天竺(zhu)山(shan)道觀位于(yu)陜西(xi)省山(shan)陽縣天竺(zhu)山(shan),始建于(yu)唐(tang)朝(chao),呂洞(dong)賓、羅公遠祖師興起,后(hou)來近千年道佛(fo)交(jiao)替,直至清乾隆(long)年間(jian)王圓吉(ji)真人(ren)又恢復殿堂、廂房(fang)。
巍(wei)巍(wei)天(tian)柱(zhu),奇秀險(xian)拔(ba)。續(xu)脈終南、襟帶丹江,乃商(shang)洛第一神山。因其山體(ti)形似老子座騎(qi)而名(ming)牛山。唐呂洞(dong)賓(bin)入山傳道,更名(ming)“天(tian)柱(zhu)山”。清康熙年間,山陽縣令秦凝奎游山改名(ming)“天(tian)竺山”。今(jin)文獻(xian)仍慣用天(tian)柱(zhu)山名(ming)。
大(da)凡名山(shan)(shan)洞府(fu),多為(wei)大(da)德仙真修(xiu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)闡教(jiao)(jiao),普化(hua)有緣之(zhi)福地(di)。溯天柱山(shan)(shan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)淵源,東(dong)晉葛洪入山(shan)(shan)修(xiu)煉,視(shi)為(wei)其教(jiao)(jiao)派創(chuang)(chuang)立之(zhi)初(chu)。元(yuan)朝全(quan)真教(jiao)(jiao)風行天下(xia),邱處機(ji)祖師(shi)之(zhi)高徒披(pi)云(yun)真人宋德方任天柱山(shan)(shan)住持修(xiu)建元(yuan)緯宮,規模宏大(da),教(jiao)(jiao)派隆(long)盛。明(ming)初(chu)蜀地(di)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)士李本善上山(shan)(shan)重(zhong)振龍(long)門教(jiao)(jiao)風。創(chuang)(chuang)立全(quan)真半(ban)十(shi)方叢林。至(zhi)清晚期,天柱山(shan)(shan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)隨國(guo)運之(zhi)頹走向衰微。此后經紫元(yuan)真人點化(hua),武當(dang)太子(zi)坡道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)士王圓(yuan)吉上山(shan)(shan)闡揚教(jiao)(jiao)法,曹庭進、吳明(ming)慧、張(zhang)明(ming)秀、劉明(ming)玉相(xiang)繼承傳(chuan)。公(gong)元(yuan)一(yi)九一(yi)六年,天柱山(shan)(shan)龍(long)門二十(shi)一(yi)代傳(chuan)人張(zhang)至(zhi)正監(jian)院統(tong)領(ling)教(jiao)(jiao)務,繼承道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)統(tong),開拓(tuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新,辟建雙(shuang)峰觀,修(xiu)復數(shu)處道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)觀,山(shan)(shan)中道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)眾云(yun)集(ji),教(jiao)(jiao)法興隆(long),堪(kan)稱陜南名山(shan)(shan)。
新(xin)中(zhong)國成立,天柱山道教一(yi)度再(zai)興。后遭“文化大革(ge)命”,十年(nian)動亂沖擊,道觀(guan)毀壞殆(dai)盡(jin)。中(zhong)共(gong)十一(yi)屆三中(zhong)全(quan)會,政策(ce)落(luo)實,國家重(zhong)視(shi),信眾慷慨,經二(er)十二(er)代龍門弟子周理(li)貴道長(chang)帶領,自(zi)一(yi)九八五(wu)年(nian)至一(yi)九九八年(nian)歷時十三年(nian)艱苦奮斗(dou),先后修復雙峰觀(guan),云(yun)蓋觀(guan)、朝陽(yang)硐暨(ji)鐵瓦殿四處道觀(guan),環境清幽,教風規(gui)范(fan),道氣常存。
