鴨(ya)池(chi)(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)2016年5月20日,貴陽至黔(qian)西高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)鴨(ya)池(chi)(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)順利合龍。這座主跨長達(da)800米(mi)、全(quan)長1450米(mi)的大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是世(shi)界上較(jiao)大(da)(da)跨徑的鋼桁梁(liang)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),也(ye)是世(shi)界山區斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)之最(zui)。鴨(ya)池(chi)(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是貴黔(qian)高(gao)速(su)的控制性工程,位于烏江源百里畫廊,跨越鴨(ya)池(chi)(chi)河(he),距貴陽觀(guan)山湖(hu)區45千(qian)米(mi),距畢節市黔(qian)西縣25千(qian)米(mi)。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)寬28米(mi),全(quan)長1450米(mi),主塔(ta)采用H型索塔(ta),貴陽岸(an)塔(ta)高(gao)243.2米(mi)、黔(qian)西岸(an)塔(ta)高(gao)258.2米(mi)。總投資(zi)達(da)到7.8億(yi)元。
大橋位于(yu)貴(gui)黔高速上,貴(gui)陽清鎮(zhen)市和(he)畢節(jie)黔西縣(xian)交界處。
鴨池河(he)特(te)(te)(te)(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)是一(yi)座雙(shuang)塔(ta)雙(shuang)索(suo)面(mian)半漂浮體系的(de)混(hun)合(he)梁斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)跨(kua)為(wei)鋼桁(heng)梁結(jie)(jie)構(gou),邊(bian)跨(kua)為(wei)220米預應力混(hun)凝土(tu)雙(shuang)邊(bian)箱(xiang)(xiang)PC箱(xiang)(xiang)梁結(jie)(jie)構(gou),是目前采用鋼絞線斜(xie)拉(la)索(suo)的(de)較大(da)(da)(da)(da)跨(kua)徑(jing)斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao),橋(qiao)址深切“U”型峽谷(gu)(gu)之中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),橋(qiao)面(mian)至(zhi)水面(mian)高差360m,地(di)(di)質(zhi)條件復(fu)雜(za),河(he)谷(gu)(gu)之間的(de)通風(feng)口(kou)上較大(da)(da)(da)(da)風(feng)力可達到(dao)8級,典型的(de)山區(qu)大(da)(da)(da)(da)跨(kua)徑(jing)橋(qiao)梁施工(gong)(gong)(gong),具有“高、特(te)(te)(te)(te)、難(nan)、新”等特(te)(te)(te)(te)點。項目位于(yu)貴州偏西(xi)北的(de)崇(chong)山峻(jun)嶺之中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),交通不便(bian),惡劣天氣出行極為(wei)困(kun)難(nan),且(qie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)極其狹窄(zhai),自(zi)然(ran)地(di)(di)面(mian)坡度大(da)(da)(da)(da)、陡傾,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)便(bian)道彎多路窄(zhai),最(zui)小轉彎半徑(jing)不到(dao)10m,臨(lin)邊(bian)則多是高山深崖,雨雪、大(da)(da)(da)(da)風(feng)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)霧、凝凍(dong)等天氣占全(quan)年總天數的(de)57.2%。面(mian)對(dui)眾多結(jie)(jie)構(gou)型式、地(di)(di)質(zhi)、自(zi)然(ran)環境、地(di)(di)理(li)環境、高塔(ta)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業、構(gou)件吊裝(zhuang)、交叉(cha)作(zuo)業等方面(mian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技術特(te)(te)(te)(te)點、風(feng)險源、關鍵控制(zhi)點等,全(quan)體監(jian)理(li)人員團(tuan)結(jie)(jie)協作(zuo),總會走在解決問題(ti)的(de)最(zui)前方,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特(te)(te)(te)(te)別強調為(wei)業主、為(wei)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位服務的(de)思想意識,并把監(jian)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)事前、事中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、事后控制(zhi)與為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程提供優(you)質(zhi)服務的(de)思想牢牢相結(jie)(jie)合(he),樹立責任意識,同參建各(ge)方克服困(kun)難(nan),對(dui)每個施工(gong)(gong)(gong)環節認真負(fu)責地(di)(di)把好關。截至(zhi)目前鴨池河(he)特(te)(te)(te)(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程進展順(shun)利,取得了(le)質(zhi)量(liang)安全(quan)零事故(gu)的(de)優(you)益(yi)成績。
