龍山(shan)(shan)(shan)小米(mi)是山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省濟南市章丘市龍山(shan)(shan)(shan)街道的特產(chan)。龍山(shan)(shan)(shan)小米(mi)是全(quan)國四大名(ming)米(mi)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi),龍山(shan)(shan)(shan)“三珍”之(zhi)(zhi)首,素有龍米(mi)之(zhi)(zhi)稱。以其(qi)獨特的品質,曾被選為(wei)歷代(dai)皇(huang)室(shi)貢品。龍山(shan)(shan)(shan)小米(mi)民間俗稱“陰天(tian)旱”,因其(qi)陰天(tian)時葉子(zi)卷曲貌似天(tian)旱而得名(ming),所產(chan)小米(mi)香味(wei)濃(nong)郁、色澤金黃、籽大粒圓、性粘味(wei)香,煮(zhu)成稀飯,表(biao)面有一(yi)層黃亮的米(mi)油,食(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)醇香可口、實為(wei)滋補(bu)佳品。

章(zhang)丘市名產“龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)”,在(zai)歷史上為全國(guo)四大貢米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)之一。相傳(chuan)自有“龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)文化(hua)(hua)”以來就有“龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)”。從清朝乾隆年(nian)間開(kai)始向皇(huang)帝進(jin)貢。“龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)”的(de)營養很豐富,據化(hua)(hua)驗,它含脂肪5. 26%,比其它小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)高2%;含蛋白質10%;維(wei)生素(su)A和(he)維(wei)生素(su)B1及維(wei)生素(su)B2的(de)含量也超過其它小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。因此,人(ren)們把它作為敬(jing)養老人(ren)、哺育幼兒(er)、滋補身(shen)體(ti)的(de)佳(jia)品。“龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)小(xiao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)”集(ji)中產于龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)村(cun)周(zhou)圍(wei)十(shi)里內,全都是旱田春(chun)播,不澆(jiao)水,不施化(hua)(hua)肥(fei),多(duo)用農家(jia)肥(fei)和(he)餅肥(fei),是一種無公(gong)害食品。購(gou)買(mai)指南及價格:收獲季節在(zai)每年(nian)9月,價格每公(gong)斤2.0-2.4元左(zuo)右,主(zhu)要(yao)購(gou)買(mai)地在(zai)龍(long)(long)(long)山(shan)(shan)(shan)鎮,購(gou)買(mai)時要(yao)注意新、陳米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)區別:新米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)鮮黃、陳米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)暗(an)黃。

龍(long)(long)山小米(mi)(mi)種植(zhi)(zhi)歷(li)史悠久(jiu),春秋時期就有種植(zhi)(zhi),距今(jin)已有2000多年的歷(li)史,為清代全(quan)國四大(da)貢米(mi)(mi)之一,被(bei)譽(yu)為“龍(long)(long)米(mi)(mi)”。相傳乾隆皇帝出(chu)巡,路(lu)經章丘,西關(guan)高(gao)如恂(xun)接駕獻“龍(long)(long)米(mi)(mi)金湯”,甚得乾隆稱贊,被(bei)封為貢米(mi)(mi)。龍(long)(long)山小米(mi)(mi)原品(pin)種為“東路(lu)陰天旱”春谷。其(qi)米(mi)(mi)粒圓大(da),色澤(ze)金黃(huang)晶(jing)亮(liang),出(chu)米(mi)(mi)率高(gao),一般在(zai)80%以上(shang)。
龍(long)山(shan)小米產地以(yi)龍(long)山(shan)鎮北石人坡為中心,南(nan)至白(bai)谷(gu)(gu)堆,北至蘭家(jia)莊,西至蘆家(jia)寨(歷(li)城區),東(dong)至平陵城,方圓(yuan)5公(gong)里。尤其(qi)以(yi)龍(long)山(shan)村石人坡的(de)400畝(mu)地最為聞(wen)名。這(zhe)一帶為山(shan)前洪積土,土層深(shen)厚(hou),土質為黃壤,質地較肥沃,加之其(qi)地理環境和(he)氣候條(tiao)件(jian)較為適(shi)宜谷(gu)(gu)子的(de)生長(chang)(chang)和(he)發育,具(ju)備了(le)形成龍(long)山(shan)小米優良品(pin)質的(de)得天(tian)獨厚(hou)的(de)條(tiao)件(jian)。因(yin)谷(gu)(gu)味(wei)隨生長(chang)(chang)期長(chang)(chang)短而(er)增(zeng)減,故(gu)在種(zhong)(zhong)植方法上,均(jun)為旱(han)田(tian)春播。耕前施(shi)足農家(jia)肥,耙平耢細(xi),谷(gu)(gu)雨前后下種(zhong)(zhong),品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)“東(dong)路陰天(tian)旱(han)”為主,生長(chang)(chang)期一般在120天(tian)以(yi)上。
龍(long)(long)山(shan)小米(mi)籽(zi)大粒圓,色澤金黃,性粘味(wei)香,營養(yang)豐富,較其他品(pin)種(zhong)養(yang)分含量高。特別是煮稀飯時,表面有(you)一層黃亮的(de)(de)米(mi)質(zhi)油,食(shi)之香味(wei)可口,是產婦、老人的(de)(de)佳補食(shi)品(pin)。用(yong)龍(long)(long)山(shan)小米(mi)磨面做(zuo)粥(zhou)別具風味(wei),濟南市(shi)有(you)名的(de)(de)“八寶粥(zhou)”“王家(jia)甜沫”等,均用(yong)龍(long)(long)山(shan)小米(mi)做(zuo)原料。據(ju)中國農科院化驗(yan),此種(zhong)小米(mi)含蛋白(bai)質(zhi)11.2%、脂肪5.26%、賴氨酸0.25%、淀粉(fen)74.95%、維(wei)生素A和維(wei)生素B1及維(wei)生素B2的(de)(de)含量也(ye)超過其它小米(mi)。
