西(xi)秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(West Qinling Tunnel),全(quan)(quan)(quan)長28.236公里,穿越西(xi)秦嶺山區(qu),位于(yu)甘(gan)肅省隴南(nan)市武都區(qu)境(jing)內,是蘭渝鐵(tie)路(lu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)線最長的(de)控制性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)隧(sui)道(dao),也(ye)是國內鐵(tie)路(lu)第二(er)長隧(sui)道(dao)。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)2008年(nian)8月(yue)開工(gong)(gong)建設,2014年(nian)7月(yue)19日全(quan)(quan)(quan)線貫通。
西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧道(dao),于2008年(nian)8月(yue)開(kai)工(gong)(gong),是蘭渝鐵(tie)路先期開(kai)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)期約(yue)5年(nian)。同年(nian)8月(yue)15日10時,隨著(zhu)高(gao)度超過10米的(de)巨型(xing)掘進機緩緩向前推進,穿越(yue)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)西(xi)部(bu)秦(qin)嶺山脈(mo)的(de)蘭渝鐵(tie)路標志(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)——全(quan)長(chang)近30公里的(de)西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧道(dao)全(quan)面開(kai)工(gong)(gong)建設(she)(she);該工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建所屬中(zhong)鐵(tie)第一(yi)勘察設(she)(she)計院(簡稱鐵(tie)一(yi)院)設(she)(she)計,中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧道(dao)局(ju)、中(zhong)鐵(tie)十八(ba)局(ju)承(cheng)建;為我(wo)國(guo)(guo)第二長(chang)鐵(tie)路隧道(dao)(含在建),僅次于青藏鐵(tie)路新關角隧道(dao),隧道(dao)位(wei)于甘(gan)肅省隴南市武都(dou)區。為雙洞單線隧道(dao),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)采(cai)用兩臺TBM和鉆爆法(fa)施工(gong)(gong)。
西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)越嶺(ling)地(di)段DK391+800~DK423+940,位(wei)于(yu)甘(gan)肅省隴南市武都區境內(nei),設計起(qi)點里(li)程(cheng)(cheng)DK391+800,設計終點里(li)程(cheng)(cheng)DK423+915,新建線(xian)(xian)路(lu)折合雙線(xian)(xian)長(chang)度32.115公里(li)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)走行于(yu)秦嶺(ling)高(gao)中(zhong)山區,隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)埋深約1400m,西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)起(qi)訖里(li)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)DK395+122~DK423+358,長(chang)度28.236公里(li),設計為(wei)兩(liang)條單(dan)線(xian)(xian)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),線(xian)(xian)間距40米(mi)。本項目(mu)主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)從(cong)蘭州至重(zhong)慶方向(xiang)依次(ci)為(wei):范家(jia)坪(ping)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)3.152公里(li))、潘家(jia)溝大(da)橋(長(chang)0.191公里(li))、西秦嶺(ling)特長(chang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)28.236公里(li))、洛塘河特大(da)橋(長(chang)0.579公里(li))。蘭渝鐵路(lu)西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分為(wei)左線(xian)(xian)和右(you)線(xian)(xian),從(cong)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)兩(liang)端相向(xiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),同時在(zai)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)中(zhong)段斜井開掘(jue)(jue)完成后,再(zai)從(cong)中(zhong)間向(xiang)兩(liang)邊施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左線(xian)(xian)由中(zhong)鐵隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)集(ji)團負責施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)10月16日(ri)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建設,目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)已掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)72米(mi),出(chu)口(kou)已掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米(mi)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右(you)線(xian)(xian)由中(zhong)鐵十八局(ju)集(ji)團負責施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)11月7日(ri)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米(mi),出(chu)口(kou)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)40米(mi),斜井已打進(jin)(jin)120多米(mi)。由于(yu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段地(di)質屬于(yu)無機熔(rong)巖的(de)狀態,一面(mian)是石頭,一面(mian)是土,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度比較大(da),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)人員(yuan)在(zai)保證安(an)全的(de)情況(kuang)下進(jin)(jin)行接力,每天進(jin)(jin)度3-7米(mi)。
2013年10月30日(ri),三公司參(can)建(jian)的蘭渝鐵(tie)路(lu)西秦嶺隧道左線(xian)貫(guan)通。
2014年(nian)7月19日,歷經(jing)六年(nian)建設,我國在建最(zui)長(chang)鐵路隧道(dao)——蘭(lan)渝鐵路西秦(qin)嶺隧道(dao)全線貫(guan)通。
西秦(qin)(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)目前設計采用(yong)TBM施工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi),這是國(guo)內比較(jiao)先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)。西秦(qin)(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)也是采取TBM施工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)中最長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)。由于(yu)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)難度(du)極大(da),同(tong)時(shi)考慮到施工(gong)(gong)中盡(jin)可能少(shao)地(di)破壞生態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing),這臺長(chang)180米,重達1800噸的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)化掘進機(ji),開挖直(zhi)徑達10.23米,超過了三層樓的(de)(de)(de)(de)高度(du),也是目前我(wo)(wo)國(guo)采用(yong)掘進機(ji)修建的(de)(de)(de)(de)最大(da)直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)干線鐵路隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)。采用(yong)這種“工(gong)(gong)廠化”的(de)(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)開挖現(xian)代(dai)(dai)作(zuo)業設備和技術(shu),不僅可以在保(bao)證工(gong)(gong)程質量的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi)確保(bao)施工(gong)(gong)安全;還(huan)能最大(da)限(xian)度(du)改(gai)善作(zuo)業環(huan)境(jing)(jing)、降低粉塵等有害氣體的(de)(de)(de)(de)污染,減(jian)少(shao)對生態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響和破壞。它標志(zhi)著我(wo)(wo)國(guo)特殊地(di)質條件(jian)下,鐵路隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)達到世界(jie)領(ling)先(xian)水平。
西秦嶺隧道(dao),采(cai)用世(shi)界上(shang)(shang)最(zui)先(xian)進(jin)的現代化掘(jue)進(jin)技(ji)術來穿越復雜(za)地(di)質、修(xiu)建(jian)長大(da)、長隧道(dao),是(shi)重(zhong)大(da)隧道(dao)類工程(cheng)建(jian)設的發展趨(qu)勢,在我國(guo)鐵路隧道(dao)建(jian)設史上(shang)(shang)具有(you)里(li)程(cheng)碑的重(zhong)要意(yi)義。
2021年12月(yue)13日,中國土木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)學會基金獎(jiang)勵辦(ban)公室發布(bu),西秦(qin)嶺隧道列(lie)入(ru)第十九屆中國土木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)詹天佑獎(jiang)入(ru)選工(gong)程(cheng)名單。
