互感器是一次設備嗎
“一次(ci)”在電力生產上主要指的(de)是“主路”,“二次(ci)”主要是用來控制(zhi)“一次(ci)”的(de)。
用“一次”來(lai)修(xiu)飾設(she)(she)備(bei),主要是(shi)為(wei)了(le)體現設(she)(she)備(bei)屬于(yu)主路或設(she)(she)備(bei)的電(dian)壓等級比二次設(she)(she)備(bei)的電(dian)壓等級高。
電力二次(ci)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)是對(dui)電力系(xi)統(tong)內一次(ci)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)進行監(jian)察,測量,控制,保護,調節(jie)的輔助設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)。即(ji)不(bu)直接(jie)和電能(neng)產生聯系(xi)的設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)。
電壓互感器和電流互感器都屬于一次設備,從它們的次級輸出開始算二次設備(當然也可以(yi)認為它們的次(ci)(ci)級繞組是二次(ci)(ci)設(she)備(bei))。
互感器是干什么的
互(hu)(hu)感(gan)(gan)器(qi):分為(wei)電壓(ya)互(hu)(hu)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)、電流(liu)互(hu)(hu)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)、零序(xu)互(hu)(hu)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)等(deng)。
電壓(ya)互感器:將(jiang)不同的電壓(ya)變為一個統(tong)一的值配(pei)合儀(yi)表或(huo)計(ji)量表,二(er)次電壓(ya)多(duo)為100V或220V。
電流互(hu)感器:將不同的(de)電流改變為統(tong)一的(de)電流值(zhi)配合(he)儀表或計量表,一般二次的(de)電流為5A。
零(ling)序互(hu)感(gan)器:主要測量零(ling)線電(dian)流,是一種靈敏的電(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器,它的二次能(neng)測幾十毫安的電(dian)流。
互感(gan)器(qi)(instrument transformer)又稱為(wei)儀用(yong)(yong)變壓(ya)(ya)器,是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互感器和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)互感器的統(tong)稱。能將高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)變成(cheng)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流變成(cheng)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,用(yong)(yong)于量測或(huo)保護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)。其功能主要是將高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流按(an)比例變換成(cheng)標準低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(100V)或標準(zhun)小(xiao)電流(liu)(5A或1A,均指額定(ding)值),以(yi)便實現測量儀(yi)表、保護設(she)備(bei)及(ji)自動控制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的標準化(hua)、小型化(hua)。同時互感(gan)器還可(ke)用來隔開(kai)高電壓系統,以(yi)保證人身和設(she)備(bei)的安(an)全(quan)。
互感器的結構
互感器的(de)基(ji)本組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部分是繞組(zu)、鐵芯(xin)、絕緣物和外殼。在(zai)同(tong)(tong)一回路(lu)中,要滿足(zu)測(ce)(ce)量、繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)的(de)要求,一個回路(lu)往往需(xu)要很多的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi),為了節(jie)約材料和降低投(tou)資,一臺(tai)(tai)高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)常安裝有(you)相互(hu)(hu)間沒有(you)磁聯(lian)系的(de)獨立的(de)鐵芯(xin)環和二(er)次繞組(zu),并共用一次繞組(zu)。這(zhe)樣(yang)可以(yi)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)變(bian)比相同(tong)(tong)、準確度(du)級不同(tong)(tong)的(de)多臺(tai)(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣測(ce)(ce)量對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)準確度(du)要求較(jiao)高,且要求在(zai)短路(lu)時儀表(biao)受的(de)沖擊小(xiao),因此測(ce)(ce)量用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)鐵芯(xin)在(zai)一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)短路(lu)適應(ying)易于飽和,以(yi)限制二(er)次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)增長倍數(shu)。而繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)鐵芯(xin)則在(zai)一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流短路(lu)時不應(ying)飽和,使二(er)次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流能與一次短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)比例的(de)增長,以(yi)適應(ying)保(bao)護(hu)靈敏度(du)的(de)要求。
