天(tian)竺(zhu)山(shan)道觀位于陜西省山(shan)陽縣(xian)天(tian)竺(zhu)山(shan),始(shi)建于唐朝,呂洞賓(bin)、羅(luo)公遠(yuan)祖師興起,后來近千年(nian)(nian)道佛交(jiao)替,直至清乾隆(long)年(nian)(nian)間王圓吉(ji)真(zhen)人又恢(hui)復殿堂、廂房。
巍巍天(tian)(tian)柱(zhu)(zhu),奇秀險拔。續脈終南、襟帶丹江(jiang),乃商(shang)洛第(di)一(yi)神山(shan)(shan)。因其山(shan)(shan)體形(xing)似老子座騎而(er)名牛山(shan)(shan)。唐呂洞賓(bin)入山(shan)(shan)傳(chuan)道(dao),更(geng)名“天(tian)(tian)柱(zhu)(zhu)山(shan)(shan)”。清康熙年間,山(shan)(shan)陽(yang)縣令秦凝奎游山(shan)(shan)改名“天(tian)(tian)竺山(shan)(shan)”。今文獻仍(reng)慣用天(tian)(tian)柱(zhu)(zhu)山(shan)(shan)名。
大(da)(da)凡名山(shan)(shan)洞府,多(duo)為大(da)(da)德仙(xian)真修道闡教,普化(hua)有緣之福(fu)地。溯天(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)道教淵源,東晉葛洪入山(shan)(shan)修煉,視(shi)為其教派創立(li)之初(chu)。元(yuan)朝全真教風行(xing)天(tian)下,邱處(chu)(chu)機祖師之高徒披云(yun)真人宋(song)德方(fang)任天(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)住持修建元(yuan)緯宮,規(gui)模宏大(da)(da),教派隆盛。明初(chu)蜀地道士李本善上(shang)山(shan)(shan)重(zhong)振龍門教風。創立(li)全真半十(shi)方(fang)叢林(lin)。至清晚期,天(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)道教隨國運之頹(tui)走向衰微。此(ci)后經紫元(yuan)真人點化(hua),武當太子(zi)坡道士王圓吉上(shang)山(shan)(shan)闡揚(yang)教法,曹庭進、吳明慧、張(zhang)明秀、劉明玉相(xiang)繼(ji)承傳。公元(yuan)一(yi)九一(yi)六年(nian),天(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)龍門二十(shi)一(yi)代傳人張(zhang)至正監院(yuan)統領教務,繼(ji)承道統,開拓創新,辟建雙(shuang)峰觀,修復數處(chu)(chu)道觀,山(shan)(shan)中道眾云(yun)集,教法興隆,堪稱(cheng)陜(shan)南名山(shan)(shan)。
新中國成立,天柱山道(dao)(dao)教一(yi)度再興(xing)。后遭“文化大革命”,十年(nian)動(dong)亂沖擊,道(dao)(dao)觀(guan)毀壞殆盡。中共十一(yi)屆(jie)三(san)中全(quan)會,政策落實,國家重視,信(xin)眾慷慨,經(jing)二(er)十二(er)代龍門弟子周理貴道(dao)(dao)長帶(dai)領,自一(yi)九八五年(nian)至一(yi)九九八年(nian)歷時十三(san)年(nian)艱(jian)苦奮(fen)斗,先后修(xiu)復雙峰觀(guan),云蓋觀(guan)、朝陽(yang)硐(dong)暨鐵瓦殿四處(chu)道(dao)(dao)觀(guan),環境清幽,教風規范(fan),道(dao)(dao)氣常存(cun)。
