1、國外電容器(qi)耐壓值(zhi)通常(chang)(chang)用字母來表示基(ji)數(shu),常(chang)(chang)見的代碼和(he)基(ji)數(shu)對應關系是:
A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;
H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;
字母前面的(de)數表示(shi)10的(de)冪,比如2A,即為102*1.0=100V,2C為102*1.6=160V等等。
耐壓值后方的字母表示(shi)電容(rong)容(rong)量,單位為pF。
例如:823表(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量(liang)為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)示(shi)22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最(zui)后(hou)的字母表(biao)示(shi)精度,比如J表(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量(liang)允許偏差為±5%等(deng)等(deng)。

2、電容器的參數標注方法
(1) 直(zhi)標法:將電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的主要參(can)數(shu)(標稱容(rong)(rong)量(liang)、額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、及(ji)允(yun)許偏差)直(zhi)接標注在電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)上,如0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是(shi)容(rong)(rong)量(liang),相當于4700Pf,275V應是(shi)耐壓(ya)(不屬優選(xuan)數(shu)系列(lie))。
(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數(shu)(shu)字標(biao)注法 一般是用3位(wei)數(shu)(shu)字表(biao)示電容器的容量。其中前兩位(wei)為有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)數(shu)(shu)字,第三(san)位(wei)為倍乘數(shu)(shu)(即表(biao)示有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)后(hou)有(you)(you)(you)多少個(ge)0)。如104,表(biao)示有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)是10,后(hou)面再加4個(ge)0,即100000Pf=0.1μf。
(3)字(zi)母與數字(zi)混合標(biao)注法:用2—4位數字(zi)表示(shi)(shi)有效值,用P、n、M、μ、G、m等字(zi)母表示(shi)(shi)有效數后面(mian)的量級。進口電容器在標(biao)注數值時不用小(xiao)數點(dian),而是將整(zheng)數部分寫(xie)在字(zi)母之前,將小(xiao)數部分寫(xie)在字(zi)母后面(mian)。如4P7表示(shi)(shi)4.7Pf,3m3表示(shi)(shi)3300μf(3.3mf)等。
3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義

F ±1%
G ±2%
J ±5%
K ±10%
M ±20%
N ±30%
如104K表(biao)示容量100000Pf=0.1μf,容量允許偏差(cha)為±10%。
