銅(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)位于蕪湖(hu)市(shi)長(chang)(chang)江下游銅(tong)官山河段(duan)荻港(gang)水(shui)道(dao)彎曲段(duan)中部,為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)南(nan)宣(xuan)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(皖高(gao)速(su)S32)組成(cheng)部分之一;大橋(qiao)北(bei)側為(wei)(wei)巢湖(hu)市(shi)無為(wei)(wei)市(shi),南(nan)側為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi);北(bei)起(qi)無為(wei)(wei)市(shi)塔橋(qiao)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路樞紐(niu),上跨長(chang)(chang)江水(shui)道(dao),南(nan)至(zhi)銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi)鐘鳴高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路樞紐(niu)。
銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)接(jie)線(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千米(mi),分大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)與南(nan)岸(an)接(jie)線(xian);其中,北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)起自無為市神墩村劉(liu)家莊,與北沿江(jiang)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)巢(chao)湖至(zhi)無為段銜接(jie),經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、姚(yao)溝、高(gao)溝、石板洲,接(jie)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),長約(yue)25.4千米(mi);南(nan)岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)起至(zhi)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),經銅陵(ling)承接(jie)產業轉移示范園(yuan),至(zhi)終點銅陵(ling)縣鐘鳴,接(jie)南(nan)沿江(jiang)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)和在建的銅陵(ling)至(zhi)南(nan)陵(ling)至(zhi)宣城高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),長約(yue)13.4千米(mi)。

銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋(qiao)分(fen)別由水上雙層主(zhu)橋(qiao)、無為段以(yi)及(ji)銅陵(ling)市段引(yin)橋(qiao)、兩座倒Y形(xing)塔柱,以(yi)及(ji)各匝道(dao)組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)路(lu)段呈西(xi)北至東南方向布置(zhi)。

針對銅陵長江公鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)的(de)設計(ji)特點和現場(chang)施工(gong)條(tiao)件,開展了一系(xi)(xi)列(lie)技(ji)術研究(jiu),研發了復(fu)雜水文地質條(tiao)件下大(da)型基礎施工(gong)技(ji)術、全(quan)焊(han)桁片制(zhi)作與架設技(ji)術、鋼箱(xiang)鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)面(mian)板安(an)裝技(ji)術。桁片式鋼桁梁合龍技(ji)術、鋼絞線斜拉索等值(zhi)張拉智能控制(zhi)技(ji)術等一系(xi)(xi)列(lie)新技(ji)術,這些新成果得到(dao)了成功(gong)應用,對今后橋(qiao)梁的(de)設計(ji)和施工(gong)均(jun)有很好的(de)參考價值(zhi)。(《橋(qiao)梁建設》 評)
2006年(nian)12月,中(zhong)國安徽(hui)省省政府與原中(zhong)華人民(min)共和(he)國鐵道部(bu)簽署了《關于安徽(hui)省“十一五(wu)”鐵路(lu)建設(she)有(you)關問題會談紀要》,銅陵長江公鐵大橋工程入列鐵道部(bu)“十一五(wu)”規劃。
2009年2月12日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)進(jin)行(xing)水下地質勘探工程。
2010年4月18日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋動工(gong)興建;同年12月27日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋完成制(zhi)造招標。
2011年8月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋進行鋼梁制造工程。
2012年9月30日(ri),銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋進入主橋鋼(gang)梁架設階段。
2013年5月,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋4號墩主(zhu)塔成功封(feng)頂(ding),大(da)橋鋼(gang)梁建設(she)進入雙(shuang)懸臂架設(she)施工階(jie)段;同(tong)月28日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋主(zhu)橋鋼(gang)梁與南岸引橋對(dui)接,進入主(zhu)跨(kua)鋼(gang)梁架設(she)階(jie)段;同(tong)年12月19日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋完(wan)成合龍工程。
2015年4月,銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋全面竣工,通(tong)過靜態驗收;同年6月28日,銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋下層高速鐵(tie)路功能投入運營。
2016年(nian)1月27日,銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋高速公路(lu)啟用運營。

截至2016年(nian)1月4日(ri),安(an)徽(hui)省人(ren)民政府同意合福鐵(tie)路銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公路橋(qiao)(qiao)及接(jie)線(xian)高速公路設站(zhan)收費,全線(xian)共設3個收費站(zhan),均為匝道收費站(zhan),站(zhan)名(ming)分別為:“無為南收費站(zhan)”(K15+700M處)、“銅(tong)陵(ling)北收費站(zhan)”(K32+895M處)、“無為西收費站(zhan)”(K5+700M處,預留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵(tie)長(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程難(nan)點在(zai)于:1、3號(hao)墩沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)基礎施(shi)工(gong)水文(wen)地質條件復雜(za),下沉(chen)(chen)過(guo)程中(zhong),遇到了(le)事先未(wei)曾勘探到的卵石膠結(jie)層,使沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)下沉(chen)(chen)困難(nan);2、中(zhong)國國內首次(ci)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)雙節(jie)間全焊桁(heng)片(pian)(pian)組(zu)拼鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁結(jie)構,由于全焊桁(heng)片(pian)(pian)制造精度要求高,因此桁(heng)片(pian)(pian)豎(shu)立(li)存放運輸安全風險(xian)大(da),現場安裝(zhuang)工(gong)藝復雜(za);3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔(ta)根部弦桿受力最大(da)的區(qu)段及邊墩和輔助墩區(qu)域均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)正交異性鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面結(jie)構;鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面板剛(gang)度大(da),安裝(zhuang)時(shi)適應變形能力差(cha),增加(jia)了(le)安裝(zhuang)難(nan)度;4、中(zhong)國國內首次(ci)在(zai)鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁上采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線斜(xie)拉(la)索(suo),對施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)和成橋(qiao)(qiao)后每束斜(xie)拉(la)索(suo)中(zhong)單根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線之間的索(suo)力誤差(cha)提出(chu)了(le)很高的控制要求。
