崤山(shan)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)位(wei)于河南省三門峽市境內,全(quan)長(chang)22.77公里(li),設計為(wei)雙(shuang)洞單線(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),是蒙華鐵路全(quan)線(xian)最長(chang)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)和重難(nan)點控制性工(gong)程。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)地質構造(zao)及水文(wen)條件極為(wei)復雜,沿線(xian)穿越21條斷層(ceng)破碎(sui)帶,最大埋深達500米,安全(quan)質量(liang)控制難(nan)度大。
崤山隧道(dao)自(zi)2011年(nian)(nian)開始勘察選(xuan)址,2015年(nian)(nian)開工(gong)建(jian)設,至隧道(dao)貫通歷時近8年(nian)(nian)。
崤山(shan)隧道設計(ji)為兩座單洞結構,沿(yan)線穿(chuan)越21條(tiao)斷(duan)層(ceng)破碎(sui)帶,在長度(du)位居(ju)國(guo)內隧道排行(xing)榜第五。
崤山隧(sui)道穿越東秦嶺崤山山脈,地(di)形險峻,溝谷狹長,古老地(di)層受長期構造作用影響,圍巖破碎,地(di)質條(tiao)件非常復雜。
崤山隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)位于河(he)(he)南(nan)省三門(men)峽市(shi)下(xia)轄靈寶(bao)市(shi)寺河(he)(he)鄉及盧氏縣官(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)口鎮(zhen)境內,設計為雙洞單線隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左(zuo)線起訖(qi)(qi)里程:DK694+053~DK716+804,長度(du)(du)(du)22751m。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右線起訖(qi)(qi)里程:YDK694+045~YDK716+816,長度(du)(du)(du)22771m。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)最大埋深510m。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)穿越(yue)地(di)(di)層(ceng)主要(yao)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)為安(an)山巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、大斑安(an)山巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、次流紋斑巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)等淺成(cheng)火成(cheng)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),出口附近(jin)出露白云巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)段共有斷(duan)層(ceng)21條,總(zong)長度(du)(du)(du)1375m,其(qi)中F5斷(duan)層(ceng)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)(du)235m,F6斷(duan)層(ceng)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)(du)85m,下(xia)穿小妹河(he)(he)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)屬(shu)于弱富水(shui)~中等富水(shui)區(qu),平(ping)均涌水(shui)量(liang)18200m3/d,最大涌水(shui)量(liang)27300m3/d。主要(yao)不良地(di)(di)質有高(gao)壓富水(shui)斷(duan)層(ceng)破(po)碎帶(dai)、危巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)落石(shi)、高(gao)地(di)(di)應力、巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)溶。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左(zuo)線Ⅱ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)1335m,Ⅲ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)14255m,Ⅳ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)5925m,Ⅴ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)1236m;隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右線Ⅱ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)1315m,Ⅲ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)14280m,Ⅳ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)5905m,Ⅴ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)1271m,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ級(ji)(ji)圍(wei)(wei)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)分別占全長的5.82%,62.68%,25.99%,5.51%。
隧(sui)道(dao)設5座斜井(jing),長度分別為1015m、1145m、1655m、2560m、1800m,總長8442.5m(含支洞267.5m)。
2011年,開(kai)始(shi)勘察選址(zhi)。
2015年,開工建設。
2018年(nian)8月21日(ri),由中鐵十六局集團承建(jian)的蒙(meng)華鐵路(lu)(lu)全(quan)線最長隧道——崤山(shan)隧道安全(quan)順利貫通(tong),為(wei)蒙(meng)華鐵路(lu)(lu)如期建(jian)成通(tong)車奠定了堅實的基礎。
2019年6月14日,我國(guo)新建的“北煤南(nan)運(yun)”大通道(dao)(dao)蒙(meng)華鐵路最長隧道(dao)(dao)——崤(yao)山隧道(dao)(dao)主體竣工。
隧道施(shi)工(gong)過程中(zhong),中(zhong)鐵(tie)十六(liu)局集團蒙華(hua)鐵(tie)路項目部在施(shi)工(gong)過程中(zhong)嚴把安(an)全(quan)質量關,引進新設備、新工(gong)法破(po)解施(shi)工(gong)生產難(nan)題(ti),成功(gong)應用了24米仰拱自行式(shi)長棧橋、水壓(ya)光(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)和聚能(neng)水壓(ya)光(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)等(deng)先進技術,成功(gong)解決了長大隧道通風排(pai)水難(nan)題(ti),攻(gong)克了高地應力巖爆(bao)、富水、斷層破(po)碎帶等(deng)特殊不良(liang)地質影響。同(tong)時(shi),項目部運用超前(qian)地質預(yu)報和監控量測等(deng)手(shou)段,確保了施(shi)工(gong)安(an)全(quan)質量受控。
