東(dong)(dong)海(hai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場是亞洲第一座大(da)(da)型海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,位(wei)于東(dong)(dong)海(hai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)東(dong)(dong)側的海(hai)域,風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量100MW,擬(ni)布置20臺單機(ji)容(rong)量5MW的風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)。在(zai)海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)修建(jian)(jian)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,海(hai)洋水文、氣候(hou)條(tiao)件和(he)海(hai)底(di)地(di)質條(tiao)件都非常復雜,給風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)地(di)基基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)和(he)建(jian)(jian)造帶來(lai)了困(kun)難。風機(ji)地(di)基基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)和(he)建(jian)(jian)造,是海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的難題之(zhi)一,對(dui)其的經濟性和(he)適用性將產生重要影響。在(zai)東(dong)(dong)海(hai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)中(zhong),設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)單位(wei)對(dui)風機(ji)地(di)基基礎(chu)進行(xing)了專題設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)研(yan)究(jiu),對(dui)海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場風機(ji)基礎(chu)結(jie)構選型、結(jie)構計(ji)算(suan)分析(xi)等(deng)進行(xing)了深入研(yan)究(jiu),初步掌握了海(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)風機(ji)地(di)基基礎(chu)特性及若干設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)技術(shu)關鍵。
風電場位于臨港新(xin)城至洋(yang)山(shan)深水港的東海大橋兩側1000米以外沿線,最北(bei)端距(ju)離(li)南匯嘴岸線近6公(gong)里(li),最南端距(ju)岸線13公(gong)里(li),全(quan)部位于上海市境內(nei)。
預計(ji)總裝機容(rong)(rong)量10萬千瓦,單機容(rong)(rong)量不低于(yu)2000千瓦。未來預計(ji)發電(dian)(dian)量可(ke)達2.6億度,可(ke)供上(shang)海(hai)20多萬戶居民使用一年。海(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)(dian)場所(suo)發電(dian)(dian)能將通(tong)過海(hai)底電(dian)(dian)纜輸(shu)送回陸地。
東(dong)海大橋海上風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)位于東(dong)海大橋東(dong)側的東(dong)海海域,風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)北端距岸(an)線8km,南端距岸(an)線13km,20臺5MW風(feng)(feng)機(ji)分(fen)三排布置,風(feng)(feng)機(ji)南北向間距(沿東(dong)海大橋走向)750m,東(dong)西間距1.2km。工(gong)程海域水(shui)深9.9~11.9m,海底灘面(mian)高程-10.00~-10.67m。灘地表層主要為(wei)淤泥。
目(mu)前國(guo)內還沒有(you)海(hai)上(shang)(shang)風機(ji)基礎設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)的規(gui)(gui)程規(gui)(gui)范(fan),本(ben)工程設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)主要(yao)(yao)參考國(guo)內、外相關(guan)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)。主要(yao)(yao)依據的規(gui)(gui)范(fan)有(you):《海(hai)港(gang)水文(wen)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(JTJ214-98)、《建筑(zhu)樁基技術規(gui)(gui)程》(JGJ94-94)、《Design of off-shore wind turbine structures》(DNV-OS-J101:2004)、《海(hai)上(shang)(shang)固定平(ping)臺規(gui)(gui)劃、設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)推薦作(zuo)(zuo)法工作(zuo)(zuo)應力(li)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)法》(SY/T10030—2004)和(he)《海(hai)上(shang)(shang)鋼(gang)結構疲勞(lao)強度分析推薦作(zuo)(zuo)法》(SY/T10049—2004)等。根據風機(ji)設(she)備(bei)商提供的基礎荷載、基礎設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)要(yao)(yao)求分別進行(xing)承載極(ji)限狀態(tai)、疲勞(lao)極(ji)限狀態(tai)和(he)系統模(mo)態(tai)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算。
目前國(guo)外(wai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)風(feng)電(dian)場風(feng)機(ji)基礎(chu)從結(jie)構(gou)(gou)型式(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)主要分(fen)為(wei)重力(li)固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)、支柱固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)及浮置式(shi)(shi)基礎(chu)。東海(hai)(hai)(hai)大橋海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)風(feng)電(dian)場位于(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)近岸(an)海(hai)(hai)(hai)水區,海(hai)(hai)(hai)床面(mian)以(yi)下20m深度(du)內(nei)地基土以(yi)軟粘土為(wei)主。根據西歐國(guo)家現有海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)風(feng)機(ji)塔(ta)架基礎(chu)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)型式(shi)(shi),并參(can)考國(guo)內(nei)外(wai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)石油平臺、海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)燈(deng)塔(ta)及海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)跨海(hai)(hai)(hai)大橋的設計經(jing)驗(yan),認為(wei)采(cai)用(yong)固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)樁柱基礎(chu)比較合(he)適(shi)。為(wei)此提(ti)出4種基礎(chu)型式(shi)(shi)進行結(jie)構(gou)(gou)方案(an)(an)設計。第(di)(di)1種方案(an)(an)為(wei)三腳(jiao)架組(zu)合(he)式(shi)(shi)基礎(chu)、第(di)(di)2種方案(an)(an)為(wei)4腳(jiao)架組(zu)合(he)式(shi)(shi)基礎(chu),這(zhe)兩(liang)種方案(an)(an)均(jun)為(wei)參(can)考海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)石油平臺、海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)燈(deng)塔(ta)基礎(chu)的結(jie)構(gou)(gou)型式(shi)(shi)。第(di)(di)3種方案(an)(an)為(wei)高樁承(cheng)臺群樁基礎(chu)。第(di)(di)4種方案(an)(an)為(wei)單根鋼(gang)管樁基礎(chu)方案(an)(an),其為(wei)國(guo)外(wai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)淺海(hai)(hai)(hai)風(feng)機(ji)基礎(chu)的常(chang)用(yong)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)型式(shi)(shi)。
