銅(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)位于蕪(wu)湖市(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)江下游銅(tong)官山河段(duan)荻港(gang)水道(dao)彎曲段(duan)中部,為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)南宣高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(皖高速(su)(su)S32)組成部分之一;大(da)橋(qiao)北側(ce)為(wei)(wei)巢湖市(shi)(shi)(shi)無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)(shi),南側(ce)為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi)(shi)(shi);北起(qi)無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)(shi)塔橋(qiao)高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞紐,上(shang)跨長(chang)(chang)江水道(dao),南至銅(tong)陵(ling)市(shi)(shi)(shi)鐘(zhong)鳴高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞紐。
銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的公(gong)路(lu)接(jie)線(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千米(mi)(mi),分大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)與南岸(an)接(jie)線(xian);其(qi)中,北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)起自無(wu)為市神墩村(cun)劉(liu)家(jia)莊(zhuang),與北沿江(jiang)高速公(gong)路(lu)巢湖至無(wu)為段銜接(jie),經(jing)塔橋(qiao)(qiao)、姚溝、高溝、石板洲(zhou),接(jie)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),長約(yue)25.4千米(mi)(mi);南岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)起至公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)南岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),經(jing)銅陵(ling)承(cheng)接(jie)產業轉(zhuan)移示范園,至終點銅陵(ling)縣鐘鳴(ming),接(jie)南沿江(jiang)高速公(gong)路(lu)和(he)在建的銅陵(ling)至南陵(ling)至宣(xuan)城(cheng)高速公(gong)路(lu),長約(yue)13.4千米(mi)(mi)。
整體布局
銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋分別由水上(shang)雙層(ceng)主橋、無(wu)為段(duan)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)銅(tong)陵(ling)市段(duan)引橋、兩座(zuo)倒Y形塔(ta)柱,以(yi)(yi)及(ji)各匝道(dao)組成,主橋路(lu)段(duan)呈西(xi)北至東南方(fang)向布置(zhi)。

銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)線路全長51.2千米(mi),公鐵合(he)建段總長6032.8米(mi),主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)1290米(mi),采用(yong)(90+240+630+240+90米(mi))跨度(du)布(bu)置,鋼主(zhu)梁寬(kuan)度(du)為2x17.1米(mi),節間長15米(mi),桁(heng)高15.5米(mi),總寬(kuan)34.2米(mi)。承臺平面(mian)尺(chi)寸(cun)66米(mi)×45.6米(mi),承臺以上橋(qiao)(qiao)塔(ta)高212米(mi),上塔(ta)柱(zhu)(zhu)81米(mi)高度(du)部(bu)分順橋(qiao)(qiao)向(xiang)寬(kuan)度(du)均(jun)為9.6米(mi),再逐漸增加(jia)至(zhi)塔(ta)底的16米(mi);橫向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun):上塔(ta)柱(zhu)(zhu)11至(zhi)21.1米(mi),中塔(ta)柱(zhu)(zhu)8.0米(mi),下(xia)塔(ta)柱(zhu)(zhu)8至(zhi)14米(mi)。橋(qiao)(qiao)塔(ta)兩側布(bu)置3x18根(gen)鋼絞線斜拉索(suo),全橋(qiao)(qiao)共計228根(gen);公路橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)處索(suo)距(ju)15米(mi),橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)三索(suo)嗎橫向(xiang)相鄰索(suo)面(mian)中心距(ju)17.1米(mi)。主(zhu)墩(dun)編號為1至(zhi)6號墩(dun),其(qi)中3號主(zhu)塔(ta)墩(dun)下(xia)端(duan)平面(mian)尺(chi)寸(cun)為62.4米(mi)×38.4米(mi),頂端(duan)平面(mian)尺(chi)寸(cun)為64米(mi)×40米(mi)。

