1、強制攪拌機

化工攪拌器常見故障分析
化工攪拌(ban)(ban)機(ji)在使用(yong)過(guo)程中(zhong)也(ye)常(chang)遇(yu)到一些故(gu)障,最典型的是(shi)異常(chang)聲響問(wen)題。出現(xian)這種故(gu)障時,設(she)備發出較大(da)的聲響,十(shi)幾米處(chu)就能聽見,檢查(cha)電流均(jun)在正常(chang)范圍(wei)內,簡單(dan)的檢查(cha)也(ye)很難找到問(wen)題。可以將化工攪拌(ban)(ban)機(ji)的整(zheng)臺設(she)備分成(cheng)機(ji)械密封總成(cheng)、齒輪箱和電機(ji)三個部件,進行單(dan)獨的分解檢查(cha)和分析(xi)處(chu)理。
1、機械密封總成的檢查
化工攪拌(ban)機(ji)最容(rong)易出故(gu)障的(de)是機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)部分(fen),常因磨損使機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)失效,密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)腔進水(shui)。首先分(fen)解了(le)機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)總成,對包(bao)括兩套機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng),骨架(jia)油(you)封(feng)(feng),輸出軸,軸承,殼(ke)體(ti)及端蓋等零件進行了(le)清洗檢查(cha),并查(cha)驗了(le)機(ji)械(xie)攪拌(ban)器軸承座和輸出軸的(de)有關尺寸,如(ru)均未發現問題,說明機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)部分(fen)完好,排除發生故(gu)障的(de)可能性。
2、齒輪箱的分析與檢查
有的(de)(de)攪拌器設備的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)箱(xiang)加(jia)工精度較(jiao)高,熱處理良好(hao),對齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)箱(xiang)進行(xing)徹(che)底的(de)(de)清洗,仔細(xi)檢查各齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)、齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)軸、軸承(cheng)。發現(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)表面光滑,無(wu)點(dian)蝕、交(jiao)合(he)現(xian)(xian)象,齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)嚙合(he)側(ce)隙(xi)(xi)正常(chang)(chang),齒(chi)廓無(wu)明顯磨損;各軸承(cheng)徑向(xiang)、軸向(xiang)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)正常(chang)(chang),內外圈及滾子表面均無(wu)點(dian)蝕斑點(dian),整體(ti)質(zhi)量良好(hao);各軸軸向(xiang)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)合(he)理,手盤輸出軸,活動自(zi)如,無(wu)卡殼(ke)現(xian)(xian)象,也無(wu)異常(chang)(chang)聲響。那么,可以排除齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)箱(xiang)的(de)(de)故障。
3、電機故障的檢查、分析及處理
化工攪拌(ban)機(ji)電(dian)機(ji)故障表(biao)現:在分(fen)解電(dian)機(ji)前,進行空運轉(zhuan),以(yi)找出(chu)問題。如機(ji)械攪拌(ban)器的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)發出(chu)異常聲響,振動很大(da);機(ji)械攪拌(ban)器的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)軸的(de)(de)軸套處(chu)發出(chu)咝咝的(de)(de)聲音,電(dian)機(ji)空運轉(zhuan)不到2分鐘軸(zhou)(zhou)伸溫度(du)就達幾十度(du),燙(tang)手。機械(xie)攪(jiao)拌器的內(nei)部軸(zhou)(zhou)承內(nei)圈因點(dian)蝕(shi)產生梨皮(pi)狀點(dian)蝕(shi)區域,表面粗糙,暗淡,無光(guang)澤,可明顯看到點(dian)蝕(shi)孔;骨架油封內(nei)圈破損(sun);機械(xie)攪(jiao)拌器的軸(zhou)(zhou)承內(nei)圈和軸(zhou)(zhou)套與對應的軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)處有“跑圈”形成的暗斑。
由于化工攪(jiao)拌(ban)機的軸承內圈(quan)點(dian)蝕(shi)形成(cheng)梨皮(pi)狀點(dian)蝕(shi)區(qu)域,軸承滾子通過時,有明顯(xian)的卡滯現象,并發生聲(sheng)響(xiang)。這便(bian)可(ke)能是化工攪(jiao)拌(ban)機內部的電機發生異(yi)常聲(sheng)響(xiang)的根本(ben)原因,那么通過更換攪(jiao)拌(ban)器中的軸承就可(ke)以解決(jue)此問題。
4、需要說明的問題
1)化工攪拌機中的電機轉子軸是推流器的基準件,推流器的檢修,除修理基準件,還需要對各個零件都進行分解檢查,更換損壞件,使設備的性能得到了恢復。
2)化工(gong)機械攪拌(ban)機內部的(de)潛水設備(bei)的(de)大修時間一(yi)般為5-6年;
3)化工(gong)攪拌(ban)機(ji)中軸(zhou)頸偏小的(de)(de)(de)常(chang)用(yong)處理辦法是增(zeng)加零件(jian)法,即(ji)攪拌(ban)機(ji)中的(de)(de)(de)車削該段直(zhi)徑,增(zeng)加一軸(zhou)套(tao),內孔采用(yong)過盈配合(he)的(de)(de)(de)方式與軸(zhou)配合(he),外表面滿足配合(he)所要求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)尺寸。或者更換攪拌(ban)器(qi)內部的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)轉(zhuan)子軸(zhou),徹底解決問題。
