盤木胎黑漆(qi)(qi)(qi),內外均(jun)雕云(yun)紋,堆漆(qi)(qi)(qi)甚厚,晶瑩照人,刻工(gong)圓潤,在黝(you)黑峻深的(de)刀口斷面(mian)露出朱漆(qi)(qi)(qi)四(si)(si)道,是《髹(xiu)(xiu)飾錄(lu)》中所謂“烏(wu)間朱線”的(de)作(zuo)法(fa)。盤底(di)黑漆(qi)(qi)(qi)浮躁,顯然曾經重髹(xiu)(xiu)飾,正中署楷(kai)書填(tian)金“乾隆(long)年制”四(si)(si)字(zi)(zi)款,為(wei)后髹(xiu)(xiu)底(di)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)時所加刻。近足(zu)邊緣處有針劃(hua)“張(zhang)成造”三字(zi)(zi)細款,此為(wei)張(zhang)成慣用的(de)署款方法(fa)。此盤漆(qi)(qi)(qi)色和刀工(gong)均(jun)與(yu)現藏于安徽省博物館的(de)“張(zhang)成造”剔(ti)犀云(yun)紋盒如出一轍,系張(zhang)成作(zuo)品無疑,原款應為(wei)后髹(xiu)(xiu)底(di)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)時所覆(fu)蓋。
烏間朱線(xian)是漆(qi)(qi)器工藝用語(yu),指髹漆(qi)(qi)時(shi)由(you)于(yu)黑(hei)色(se)漆(qi)(qi)層較(jiao)厚,紅(hong)色(se)漆(qi)(qi)層較(jiao)薄,在刀口斷面處(chu)可見黑(hei)色(se)漆(qi)(qi)層中夾雜的紅(hong)色(se)漆(qi)(qi)層似(si)一條紅(hong)線(xian)。
剔(ti)紅(hong)(hong)-雕(diao)漆品種之(zhi)一(yi),又名“雕(diao)紅(hong)(hong)漆”或“紅(hong)(hong)雕(diao)漆”。此技法成熟于(yu)宋(song)元時期,發展于(yu)明(ming)(ming)清(qing)兩(liang)代。明(ming)(ming)黃成《髹飾錄·坤集·雕(diao)鏤第十·剔(ti)紅(hong)(hong)》中(zhong)寫(xie)道:“剔(ti)紅(hong)(hong),即雕(diao)紅(hong)(hong)漆也。……宋(song)元之(zhi)制,藏(zang)鋒(feng)清(qing)楚,隱起圓滑,纖細精致。”其法常以木(mu)灰、金屬為胎(tai),在(zai)胎(tai)骨上層層髹紅(hong)(hong)漆,少則八九十層,多達一(yi)二(er)百層,至相當的厚度,待半干時描上畫(hua)稿(gao),然后再雕(diao)刻(ke)花(hua)紋。一(yi)般以錦紋為地,花(hua)紋隱起,華美富麗(li)。根據漆色(se)的不同,有剔(ti)紅(hong)(hong)、剔(ti)黃、剔(ti)綠、剔(ti)黑、剔(ti)彩、剔(ti)犀之(zhi)分,其中(zhong)以剔(ti)紅(hong)(hong)器最多見。
