青海(hai)聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)建校(xiao)于1990年(nian),是(shi)經國家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部正式批準成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)的一所(suo)成(cheng)(cheng)人高等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),由西(xi)鋼(gang)分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、大(da)(da)(da)通分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、青干分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、信息分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、直屬分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)五所(suo)分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)組成(cheng)(cheng).以培養應用型專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才為主要目的.是(shi)體(ti)制獨特的一所(suo)綜合性職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue).七(qi)十年(nian)代(dai)末八(ba)十年(nian)代(dai)初,為適(shi)應黨和國家(jia)工(gong)作重(zhong)點向經濟建設轉(zhuan)移的需要,經省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人民政(zheng)府批準成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)幾所(suo)隸屬行業(ye)(ye)(ye)、企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)專(zhuan)科學(xue)(xue)校(xiao).職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)專(zhuan)科學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)在辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)過程中,普遍存(cun)在規(gui)模小,投入不(bu)(bu)足(zu),生(sheng)源不(bu)(bu)穩的困(kun)難(nan),難(nan)以發(fa)展壯大(da)(da)(da)發(fa)揮規(gui)模效益(yi)。1990年(nian)經省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)報青海(hai)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人民政(zheng)府同意并(bing)報請國家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部批準,將幾所(suo)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)專(zhuan)科學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)合并(bing)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)青海(hai)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)。省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)主管副廳(ting)長任聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)長。 各職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)改名為聯(lian)大(da)(da)(da)西(xi)鋼(gang)分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、大(da)(da)(da)通分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、建筑(zhu)分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、衛(wei)生(sheng)分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)、財經分(fen)(fen)校(xiao)。為此,省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)聯(lian)大(da)(da)(da)管理辦(ban)公(gong)室,負責專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)設置、招生(sheng)計劃(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研究、學(xue)(xue)籍管理、重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)考(kao)試、畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)答辯及畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)證的頒發(fa)等工(gong)作。
聯(lian)合(he)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)的成(cheng)(cheng)立,開(kai)辟了(le)(le)我(wo)省成(cheng)(cheng)人高(gao)等教(jiao)育的新領域,同時學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)綜合(he)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)力(li)有較(jiao)大(da)的增強,開(kai)設(she)(she)了(le)(le)金屬材料(liao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)設(she)(she)計、冶金工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、計算(suan)機(ji)應(ying)用技術(shu)、財政學(xue)(xue)、會計學(xue)(xue)、臨床(chuang)醫學(xue)(xue)、護理學(xue)(xue)、公共事業(ye)管理、學(xue)(xue)前教(jiao)育、行(xing)政管理、法學(xue)(xue)、機(ji)電設(she)(she)備運行(xing)與維修、機(ji)械設(she)(she)計制造及其自動(dong)化、漢語言、旅游(you)管理等二十(shi)六個專(zhuan)業(ye);目前學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)有教(jiao)師200余人,其中高(gao)級講(jiang)師30余人,講(jiang)師100余人;學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)具有良(liang)好的學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)條(tiao)件(jian),擁有大(da)量的圖書(shu)資料(liao)和先進的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)設(she)(she)施。建校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)十(shi)多年來,在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)生(sheng)已達到(dao)近(jin)6000人。在多年的辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐中,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)堅持適(shi)應(ying)經(jing)濟建設(she)(she)和社會發展需(xu)要,堅持培養(yang)(yang)應(ying)用性專(zhuan)業(ye)技術(shu)人才的教(jiao)育方向(xiang),注重課程(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)、生(sheng)產(chan)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)、畢業(ye)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)際應(ying)用能(neng)力(li)的培養(yang)(yang),努(nu)力(li)提(ti)高(gao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)文化水平和技術(shu)素(su)質,逐漸形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)自身的辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)特色和專(zhuan)業(ye)特色。十(shi)多年來,近(jin)萬名(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)來校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),五千多人取得(de)大(da)中專(zhuan)畢業(ye)證書(shu),走上工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位并發揮(hui)了(le)(le)作(zuo)用。青(qing)海聯(lian)合(he)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)為各(ge)行(xing)各(ge)業(ye)培養(yang)(yang)了(le)(le)一批(pi)生(sheng)產(chan)、經(jing)營(ying)、科研第一線留得(de)住(zhu)、用得(de)上的實(shi)用性人才,為青(qing)海經(jing)濟騰飛作(zuo)出了(le)(le)自己的貢(gong)獻(xian)。
