西秦嶺(ling)隧道(West Qinling Tunnel),全長(chang)(chang)28.236公里,穿越西秦嶺(ling)山區,位于(yu)甘肅省隴南市武都區境內,是蘭渝(yu)鐵(tie)路全線(xian)最(zui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)控制性(xing)工程隧道,也(ye)是國內鐵(tie)路第二長(chang)(chang)隧道。工程于(yu)2008年(nian)8月(yue)開工建設,2014年(nian)7月(yue)19日(ri)全線(xian)貫通(tong)。
西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),于(yu)2008年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),是(shi)蘭(lan)渝鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)先期開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)期約5年(nian)(nian)。同年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)15日10時,隨著高度超過10米(mi)的(de)巨(ju)型掘進機緩緩向前(qian)推進,穿越我國(guo)(guo)西(xi)部秦(qin)嶺(ling)山脈的(de)蘭(lan)渝鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)標志性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)——全長近30公(gong)里的(de)西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)全面(mian)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設;該工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)所屬(shu)中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)第(di)(di)一(yi)勘察設計院(簡稱鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)一(yi)院)設計,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)局(ju)、中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十八局(ju)承(cheng)建(jian);為我國(guo)(guo)第(di)(di)二長鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(含在建(jian)),僅次于(yu)青藏鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)新關角(jiao)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)位于(yu)甘(gan)肅省隴南市武都區。為雙洞單線隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)采(cai)用兩臺(tai)TBM和鉆爆(bao)法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)越嶺(ling)地段(duan)DK391+800~DK423+940,位(wei)于甘肅省隴南市武都區(qu)境(jing)內(nei),設(she)計(ji)起點(dian)里程DK391+800,設(she)計(ji)終點(dian)里程DK423+915,新(xin)建線(xian)路折(zhe)合雙線(xian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)32.115公(gong)(gong)里。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)走行(xing)于秦嶺(ling)高中(zhong)山(shan)區(qu),隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)埋(mai)深約1400m,西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)起訖里程為DK395+122~DK423+358,長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)28.236公(gong)(gong)里,設(she)計(ji)為兩條單線(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),線(xian)間距40米(mi)(mi)(mi)。本項(xiang)目(mu)主要工(gong)程從蘭州至(zhi)重慶方向依次為:范家(jia)坪隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)(chang)(chang)3.152公(gong)(gong)里)、潘家(jia)溝(gou)大(da)橋(長(chang)(chang)(chang)0.191公(gong)(gong)里)、西秦嶺(ling)特長(chang)(chang)(chang)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)(chang)(chang)28.236公(gong)(gong)里)、洛塘河特大(da)橋(長(chang)(chang)(chang)0.579公(gong)(gong)里)。蘭渝(yu)鐵路西秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)分為左線(xian)和右(you)線(xian),從進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)兩端相向施(shi)(shi)工(gong),同(tong)時(shi)在隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)中(zhong)段(duan)斜井(jing)開掘完成后,再從中(zhong)間向兩邊(bian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)左線(xian)由中(zhong)鐵隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)集(ji)團負(fu)責施(shi)(shi)工(gong),于10月(yue)16日開工(gong)建設(she),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)已(yi)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)72米(mi)(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)已(yi)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi)(mi)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)右(you)線(xian)由中(zhong)鐵十八局集(ji)團負(fu)責施(shi)(shi)工(gong),于11月(yue)7日開工(gong),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)40米(mi)(mi)(mi),斜井(jing)已(yi)打進(jin)(jin)(jin)120多米(mi)(mi)(mi)。由于隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)段(duan)地質屬于無機熔(rong)巖的狀(zhuang)態,一(yi)面是石(shi)頭,一(yi)面是土(tu),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)難度(du)比較大(da),工(gong)程人員(yuan)在保證安全的情況(kuang)下進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)接力,每天進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)3-7米(mi)(mi)(mi)。
2013年10月30日(ri),三公(gong)司參(can)建的蘭渝(yu)鐵路西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道左線貫通。
2014年(nian)7月19日(ri),歷經六年(nian)建設,我國在建最長鐵(tie)路(lu)隧道——蘭渝鐵(tie)路(lu)西秦嶺隧道全線貫通(tong)。
西(xi)(xi)秦嶺隧道(dao)目前設計采用(yong)(yong)TBM施工(gong)方式(shi)(shi),這是國內比較先進(jin)的(de)(de)施工(gong)方式(shi)(shi)。西(xi)(xi)秦嶺隧道(dao)也是采取(qu)TBM施工(gong)方式(shi)(shi)中最(zui)(zui)長的(de)(de)隧道(dao)。由(you)于工(gong)程施工(gong)難(nan)度(du)極(ji)大,同時考(kao)慮(lv)到施工(gong)中盡可能少地破壞生(sheng)態環(huan)境(jing),這臺長180米(mi),重達(da)1800噸的(de)(de)現代(dai)化掘進(jin)機,開(kai)挖直徑達(da)10.23米(mi),超過了三層(ceng)樓的(de)(de)高度(du),也是目前我(wo)國采用(yong)(yong)掘進(jin)機修建的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)大直徑的(de)(de)干線鐵路隧道(dao)。采用(yong)(yong)這種“工(gong)廠(chang)化”的(de)(de)隧道(dao)開(kai)挖現代(dai)作(zuo)業設備(bei)和技術(shu)(shu),不僅(jin)可以在保證工(gong)程質量的(de)(de)同時確保施工(gong)安全;還能最(zui)(zui)大限(xian)度(du)改善(shan)作(zuo)業環(huan)境(jing)、降低粉塵等有害氣(qi)體的(de)(de)污染,減少對生(sheng)態環(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)和破壞。它標志著我(wo)國特殊地質條件下,鐵路隧道(dao)的(de)(de)施工(gong)技術(shu)(shu)達(da)到世界(jie)領(ling)先水平。
西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao),采(cai)用世界上(shang)最先(xian)進的(de)現代(dai)化掘(jue)進技術來(lai)穿越復雜地(di)質(zhi)、修(xiu)建(jian)長(chang)大、長(chang)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao),是重大隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)類工程建(jian)設的(de)發展(zhan)趨勢,在我國鐵路隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)建(jian)設史上(shang)具有里程碑的(de)重要意義(yi)。
2021年12月13日,中國土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學會基金獎勵辦公室(shi)發(fa)布,西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道列入第十九屆(jie)中國土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)詹天佑獎入選(xuan)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)名單。
