鴨(ya)池河大橋(qiao)2016年(nian)5月(yue)20日,貴(gui)陽(yang)至黔(qian)西(xi)(xi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路鴨(ya)池河大橋(qiao)順利合(he)龍。這座主跨長達(da)800米(mi)、全(quan)長1450米(mi)的大橋(qiao)是(shi)世界(jie)上較大跨徑的鋼桁梁斜拉橋(qiao),也(ye)是(shi)世界(jie)山區(qu)斜拉橋(qiao)之最。鴨(ya)池河大橋(qiao)是(shi)貴(gui)黔(qian)高(gao)(gao)速(su)的控(kong)制(zhi)性工(gong)程,位(wei)于烏江(jiang)源百里畫(hua)廊(lang),跨越鴨(ya)池河,距貴(gui)陽(yang)觀山湖(hu)區(qu)45千米(mi),距畢節市黔(qian)西(xi)(xi)縣25千米(mi)。大橋(qiao)橋(qiao)面寬28米(mi),全(quan)長1450米(mi),主塔采(cai)用(yong)H型索(suo)塔,貴(gui)陽(yang)岸塔高(gao)(gao)243.2米(mi)、黔(qian)西(xi)(xi)岸塔高(gao)(gao)258.2米(mi)。總投(tou)資達(da)到(dao)7.8億元。
大橋(qiao)位(wei)于(yu)貴黔高速上,貴陽清鎮市和畢節黔西縣(xian)交界處。
鴨池河(he)特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)是(shi)一座雙(shuang)塔雙(shuang)索面(mian)(mian)半漂浮體系的(de)混合(he)梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),中跨(kua)(kua)為(wei)(wei)鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),邊跨(kua)(kua)為(wei)(wei)220米預應(ying)力(li)混凝土雙(shuang)邊箱PC箱梁(liang)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),是(shi)目前采用鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線斜拉索的(de)較大(da)跨(kua)(kua)徑斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),橋(qiao)(qiao)址深(shen)切“U”型(xing)峽(xia)谷(gu)之(zhi)中,橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)(mian)至(zhi)水(shui)面(mian)(mian)高(gao)差360m,地質條(tiao)件(jian)復雜(za),河(he)谷(gu)之(zhi)間的(de)通風口上較大(da)風力(li)可達(da)到8級,典型(xing)的(de)山(shan)區大(da)跨(kua)(kua)徑橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),具有“高(gao)、特(te)、難(nan)、新”等特(te)點。項(xiang)目位于貴州偏西北的(de)崇山(shan)峻(jun)嶺之(zhi)中,交通不(bu)便,惡劣天氣出行極(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)困難(nan),且(qie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地極(ji)(ji)其狹窄,自然地面(mian)(mian)坡度大(da)、陡傾(qing),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)便道彎多(duo)路窄,最小轉彎半徑不(bu)到10m,臨(lin)邊則多(duo)是(shi)高(gao)山(shan)深(shen)崖,雨雪、大(da)風、大(da)霧、凝凍等天氣占全年總(zong)天數的(de)57.2%。面(mian)(mian)對(dui)眾(zhong)多(duo)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)型(xing)式、地質、自然環(huan)境、地理(li)環(huan)境、高(gao)塔施(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業、構(gou)(gou)件(jian)吊裝(zhuang)、交叉(cha)作(zuo)業等方(fang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術特(te)點、風險(xian)源、關(guan)(guan)鍵控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)點等,全體監理(li)人員團(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo),總(zong)會走在解決問題的(de)最前方(fang),在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中特(te)別強調為(wei)(wei)業主、為(wei)(wei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位服(fu)務的(de)思(si)想意(yi)識,并把(ba)監理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)事前、事中、事后控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)與為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提供優質服(fu)務的(de)思(si)想牢牢相結(jie)合(he),樹立責任意(yi)識,同(tong)參(can)建各方(fang)克服(fu)困難(nan),對(dui)每個施(shi)工(gong)(gong)環(huan)節認真負責地把(ba)好(hao)關(guan)(guan)。截至(zhi)目前鴨池河(he)特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進展順利,取(qu)得了質量安全零事故的(de)優益成績(ji)。
