)其俠,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)更名為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“田(tian)(tian)家(jia)寨(zhai)(zhai)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。“文(wen)革(ge)”期間學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)秩(zhi)序(xu)受到了一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)沖擊。1976年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue),青(qing)(qing)海師范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)在此(ci)設(she)(she)(she)立(li)“青(qing)(qing)海師范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)田(tian)(tian)家(jia)寨(zhai)(zhai)社(she)來(lai)社(she)去分(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,招生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)班(ban)47人,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)制2年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),1978年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)該班(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)畢業(ye)后撤(che)分(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),時(shi)任(ren)(ren)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)石維豪,副校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)王成英。1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)前學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)作特別(bie)重視教(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)前準備(bei)。1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增設(she)(she)(she)總務處(chu),主任(ren)(ren)黃孝忠(zhong)。1988年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)修建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)了一(yi)(yi)幢二層辦(ban)公(gong)樓(lou),在一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)程度上(shang)改善了當(dang)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)公(gong)條件,時(shi)任(ren)(ren)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)曹永才。1989年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增設(she)(she)(she)政教(jiao)(jiao)處(chu),主任(ren)(ren)井(jing)發源。1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)至1990年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)作在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心位置(zhi)得到進一(yi)(yi)步確定(ding)(ding),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)終(zhong)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),落實備(bei)課(ke)、講課(ke)、輔導等(deng)一(yi)(yi)些教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)(ji)本要(yao)求(qiu)。1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)投資103萬元、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1667m2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)四層教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou)開工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she),時(shi)任(ren)(ren)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)井(jing)發源。1999年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou)竣工(gong)(gong),基(ji)(ji)本滿(man)足了當(dang)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)用房要(yao)求(qiu)。1990年(nian)(nian)(nian)( 1999年8月(yue),組織上(shang)任(ren)命(ming)(ming)馬財同志為(wei)校(xiao)(xiao)長,樊明德同志為(wei)副校(xiao)(xiao)長。增設(she)(she)(she)辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi)(shi),主(zhu)任(ren)何玉慶。在馬財校(xiao)(xiao)長的(de)(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)下,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)本著(zhu)“質(zhi)(zhi)量立校(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)面育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)宗旨,不(bu)斷吸(xi)納全(quan)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念(nian),積極(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)規范的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理辦(ban)法(fa),各項建設(she)(she)(she)和(he)(he)發展揭開(kai)了(le)嶄新的(de)(de)(de)(de)篇(pian)章。基礎設(she)(she)(she)施得到夯實,校(xiao)(xiao)園文化建設(she)(she)(she)成效顯著(zhu),教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量迅速提升。1999年10月(yue)份,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)裝(zhuang)備了(le)一個(ge)46座(zuo)語音(yin)室(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)一個(ge)30臺(tai)電腦的(de)(de)(de)(de)微機(ji)教室(shi)(shi),拉(la)開(kai)了(le)該校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)信息(xi)化帶動教學(xue)(xue)(xue)手段現代化革命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)序幕,這在學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)(she)(she)發展史(shi)上(shang)具(ju)有重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義。2000年高考上(shang)線人(ren)數較1999年翻了(le)一番,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獲湟中(zhong)縣“花園式(shi)單(dan)位”、湟中(zhong)縣“文明單(dan)位”,2000年度湟中(zhong)縣“教育(yu)系統崗位目標考核評比先進(jin)單(dan)位”稱號(hao)。2001年3月(yue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)又籌資2萬元購置安裝(zhuang)了(le)20套投(tou)影(ying)設(she)(she)(she)備2001年高考上(shang)線率直線上(shang)升,上(shang)線考生達(da)68人(ren)。

2007年8月,何玉慶同(tong)志擔任校(xiao)長。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以“以質(zhi)量(liang)求生(sheng)存(cun),以創新謀發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”為(wei)(wei)(wei)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)宗旨,大膽開(kai)拓,努力(li)進取,以人為(wei)(wei)(wei)本,全面發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。在師(shi)資隊伍(wu)、校(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)、教(jiao)改科研、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)、校(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)建(jian)設及辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件等諸方面的建(jian)設得到了(le)(le)進一(yi)(yi)步提高(gao)和改善。10月,建(jian)筑面積為(wei)(wei)(wei)5015m2,集住宿和餐(can)飲(yin)服務為(wei)(wei)(wei)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)宿舍樓和多(duo)功能(neng)餐(can)廳建(jian)成,徹(che)底解決了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)住宿難和露天(tian)餐(can)飲(yin)的問題(ti)。2008年高(gao)考,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)上線率為(wei)(wei)(wei)90.5%,上線率、本科率分(fen)別(bie)比(bi)2007年高(gao)出(chu)11.4和16.8個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點。11月,籌資20萬元(yuan)又建(jian)成了(le)(le)7個(ge)(ge)多(duo)媒體(ti)教(jiao)室(shi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)被縣教(jiao)育局評為(wei)(wei)(wei)“信息技術應用先進單(dan)位”。2008年12月,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)被命名為(wei)(wei)(wei)青海省“標準(zhun)化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)品位、社會聲譽進一(yi)(yi)步提高(gao)。
1999年(nian)至2008年(nian),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)提(ti)出“狠(hen)抓校(xiao)風(feng)、扭轉(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)風(feng),鞏固(gu)初中質量,提(ti)高高中質量”的(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)(mu)標。圍繞這個(ge)目(mu)(mu)標的(de)(de)實現,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)采取了加強(qiang)班子建(jian)設、建(jian)立和諧的(de)(de)干群(qun)關(guan)系、完善獎(jiang)勵機制、教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量化考評制等(deng)多種(zhong)措施,創建(jian)有(you)利(li)于教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)大環境。課(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)堅持“以教師為(wei)主(zhu)導、以學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)主(zhu)體、以訓練(lian)為(wei)主(zhu)線(xian)”的(de)(de)原則,夯實“雙基”,突(tu)出教與學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)方式的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變,突(tu)出關(guan)注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)情感、態度、價值觀“三維(wei)目(mu)(mu)標”的(de)(de)形成(cheng),注(zhu)重培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing),培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)發現問題(ti)、分析問題(ti)、解(jie)決(jue)問題(ti)的(de)(de)綜合(he)能力(li),強(qiang)調學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)全(quan)面發展,既注(zhu)重智力(li)因素(su)的(de)(de)開發,又注(zhu)重非智力(li)因素(su)的(de)(de)培養。

據(ju)官網2008年11月(yue)24日顯示,湟中(zhong)縣(xian)田家寨中(zhong)學(xue)現有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班(ban)27個,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)1352名(ming)(ming)。其中(zhong)高(gao)中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班(ban)17個,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)814名(ming)(ming);初(chu)中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班(ban)10個,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)538名(ming)(ming)。學(xue)校有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工120人,專(zhuan)任教(jiao)(jiao)師112名(ming)(ming),取得高(gao)級職(zhi)稱的教(jiao)(jiao)師24人,中(zhong)級職(zhi)稱的教(jiao)(jiao)師46人。擁有(you)本科學(xue)歷(li)(li)以上教(jiao)(jiao)師86人,其中(zhong)研究生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)歷(li)(li)4人。
