銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)位于(yu)蕪湖市長江下游銅官山河段荻港水道(dao)彎曲段中部,為(wei)(wei)銅南宣高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(皖高(gao)(gao)速S32)組成部分之(zhi)一;大橋(qiao)北側為(wei)(wei)巢湖市無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市,南側為(wei)(wei)銅陵市;北起無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市塔橋(qiao)高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐,上跨(kua)長江水道(dao),南至銅陵市鐘鳴高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐。
銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千(qian)米(mi),分大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)與南(nan)岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian);其中,北岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)自(zi)無(wu)為市神墩村劉家(jia)莊,與北沿江(jiang)高速公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)巢湖至(zhi)無(wu)為段(duan)銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、姚溝、高溝、石板(ban)洲,接(jie)(jie)(jie)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),長約(yue)25.4千(qian)米(mi);南(nan)岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)至(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),經銅陵(ling)承接(jie)(jie)(jie)產(chan)業轉移示(shi)范園,至(zhi)終點銅陵(ling)縣(xian)鐘鳴,接(jie)(jie)(jie)南(nan)沿江(jiang)高速公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)和在建的(de)銅陵(ling)至(zhi)南(nan)陵(ling)至(zhi)宣城高速公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu),長約(yue)13.4千(qian)米(mi)。

銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)分(fen)別(bie)由(you)水上雙層主橋(qiao)、無為段以(yi)及銅陵市段引橋(qiao)、兩(liang)座倒(dao)Y形塔柱(zhu),以(yi)及各匝道組成,主橋(qiao)路段呈西北至東南方向(xiang)布置。

針對銅陵長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大橋的(de)設(she)(she)計特點和現場施(shi)工(gong)條(tiao)(tiao)件,開展了(le)一(yi)系列(lie)技術(shu)研究,研發了(le)復雜(za)水文地質條(tiao)(tiao)件下大型基礎施(shi)工(gong)技術(shu)、全焊桁(heng)片(pian)制作與架設(she)(she)技術(shu)、鋼箱(xiang)鐵(tie)(tie)路橋面(mian)板安裝技術(shu)。桁(heng)片(pian)式鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)合龍技術(shu)、鋼絞線斜拉索等值張拉智能控制技術(shu)等一(yi)系列(lie)新技術(shu),這些新成果得到了(le)成功應用,對今后(hou)橋梁(liang)的(de)設(she)(she)計和施(shi)工(gong)均有很(hen)好的(de)參考價值。(《橋梁(liang)建(jian)設(she)(she)》 評)
2006年12月,中國(guo)安(an)徽(hui)省省政府(fu)與(yu)原(yuan)中華人(ren)民共(gong)和國(guo)鐵(tie)道部簽署了《關于安(an)徽(hui)省“十一(yi)五”鐵(tie)路建設有關問題(ti)會談紀要》,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋工程(cheng)入列鐵(tie)道部“十一(yi)五”規(gui)劃。
2009年2月12日,銅(tong)陵長江公鐵(tie)大(da)橋進(jin)行水下地質勘探工(gong)程(cheng)。
2010年4月18日,銅(tong)(tong)陵長江公鐵大(da)橋動工興建;同年12月27日,銅(tong)(tong)陵長江公鐵大(da)橋完成制造招標(biao)。
2011年8月(yue),銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大橋進行(xing)鋼梁(liang)制造工程。
2012年9月30日(ri),銅(tong)陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)進入主(zhu)橋(qiao)鋼梁架設階段(duan)。
2013年5月(yue),銅(tong)陵(ling)長江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)4號墩主(zhu)塔成功封頂,大橋(qiao)鋼梁建設進(jin)入雙懸臂架設施工(gong)階(jie)段;同月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),銅(tong)陵(ling)長江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)鋼梁與南岸引橋(qiao)對(dui)接,進(jin)入主(zhu)跨(kua)鋼梁架設階(jie)段;同年12月(yue)19日(ri)(ri),銅(tong)陵(ling)長江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)完成合(he)龍工(gong)程(cheng)。
2015年4月,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)全面竣(jun)工(gong),通(tong)過靜態驗收;同年6月28日,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)下層高速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)功能投入運營。
2016年1月27日,銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)高(gao)速(su)公路啟用運營。

截至2016年1月4日(ri),安徽省人民政府(fu)同意合福鐵(tie)路銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋公(gong)路橋及接線(xian)高速公(gong)路設(she)站(zhan)(zhan)收(shou)(shou)費,全線(xian)共(gong)設(she)3個收(shou)(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),均(jun)為匝道收(shou)(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)名(ming)分別為:“無為南收(shou)(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅(tong)陵(ling)北收(shou)(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無為西收(shou)(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵(tie)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)難點在(zai)于(yu):1、3號墩(dun)(dun)沉(chen)井基(ji)礎施(shi)工水文地(di)質條(tiao)件復(fu)雜,下沉(chen)過程(cheng)中(zhong),遇到了事先(xian)未曾(ceng)勘探到的卵石(shi)膠結(jie)層(ceng),使(shi)沉(chen)井下沉(chen)困難;2、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次采(cai)用雙(shuang)節間(jian)(jian)全焊桁片組(zu)拼鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)結(jie)構,由于(yu)全焊桁片制(zhi)造(zao)精度要求高(gao),因此桁片豎立存放運輸安全風險大,現場(chang)安裝工藝復(fu)雜;3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔根部弦桿(gan)受(shou)力(li)(li)最(zui)大的區(qu)(qu)段及邊墩(dun)(dun)和(he)輔助墩(dun)(dun)區(qu)(qu)域均(jun)采(cai)用正交異(yi)性(xing)鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)結(jie)構;鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)板剛度大,安裝時適應變(bian)形能力(li)(li)差,增(zeng)加了安裝難度;4、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次在(zai)鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)上采(cai)用鋼(gang)絞線(xian)斜拉索,對施(shi)工中(zhong)和(he)成(cheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)后每(mei)束(shu)斜拉索中(zhong)單根鋼(gang)絞線(xian)之間(jian)(jian)的索力(li)(li)誤差提出了很(hen)高(gao)的控制(zhi)要求。
