青海(hai)聯(lian)合(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)于1990年,是經(jing)(jing)國家(jia)(jia)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部正式批(pi)準(zhun)成立(li)(li)的(de)一(yi)所成人高等(deng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),由西(xi)鋼分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、大(da)(da)通(tong)(tong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、青干分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、信息(xi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、直屬(shu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)五所分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組成.以(yi)培(pei)養應用(yong)型專業(ye)人才為(wei)(wei)主要(yao)(yao)目的(de).是體制(zhi)獨特(te)的(de)一(yi)所綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue).七十年代(dai)末八十年代(dai)初,為(wei)(wei)適(shi)應黨和國家(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)作重(zhong)點向經(jing)(jing)濟建(jian)設(she)轉移的(de)需要(yao)(yao),經(jing)(jing)省(sheng)(sheng)人民政(zheng)府(fu)批(pi)準(zhun)成立(li)(li)幾所隸(li)屬(shu)行(xing)業(ye)、企業(ye)的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專科(ke)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao).職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專科(ke)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)在(zai)辦學(xue)(xue)過(guo)程中,普遍存在(zai)規模小,投(tou)入不(bu)足,生(sheng)源不(bu)穩的(de)困(kun)難,難以(yi)發展壯大(da)(da)發揮規模效益。1990年經(jing)(jing)省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)報青海(hai)省(sheng)(sheng)人民政(zheng)府(fu)同意并報請國家(jia)(jia)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部批(pi)準(zhun),將幾所職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專科(ke)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合(he)并成立(li)(li)青海(hai)省(sheng)(sheng)聯(lian)合(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)。省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)主管(guan)副廳(ting)長任聯(lian)合(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長。 各(ge)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)改(gai)名為(wei)(wei)聯(lian)大(da)(da)西(xi)鋼分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、大(da)(da)通(tong)(tong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、建(jian)筑(zhu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、衛(wei)生(sheng)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、財經(jing)(jing)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。為(wei)(wei)此,省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳(ting)成立(li)(li)聯(lian)大(da)(da)管(guan)理辦公室,負責(ze)專業(ye)設(she)置、招生(sheng)計劃、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)、學(xue)(xue)籍管(guan)理、重(zhong)大(da)(da)考試、畢業(ye)答辯及畢業(ye)證的(de)頒發等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作。
聯(lian)合職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)立,開辟了我省成(cheng)人(ren)(ren)高(gao)等教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)新領域,同時學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)綜合校(xiao)力(li)有(you)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)增強,開設(she)了金屬材料(liao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計(ji)、冶金工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程、計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)用技(ji)術、財政學(xue)(xue)(xue)、會計(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、臨床醫學(xue)(xue)(xue)、護理學(xue)(xue)(xue)、公共事(shi)業(ye)(ye)管理、學(xue)(xue)(xue)前教(jiao)育、行(xing)(xing)政管理、法學(xue)(xue)(xue)、機(ji)(ji)電設(she)備運行(xing)(xing)與維修、機(ji)(ji)械設(she)計(ji)制造及其自動(dong)化、漢語言、旅游管理等二(er)十六個專業(ye)(ye);目(mu)前學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有(you)教(jiao)師200余(yu)人(ren)(ren),其中(zhong)高(gao)級講師30余(yu)人(ren)(ren),講師100余(yu)人(ren)(ren);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)具有(you)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習條件,擁有(you)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)圖(tu)書資料(liao)和先進的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)施。建校(xiao)十多(duo)年(nian)來(lai),在校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)已達到(dao)近6000人(ren)(ren)。在多(duo)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong),我校(xiao)堅持適應(ying)(ying)經(jing)濟(ji)建設(she)和社會發(fa)展需要,堅持培(pei)(pei)養應(ying)(ying)用性專業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育方(fang)向,注重課程實(shi)(shi)習、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)實(shi)(shi)習、畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)習、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)應(ying)(ying)用能力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)養,努力(li)提高(gao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)文化水平和技(ji)術素質(zhi),逐漸形成(cheng)了自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)特(te)色(se)和專業(ye)(ye)特(te)色(se)。十多(duo)年(nian)來(lai),近萬名學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)來(lai)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習,五千多(duo)人(ren)(ren)取得(de)大(da)中(zhong)專畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)證(zheng)書,走上工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作崗位(wei)并發(fa)揮了作用。青海聯(lian)合職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)為(wei)各行(xing)(xing)各業(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)養了一批生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)、經(jing)營、科研第一線留得(de)住、用得(de)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)用性人(ren)(ren)才,為(wei)青海經(jing)濟(ji)騰(teng)飛作出了自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻。
