山東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)郵電(dian)(dian)學校始創于(yu)1942年(nian)臨沂莒南(nan)縣東(dong)(dong)甘霖村的山東(dong)(dong)抗日根據地(di),當(dang)時(shi)名(ming)稱是“戰時(shi)郵務總局干部訓(xun)練班(ban)”,1949年(nian)郵電(dian)(dian)業(ye)(ye)務分設,郵政(zheng)、會計專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)遷址(zhi)到南(nan)京(jing)(jing),成(cheng)為(wei)南(nan)京(jing)(jing)郵電(dian)(dian)大學,留在山東(dong)(dong)的成(cheng)為(wei)教育部國家級(ji)重點中(zhong)專(zhuan)——山東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)郵電(dian)(dian)學校。在70多年(nian)的辦(ban)學歷(li)程中(zhong),她(ta)為(wei)山東(dong)(dong)通信事業(ye)(ye)培(pei)養了幾萬名(ming)通信人才,蜚(fei)聲(sheng)山東(dong)(dong)乃至原華東(dong)(dong)地(di)區通信業(ye)(ye)。
山(shan)東省郵電學校(xiao)擁(yong)有(you)一支覆蓋市場、技術(shu)、綜合管(guan)理重點(dian)專業(ye)(ye),兼具課程(cheng)(cheng)開發(fa)(fa)和(he)講授(shou)的專職教師隊伍,聚焦企業(ye)(ye)生產經營中心工作,開發(fa)(fa)講授(shou) 4G、IP、IT、數(shu)據、傳輸、市場營銷、客戶(hu)服務(wu)、團隊管(guan)理、財務(wu)管(guan)理等(deng)課程(cheng)(cheng),全面支撐各業(ye)(ye)務(wu)重點(dian)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)項目,全力(li)滿足各單位的培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)需(xu)求,每年(nian)承辦(ban)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)、會議(yi)、競賽(sai)活動(dong)等(deng)8萬人(ren)天(tian)左右。
1942年(nian)至1944年(nian),戰郵干(gan)(gan)部訓練班(ban)期間,重(zhong)點進行(xing)政(zheng)治(zhi)和文化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),沒有專(zhuan)職教(jiao)(jiao)師,主要(yao)由戰郵干(gan)(gan)部訓練班(ban)負責人(ren)及戰郵總局(ju)、區局(ju)領導自(zi)編(bian)教(jiao)(jiao)材,親自(zi)授(shou)課(ke)。業務技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),主要(yao)是在實(shi)際工作中(zhong)干(gan)(gan)什么(me)學什么(me),以老帶新,以師帶徒。
1945年,郵(you)政(zheng)干部學(xue)(xue)(xue)校成立(li)(li)后,開始(shi)設專職(zhi)教(jiao)師,明確兼職(zhi)教(jiao)師。中華人民共和(he)國(guo)成立(li)(li)后,隨著辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)條件的不(bu)斷(duan)完善(shan),招生規模不(bu)斷(duan)擴大(da),教(jiao)師隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)也逐步發(fa)展壯大(da)。特(te)別是中共十一屆(jie)三中全(quan)會以(yi)后,山東省郵(you)電學(xue)(xue)(xue)校經過整頓,走向正(zheng)規發(fa)展的階段(duan),教(jiao)師隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)增長很快。1978年至1989年間,山東省郵(you)電學(xue)(xue)(xue)校先后接受本科、專科畢業生60多(duo)名,充實了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)師隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu),改變了(le)(le)原(yuan)有(you)教(jiao)師隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)老化(hua)、知識陳舊(jiu)的狀況,師資隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)結(jie)構(gou)發(fa)生了(le)(le)變化(hua)。
先后(hou)有五名教師(shi)被評為郵電部、山(shan)東省優秀教師(shi)或山(shan)東省郵電系統勞動(dong)模范。
山東省(sheng)郵電學校是在(zai)山東省(sheng)戰時郵務總局(ju)郵政干部學校的(de)基礎上(shang)發展而成的(de)一所具(ju)有光榮革命傳統的(de)學校。
1942年6月,山(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)戰(zhan)(zhan)時郵(you)務(wu)總局,在莒南(nan)縣干霖村開辦第一(yi)期郵(you)政(zheng)干部(bu)訓練(lian)班,負責人王一(yi)晨。1945年7月,郵(you)政(zheng)干部(bu)訓練(lian)班從第六期起(qi),改(gai)為郵(you)政(zheng)干部(bu)學校(xiao),校(xiao)址在臨沂城東關。郵(you)政(zheng)干部(bu)學校(xiao)由山(shan)(shan)東戰(zhan)(zhan)時郵(you)務(wu)總局和山(shan)(shan)東大學雙重領導。學校(xiao)機(ji)構簡(jian)單,沒有校(xiao)長(chang),校(xiao)部(bu)只設教導主任(ren)一(yi)人,由林(lin)恒非(fei)擔任(ren),下設三個隊,設有隊長(chang)、指導員。
1946年8月14日,郵政(zheng)干(gan)校(xiao)并入山東省交(jiao)通(tong)總局開辦交(jiao)通(tong)專門學校(xiao),改為交(jiao)通(tong)專門學校(xiao)的(de)一個專修科。
1948年(nian)7月12日(ri),山東省(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)電(dian)管理(li)局為(wei)發展郵(you)政業務,將原(yuan)交(jiao)通學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)郵(you)政專(zhuan)修科分離(li),建立山東省(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)電(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。7月29日(ri),山東省(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)電(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)改(gai)名為(wei)華(hua)(hua)東郵(you)電(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),校(xiao)址在益都(dou)縣飲馬村。9月24日(ri)濟南解(jie)放,11月華(hua)(hua)東郵(you)電(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)遷(qian)至濟南,有郵(you)政、電(dian)信、會計三個專(zhuan)業,分別(bie)設在千佛山下、經三緯六路(lu)、寬厚所街(jie)。校(xiao)本部設在青年(nian)路(lu)原(yuan)國
民黨(dang)電信管理處舊址。這時學校初具規(gui)模,開始劃(hua)分專業。
