學(xue)校(xiao)根據素(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的培養目標,開展(zhan)小(xiao)學(xue)整體改革,把學(xue)校(xiao)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、管理、環(huan)境(jing)納入育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人的整體之中。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)改革上,建(jian)立德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)系(xi)統工程,把愛(ai)國主義(yi)、集體主義(yi)、社會主義(yi)等思(si)想教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)以及(ji)養成教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)滲透到各(ge)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)中。以豐富多彩的活(huo)動形式提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)效能(neng),創設(she)“文明(ming)共(gong)建(jian)網(wang)絡”,開展(zhan)社會調查,每學(xue)期進(jin)行讀(du)書(shu)節、體藝節、軍(jun)訓、校(xiao)運會、夏令(ling)營(ying)等大型活(huo)動。加強(qiang)養成教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),開展(zhan)“佛山(shan)市第九小(xiao)學(xue)學(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)校(xiao)十做到”、“十大行為規范”系(xi)列(lie)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)。
在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)中,以科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),促進素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)深化發(fa)展,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)“科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”的(de)(de)學校(xiao)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)管理(li)(li)(li)體制,充分發(fa)揮教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)在理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)指導(dao)。決(jue)策統籌、機(ji)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,師(shi)資(zi)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)、信(xin)息管理(li)(li)(li)、室場建(jian)(jian)(jian)設、課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)研(yan)(yan)究、后勤服務的(de)(de)作用。積極承擔國(guo)家教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)“八五”和“九五”“十五”科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)的(de)(de)實(shi)驗(yan)任(ren)務。在“名師(shi)工(gong)程(cheng)”、“科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”。“信(xin)息高(gao)速公路進入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)領域”“運用信(xin)息技術(shu),實(shi)施(shi)創新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“小學網絡(luo)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)實(shi)驗(yan)”中取得(de)了突(tu)破性進展。多項(xiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學和信(xin)息技術(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)、論(lun)文、課(ke)(ke)(ke)例、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學軟件獲全國(guo)、省(sheng)市獎。學校(xiao)定(ding)期確定(ding)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti),明確職(zhi)責分工(gong),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)“科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”的(de)(de)組織網絡(luo),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)在職(zhi)進修(xiu)、在職(zhi)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)制度,把“理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)與科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)實(shi)踐總結(jie)提高(gao)”有機(ji)地結(jie)合起來。學校(xiao)在國(guo)家和省(sheng)級出版社出版著(zhu)作20部(bu)(bu)(bu),內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)交(jiao)流著(zhu)二十多部(bu)(bu)(bu),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)中三分之一獲全國(guo)和省(sheng)政(zheng)府、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主管部(bu)(bu)(bu)門授予的(de)(de)各種先(xian)進稱號。
學校(xiao)領導班子銳(rui)意開展教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學改(gai)革(ge),既抓(zhua)教(jiao)(jiao)育、教(jiao)(jiao)學、管(guan)理。又親(qin)自進行教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學實驗研究。在(zai)管(guan)理改(gai)革(ge)上(shang)(shang),探索按章治校(xiao),層級負責,民主管(guan)理的(de)規(gui)律:在(zai)環境育人上(shang)(shang)注重校(xiao)園(yuan)環境建(jian)(jian)設和校(xiao)園(yuan)精神建(jian)(jian)設,促(cu)進學生(sheng)(sheng)德、智、體、美(mei)、勞五育和諧發展和學生(sheng)(sheng)個性特長適時發展。
學校各項工(gong)作全面開展(zhan),素(su)質教育(yu)(yu)己見成效。先(xian)后有28個項目列為省(sheng)(sheng)、市重(zhong)點項目或試點項目,在教育(yu)(yu)、教學、學校管(guan)理(li)、藝(yi)術工(gong)作、衛生工(gong)作、信(xin)息技術教育(yu)(yu)等50多(duo)個項目上省(sheng)(sheng)級臺階(jie),先(xian)后評為“廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)(sheng)文明單位”、“廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)(sheng)普教系統先(xian)進(jin)集(ji)體(ti)”、“廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長工(gong)作先(xian)進(jin)集(ji)體(ti)”、“廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)(sheng)環保教育(yu)(yu)先(xian)進(jin)集(ji)體(ti)”等。上國家(jia)臺階(jie)的有教育(yu)(yu)、教學、科研、藝(yi)術、體(ti)育(yu)(yu)等51個項目。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)95年建(jian)成100M的(de)校(xiao)園網,內線電(dian)話系統(tong),音頻廣播系統(tong),電(dian)視(shi)廣播系統(tong)、衛星(xing)地面(mian)站,安(an)裝(zhuang)大、中、小多媒體教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)平臺34個。有(you)(you)電(dian)腦310臺,彩色電(dian)視(shi)機100部,電(dian)子琴120部。配備有(you)(you)速印、復印、彩色復印、數碼攝影(ying)、光盤制作等(deng)設備。有(you)(you)電(dian)腦室(shi)(shi)(shi)、網絡教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、多媒體教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、自(zi)然教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、美術室(shi)(shi)(shi)、音樂室(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)子琴室(shi)(shi)(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)(shi)(shi)、影(ying)視(shi)中心、圖書室(shi)(shi)(shi)、乒(ping)乓(pang)球室(shi)(shi)(shi)、勞(lao)動(dong)課室(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)共九十(shi)多個設備先(xian)進的(de)課室(shi)(shi)(shi)、專用室(shi)(shi)(shi)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)功能室(shi)(shi)(shi)和辦公室(shi)(shi)(shi)。建(jian)成生物(wu)園、氣象站、無(wu)土栽培基地、菇類(lei)培植等(deng)實驗基地。是一所布局合理、設備先(xian)進、功能齊備、花園式的(de)現(xian)代(dai)小學(xue)(xue)。
