可調穩壓電源原理
參數(shu)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器在(zai)輸(shu)入交流電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)150V-260V時,輸(shu)出穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)220V效(xiao)果(guo)效(xiao)好。低于和高于這個(ge)范(fan)圍,其效(xiao)率要下降。采(cai)用單片微機進行第一步控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),使310V以(yi)下和90V以(yi)上的輸(shu)入電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),調整控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)190V—250V范(fan)圍,再用參數(shu)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器進行穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)效(xiao)果(guo)很好。
由(you)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸入(ru)(ru)的交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓變(bian)化(hua)波(bo)動很大,經過過壓吸收濾波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)將高頻脈沖等干擾電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓濾去(qu)后,送(song)入(ru)(ru)直流開關穩壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、交流取樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)和控制(zhi)執行電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。
直(zhi)流(liu)開(kai)關(guan)穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)源的功(gong)率(lv)(lv)小(xiao),但能把60-320V的交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)孌換(huan)成+5V,+12V,-12V的直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。+5V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)供給(gei)單片微機使用(yong),±12V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)供給(gei)控制電(dian)(dian)路的大功(gong)率(lv)(lv)開(kai)關(guan)模塊使用(yong)。
單(dan)片微(wei)機(ji)把取樣電路(lu)(lu)采(cai)集到(dao)的輸(shu)入(ru)電壓數據,分(fen)析判斷并發出(chu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號送到(dao)觸發電路(lu)(lu),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)調(diao)節輸(shu)出(chu)電壓。
控(kong)制執行電(dian)路(lu)由SSR過零開關大功率模塊和(he)(he)帶抽頭的自耦變(bian)壓器組成。SSR之間采(cai)用RC吸(xi)收電(dian)路(lu)吸(xi)收過電(dian)壓和(he)(he)過電(dian)流,使SSR在開關時(shi)不會損壞。控(kong)制執行電(dian)路(lu)把 90-310V的輸入電(dian)壓控(kong)制在190V-240V范圍(wei),再送到參(can)數穩(wen)壓器進(jin)行精確穩(wen)壓。
參數穩壓器由電(dian)(dian)感和電(dian)(dian)容(rong)組(zu)成LC振(zhen)蕩(dang)器,振(zhen)蕩(dang)頻率50HZ。無論市電(dian)(dian)怎么變(bian)化(hua),其振(zhen)蕩(dang)頻率不會改變(bian),因此輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓不會變(bian)化(hua),穩壓精度高。即(ji)使輸入電(dian)(dian)壓波形(xing)失真很大,經參數穩壓器振(zhen)蕩(dang)輸出(chu)(chu)后卻是(shi)標準的正弦波,因此穩壓電(dian)(dian)源有強的抗干擾能力(li)和凈化(hua)能力(li)。
保護告(gao)警(jing)電(dian)(dian)路:當有危害設備(bei)安全情況時(shi),只發(fa)出聲(sheng)光告(gao)警(jing),提示操作人員注意采(cai)取措(cuo)施,而不用切斷輸出電(dian)(dian)壓。在無(wu)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓,控制箱的溫度過高,市電(dian)(dian)輸入高過300V,市電(dian)(dian)輸入低于130V時(shi)都會聲(sheng)光告(gao)警(jing)。當輸入電(dian)(dian)流過大時(shi),輸入(輸出)空氣自動(dong)開關自動(dong)跳開。
可調穩壓電源的作用
1、輸出范(fan)圍:輸出電壓0—1000V、輸出電流0—500A,輸出功率≤10KW,在此范(fan)圍內的(de)任(ren)意電壓、任(ren)意電流均可(ke)選擇
2、穩(wen)壓(ya)穩(wen)流(liu)(liu):電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值從零至額定值連續可調,穩(wen)壓(ya)穩(wen)流(liu)(liu)自動轉換
3、短路(lu)保護:允許在任何工作狀態(tai)下短路(lu)或短路(lu)開機(ji),當輸出短路(lu)時(shi),電源聲(sheng)光報警,短路(lu)解除時(shi),恢復正常工作
4、過(guo)流(liu)保護(hu):電流(liu)保護(hu)值在額定(ding)值范(fan)圍(wei)內連續可調,輸出(chu)電流(liu)超(chao)過(guo)設定(ding)值時電源會發出(chu)聲光報(bao)警
5、過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保護(hu)(hu)(hu):電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)值在額定(ding)值范圍內連(lian)續可調,直流穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)穩流電源輸出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)超過電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)值時(shi)會發出聲光報警,同時(shi)關斷輸出