1949年7月,華東郵(you)電學(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)本部及郵(you)政、會(hui)計專業(ye)師生遷(qian)至南京,留(liu)下(xia)(xia)電信專業(ye)的全體師生,組建成山(shan)東省(sheng)電信學(xue)校(xiao),校(xiao)址(zhi)在寬厚所(suo)街,校(xiao)長(chang)聞述堯(yao)兼,下(xia)(xia)設教導室、隊(dui)部,再(zai)下(xia)(xia)設班。
1951年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業務(wu)訓(xun)練(lian)班(ban)。10月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業務(wu)訓(xun)練(lian)班(ban)與山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)職工文化補(bu)(bu)習學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合(he)并,仍用山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)職工文化補(bu)(bu)習學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱。1953年(nian)(nian),改(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理局郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)員訓(xun)練(lian)所(suo)。1955年(nian)(nian),又(you)改(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)干部(bu)訓(xun)練(lian)班(ban)。1958年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri),將山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)干部(bu)訓(xun)練(lian)班(ban)建成(cheng)中(zhong)等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)性質(zhi)的山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1960年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)6日(ri)(ri),中(zhong)共山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)委批準山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)升格為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),保留的原郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)部(bu)分,改(gai)為(wei)附設中(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)部(bu)。1961年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)19日(ri)(ri),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)下馬(ma),又(you)改(gai)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1963年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)址遷到濟南市(shi)西郊臘山(shan)(shan)王(wang)府莊。9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改(gai)為(wei)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)濟南郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技工學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1965年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri),又(you)改(gai)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)郵(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。
1969年11月(yue)(yue),山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省郵電(dian)學校(xiao)由(you)山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省軍區(qu)接管,校(xiao)名改為山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省電(dian)信局電(dian)信教(jiao)導大(da)(da)隊(dui)。下設(she)四個隊(dui),配備隊(dui)長、教(jiao)導員。1971年7月(yue)(yue),為了恢復(fu)招生(sheng),電(dian)信教(jiao)導大(da)(da)隊(dui)改名為山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省電(dian)信學校(xiao)。1973年7月(yue)(yue),山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省電(dian)信學校(xiao)改名為山(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省郵電(dian)學校(xiao)。
1993年(nian)9月,山東(dong)省郵電學(xue)校被評為省、部級重點普通中專學(xue)校。
1994年9月,國家教委(wei)批準山東(dong)省郵電學校為(wei)國家級(ji)重點普(pu)通(tong)中等專業學校。
加(jia)強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)管理(li),建立必要的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)規章(zhang)制(zhi)(zhi)度,是保(bao)證(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)穩步提高的(de)(de)重要措施。從1988年以來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校根據教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)管理(li)的(de)(de)特點,認真貫徹了(le)(le)“德育(yu)(yu)首(shou)位、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)管并重、疏堵并用(yong)、獎(jiang)罰分(fen)明”的(de)(de)工作方針,從常(chang)規抓起,從點滴(di)小事(shi)抓起,開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)一系列(lie)行之有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),其經驗受(shou)到郵(you)電部(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)司重視(shi)并向全國(guo)郵(you)電學(xue)(xue)(xue)校推廣(guang)。對學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)晚自習,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)實行輪流值班(ban)輔(fu)導(dao)制(zhi)(zhi)度。