可調穩壓電源原理
參數(shu)(shu)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器在(zai)輸入交流電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)150V-260V時(shi),輸出穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)220V效果效好。低(di)于和高于這(zhe)個(ge)范(fan)圍,其(qi)效率(lv)要下降。采用單片微機(ji)進行(xing)第一步控制(zhi),使310V以下和90V以上的輸入電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),調整控制(zhi)在(zai)190V—250V范(fan)圍,再用參數(shu)(shu)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器進行(xing)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)效果很(hen)好。
由(you)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)輸入(ru)的交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)壓變(bian)化波動很大,經過過壓吸(xi)收濾波電(dian)(dian)路將高頻脈沖等干擾電(dian)(dian)壓濾去后(hou),送入(ru)直流開(kai)關穩(wen)壓電(dian)(dian)源、交(jiao)流取樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)路和控制執行電(dian)(dian)路。
直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)開(kai)關穩壓電源的功率(lv)小(xiao),但能把60-320V的交流(liu)(liu)電壓孌換成+5V,+12V,-12V的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電壓。+5V電壓供(gong)給單(dan)片微機使用,±12V電壓供(gong)給控制電路(lu)的大功率(lv)開(kai)關模塊(kuai)使用。
單片微機把取樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)采集到(dao)的輸入電(dian)(dian)壓數據,分析判斷(duan)并發出控制信號(hao)送到(dao)觸(chu)發電(dian)(dian)路(lu),控制調節輸出電(dian)(dian)壓。
控(kong)制(zhi)執行(xing)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)由SSR過零開(kai)關大(da)功率模塊和(he)帶(dai)抽頭的自耦變壓器組成。SSR之間采用RC吸(xi)收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)吸(xi)收過電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)過電(dian)(dian)流,使SSR在開(kai)關時(shi)不(bu)會(hui)損壞。控(kong)制(zhi)執行(xing)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)把(ba) 90-310V的輸入電(dian)(dian)壓控(kong)制(zhi)在190V-240V范(fan)圍,再送(song)到參數穩壓器進行(xing)精(jing)確穩壓。
參(can)數(shu)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器由電(dian)(dian)感和(he)電(dian)(dian)容組成(cheng)LC振(zhen)蕩(dang)器,振(zhen)蕩(dang)頻率50HZ。無論市電(dian)(dian)怎么變(bian)(bian)化,其振(zhen)蕩(dang)頻率不會改(gai)變(bian)(bian),因(yin)此輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不會變(bian)(bian)化,穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)精(jing)度高。即(ji)使輸入電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)形(xing)失(shi)真很大,經(jing)參(can)數(shu)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器振(zhen)蕩(dang)輸出(chu)后(hou)卻(que)是標準(zhun)的正弦波(bo),因(yin)此穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)源有強的抗干擾(rao)能力和(he)凈化能力。
保護告(gao)(gao)警電(dian)(dian)路:當(dang)(dang)有危害設備(bei)安(an)全情況時,只發出(chu)(chu)聲光(guang)告(gao)(gao)警,提示操作人員注意采取(qu)措施,而不用(yong)切(qie)斷輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓。在無(wu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓,控制箱的溫度過高(gao),市電(dian)(dian)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)高(gao)過300V,市電(dian)(dian)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)低于130V時都會(hui)聲光(guang)告(gao)(gao)警。當(dang)(dang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流過大時,輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu))空氣(qi)自動開關自動跳開。
可調穩壓電源的作用
1、輸出(chu)范(fan)圍:輸出(chu)電(dian)壓0—1000V、輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)0—500A,輸出(chu)功(gong)率≤10KW,在(zai)此范(fan)圍內的任意電(dian)壓、任意電(dian)流(liu)均(jun)可選擇
2、穩(wen)壓穩(wen)流:電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流值從(cong)零至額定(ding)值連續可(ke)調,穩(wen)壓穩(wen)流自動(dong)轉換(huan)
3、短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)保(bao)護(hu):允許在任(ren)何(he)工作狀態下短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)或短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)開機,當輸出短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)時,電(dian)源聲光報(bao)警,短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)解除時,恢復(fu)正常工作
4、過流保護:電流保護值在(zai)額定值范圍(wei)內連續可調,輸出電流超過設定值時(shi)電源會發出聲光報(bao)警
5、過壓保(bao)護(hu):電(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)護(hu)值在額定值范圍(wei)內(nei)連(lian)續可調,直(zhi)流穩壓穩流電(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓超過電(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)護(hu)值時會發出聲光報警(jing),同時關斷輸(shu)出
6、放(fang)電功能:供(gong)容性負載關(guan)機放(fang)電用(yong)
