單相電度表知識介紹
單(dan)(dan)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)度(du)(du)表是電(dian)(dian)(dian)度(du)(du)表的一種,電(dian)(dian)(dian)度(du)(du)表主要結構是由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓線圈、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流線圈、轉(zhuan)盤(pan)、轉(zhuan)軸、制動磁(ci)(ci)鐵、齒(chi)輪(lun)、計(ji)度(du)(du)器(qi)等(deng)組成(cheng)。單(dan)(dan)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表,則一般是民(min)用(yong)(yong),接220V的設(she)備(bei)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)度(du)(du)表是利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流線圈在鋁盤(pan)上產生的渦(wo)流與交(jiao)變磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)相(xiang)互作用(yong)(yong)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)力(li),使鋁盤(pan)轉(zhuan)動,同時引入制動力(li)矩,使鋁盤(pan)轉(zhuan)速與負載功率(lv)成(cheng)正(zheng)比,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)軸向(xiang)齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)動,由(you)計(ji)度(du)(du)器(qi)積算出轉(zhuan)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)數而(er)測定出電(dian)(dian)(dian)能。
單相電度表工作原理:
當(dang)電(dian)(dian)度表(biao)接入被(bei)測電(dian)(dian)路后,被(bei)測電(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)U加在電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)線圈上,在其鐵(tie)芯中(zhong)形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)交變的(de)磁(ci)通(tong),這(zhe)個(ge)磁(ci)通(tong)的(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)分ΦU由(you)回磁(ci)極穿過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤到回到電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)線圈的(de)鐵(tie)芯中(zhong);同理,被(bei)測電(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)I通(tong)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)線圈后,也要在電(dian)(dian)流(liu)線圈的(de)U形(xing)鐵(tie)芯中(zhong)形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)交變磁(ci)通(tong)Φi,這(zhe)個(ge)磁(ci)通(tong)由(you)U形(xing)成鐵(tie)芯的(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)端由(you)下至上穿過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤,然后又由(you)上至下穿過(guo)(guo)鋁(lv)盤回到U形(xing)鐵(tie)芯的(de)另一(yi)(yi)(yi)端。
其中(zhong)回磁(ci)板4是(shi)由(you)鋼板沖制而(er)成的(de)(de),它的(de)(de)下(xia)端伸入鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)下(xia)部,與隔著鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)和電(dian)壓部件的(de)(de)鐵(tie)芯柱相對(dui)應(ying)(ying),以便構成電(dian)壓線圈工作(zuo)磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)回路。由(you)于穿(chuan)(chuan)過鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)兩個磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)是(shi)交流(liu)磁(ci)通(tong)(tong),而(er)且是(shi)在(zai)不(bu)同位(wei)置穿(chuan)(chuan)過鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan),因此就在(zai)各(ge)自(zi)穿(chuan)(chuan)過鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)位(wei)置附(fu)近產生感應(ying)(ying)渦流(liu),兩個磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)與這些(xie)渦流(liu)的(de)(de)相互作(zuo)用(yong),便在(zai)鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)上(shang)產生推動(dong)(dong)鋁(lv)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)力矩。
單相電度表接線方法:
電(dian)度表的接線方法(fa)有(you)兩種:跳入式接法(fa)和順入式接法(fa);
這兩(liang)種接線方法(fa)從表(biao)面上看不(bu)大一(yi)樣,其(qi)內部(bu)原理是相同的,即電(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)線圈串入(ru)負(fu)載回路中,而電(dian)(dian)壓線圈與負(fu)載并聯,兩(liang)個線圈的“*”端(duan)應(ying)接電(dian)(dian)源的同一(yi)極性端(duan)。一(yi)般單相電(dian)(dian)度表(biao)有專門的接線盒,打開(kai)盒蓋(gai)看到有四個接線端(duan)鈕,實(shi)際接線采用哪種方法(fa),要(yao)根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)度表(biao)說明書中的規(gui)定(ding)進行。
在低壓(ya)(ya)小電(dian)流的(de)(de)單(dan)相電(dian)路中,電(dian)度表(biao)可以直(zhi)接接在線路上(shang)。若(ruo)負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)流很大或電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)很高,則應通過(guo)互(hu)感器(qi)才能接入電(dian)路。此時電(dian)流互(hu)感器(qi)的(de)(de)一(yi)次側與(yu)負(fu)載(zai)串聯,次級(ji)與(yu)電(dian)度表(biao)的(de)(de)電(dian)流線圈串聯,電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)互(hu)感器(qi)的(de)(de)初級(ji)與(yu)負(fu)載(zai)并聯,次級(ji)與(yu)電(dian)度表(biao)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)線圈并聯。
單相電度表使用方法
1、合理選擇電(dian)(dian)度表(biao):一是(shi)根據任務選擇單相(xiang)(xiang)或三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)度表(biao)。對于三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)度表(biao),應根據被(bei)測線路是(shi)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)三(san)線制(zhi)還是(shi)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)四線制(zhi)來(lai)選擇。二是(shi)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的選擇,必須使(shi)負載電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)等于或小于其額定(ding)值。
2、安裝電度表:電(dian)度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)通(tong)常與(yu)配(pei)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在一起,而電(dian)度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)應(ying)該安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在配(pei)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)下方(fang),其(qi)中(zhong)心距地面1.5~1.8米處;并列安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)多只電(dian)度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)時(shi),兩表(biao)(biao)間距不(bu)(bu)得小于200毫米;不(bu)(bu)同電(dian)價(jia)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)線路應(ying)該分別裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)表(biao)(biao);同一電(dian)價(jia)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)線路應(ying)該合并裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)表(biao)(biao);安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)電(dian)度(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)時(shi),必須使(shi)表(biao)(biao)身與(yu)地面垂(chui)直,否(fou)則會影(ying)響其(qi)準確度(du)(du)。
3、正確接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian):要根據(ju)說明(ming)書(shu)的要求和接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圖把進線(xian)(xian)(xian)和出線(xian)(xian)(xian)依次對(dui)號接(jie)在電(dian)度(du)表的出線(xian)(xian)(xian)頭上;接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)時注(zhu)意電(dian)源的相序關系,特別是無功電(dian)度(du)表更(geng)要注(zhu)意相序;接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)完畢后,要反(fan)復查對(dui)無誤后才(cai)能合(he)閘使用(yong)。