項目(mu)總(zong)監趙(zhao)瑞明(ming)介紹,該項目(mu)建設主要(yao)有(you)著四(si)個(ge)方面的(de)(de)特點(dian)和挑戰(zhan)(zhan),第(di)一(yi),不(bu)利氣候條件(jian)。大(da)(da)橋地(di)處烏蒙山區,四(si)季氣溫變(bian)(bian)化差異較(jiao)大(da)(da),每(mei)年(nian)5~10月為雨(yu)(yu)季,加之(zhi)該地(di)區雨(yu)(yu)雪霧、大(da)(da)風等(deng)惡劣天氣較(jiao)多(duo)(duo),嚴(yan)重影(ying)響(xiang)并(bing)對施工(gong)(gong)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)、鋼桁梁(liang)吊裝等(deng)施工(gong)(gong)作業及生產(chan)效率的(de)(de)提高都(dou)(dou)有(you)很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang),施工(gong)(gong)風險(xian)控制要(yao)求高。第(di)二,施工(gong)(gong)場地(di)受限。橋址處于(yu)(yu)峽谷中,場地(di)極為狹窄,給鋼桁梁(liang)拼(pin)(pin)裝及運輸等(deng)施工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織協調帶來(lai)極大(da)(da)挑戰(zhan)(zhan),鋼桁梁(liang)采用纜索(suo)吊吊裝,起吊噸(dun)位達350噸(dun)以(yi)上(shang),在(zai)國內(nei)鋼桁梁(liang)施工(gong)(gong)中屬于(yu)(yu)首例。第(di)三,施工(gong)(gong)精度要(yao)求高。鋼桁梁(liang)采用大(da)(da)節段、長(chang)懸臂(bei)拼(pin)(pin)裝,最大(da)(da)拼(pin)(pin)裝長(chang)度400米,線(xian)(xian)型控制尤為關鍵,長(chang)懸臂(bei)拼(pin)(pin)裝狀(zhuang)態軸線(xian)(xian)與(yu)標(biao)高的(de)(de)精度控制和調整都(dou)(dou)十(shi)分困難(nan),軸線(xian)(xian)偏差精度標(biao)高控制在(zai)10毫米以(yi)內(nei),對施工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)控制要(yao)求很高。第(di)四(si)、施工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)風險(xian)大(da)(da)。基于(yu)(yu)本工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)特點(dian),我們十(shi)分重視安(an)(an)全(quan)生產(chan)管(guan)(guan)控與(yu)監理工(gong)(gong)作,并(bing)積(ji)極組(zu)織召開有(you)關加強(qiang)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)、安(an)(an)全(quan)技術交底和培訓教育(yu)的(de)(de)會議,使全(quan)體人員安(an)(an)全(quan)思想從(cong)“要(yao)我安(an)(an)全(quan)”自(zi)覺的(de)(de)轉變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)“我要(yao)安(an)(an)全(quan)”,養成(cheng)(cheng)變(bian)(bian)被(bei)動為主動的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)意識。多(duo)(duo)種管(guan)(guan)理方式(shi)相結合,每(mei)個(ge)人都(dou)(dou)應及時的(de)(de)發現并(bing)排(pai)查自(zi)身周邊的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患(huan),并(bing)予以(yi)排(pai)除(chu),從(cong)而(er)使整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)程項目(mu)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)生產(chan)和工(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)得以(yi)保持在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)可控的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態。
為(wei)解決技(ji)(ji)術(shu)難題、保證鴨(ya)池河大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)優質工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)者們以“中國建(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程魯(lu)班獎”為(wei)目標,積(ji)極開展科技(ji)(ji)攻關,在“索(suo)塔節(jie)段鋼筋整體吊裝施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”、“冬季高(gao)塔蒸養成(cheng)(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”、“350噸大(da)跨徑纜索(suo)吊工(gong)(gong)(gong)程應(ying)用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”、“鋼桁梁組裝與(yu)整體吊裝聯合(he)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”、“連體掛籃懸臂與(yu)落地大(da)鋼管(guan)支(zhi)架施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝”五個方面取得重(zhong)大(da)突(tu)破(po),實(shi)現了(le)重(zhong)大(da)創新,保證了(le)大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)順利推進。
