全鎮現有(you)(you)勞動力(li)4800人(ren)(ren),但人(ren)(ren)參生產(chan)旺季,勞動力(li)缺口仍有(you)(you)近萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)。萬(wan)良鎮已(yi)有(you)(you)長年加工(gong)、經營人(ren)(ren)參業(ye)(ye)戶462家(jia)(jia),季節性加工(gong)經營戶2000多(duo)家(jia)(jia)。平(ping)時外來(lai)務工(gong)人(ren)(ren)員,也有(you)(you)七八(ba)千人(ren)(ren)。務工(gong)人(ren)(ren)員中,有(you)(you)的來(lai)自縣城(cheng)、幾大(da)林業(ye)(ye)局及周邊(bian)鄉鎮,有(you)(you)的來(lai)自江(jiang)源(yuan)、安圖、樺(hua)甸(dian)等(deng)(deng)市縣,還有(you)(you)的來(lai)自浙江(jiang)、遼(liao)寧、黑(hei)龍江(jiang)等(deng)(deng)省。
現象之三:地(di)價房價超(chao)縣(xian)城
萬良鎮地價、房價遠(yuan)高于縣城。其原因是,近幾年,該(gai)鎮“三農(nong)裂變(bian)”不(bu)斷(duan)加(jia)快,鎮區以外的(de)農(nong)民和(he)外來人員大量涌(yong)入(ru),房地產(chan)需(xu)求增大,社會(hui)購(gou)買力增強;隨著鎮域(yu)經(jing)濟總量的(de)擴(kuo)充,產(chan)業(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)做大做強,用地需(xu)求增加(jia),土地資源愈來愈緊張。
