單相電度表知識介紹
單(dan)相電度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)是(shi)電度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)一種,電度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)主(zhu)要結(jie)構是(shi)由(you)電壓線圈、電流線圈、轉(zhuan)盤(pan)、轉(zhuan)軸、制動磁鐵、齒輪、計度(du)(du)器等(deng)組成。單(dan)相電表(biao)(biao),則一般是(shi)民用,接220V的(de)(de)設(she)備。電度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)是(shi)利用電壓和電流線圈在(zai)鋁(lv)盤(pan)上產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)渦流與(yu)交變磁通(tong)相互作(zuo)用產(chan)生(sheng)電磁力,使(shi)(shi)鋁(lv)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)動,同(tong)時引入制動力矩,使(shi)(shi)鋁(lv)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)速與(yu)負(fu)載功率成正比,通(tong)過軸向齒輪傳動,由(you)計度(du)(du)器積(ji)算(suan)出(chu)轉(zhuan)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)數而測定出(chu)電能(neng)。
單相電度表工作原理:
當電(dian)(dian)度表接入被測電(dian)(dian)路(lu)后,被測電(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)U加(jia)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)上,在(zai)其鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)芯中形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)交變(bian)的磁通,這(zhe)個(ge)磁通的一(yi)(yi)部分(fen)ΦU由回磁極穿過(guo)鋁盤(pan)到回到電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)芯中;同理,被測電(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流I通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)后,也要(yao)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)流線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的U形(xing)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)芯中形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)交變(bian)磁通Φi,這(zhe)個(ge)磁通由U形(xing)成鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)芯的一(yi)(yi)端由下至(zhi)上穿過(guo)鋁盤(pan),然(ran)后又由上至(zhi)下穿過(guo)鋁盤(pan)回到U形(xing)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)芯的另一(yi)(yi)端。
其中回(hui)磁(ci)板(ban)4是(shi)由(you)鋼(gang)板(ban)沖制而成(cheng)的,它的下端(duan)伸入鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)下部(bu),與隔(ge)著鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)和(he)電壓部(bu)件的鐵芯柱(zhu)相(xiang)對應,以便(bian)構成(cheng)電壓線圈工作磁(ci)通的回(hui)路。由(you)于穿(chuan)過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)的兩個磁(ci)通是(shi)交流磁(ci)通,而且是(shi)在不(bu)同位置穿(chuan)過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan),因此就在各自(zi)穿(chuan)過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)的位置附近產(chan)生(sheng)感(gan)應渦(wo)流,兩個磁(ci)通與這些渦(wo)流的相(xiang)互作用,便(bian)在鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)上產(chan)生(sheng)推動鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)動的轉(zhuan)動力矩。
單相電度表接線方法:
電度(du)表(biao)的接線(xian)方法(fa)有兩(liang)種:跳入式接法(fa)和(he)順入式接法(fa);
這(zhe)兩(liang)種接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)方法從表(biao)面上(shang)看不大一樣,其(qi)內部原理(li)是相同的(de),即電(dian)流表(biao)的(de)電(dian)流線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)串入(ru)負(fu)載回路中(zhong)(zhong),而電(dian)壓線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)與負(fu)載并聯,兩(liang)個線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)“*”端應接(jie)(jie)電(dian)源的(de)同一極性端。一般單相電(dian)度(du)表(biao)有專門的(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒,打開盒蓋看到有四個接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)端鈕,實際接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)采用哪種方法,要根據電(dian)度(du)表(biao)說明(ming)書(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)規定進行。
在低壓(ya)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的單(dan)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中,電(dian)(dian)(dian)度表(biao)可以直(zhi)接(jie)接(jie)在線(xian)路上。若負載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)很大(da)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)很高,則應通過(guo)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)器才能接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。此時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)器的一(yi)次(ci)(ci)側與負載(zai)串聯,次(ci)(ci)級(ji)(ji)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)度表(biao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)線(xian)圈(quan)串聯,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)器的初級(ji)(ji)與負載(zai)并聯,次(ci)(ci)級(ji)(ji)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)度表(biao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)線(xian)圈(quan)并聯。
單相電度表使用方法
1、合理選(xuan)擇電(dian)(dian)度表(biao):一是(shi)(shi)(shi)根據任務選(xuan)擇單相或(huo)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)度表(biao)。對于(yu)(yu)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)度表(biao),應根據被(bei)測線(xian)路是(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)相三(san)線(xian)制(zhi)還是(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)相四(si)線(xian)制(zhi)來(lai)選(xuan)擇。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的選(xuan)擇,必須使(shi)負載電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)等于(yu)(yu)或(huo)小于(yu)(yu)其額定(ding)值。
2、安裝電度表:電(dian)度表通常(chang)與(yu)配(pei)電(dian)裝(zhuang)置安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)一(yi)起,而電(dian)度表應該安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)配(pei)電(dian)裝(zhuang)置的(de)下(xia)方,其中心距(ju)地面1.5~1.8米(mi)處(chu);并(bing)列安(an)裝(zhuang)多只電(dian)度表時,兩表間距(ju)不(bu)得(de)小于(yu)200毫(hao)米(mi);不(bu)同(tong)電(dian)價(jia)的(de)用電(dian)線(xian)路應該分別裝(zhuang)表;同(tong)一(yi)電(dian)價(jia)的(de)用電(dian)線(xian)路應該合并(bing)裝(zhuang)表;安(an)裝(zhuang)電(dian)度表時,必(bi)須使表身與(yu)地面垂(chui)直,否則(ze)會影響其準(zhun)確(que)度。
3、正確接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian):要(yao)根據(ju)說(shuo)明書的要(yao)求(qiu)和接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圖(tu)把進線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)依次(ci)對號接(jie)在電度表的出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)頭上;接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)時注意(yi)電源的相(xiang)序關(guan)系,特(te)別是無功(gong)電度表更要(yao)注意(yi)相(xiang)序;接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)完畢后(hou),要(yao)反復查對無誤后(hou)才能合閘使(shi)用。
