其工(gong)作(zuo)原理是通(tong)過(guo)溫度(du)傳感器對環境溫度(du)自動(dong)進行采樣、即時監控(kong),當環境溫度(du)高(gao)于控(kong)制設(she)定值(zhi)時控(kong)制電(dian)路啟動(dong),可(ke)以(yi)設(she)置控(kong)制回差(cha)。如溫度(du)還在升(sheng),當升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)設(she)定的超限(xian)報(bao)警(jing)溫度(du)點時,啟動(dong)超限(xian)報(bao)警(jing)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。當被控(kong)制的溫度(du)不能(neng)(neng)得到(dao)(dao)有(you)效的控(kong)制時,為(wei)了(le)防(fang)止(zhi)設(she)備的毀壞(huai)還可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)跳閘的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)來停(ting)止(zhi)設(she)備繼續運行。主要應用于電(dian)力(li)部門使用的各種高(gao)低壓(ya)開關(guan)柜、干式(shi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器、箱式(shi)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站及其他(ta)相(xiang)關(guan)的溫度(du)使用領(ling)域(yu)。
仔細看(kan)溫控(kong)器上的三個腳,它(ta)們(men)都有用英文(wen)字(zi)母和數字(zi)兩(liang)種方法(fa)來代替,分別是:H(6)、L(3)、C(4)。
H(6)接棕(zong)色線,是電源的火線;
L(3)接灰(hui)色線(xian),是(shi)燈的火線(xian);
C(4)接白色線,是壓縮(suo)機的火線。
控(kong)(kong)(kong)制方法一般(ban)分為(wei)兩種;一種是由被(bei)冷卻(que)對(dui)象(xiang)(xiang)的溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)化來(lai)進(jin)行控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,多采用(yong)蒸氣(qi)壓力式溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器,另一種由被(bei)冷卻(que)對(dui)象(xiang)(xiang)的溫(wen)差變(bian)化來(lai)進(jin)行控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,多采用(yong)電子式溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器。
其采用的(de)模糊控制(zhi)技術(shu)如(ru)PID控制(zhi),P(Proportional)比(bi)例+I(Integral)積分(fen)+D(Differential)微分(fen)控制(zhi)。
雙金屬(shu)片突跳式溫控(kong)器是一種將定(ding)溫后的(de)雙金屬(shu)片作(zuo)為熱敏(min)感反(fan)應組(zu)件(jian),當產品主件(jian)溫度升高時所產生的(de)熱量傳遞到(dao)雙金屬(shu)圓片上(shang),達到(dao)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)溫度設定(ding)時迅速動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),通(tong)過機構作(zuo)用是觸(chu)點斷開(kai)或閉合(he);當溫度下降(jiang)到(dao)復位溫度設定(ding)時,雙金屬(shu)片迅速回復原狀,使觸(chu)點閉合(he)或斷開(kai),達到(dao)接通(tong)或斷開(kai)電路的(de)目(mu)的(de),從(cong)而控(kong)制電路。
