《環(huan)(huan)境(jing)工程技(ji)術學(xue)報》的(de)(de)主辦(ban)單位中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)院成立于(yu)1978年12月31日,隸屬于(yu)中(zhong)華人民共(gong)和國(guo)(guo)生態環(huan)(huan)境(jing)部。作(zuo)(zuo)為國(guo)(guo)家(jia)級社(she)會公益(yi)非營利性(xing)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)機構,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)院在圍繞國(guo)(guo)家(jia)可(ke)持續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)戰略,開展(zhan)創新性(xing)、基礎(chu)性(xing)重(zhong)大環(huan)(huan)境(jing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)的(de)(de)同時,致力(li)于(yu)為國(guo)(guo)家(jia)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)管理(li)和決策提供戰略性(xing)、前瞻性(xing)和全局性(xing)的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)支撐,服務(wu)于(yu)經(jing)濟社(she)會發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)中(zhong)重(zhong)大環(huan)(huan)境(jing)問題的(de)(de)工程技(ji)術與咨詢需要,為提高中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)事業(ye)的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)決策能(neng)力(li)發(fa)(fa)揮了不可(ke)替代的(de)(de)重(zhong)要作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。

中國環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)學(xue)研究院(yuan)設(she)有可授予(yu)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)學(xue)、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)工(gong)程、人口資(zi)源與環(huan)(huan)境(jing)經濟、生態學(xue)、大氣物理與大氣化學(xue)碩士(shi)學(xue)位的5個碩士(shi)點(dian),具有單獨(du)招收博(bo)士(shi)后資(zi)格,并與北京師范(fan)大學(xue)聯合共建了(le)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)學(xue)與工(gong)程專業博(bo)士(shi)點(dian)。中國環(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)學(xue)研究院(yuan)的人才和科(ke)研力量優勢為創辦(ban)環(huan)(huan)保工(gong)程技術領域的學(xue)術交流平(ping)臺奠定(ding)了(le)堅實的基礎(chu)。

1982年,《環(huan)境科學文摘》創刊。
2011年,該刊刊名改(gai)為(wei)《環境(jing)工程技(ji)術學報》,刊期(qi)為(wei)雙(shuang)月刊。
2014年12月,該(gai)刊入選中國原國家(jia)新聞出(chu)版廣電(dian)總(zong)局(ju)第(di)一批認(ren)定學術期刊。
2016年6月,《環(huan)境工程技術學報》微(wei)信公眾(zhong)平臺正式(shi)上線(xian)。
