千斤頂分類
1、齒條千斤頂
由人(ren)力通過(guo)杠桿和齒(chi)輪帶(dai)動齒(chi)條頂舉重(zhong)(zhong)物。起重(zhong)(zhong)量一般不(bu)超過(guo)20噸,可(ke)長期支持重(zhong)(zhong)物,主要(yao)用在作業條件不(bu)方(fang)便的地方(fang)或需要(yao)利(li)用下(xia)部的托爪提升重(zhong)(zhong)物的場合,如鐵路起軌作業。
2、螺旋千斤頂
由人(ren)力通(tong)過(guo)螺(luo)旋副傳動,螺(luo)桿或(huo)螺(luo)母套(tao)筒作(zuo)為(wei)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)舉件。普通(tong)螺(luo)旋千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)靠(kao)螺(luo)紋(wen)自鎖作(zuo)用支持重(zhong)物(wu),構(gou)造(zao)(zao)簡單,但傳動效率(lv)低,返程慢。自降螺(luo)旋千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的螺(luo)紋(wen)無自鎖作(zuo)用,但裝(zhuang)有制動器。放松制動器,重(zhong)物(wu)即可(ke)自行快速下降,縮短返程時間(jian),但這種千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)構(gou)造(zao)(zao)較復雜。螺(luo)旋千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)能(neng)(neng)長期支持重(zhong)物(wu),最(zui)大起重(zhong)量已達100噸,應用較廣。下部裝(zhuang)上水平螺(luo)桿后,還能(neng)(neng)使重(zhong)物(wu)做小距離(li)橫移。
3、液壓千斤頂
由人力或(huo)電力驅動液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng),通過液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統傳動,用缸(gang)體(ti)或(huo)活塞(sai)作為(wei)頂(ding)舉件。液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)可分(fen)為(wei)整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)和分(fen)離式(shi)(shi)。整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)的泵(beng)與液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸(gang)聯(lian)成一體(ti);分(fen)離式(shi)(shi)的泵(beng)與液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸(gang)分(fen)離,中(zhong)間用高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)軟管相聯(lian)。液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)結構(gou)緊湊(cou),能(neng)平(ping)穩頂(ding)升(sheng)重物(wu),起重量最大達1000噸,行程1米,傳動效率較高,故應(ying)用較廣;但易漏油,不(bu)宜長期(qi)支持重物(wu)。 如長期(qi)支撐需選用自鎖千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding),螺旋千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)和液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)為(wei)進一步降低外形(xing)高度或(huo)增大頂(ding)舉距離,可做成多級伸縮式(shi)(shi)。 液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)除上述基(ji)本型(xing)式(shi)(shi)外,按同樣(yang)原理(li)可改裝成滑(hua)升(sheng)模板千(qian)(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)頂(ding)、液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)升(sheng)降臺、張拉機等(deng),用于各種(zhong)特殊施工場合。
4、氣囊式氣動千斤頂
氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding),全稱叫做氣(qi)囊(nang)式氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding),一般由3層、兩層或者(zhe)單層氣(qi)囊(nang)組(zu)成,主要(yao)工作原理是(shi)利用(yong)5-8KG壓(ya)力(li)空壓(ya)機充氣(qi),將車(che)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)起(qi)。氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)液壓(ya)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)產(chan)品(pin)是(shi)利用(yong)壓(ya)縮氣(qi)體(ti)作為動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li),液體(ti)增壓(ya)與伸縮式液壓(ya)缸(gang)組(zu)合而成的(de)一種新型(xing)舉升設(she)備(bei),它(ta)具有設(she)計精巧(qiao)、體(ti)積小、重(zhong)量(liang)輕、易操作、省(sheng)時、省(sheng)力(li)、舉升噸(dun)位大等(deng)特點,廣泛用(yong)于(yu)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)性起(qi)重(zhong),特別適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)汽車(che)、拖拉機等(deng)交通(tong)運輸業(ye)的(de)修(xiu)理行業(ye)。
5、剪式千斤頂
剪式千斤頂又叫支架千斤頂,使用輕便快捷,是國內各大汽車廠隨車(che)產品。其由金屬板(ban)材制成(cheng)(cheng)的上支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)和(he)下支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)組成(cheng)(cheng),工(gong)作原理各有(you)不同(tong)。上支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)的橫截面與(yu)下支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)在齒部及其附(fu)近部分的橫截面是(shi)一邊(bian)(bian)開(kai)(kai)口的矩形,開(kai)(kai)口兩(liang)邊(bian)(bian)的金屬板(ban)向內(nei)彎折。上支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)和(he)下支(zhi)桿(gan)(gan)上的齒是(shi)由開(kai)(kai)口兩(liang)邊(bian)(bian)彎折的金屬板(ban)上制成(cheng)(cheng),齒寬大于金屬板(ban)厚。
