銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)位于蕪湖市長江(jiang)(jiang)下(xia)游銅(tong)官山(shan)河(he)段荻(di)港水道(dao)彎曲段中(zhong)部(bu),為(wei)銅(tong)南(nan)宣(xuan)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(皖(wan)高(gao)速S32)組(zu)成(cheng)部(bu)分之一(yi);大橋(qiao)北側(ce)為(wei)巢湖市無為(wei)市,南(nan)側(ce)為(wei)銅(tong)陵市;北起無為(wei)市塔(ta)橋(qiao)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐(niu),上跨長江(jiang)(jiang)水道(dao),南(nan)至銅(tong)陵市鐘鳴高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐(niu)。
銅(tong)陵(ling)長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋的公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)里程約38.8千(qian)米,分大橋北(bei)(bei)岸接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)與南岸接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian);其(qi)中,北(bei)(bei)岸接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)自無(wu)(wu)為市神墩村劉家(jia)莊,與北(bei)(bei)沿(yan)江(jiang)高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)巢湖至(zhi)無(wu)(wu)為段銜接(jie)(jie)(jie),經塔(ta)橋、姚溝、高溝、石板洲,接(jie)(jie)(jie)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋北(bei)(bei)岸引橋,長約25.4千(qian)米;南岸接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起(qi)至(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)鐵大橋公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋南岸引橋,經銅(tong)陵(ling)承(cheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie)產業(ye)轉(zhuan)移示范園,至(zhi)終點銅(tong)陵(ling)縣(xian)鐘(zhong)鳴,接(jie)(jie)(jie)南沿(yan)江(jiang)高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)和在建的銅(tong)陵(ling)至(zhi)南陵(ling)至(zhi)宣城(cheng)高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu),長約13.4千(qian)米。
整體布局
銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)分別由水(shui)上雙層(ceng)主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)、無為(wei)段(duan)以及(ji)銅陵市段(duan)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)、兩座倒Y形塔柱,以及(ji)各匝道(dao)組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)路段(duan)呈(cheng)西北至(zhi)東南方向布(bu)置。

針對銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)設計特點和現場施(shi)工(gong)條件,開(kai)展了(le)一系列技(ji)(ji)術研究(jiu),研發了(le)復雜水文地質條件下大型基礎(chu)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術、全焊桁片制作與架(jia)設技(ji)(ji)術、鋼(gang)(gang)箱鐵路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)面板安(an)裝技(ji)(ji)術。桁片式鋼(gang)(gang)桁梁合龍技(ji)(ji)術、鋼(gang)(gang)絞線斜拉索等值(zhi)(zhi)張(zhang)拉智能控制技(ji)(ji)術等一系列新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術,這些新(xin)成果(guo)得到了(le)成功(gong)應(ying)用(yong),對今后橋(qiao)(qiao)梁的(de)設計和施(shi)工(gong)均有很(hen)好(hao)的(de)參考價值(zhi)(zhi)。(《橋(qiao)(qiao)梁建設》 評)
2006年(nian)12月,中國(guo)安(an)徽省(sheng)省(sheng)政府(fu)與(yu)原中華人民共和國(guo)鐵道部(bu)簽署了《關(guan)于安(an)徽省(sheng)“十一(yi)五(wu)”鐵路建設有關(guan)問題會談紀要》,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋工程(cheng)入列鐵道部(bu)“十一(yi)五(wu)”規劃。
2009年(nian)2月12日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋進行水下(xia)地質勘(kan)探工程。
2010年4月18日(ri),銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)動工興建;同年12月27日(ri),銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)完成(cheng)制(zhi)造招標。
2011年8月,銅陵長(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋進行鋼梁制造工程。
2012年(nian)9月30日,銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋進(jin)入主橋鋼梁架設階段。
2013年(nian)5月(yue)(yue),銅陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋4號墩主(zhu)塔成功封頂,大(da)(da)橋鋼梁建設進入雙懸臂架設施工階(jie)段(duan);同月(yue)(yue)28日,銅陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋主(zhu)橋鋼梁與南岸引橋對接,進入主(zhu)跨鋼梁架設階(jie)段(duan);同年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)19日,銅陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋完成合龍工程。
2015年(nian)4月(yue),銅陵長江公鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋全面(mian)竣工(gong),通過(guo)靜態驗收;同年(nian)6月(yue)28日,銅陵長江公鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋下層高速鐵(tie)路功能投入運營。
2016年1月27日,銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大(da)橋高速(su)公路啟(qi)用運營。

截至2016年1月4日,安徽省人(ren)民政府同意(yi)合福(fu)鐵路(lu)銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋(qiao)公路(lu)橋(qiao)及接線(xian)高速公路(lu)設站(zhan)收(shou)(shou)費(fei),全線(xian)共設3個收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan),均為匝(za)道收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan),站(zhan)名分別為:“無(wu)為南收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅陵(ling)北收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無(wu)為西收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵長江大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)難點(dian)在于(yu):1、3號墩(dun)沉(chen)井基礎(chu)施(shi)工(gong)水(shui)文地(di)質條件復(fu)(fu)雜(za),下沉(chen)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),遇到了事(shi)先未曾勘探(tan)到的(de)卵石膠結層(ceng),使沉(chen)井下沉(chen)困難;2、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)雙節間全(quan)焊桁片組拼鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)結構,由于(yu)全(quan)焊桁片制(zhi)造精度要求(qiu)高,因(yin)此桁片豎立存放運輸安(an)全(quan)風(feng)險大(da),現場安(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)藝復(fu)(fu)雜(za);3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔根(gen)部(bu)弦(xian)桿受力(li)最大(da)的(de)區段及邊墩(dun)和(he)輔助墩(dun)區域(yu)均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)正交異性鋼(gang)箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)(mian)結構;鋼(gang)箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)(mian)板剛度大(da),安(an)裝(zhuang)時適(shi)應變(bian)形能力(li)差,增(zeng)加了安(an)裝(zhuang)難度;4、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)次在鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)上采(cai)(cai)用(yong)鋼(gang)絞線(xian)斜(xie)拉(la)索,對施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)和(he)成橋(qiao)(qiao)后每束斜(xie)拉(la)索中(zhong)單(dan)根(gen)鋼(gang)絞線(xian)之(zhi)間的(de)索力(li)誤差提出(chu)了很高的(de)控制(zhi)要求(qiu)。
