西(xi)秦嶺(ling)(ling)隧道(West Qinling Tunnel),全長28.236公里,穿(chuan)越西(xi)秦嶺(ling)(ling)山區,位(wei)于(yu)甘肅省隴(long)南市武都區境內,是蘭(lan)渝鐵路(lu)全線最長的控制(zhi)性工程隧道,也是國內鐵路(lu)第二長隧道。工程于(yu)2008年8月開工建設,2014年7月19日全線貫通。
西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao),于2008年8月開工,是蘭渝鐵(tie)路先期(qi)開工工程,工程期(qi)約5年。同年8月15日(ri)10時,隨(sui)著高度超過10米(mi)的巨型掘(jue)進機緩(huan)(huan)緩(huan)(huan)向前(qian)推進,穿越我國(guo)西部(bu)秦(qin)嶺山(shan)脈(mo)的蘭渝鐵(tie)路標志性工程——全長近30公里的西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)全面開工建設(she)(she);該(gai)工程由中國(guo)鐵(tie)建所屬中鐵(tie)第(di)一(yi)勘察設(she)(she)計院(簡稱鐵(tie)一(yi)院)設(she)(she)計,中鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)局、中鐵(tie)十八局承建;為(wei)我國(guo)第(di)二(er)長鐵(tie)路隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(含在建),僅次于青藏鐵(tie)路新關角隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao),隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)位于甘(gan)肅省隴南(nan)市武都區。為(wei)雙洞單線隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao),工程采(cai)用兩(liang)臺TBM和鉆爆法施工。
西(xi)(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)越嶺(ling)(ling)地段(duan)DK391+800~DK423+940,位(wei)于(yu)甘肅省隴南市武都區(qu)境內(nei),設(she)(she)計(ji)起點里(li)(li)程(cheng)DK391+800,設(she)(she)計(ji)終點里(li)(li)程(cheng)DK423+915,新建(jian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)折合雙線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)度(du)(du)32.115公(gong)里(li)(li)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)走(zou)行于(yu)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)高中(zhong)山區(qu),隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)最大埋深約1400m,西(xi)(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)起訖里(li)(li)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)DK395+122~DK423+358,長(chang)(chang)度(du)(du)28.236公(gong)里(li)(li),設(she)(she)計(ji)為(wei)(wei)兩條單(dan)線(xian)(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),線(xian)(xian)間距40米。本項目(mu)主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)從(cong)蘭(lan)州至(zhi)重慶方向(xiang)依次為(wei)(wei):范家(jia)(jia)坪隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(長(chang)(chang)3.152公(gong)里(li)(li))、潘家(jia)(jia)溝大橋(qiao)(長(chang)(chang)0.191公(gong)里(li)(li))、西(xi)(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)特長(chang)(chang)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(長(chang)(chang)28.236公(gong)里(li)(li))、洛(luo)塘河(he)特大橋(qiao)(長(chang)(chang)0.579公(gong)里(li)(li))。蘭(lan)渝鐵(tie)路(lu)西(xi)(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)左(zuo)線(xian)(xian)和右線(xian)(xian),從(cong)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)(kou)兩端相向(xiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),同(tong)時在(zai)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)段(duan)斜井(jing)開(kai)掘(jue)完成后,再從(cong)中(zhong)間向(xiang)兩邊施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)左(zuo)線(xian)(xian)由中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)集團負(fu)責(ze)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)10月16日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)(she),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)72米,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)右線(xian)(xian)由中(zhong)鐵(tie)十八局集團負(fu)責(ze)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)11月7日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)40米,斜井(jing)已(yi)打進(jin)(jin)120多(duo)米。由于(yu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)地質屬于(yu)無機熔巖(yan)的(de)狀(zhuang)態,一(yi)面是石頭,一(yi)面是土,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)(du)比較大,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員在(zai)保證安全的(de)情況(kuang)下進(jin)(jin)行接力,每天進(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)3-7米。
2013年(nian)10月30日,三公司參建的蘭渝(yu)鐵路西(xi)秦嶺(ling)隧道左線貫通。
2014年(nian)(nian)7月19日,歷經六年(nian)(nian)建設,我國在建最長(chang)鐵路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道——蘭(lan)渝鐵路(lu)西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道全(quan)線貫通。
西秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)目(mu)前設(she)計采(cai)用TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)國(guo)內比較先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)。西秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)也是(shi)采(cai)取(qu)TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)中最長的(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)。由于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度極大,同時(shi)考(kao)慮到施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中盡可(ke)能(neng)少(shao)地(di)(di)破(po)壞(huai)生態環(huan)境(jing),這(zhe)臺長180米(mi),重達1800噸的(de)(de)(de)現代化(hua)掘進機,開(kai)挖(wa)直徑達10.23米(mi),超(chao)過了三層樓(lou)的(de)(de)(de)高度,也是(shi)目(mu)前我國(guo)采(cai)用掘進機修建的(de)(de)(de)最大直徑的(de)(de)(de)干線鐵(tie)路隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)。采(cai)用這(zhe)種(zhong)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)化(hua)”的(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)開(kai)挖(wa)現代作(zuo)業設(she)備和技術,不僅可(ke)以在保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)確(que)保施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全;還能(neng)最大限度改善作(zuo)業環(huan)境(jing)、降低粉(fen)塵(chen)等有害氣體的(de)(de)(de)污染(ran),減(jian)少(shao)對生態環(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)影響和破(po)壞(huai)。它標志著我國(guo)特(te)殊地(di)(di)質條件(jian)下(xia),鐵(tie)路隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術達到世界領先(xian)水(shui)平。
西秦嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),采用世界上最先進(jin)的(de)(de)現代化掘進(jin)技術來穿(chuan)越復(fu)雜地質、修建(jian)(jian)長大、長隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),是重大隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)類工程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設的(de)(de)發展趨勢(shi),在我(wo)國鐵路隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)建(jian)(jian)設史上具有里程(cheng)碑的(de)(de)重要意義。
2021年(nian)12月13日(ri),中國土木(mu)工程學會(hui)基金獎勵辦公室發布,西秦嶺隧道(dao)列入第十九屆中國土木(mu)工程詹天佑(you)獎入選(xuan)工程名(ming)單。
