銅(tong)陵(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)位于蕪湖市(shi)(shi)長江(jiang)下游銅(tong)官山河段(duan)荻港水道彎曲段(duan)中(zhong)部,為銅(tong)南宣高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(皖高(gao)速S32)組成部分之一;大橋(qiao)北側(ce)為巢湖市(shi)(shi)無為市(shi)(shi),南側(ce)為銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi)(shi);北起(qi)無為市(shi)(shi)塔(ta)橋(qiao)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞(shu)紐,上跨長江(jiang)水道,南至銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi)(shi)鐘鳴高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞(shu)紐。
銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的公(gong)路(lu)接(jie)線(xian)里程約38.8千(qian)米,分(fen)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸接(jie)線(xian)與南(nan)(nan)岸接(jie)線(xian);其中,北岸接(jie)線(xian)起(qi)自無為市神墩村劉家莊,與北沿(yan)江高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)巢湖至(zhi)(zhi)無為段(duan)銜(xian)接(jie),經(jing)塔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、姚(yao)溝(gou)(gou)、高溝(gou)(gou)、石板洲,接(jie)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),長(chang)約25.4千(qian)米;南(nan)(nan)岸接(jie)線(xian)起(qi)至(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)(nan)岸引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),經(jing)銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)承接(jie)產(chan)業轉移示范園,至(zhi)(zhi)終(zhong)點(dian)銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)縣鐘鳴(ming),接(jie)南(nan)(nan)沿(yan)江高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)和在建的銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)至(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)(nan)陵(ling)至(zhi)(zhi)宣城高速(su)公(gong)路(lu),長(chang)約13.4千(qian)米。

銅(tong)(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)分(fen)別由水上雙層(ceng)主(zhu)橋(qiao)、無(wu)為段(duan)以及(ji)銅(tong)(tong)陵市(shi)段(duan)引(yin)橋(qiao)、兩(liang)座(zuo)倒Y形(xing)塔柱,以及(ji)各匝道組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)路(lu)段(duan)呈西北至(zhi)東南方(fang)向布(bu)置。

2006年12月,中國(guo)安(an)徽省省政(zheng)府與原中華人民(min)共和國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)道部簽署了(le)《關(guan)于安(an)徽省“十一(yi)五”鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)建設有關(guan)問題會談紀要》,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大橋工程入列鐵(tie)(tie)道部“十一(yi)五”規劃(hua)。
2009年2月12日,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋進行水下地質勘探工程。
2010年4月18日,銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋動工(gong)興建;同年12月27日,銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋完(wan)成(cheng)制(zhi)造招標。
2011年8月,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大(da)橋進(jin)行鋼梁制造工程(cheng)。
2012年9月30日,銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)進入主橋(qiao)鋼梁架(jia)設(she)階段。
2013年5月(yue)(yue),銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋4號墩主塔成功(gong)封頂(ding),大(da)橋鋼(gang)梁建設進入雙懸臂架設施工(gong)階段(duan);同月(yue)(yue)28日(ri),銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋主橋鋼(gang)梁與南岸引橋對(dui)接,進入主跨鋼(gang)梁架設階段(duan);同年12月(yue)(yue)19日(ri),銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋完成合龍工(gong)程。
2015年(nian)4月,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋全面竣工(gong),通過靜態驗收;同年(nian)6月28日(ri),銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋下層高速(su)鐵路功能投入運營。

截至2016年1月4日,安(an)徽省人民政府同意合福鐵(tie)路銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋公路橋及接線高速公路設站(zhan)(zhan)收(shou)費,全線共設3個收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),均(jun)為匝道(dao)收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)名(ming)分別為:“無為南收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅(tong)陵北收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無為西收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預(yu)留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵(tie)長江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)工程(cheng)難(nan)點在于:1、3號墩(dun)(dun)(dun)沉井(jing)(jing)基(ji)礎施工水文(wen)地質條(tiao)件復(fu)雜,下沉過程(cheng)中(zhong),遇到了事先(xian)未曾勘(kan)探到的卵石膠結層,使沉井(jing)(jing)下沉困難(nan);2、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內(nei)首次采用(yong)雙節間全(quan)焊桁(heng)片組(zu)拼鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)結構,由(you)于全(quan)焊桁(heng)片制(zhi)造精度(du)(du)(du)要(yao)求高(gao),因此桁(heng)片豎立存放運輸安全(quan)風險大(da),現場安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工藝(yi)復(fu)雜;3、橋(qiao)塔(ta)根(gen)部弦桿受力最大(da)的區(qu)段及邊(bian)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)和輔助墩(dun)(dun)(dun)區(qu)域均采用(yong)正交異性鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)面結構;鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)面板(ban)剛度(du)(du)(du)大(da),安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時適應(ying)變(bian)形能力差,增(zeng)加了安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)難(nan)度(du)(du)(du);4、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內(nei)首次在鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)梁(liang)上(shang)采用(yong)鋼(gang)絞線斜拉索(suo),對(dui)施工中(zhong)和成橋(qiao)后每束斜拉索(suo)中(zhong)單(dan)根(gen)鋼(gang)絞線之間的索(suo)力誤差提出了很高(gao)的控制(zhi)要(yao)求。
