1、國(guo)外電容器耐(nai)壓值(zhi)通常用字母來表示基(ji)數,常見的代碼和基(ji)數對應(ying)關系(xi)是:
A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;
H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;
字母(mu)前(qian)面的數(shu)表示10的冪(mi),比如2A,即為102*1.0=100V,2C為102*1.6=160V等(deng)等(deng)。
耐壓值后方的(de)字母表示電容(rong)容(rong)量,單(dan)位為pF。
例如:823表(biao)示容量為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)示22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最后的字母表(biao)示精度,比如J表(biao)示容量允許偏差(cha)為±5%等等。
典型的電容標識示例:2A823J 即82000Pf±5%,耐壓100V。
2、電容器的參數標注方法
(1) 直標法(fa):將電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的主要參數(標稱容(rong)(rong)量、額定電(dian)壓、及允(yun)許(xu)偏差)直接標注在電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)上,如0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是容(rong)(rong)量,相當于4700Pf,275V應是耐壓(不屬優(you)選數系列(lie))。
(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數字標注法 一般是(shi)用3位(wei)數字表示電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的容(rong)(rong)量。其中(zhong)前兩位(wei)為有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)值(zhi)數字,第三位(wei)為倍乘數(即表示有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)值(zhi)后有(you)多少個0)。如104,表示有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)值(zhi)是(shi)10,后面再加(jia)4個0,即100000Pf=0.1μf。
(3)字母與(yu)數(shu)字混合(he)標注法:用(yong)2—4位數(shu)字表示有(you)效(xiao)值,用(yong)P、n、M、μ、G、m等(deng)字母表示有(you)效(xiao)數(shu)后面(mian)的量級。進口電容(rong)器在標注數(shu)值時(shi)不用(yong)小數(shu)點,而是將整數(shu)部分寫在字母之前,將小數(shu)部分寫在字母后面(mian)。如(ru)4P7表示4.7Pf,3m3表示3300μf(3.3mf)等(deng)。
3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義

G ±2%
J ±5%
K ±10%
M ±20%
N ±30%
如104K表示容量100000Pf=0.1μf,容量允許偏差為±10%。