2006年12月,中(zhong)(zhong)國安徽(hui)省省政府(fu)與原(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)華人民共和國鐵(tie)道部(bu)簽署了《關于安徽(hui)省“十(shi)一(yi)五(wu)”鐵(tie)路建設有關問題會談(tan)紀要》,銅陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋工程入列鐵(tie)道部(bu)“十(shi)一(yi)五(wu)”規劃。
2009年2月12日(ri),銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋進行水下(xia)地質勘探工程。
2010年(nian)(nian)4月18日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)動工興建(jian);同(tong)年(nian)(nian)12月27日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)完成制造招標。
2011年8月,銅(tong)陵長江公鐵(tie)大橋進行鋼(gang)梁制造(zao)工程。
2012年9月30日(ri),銅陵長江公鐵大橋進入主橋鋼梁(liang)架設階段(duan)。
2013年5月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋4號(hao)墩(dun)主(zhu)塔成功封頂,大橋鋼(gang)梁(liang)建設進(jin)入(ru)雙(shuang)懸臂架(jia)設施(shi)工階段;同(tong)(tong)月28日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋主(zhu)橋鋼(gang)梁(liang)與(yu)南岸引(yin)橋對接,進(jin)入(ru)主(zhu)跨鋼(gang)梁(liang)架(jia)設階段;同(tong)(tong)年12月19日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋完成合龍(long)工程。
2015年(nian)4月,銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)全面竣工,通過(guo)靜(jing)態(tai)驗收;同年(nian)6月28日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)下層高速鐵路功能投入(ru)運營。
2016年1月27日(ri),銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)高速(su)公路啟用運(yun)營(ying)。

截至(zhi)2016年1月(yue),銅(tong)陵長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)收(shou)費(fei)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)收(shou)費(fei)標準(zhun),按照(zhao)安徽省交(jiao)通(tong)運輸廳、安徽省物(wu)價局發布的(de)(de)《關于調整我省路(lu)橋(qiao)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)收(shou)費(fei)標準(zhun)的(de)(de)通(tong)知(zhi)》(皖交(jiao)財(cai)〔2010〕391號)執行(xing)(xing),銅(tong)陵長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)接線(xian)高速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的(de)(de)收(shou)費(fei)標準(zhun),按照(zhao)皖交(jiao)財(cai)〔2010〕391號文規(gui)定的(de)(de)高速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)收(shou)費(fei)標準(zhun)加收(shou)一座特(te)大橋(qiao)隧通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)執行(xing)(xing);其中,四類(lei)車收(shou)費(fei)標準(zhun)為1.3元/車·千(qian)米;貨車計(ji)重收(shou)費(fei),基本費(fei)率為0.09元/噸(dun)·千(qian)米,計(ji)重費(fei)率由10噸(dun)至(zhi)40噸(dun)車輛(liang)線(xian)性遞減0.05元/噸(dun)·千(qian)米;對超(chao)越運輸認定標準(zhun)5軸貨車為43噸(dun)。

截至2016年1月4日,安徽省人民政(zheng)府同意合(he)福鐵路(lu)銅陵長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋公(gong)路(lu)橋及接線(xian)高速公(gong)路(lu)設(she)站(zhan)(zhan)收(shou)費,全(quan)線(xian)共設(she)3個(ge)收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),均為匝道收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)名(ming)分別(bie)為:“無為南收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K15+700M處)、“銅陵北收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K32+895M處)、“無為西收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)”(K5+700M處,預留)。
技術難題
銅(tong)陵公鐵長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程難(nan)點在于(yu):1、3號墩(dun)沉(chen)井(jing)基礎施工(gong)(gong)(gong)水文地質(zhi)條件復(fu)雜(za),下(xia)沉(chen)過程中(zhong),遇到(dao)了(le)事先未曾勘探到(dao)的(de)(de)卵石膠(jiao)結(jie)層(ceng),使沉(chen)井(jing)下(xia)沉(chen)困難(nan);2、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內(nei)首次采用雙節間全焊桁(heng)片組拼鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁結(jie)構,由于(yu)全焊桁(heng)片制造精(jing)度要求高,因此桁(heng)片豎(shu)立存放運輸(shu)安全風險大,現場(chang)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝復(fu)雜(za);3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔根(gen)部弦桿受力最大的(de)(de)區(qu)段及邊墩(dun)和(he)輔助墩(dun)區(qu)域均采用正交(jiao)異性鋼(gang)箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面結(jie)構;鋼(gang)箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面板(ban)剛(gang)度大,安裝(zhuang)時適應變形能力差,增加了(le)安裝(zhuang)難(nan)度;4、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內(nei)首次在鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁上采用鋼(gang)絞線斜拉索,對施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)和(he)成橋(qiao)(qiao)后(hou)每束斜拉索中(zhong)單根(gen)鋼(gang)絞線之間的(de)(de)索力誤差提出了(le)很高的(de)(de)控制要求。