從基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)結(jie)構(gou)特點、適(shi)用自(zi)然條件、海上施工技術(shu)與經(jing)驗以(yi)及經(jing)濟性方面對(dui)上述4種(zhong)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)結(jie)構(gou)方案進(jin)行了比(bi)較,最后選擇4角架組合(he)式基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)為推薦方案。
4腳(jiao)架(jia)組合式基(ji)(ji)礎結(jie)構(gou)型式為(wei):用(yong)4根(gen)鋼(gang)管樁定位于海(hai)底(di),樁頂通過(guo)與鋼(gang)套管的固接支撐(cheng)上(shang)(shang)部4腳(jiao)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou),構(gou)成組合式基(ji)(ji)礎。4腳(jiao)架(jia)承受(shou)上(shang)(shang)部塔架(jia)荷載,并將荷載傳遞(di)給4根(gen)鋼(gang)樁。施工時,先(xian)在4個鋼(gang)套管基(ji)(ji)座位置(zhi)在基(ji)(ji)床拋約(yue)2m。
厚度(du)的高強土(tu)工(gong)網(wang)裝碎(sui)石(shi),以提高地(di)基土(tu)對4腳桁架的承載力,然后沉放4腳桁架的預制鋼(gang)(gang)構(gou)件,預制鋼(gang)(gang)構(gou)件沉放定位(wei)后,再將4根(gen)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)樁(zhuang)穿過鋼(gang)(gang)套管(guan)(guan)打入(ru)海床中,每根(gen)樁(zhuang)直(zhi)徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)2.2m,樁(zhuang)長55m,樁(zhuang)頂高程為(wei)(wei)(wei)-3m,樁(zhuang)尖高程為(wei)(wei)(wei)-58m,樁(zhuang)尖進入(ru)粉細砂層中,基樁(zhuang)呈(cheng)等邊(bian)4邊(bian)形(xing)分布,間距為(wei)(wei)(wei)16m。鋼(gang)(gang)套管(guan)(guan)外壁配帶(dai)特制固樁(zhuang)器與基樁(zhuang)初步連接(jie),在調整(zheng)上部(bu)結構(gou)水(shui)平(ping)度(du)后,再采(cai)用高強灌漿法(fa)完成鋼(gang)(gang)套管(guan)(guan)與鋼(gang)(gang)樁(zhuang)的固接(jie)。上部(bu)4腳架為(wei)(wei)(wei)預制鋼(gang)(gang)構(gou)件,其包括12根(gen)直(zhi)徑2m的水(shui)平(ping)和斜向(xiang)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)連桿,其分別連接(jie)4個鋼(gang)(gang)套管(guan)(guan)以及位(wei)于中心的直(zhi)徑6.5m的上部(bu)豎向(xiang)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)。
上(shang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)東(dong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)大橋10萬(wan)千(qian)瓦海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)是全球歐洲之外第(di)一個海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)并網(wang)項目(mu),也是中(zhong)國第(di)一個國家海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)示(shi)范(fan)項目(mu)。該項目(mu)位于(yu)東(dong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)大橋東(dong)側(ce)的上(shang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)市海(hai)(hai)(hai)域(yu),距離岸線(xian)8-13千(qian)米(mi),平均水深10米(mi),總(zong)裝機容量102兆(zhao)瓦,全部采用華銳風電(dian)(dian)(dian)自主研發(fa)的34臺3兆(zhao)瓦海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組。預計未來(lai)年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量可達2.6億度,所發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能將(jiang)通過海(hai)(hai)(hai)底電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜輸送回(hui)陸地,可供上(shang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)20多萬(wan)戶(hu)居民使(shi)用一年(nian),相當(dang)于(yu)每年(nian)節(jie)約燃煤10萬(wan)噸,每年(nian)減(jian)排(pai)二氧化碳20萬(wan)噸。
東海(hai)(hai)大(da)(da)橋海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)風(feng)電場(chang)(chang)在我(wo)國風(feng)電場(chang)(chang)建設(she)史上(shang)(shang)(shang)創造(zao)(zao)了(le)多項“第(di)一(yi)(yi)”:第(di)一(yi)(yi)次采用(yong)自主研發的3兆瓦離岸型機(ji)組(zu)(zu),標志著我(wo)國大(da)(da)功(gong)率風(feng)電機(ji)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)躋身世界(jie)先進行列;第(di)一(yi)(yi)次采用(yong)海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)風(feng)機(ji)整體吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)藝,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)縮短了(le)海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)施工(gong)周期,創造(zao)(zao)了(le)一(yi)(yi)個月在工(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)船上(shang)(shang)(shang)組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)10臺、海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)8臺的記錄;在世界(jie)上(shang)(shang)(shang)第(di)一(yi)(yi)次使(shi)用(yong)高樁承臺基(ji)礎設(she)計(ji),有(you)效(xiao)解(jie)決了(le)高聳風(feng)機(ji)承載、抗拔、水平移(yi)位(wei)的技術(shu)難題。
