電梯變頻器工作原理
現在電梯都是用變頻器來控(kong)制(zhi),當變頻器(qi)出故障(zhang)就(jiu)會給(gei)很多人帶來不便,如果(guo)維修(xiu)人員(yuan)能正確理(li)解電梯(ti)變頻器(qi)原理(li),那么維修(xiu)就(jiu)得(de)容(rong)易了。
VVVF 是(shi) Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency 的縮寫,意為改變(bian)電壓和(he)改變(bian)頻(pin)率,也(ye)就是(shi)人們所說的變(bian)壓變(bian)頻(pin)。
CVCF 是 Constant Voltage and Constant Frequency 的縮(suo)寫,意為恒(heng)電壓(ya)、恒(heng)頻率,也就是人們所說的恒(heng)壓(ya)恒(heng)頻。
我們(men)使(shi)用的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和(he)(he)(he)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),一般的直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)大(da)多是(shi)(shi)由交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)通(tong)過變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)變壓(ya)(ya),整流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)濾(lv)波(bo)后得到(dao)的。交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)在人們(men)使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)中占總(zong)使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的95%左右。無論(lun)是(shi)(shi)用于家庭還(huan)是(shi)(shi)用于工(gong)廠(chang),單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和(he)(he)(he)三相(xiang)(xiang)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),其電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)(he)頻(pin)率(lv)均按各國(guo)的規定有一定的標準,如(ru)我國(guo)大(da)陸規定,直接(jie)用戶單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)220V,三相(xiang)(xiang)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)380V,頻(pin)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)(wei)50Hz,其它國(guo)家的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)(he)頻(pin)率(lv)可能于我國(guo)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)(he)頻(pin)率(lv)不同,如(ru)有單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)100V/60Hz,三相(xiang)(xiang)200V/60Hz等等,標準的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)(he)頻(pin)率(lv)的交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)叫工(gong)頻(pin)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)。
通常,把(ba)(ba)電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)固定不(bu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)的工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)換為(wei)電(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)可(ke)(ke)變(bian)(bian)(bian)的交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)的裝(zhuang)置稱作“變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)”。為(wei)了產生(sheng)可(ke)(ke)變(bian)(bian)(bian)的電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv),該設(she)備首(shou)先要把(ba)(ba)電(dian)(dian)源的交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)換為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(DC),這個過程(cheng)叫整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。把(ba)(ba)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(DC)變(bian)(bian)(bian)換為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(AC)的裝(zhuang)置,其科學術語為(wei)“inverter”(逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)(qi))。一(yi)般(ban)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)(qi)是把(ba)(ba)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)一(yi)定的固定頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)和(he)(he)一(yi)定電(dian)(dian)壓的逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)源。對于逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)可(ke)(ke)調、電(dian)(dian)壓可(ke)(ke)調的逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)(qi)我們稱為(wei)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)。
變頻器輸出的波形是模擬正弦波,主要是用在三相異步電動機調速用,又叫變頻調速器。對于主要用在儀器儀表的(de)檢測設備中的(de)波形要求較高(gao)的(de)可(ke)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)率逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi),要對波形進行整理,可(ke)以輸出(chu)標準的(de)正弦波,叫變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)源。一(yi)般變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)源是變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)價格的(de)15--20倍。由(you)于變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)設備中產生變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓或頻(pin)(pin)率的(de)主要裝置叫“inverter”,故該產品本身就(jiu)被(bei)命名(ming)為“inverter”,即:變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)。
變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)也可用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)家(jia)電產(chan)品。使用(yong)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)家(jia)電產(chan)品中,不僅有電機(ji)(例如(ru)空調等),還有熒(ying)(ying)光燈(deng)等產(chan)品。用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)電機(ji)控(kong)制的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi),既可以改(gai)變(bian)(bian)電壓(ya),又(you)可以改(gai)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)。但用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)熒(ying)(ying)光燈(deng)的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)主要用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)調節電源(yuan)供電的(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)。汽車上使用(yong)的(de)由(you)電池(直(zhi)流電)產(chan)生交流電的(de)設備也以“inverter”的(de)名稱進行出售。變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)工作原理被廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)各個(ge)領(ling)域(yu)。例如(ru)計算(suan)機(ji)電源(yuan)的(de)供電,在該項應(ying)用(yong)中,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)抑(yi)制反向電壓(ya)、頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)的(de)波動及電源(yuan)的(de)瞬間斷電。
電梯變頻器維修與保養
1、電梯(ti)電氣室溫度不能太高(gao),否則變(bian)頻器元件容易老化,最好裝有空(kong)調,效果(guo)相當不錯!
2、防止(zhi)雨水(shui)淋(lin)濕,通(tong)常(chang)是在刮臺風時,窗門被風吹壞(huai)而使變頻器淋(lin)到雨水(shui)。
3、防雷電,這(zhe)個(ge)就關系到整棟樓(lou)或整個(ge)小區防雷設施(shi)問題(ti),被雷擊的變頻器一般損壞嚴重。
4、變(bian)頻器的散熱風扇要定時清塵,發(fa)現其有響聲或不(bu)運轉就(jiu)要更(geng)換。
5、電(dian)梯(ti)電(dian)機(ji)有(you)不(bu)(bu)正常響聲(sheng)通常是變頻(pin)器(qi)有(you)問題,如電(dian)機(ji)三相電(dian)流不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡,這(zhe)時最好就要維(wei)修(xiu),等到變頻(pin)器(qi)完(wan)全不(bu)(bu)行(xing)則損壞可(ke)能比(bi)較(jiao)嚴重。如果自己沒有(you)維(wei)修(xiu)經驗就不(bu)(bu)要自己維(wei)修(xiu),避(bi)免把(ba)變頻(pin)器(qi)弄得(de)更壞。