項(xiang)目(mu)總監(jian)趙瑞明(ming)介紹,該項(xiang)目(mu)建設主要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有著四(si)個(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)特點和(he)挑戰,第(di)一(yi)(yi),不利(li)氣(qi)(qi)候條件。大(da)(da)(da)橋地處烏蒙山區,四(si)季氣(qi)(qi)溫變化差異較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da),每(mei)年(nian)5~10月為(wei)雨季,加(jia)之該地區雨雪霧(wu)、大(da)(da)(da)風(feng)等(deng)(deng)惡劣(lie)天(tian)氣(qi)(qi)較(jiao)多,嚴重影(ying)響并對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)測量、鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)(heng)梁吊(diao)裝(zhuang)等(deng)(deng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業及生產效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao)都有很(hen)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)。第(di)二(er),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地受限。橋址處于峽(xia)谷(gu)中(zhong),場地極(ji)為(wei)狹窄,給鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)(heng)梁拼(pin)裝(zhuang)及運(yun)輸等(deng)(deng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織協調帶來極(ji)大(da)(da)(da)挑戰,鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)(heng)梁采用纜索吊(diao)吊(diao)裝(zhuang),起吊(diao)噸位達350噸以(yi)(yi)上,在國內(nei)鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)(heng)梁施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)屬于首例。第(di)三,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)。鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)(heng)梁采用大(da)(da)(da)節段、長(chang)懸(xuan)(xuan)臂拼(pin)裝(zhuang),最大(da)(da)(da)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)長(chang)度(du)(du)400米,線型(xing)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)尤為(wei)關(guan)鍵,長(chang)懸(xuan)(xuan)臂拼(pin)裝(zhuang)狀態軸線與標高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)調整都十(shi)分困難,軸線偏(pian)差精度(du)(du)標高(gao)(gao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在10毫米以(yi)(yi)內(nei),對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)很(hen)高(gao)(gao)。第(di)四(si)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)風(feng)險大(da)(da)(da)。基于本(ben)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)特點,我(wo)(wo)們十(shi)分重視安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產管控(kong)(kong)(kong)與監(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作,并積極(ji)組(zu)織召(zhao)開有關(guan)加(jia)強(qiang)質量、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技術交底和(he)培訓(xun)教育的(de)(de)(de)會議,使全(quan)(quan)體人員安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)思想(xiang)從(cong)“要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)我(wo)(wo)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”自覺的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變成(cheng)“我(wo)(wo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”,養成(cheng)變被動為(wei)主動的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)質量意識。多種(zhong)管理方式相結合,每(mei)個(ge)人都應及時的(de)(de)(de)發現并排(pai)(pai)查自身周邊(bian)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患(huan),并予以(yi)(yi)排(pai)(pai)除(chu),從(cong)而使整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產和(he)工(gong)(gong)程質量得(de)以(yi)(yi)保(bao)持(chi)在一(yi)(yi)個(ge)可控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)狀態。
為解決技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)難題、保證鴨池河大(da)橋建成(cheng)優質工(gong)程,大(da)橋建設者們以“中(zhong)國建設工(gong)程魯班獎”為目標,積極(ji)開展(zhan)科技(ji)攻關(guan),在“索塔(ta)節(jie)段鋼(gang)筋整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)吊裝(zhuang)施工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“冬季高塔(ta)蒸養成(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“350噸大(da)跨徑纜索吊工(gong)程應(ying)用技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)組裝(zhuang)與整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)吊裝(zhuang)聯合施工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“連體(ti)掛籃(lan)懸臂與落(luo)地大(da)鋼(gang)管支架施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)”五(wu)個方面取得(de)重(zhong)大(da)突破,實現了重(zhong)大(da)創新,保證了大(da)橋建設順利推進。
