銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋位于蕪湖市(shi)長江下游銅(tong)官山(shan)河段(duan)荻港水道(dao)彎曲(qu)段(duan)中部,為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)南宣(xuan)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(皖高(gao)速(su)S32)組成部分(fen)之一;大橋北側為(wei)(wei)巢湖市(shi)無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市(shi),南側為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)陵市(shi);北起無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市(shi)塔橋高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)樞紐,上(shang)跨長江水道(dao),南至(zhi)銅(tong)陵市(shi)鐘鳴高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)樞紐。
銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)的公(gong)(gong)(gong)路接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)里(li)程約38.8千米,分大橋(qiao)北岸(an)(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)與(yu)南(nan)岸(an)(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian);其中,北岸(an)(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)自無為市神墩(dun)村(cun)劉家莊,與(yu)北沿江高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路巢湖至(zhi)無為段銜接(jie)(jie)(jie),經塔橋(qiao)、姚溝、高(gao)溝、石(shi)板洲,接(jie)(jie)(jie)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)北岸(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao),長約25.4千米;南(nan)岸(an)(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)至(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)南(nan)岸(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao),經銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)承(cheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie)產業轉移示(shi)范園,至(zhi)終(zhong)點(dian)銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)縣鐘鳴,接(jie)(jie)(jie)南(nan)沿江高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路和在建的銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)至(zhi)南(nan)陵(ling)至(zhi)宣(xuan)城高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路,長約13.4千米。
整體布局
銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋(qiao)分別由水上雙層(ceng)主橋(qiao)、無為(wei)段(duan)以及(ji)銅陵市(shi)段(duan)引橋(qiao)、兩座倒Y形塔柱,以及(ji)各(ge)匝道組成,主橋(qiao)路段(duan)呈西北至東南方向布置(zhi)。

針對(dui)銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋(qiao)的(de)設計(ji)(ji)特點和(he)現場施工(gong)條件(jian),開展(zhan)了一(yi)系(xi)列技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究,研(yan)發(fa)了復雜水文地質條件(jian)下大型(xing)基(ji)礎施工(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、全焊桁(heng)(heng)片(pian)(pian)制作與架設技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼箱鐵路橋(qiao)面板安裝技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)。桁(heng)(heng)片(pian)(pian)式鋼桁(heng)(heng)梁合(he)龍技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼絞線斜拉索等值(zhi)張(zhang)拉智能控制技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)等一(yi)系(xi)列新技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),這些新成果得(de)到了成功(gong)應用,對(dui)今后橋(qiao)梁的(de)設計(ji)(ji)和(he)施工(gong)均(jun)有很好的(de)參考(kao)價(jia)值(zhi)。(《橋(qiao)梁建設》 評)
2006年12月,中(zhong)國安徽省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)政府與原中(zhong)華人民(min)共和國鐵(tie)(tie)道部(bu)簽署(shu)了《關于安徽省(sheng)(sheng)“十一五(wu)”鐵(tie)(tie)路建設有關問題(ti)會談紀要》,銅陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大橋工(gong)程入列鐵(tie)(tie)道部(bu)“十一五(wu)”規劃。
2009年2月12日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)進行水下地質(zhi)勘探工程。
2010年4月18日,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋動工興建;同年12月27日,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋完成制造招標。
2011年8月(yue),銅陵長江公鐵(tie)大橋進行鋼梁制造工(gong)程。
2012年9月30日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋進入主橋鋼梁架設階段。
2013年5月,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)4號墩主塔成(cheng)(cheng)功封頂,大橋(qiao)(qiao)鋼(gang)(gang)梁(liang)建設(she)(she)進入(ru)雙(shuang)懸(xuan)臂架(jia)設(she)(she)施(shi)工階段(duan);同月28日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)鋼(gang)(gang)梁(liang)與(yu)南岸引橋(qiao)(qiao)對(dui)接,進入(ru)主跨鋼(gang)(gang)梁(liang)架(jia)設(she)(she)階段(duan);同年12月19日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)合龍工程(cheng)。
2015年(nian)4月,銅(tong)陵長江公鐵大橋全(quan)面竣工,通過(guo)靜態驗收(shou);同(tong)年(nian)6月28日,銅(tong)陵長江公鐵大橋下層高速鐵路(lu)功能(neng)投入運營(ying)。
2016年1月27日,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋高速公路啟用運營。

截至(zhi)2016年1月4日,安徽省人民(min)政府同意合(he)福鐵路銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋公路橋及接(jie)線(xian)高速公路設站(zhan)(zhan)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei),全線(xian)共設3個(ge)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan),均(jun)為匝道(dao)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)名分別(bie)為:“無為南收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅陵(ling)北(bei)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無為西收(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預留)。

銅陵公鐵(tie)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程難(nan)點在于:1、3號墩(dun)沉井(jing)基礎施工(gong)水文地質條(tiao)件(jian)復(fu)雜,下沉過程中(zhong)(zhong),遇到了事先未(wei)曾勘探到的(de)(de)卵石膠結(jie)層,使沉井(jing)下沉困難(nan);2、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次采(cai)用雙節(jie)間(jian)全(quan)焊桁(heng)片(pian)組拼鋼桁(heng)梁結(jie)構,由(you)于全(quan)焊桁(heng)片(pian)制造精度要求(qiu)高,因此桁(heng)片(pian)豎立存放(fang)運(yun)輸安(an)全(quan)風險(xian)大,現(xian)場安(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)藝(yi)復(fu)雜;3、橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)塔(ta)根部弦(xian)桿受力(li)最(zui)大的(de)(de)區段(duan)及(ji)邊墩(dun)和輔(fu)助墩(dun)區域均采(cai)用正交異(yi)性鋼箱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面結(jie)構;鋼箱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面板剛度大,安(an)裝(zhuang)時適應變形能(neng)力(li)差(cha),增(zeng)加了安(an)裝(zhuang)難(nan)度;4、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次在鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁上采(cai)用鋼絞(jiao)線斜拉索(suo)(suo),對(dui)施工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)和成橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)后每束(shu)斜拉索(suo)(suo)中(zhong)(zhong)單根鋼絞(jiao)線之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)索(suo)(suo)力(li)誤差(cha)提(ti)出(chu)了很高的(de)(de)控制要求(qiu)。
