一、感應水龍頭電磁閥工作原理
感應水龍頭由紅外發射電路、紅外接收放大電路,控制電路、電磁閥、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源組(zu)成。目前(qian)市面上(shang)主(zhu)要(yao)有AC交流(liu)(liu)工(gong)(gong)作和(he)DC直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)工(gong)(gong)作兩(liang)種規格的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源裝置。整個工(gong)(gong)作過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)就是:AC 220V經(jing)變壓器降(jiang)壓,輸出(chu)AC 6V,再由整流(liu)(liu)、濾(lv)波、穩壓,得到DC 6V供(gong)給控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)作;DC 6V直(zhi)接(jie)由4節干電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)盒來直(zhi)接(jie)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作。然后(hou)由紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)發(fa)射紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)接(jie)收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)接(jie)收(shou),再經(jing)過(guo)(guo)放大選頻,最后(hou)由控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)開啟,從而控(kong)制(zhi)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)感應(ying)龍(long)頭的(de)開啟和(he)關閉(bi)的(de)一個過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。那么(me)感應(ying)水龍(long)頭電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)原理(li)是什(shen)么(me)呢?
1、電磁感應原理
它是將人視(shi)作導體,處于50Hz交流(liu)電(dian)形成的磁(ci)場(chang)中時,便(bian)會發生電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應現象,于是人體產生感(gan)應電(dian)流(liu),反作用于原電(dian)磁(ci)場(chang),從而改(gai)變(bian)原電(dian)流(liu)。當這一改(gai)變(bian)被電(dian)路接(jie)收到以后(hou),就會通過電(dian)磁(ci)繼電(dian)器放(fang)放(fang)水。
2、紅外線接收
人體(ti)體(ti)溫(wen)為(wei)37度,高(gao)于室溫(wen)時,會(hui)向外輻射(she)(she)紅外線,接收(shou)到這個輻射(she)(she)的感應器會(hui)使水(shui)龍頭流(liu)水(shui)。
3、紅外線反射
紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)射管向水(shui)(shui)流方向發(fa)射出一束(shu)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線,當(dang)手伸向水(shui)(shui)龍(long)(long)頭時,紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線被(bei)手反射,紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)接收(shou)管接收(shou)到(dao)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)光(guang),并(bing)將該信號送入內(nei)部電路,經內(nei)部電路處(chu)理后,接通電磁水(shui)(shui)龍(long)(long)頭的電源,水(shui)(shui)龍(long)(long)頭打開(kai)(kai);當(dang)手離(li)開(kai)(kai)水(shui)(shui)龍(long)(long)頭時,紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線不再(zai)被(bei)反射,電磁水(shui)(shui)龍(long)(long)頭電源被(bei)關閉(bi),停(ting)止供水(shui)(shui)。
二、感應水龍頭因電磁閥引起的故障
電磁閥是感應水龍頭核心(xin)主件之一,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)品質(zhi)決(jue)定感應(ying)水龍(long)頭的質(zhi)量(liang),有效控制電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)合格率可(ke)降低感應(ying)水龍(long)頭出(chu)(chu)廠故(gu)障。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)結構(gou)主要分(fen)為(wei)兩大類(lei):電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)線圈和閥(fa)座(含動鐵芯、彈簧、閥(fa)蓋、膜片(pian))。目(mu)前感應(ying)水龍(long)頭因電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)引起的故(gu)障主要現象為(wei):不(bu)出(chu)(chu)水、出(chu)(chu)水量(liang)小和關不(bu)住(zhu)水。
電磁閥關不住水、出水量小和關不住水的解決方法是:檢查電磁閥進水端過濾是否有雜質睹塞,如果無,拆開電磁閥內部,取出電磁閥線圈部分含動鐵芯,通過連接感應部分進行感應,如果鐵芯能正常吸合及復位,可確定感應水龍頭電磁閥線圈無質量問題,這樣可以檢查內部部件是否有異常,如膜片是否老化(更換新膜片)、膜片進水孔是否有異物(清洗);將所有部件進行清洗,再原樣裝回。注意裝回電磁閥時檢查電磁閥閥座的黑色O型墊(dian)圈(quan)是否還(huan)在(zai),必(bi)須確定有,否則安裝后將(jiang)產生漏水現象。
目前市場感應水龍頭電磁閥主要電壓為6V、12V、3V。6V和3V主要為(wei)脈沖式電(dian)磁閥(fa),需(xu)要電(dian)路給脈沖才能(neng)工作(zuo),電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)脈寬(kuan)不同需(xu)要匹(pi)配合適的(de)電(dian)路。12V電磁閥(fa)是(shi)電路給一定的電壓工(gong)作(zuo),它(ta)與其它(ta)電磁閥(fa)不同的是(shi),它(ta)如終處于(yu)常閉狀態,所以(yi)一般采用12V電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)的感應(ying)水(shui)龍頭關不住水(shui),多為電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)內部有雜質;而6V和3V電磁(ci)閥雖然出(chu)廠時是常閉(bi),由于運輸或遇到(dao)一定的碰擊,鐵(tie)芯將容(rong)易被線(xian)圈內的磁(ci)鐵(tie)吸合,電磁(ci)閥呈開啟狀態,這樣安裝后的感應水(shui)(shui)龍頭,接水(shui)(shui)后水(shui)(shui)龍頭容(rong)易出(chu)現關不住水(shui)(shui),往往以(yi)為是產品質量有問題(ti)。