貫徹部(bu)頒(ban)德育(yu)(yu)大(da)綱(gang),制(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)(le)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)行為考(kao)核細則”,逐條(tiao)進行量(liang)化考(kao)核,并與獎(jiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)金掛鉤。對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)進行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)環節測評(ping),開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)測評(ping)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)之間互(hu)相(xiang)測評(ping),領導(dao)測評(ping)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)評(ping)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)評(ping)學(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。制(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)(le)《山東省郵(you)電學(xue)(xue)(xue)校職工職業道德守則》。開(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、服務育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、管理(li)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)“三(san)(san)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”活(huo)動(dong)(dong),制(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)(le)《三(san)(san)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作條(tiao)例》,校長獎(jiang)勵基金中,專門設有(you)一項“三(san)(san)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”獎(jiang)。制(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)(le)“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)考(kao)核辦法”,使教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)考(kao)核工作完善、合理(li)。經多年實踐,又改(gai)革獎(jiang)金分(fen)配制(zhi)(zhi)度,規定向教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)一線傾斜15%。
配合教學需要, 加強圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)資料(liao)(liao)及(ji)教材建(jian)設,1981年中文藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)12247冊,外文藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)677冊。 1985年實現了文獻工作的標準(zhun)化和(he)規范(fan)化。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)資料(liao)(liao)分類采用(yong)《中國圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)分類法》和(he)國家標準(zhun)局(ju)頒布(bu)《文獻著(zhu)錄(lu)總則》等(deng)標準(zhun)。
1978年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi),執行部頒全國統一的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)計劃和教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)大(da)綱,學(xue)(xue)制(zhi)由兩年(nian)(nian)改為三年(nian)(nian)。隨(sui)著(zhu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)大(da)綱的修訂,1980年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi),執行初中(zhong)中(zhong)專四年(nian)(nian)畢業(ye)(ye),高中(zhong)中(zhong)專兩年(nian)(nian)畢業(ye)(ye)。1983年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi), 山(shan)東省郵電學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開辦(ban)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)中(zhong)專,面(mian)向郵電企(qi)業(ye)(ye)招(zhao)收職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)中(zhong)專生,學(xue)(xue)制(zhi)三年(nian)(nian)。1989年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi), 對(dui)專業(ye)(ye)設(she)置、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)計劃、課程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置與教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內容進行改革,以實現教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)課程(cheng)(cheng)電信(xin)通信(xin)傳輸(shu)由模(mo)擬向數字化轉變;交換向程(cheng)(cheng)控化、數字化轉變。1990年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi),基(ji)礎課實行教(jiao)考分離(li),統一閱卷(juan)。1993年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi),畢業(ye)(ye)生實行綜合考試。1995年(nian)(nian)起(qi)(qi)(qi),畢業(ye)(ye)生班恢復
畢業設計、畢業答(da)辯工(gong)作。
學校重視精神(shen)(shen)文(wen)明建(jian)設。1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)至1989年(nian)(nian)(nian),學校七(qi)次被(bei)(bei)省(sheng)(sheng)局評(ping)為精神(shen)(shen)文(wen)明建(jian)設先(xian)(xian)進單(dan)位(wei)。進入90年(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)學校連(lian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)(bei)省(sheng)(sheng)局評(ping)為精神(shen)(shen)文(wen)明建(jian)設先(xian)(xian)進單(dan)位(wei)。1991年(nian)(nian)(nian)、1993年(nian)(nian)(nian)教務科黨支部兩次被(bei)(bei)省(sheng)(sheng)政府(fu)機關黨工委評(ping)為先(xian)(xian)進黨支部。
