其工(gong)作原理是通(tong)過溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器對環境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)自動進行采樣、即(ji)時監控,當(dang)環境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)高于控制(zhi)(zhi)設(she)定(ding)值時控制(zhi)(zhi)電路啟動,可以(yi)設(she)置控制(zhi)(zhi)回差。如溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)還(huan)(huan)在升,當(dang)升到設(she)定(ding)的(de)(de)超限報(bao)警溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)點(dian)時,啟動超限報(bao)警功能。當(dang)被控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)不能得(de)到有效的(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)時,為了(le)防止(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)毀壞還(huan)(huan)可以(yi)通(tong)過跳閘的(de)(de)功能來停止(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)繼(ji)續(xu)運(yun)行。主要應用于電力部門使用的(de)(de)各種高低壓開關(guan)柜、干式(shi)變壓器、箱(xiang)式(shi)變電站及其他相關(guan)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)使用領域。
仔細看溫控器上的三(san)個腳,它們都有用英文字母(mu)和數字兩種(zhong)方法來代(dai)替,分別是(shi):H(6)、L(3)、C(4)。
H(6)接棕色線,是電源的火線;
L(3)接(jie)灰色(se)線,是燈的火(huo)線;

其采用的模糊控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術如PID控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),P(Proportional)比例+I(Integral)積分(fen)+D(Differential)微分(fen)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
雙(shuang)(shuang)金屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)突跳式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器(qi)是一種將定(ding)(ding)溫(wen)后的(de)(de)(de)雙(shuang)(shuang)金屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)作為熱(re)敏感反應組(zu)件(jian),當產品主件(jian)溫(wen)度升(sheng)高時(shi)所(suo)產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量傳遞到雙(shuang)(shuang)金屬(shu)圓片(pian)(pian)(pian)上,達到動作溫(wen)度設(she)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)迅(xun)速動作,通過機構作用是觸點斷開(kai)或閉(bi)合(he);當溫(wen)度下(xia)降到復位溫(wen)度設(she)定(ding)(ding)時(shi),雙(shuang)(shuang)金屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)迅(xun)速回復原狀,使(shi)觸點閉(bi)合(he)或斷開(kai),達到接通或斷開(kai)電路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),從而(er)控(kong)制電路(lu)。
