人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中借力信息(xi)化手段,積極推(tui)(tui)進(jin)優(you)(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)共建(jian)(jian)共享(xiang)。2005年(nian)成(cheng)立了(le)國(guo)(guo)家基礎教(jiao)(jiao)育資源(yuan)(yuan)共建(jian)(jian)共享(xiang)聯盟,通(tong)過網絡無(wu)償(chang)為中西部教(jiao)(jiao)育欠發(fa)達的(de)地(di)區(qu)提供優(you)(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育資源(yuan)(yuan)。聯盟已經覆蓋全國(guo)(guo)4300多(duo)所(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校,70多(duo)萬(wan)中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師直接受益(yi)。共享(xiang)優(you)(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)資源(yuan)(yuan)7萬(wan)余(yu)條,視(shi)頻課件(jian)1.5萬(wan)余(yu)課時。同(tong)時,人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中積極組織推(tui)(tui)進(jin)慕課1+1教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)即雙師教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),實(shi)現“由人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中教(jiao)(jiao)師主講,遠程學(xue)(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)師輔導”的(de)新(xin)型課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式(shi)。已經有130多(duo)所(suo)全國(guo)(guo)連(lian)片貧困地(di)區(qu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校與人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中實(shi)現同(tong)步上(shang)課。
人(ren)大附中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)創(chuang)辦“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國基礎教育(yu)卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越校(xiao)長(chang)卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越教師培(pei)養(yang)基地”,為(wei)全(quan)(quan)國各(ge)地培(pei)養(yang)教育(yu)家型校(xiao)長(chang)和專家型教師。基地自2009年(nian)成立以(yi)來,共舉辦10余次(ci)(ci)集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)培(pei)訓(xun),培(pei)養(yang)全(quan)(quan)國20多個省(sheng)市(shi)(shi)區(qu)的校(xiao)長(chang)教師1200余人(ren)次(ci)(ci)。人(ren)大附中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通過競標連(lian)續五年(nian)承辦教育(yu)部(bu)“國培(pei)計劃”高端項(xiang)目(mu),截止目(mu)前共培(pei)養(yang)23個省(sheng)市(shi)(shi)自治區(qu)的530名一線骨(gu)干(gan)教師,并通過人(ren)大附中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國培(pei)網絡平臺,間接培(pei)訓(xun)全(quan)(quan)國8700名基層(ceng)一線教師,在教育(yu)部(bu)組(zu)織的項(xiang)目(mu)績(ji)效匿名評審(shen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)連(lian)續名列前茅(mao)。
