1、國外電容器耐(nai)壓值(zhi)通常(chang)用字(zi)母(mu)來表示基數(shu),常(chang)見的(de)代碼和基數(shu)對應關系是:

A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;

H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;

字母前(qian)面(mian)的數(shu)表示10的冪(mi),比如2A,即為102*1.0=100V,2C為102*1.6=160V等等。

耐壓值后方的(de)字(zi)母表示電(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量(liang),單(dan)位為pF。

例如(ru):823表(biao)示(shi)容量(liang)為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)示(shi)22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最后的字母(mu)表(biao)示(shi)精度,比如(ru)J表(biao)示(shi)容量(liang)允許偏差為±5%等(deng)等(deng)。

典(dian)型的電容(rong)標識示例(li):2A823J 即(ji)82000Pf±5%,耐壓100V。

2、電容器的參數標注方法

(1) 直標(biao)法:將電(dian)(dian)容器的主要參數(標(biao)稱容量(liang)、額定電(dian)(dian)壓、及允(yun)許偏差)直接標(biao)注在電(dian)(dian)容器上,如0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是容量(liang),相當(dang)于4700Pf,275V應是耐壓(不(bu)屬(shu)優選數系列)。

(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數(shu)字(zi)標注法 一般是用3位(wei)數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)電容器的容量。其中(zhong)前兩位(wei)為(wei)有(you)(you)效值(zhi)數(shu)字(zi),第三(san)位(wei)為(wei)倍(bei)乘數(shu)(即(ji)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)效值(zhi)后有(you)(you)多少個0)。如104,表(biao)示(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)效值(zhi)是10,后面(mian)再(zai)加4個0,即(ji)100000Pf=0.1μf。

(3)字(zi)母(mu)與數(shu)(shu)字(zi)混(hun)合(he)標注法:用2—4位(wei)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)表示(shi)有效值(zhi),用P、n、M、μ、G、m等字(zi)母(mu)表示(shi)有效數(shu)(shu)后面的量級。進(jin)口電容器在(zai)標注數(shu)(shu)值(zhi)時不(bu)用小數(shu)(shu)點,而是將整數(shu)(shu)部(bu)分寫在(zai)字(zi)母(mu)之前(qian),將小數(shu)(shu)部(bu)分寫在(zai)字(zi)母(mu)后面。如4P7表示(shi)4.7Pf,3m3表示(shi)3300μf(3.3mf)等。

3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義

(1)字母(mu)含義:

F ±1%

G ±2%

J ±5%

K ±10%

M ±20%

N ±30%

如104K表示容量(liang)100000Pf=0.1μf,容量(liang)允許偏差(cha)為±10%。
